Diabetes mellitus is one of non-communicable disease that happens in urban people. The heterogeneous urban people are susceptible to health behavior changes such as high calorie eating and low level activity pattern which can cause type 2 diabetes mellitus. Uncontrolled diabetes can cause micro vascular complication named diabetic foot ulcer. Diabetic foot ulcer with poor management promotes delayed of healing process even can cause foot amputation. The healing process of diabetic foot ulcer needs adequate circulation to distribute nutrition into cells. This study aimed to analyze urban health nursing linked to nursing care of type 2 diabetes mellitus patient with intervention of ankle ROM to accelerate wound healing process in diabetic foot ulcer. This study recommends nurses to teach and apply ankle ROM in diabetic foot ulcer patients due to increase foot circulation so that support acceleration of wound healing process.

Bed rest and prolonged immobilization after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) are closely related to various complications and a high prevalence of mortality in hospital. One of the disease interventions that can be done to prevent complications due to bed rest after PCI is early mobilization. The case study was conducted on a 60 year old woman with NSTEMI. In an effort to speed up postoperative recovery, the authors implemented early mobilization interventions for patients. Movement patterns classified as bed rest, semi-Fowler's, sitting, transferring to a chair, and standing/walking were documented by the nurse during care delivery. The intervention was carried out within 5 days, from pre-PCI to 2 days post-PCI. The author analyzes the maintenance process including analysis of the implementation of early mobilization interventions. Evaluation results after implementing early mobilization interventions include an increase in the patient's mobility scale, no shortness of breath during mobilization exercises, no increase in pain after PCI, no falls during the ambulation process, the patient's muscle strength and range of motion are maintained, and the absence of severe complications after PCI during early mobilization. Based on these findings, gradual application of early mobilization after PCI can increase the level of mobility and not cause complications in patients.

ABSTRACT
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a clinical syndrome of metabolism disorder, which is signed by a prolonged hyperglycemic. DM could lead to a chronicle complication called neuropathy, whereas in a further phase, amputation will be the last action need to be taken. This research was conducted to get analytical pictures of relation between characteristics and culture of patient with diabetic foot amputation with their quality of life. With correlation descriptive design, this research involving 76 respondents of patient in DKI Jakarta. Independent variables in this research are characteristics of patient with diabetic foot amputation(age, education level, gender, how long have they been living with DM, how long have they been living with foot amputation, type of amputation, and other complication that the patients have) and factor of culture (optimisms in controlling glucose level in blood and race). The independents variable was the quality of life. Bivariat analysis using ANOVA and Chi Square with alpha (<0.05) had showed that there ware a correlation between level of education and the quality of life (p value 0.019) and a correlation between type of amputation and the quality of life (p value 0.0005). Logistics regression analysis showed that two dominant factor to the quality of life there are type amputation and education level. Patient with diabetic foot amputation with higher education level have quality of life 23 times better than the patient with diabetic foot amputation with a lower education level after controlled with variable of gender, type of amputation, optimism and complication. Patient with DM that had amputation below their ankle have 602 times better quality of life than they who had amputation over their ankle after controlled with variable of gender, type of amputation, optimism and complication. Hopefully, this research will inspire nurses for advice the patient to a routine treatment for their foot and early detection complication."

Diabetic foot ulcers are a prevalent complication of diabetes mellitus, requiring preventive and effective management to avert more severe consequences for diabetic patients. Proper foot care plays a critical role in diabetic management to prevent the development of ulcers. One key aspect of foot care involves maintaining skin moisture. Olive oil, rich in vitamins and antioxidants, has been associated with enhanced skin hydration. Additionally, olive oil possesses anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, which may aid in wound healing. This study aims to present the outcomes of applying olive oil in the foot care management of patients with diabetes mellitus to prevent diabetic ulcers. The results indicate that while the immediate effect on skin moisture is not apparent, consistent application of olive oil is necessary to help maintain skin hydration. Along with regular use of olive oil as a moisturizer, blood glucose control, adequate fluid and nutritional intake, and protection from extreme temperatures are also essential for preserving skin moisture.
