"Seorang Apoteker memiliki peranan penting pada apotek, industri farmasi dan distributor farmasi. Seorang apoteker harus memenuhi persyaratan dan standard kompetensi agar dapat memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi apoteker. Terdapat sepuluh standar kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia yang merupakan suatu yang diharapkan melekat pada apoteker setelah lulus dan masuk pada dunia kerja. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker melaksanakan kerja praktik di beberapa instansi agar dapat memahami peranan dan tanggung jawab apoteker, permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi calon apoteker, maka dari itu dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Apoteker di Apotek Jacoebson Pharmacy, PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia yang merupan industri Farmasi dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari yang merupakan Distributor Farmasi yang dimana dilaksanakan sejak bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas pemahaman, wawasan, dan pengalaman untuk menghadapi pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
Pharmacist has an important role in pharmacies, the pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical distributors. A pharmacist must meet the requirements and competency standards in order to support the world of work and approve pharmacist professional agreements. There are ten Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards that are places that are expected to be attached to pharmacists after graduation and entering the workforce. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists carrying out work in several institutions in order to be able to assist and be responsible for pharmacists, which may be needed to improve the knowledge and competencies of prospective pharmacists, therefore involved the Pharmacist Work Practices at Jacoebson Pharmacy, PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia Pharmacy which is a pharmaceutical industry. and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari which is a Pharmacy Distributor which is carried out from January to April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can access, understand, and seek to do pharmaceutical work in the workplaces that work."

Standar kompetensi Apoteker di Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan dapat dipenuhi oleh calon Apoteker sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon Apoteker untuk memenuhi kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Mahakam Beta Farma, Apotek Jacoebson, dan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dari bulan Januari hingga April 2019. ABSTRACT
A Pharmacist plays an important role in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Community Pharmacy and Government. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a prerequisite for entering the workforce by undertaking professional work practices. Pharmacist competency standards in Indonesia consist of ten competency standards as abilities that are expected to be met by prospective Pharmacists before entering the workforce. As a preparation and experience of prospective Pharmacists to fulfill competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are implemented at PT. Mahakam Beta Farma, Jacoebson Pharmacy, and the East Jakarta Municipal Health Service Office from January to April 2019. While doing professional work practices, Apothecary candidates are expected to broaden their horizons, insights, and experiences to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces.

"ABSTRAK
Apoteker dapat berperan penting dalam industri farmasi, apotek, maupun instansi pemerintahan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran nyata terkait pekerjaan yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang apoteker sehingga dihasilkan apoteker yang berkompetensi dan mampu bersaing dalam dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di tiga tempat dalam jangka waktu tertentu, yaitu Apotek Prima Sehat selama 1 bulan, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur selama 2 minggu, dan PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis selama 2 bulan. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan mendapatkan gambaran yang dapat menjadi bekal sebelum memasuki dunia kerja.
ABSTRACT
Pharmacists have an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, and government institution. Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are carried out to provide a real picture related to the work that must be mastered by a pharmacist so competent pharmacists will be produced and pharmacist will be able to compete in the real work. Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are held in three places within a certain period of time, namely Prima Sehat Pharmacy for 1 month, East Jakarta Administration City Sub Department of Health for 2 weeks, and PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis Plant for 2 months. Through these activities, it is expected that future pharmacists can expand their insights, understandings, and experiences to do pharmaceutical work and get a picture that can become a provision before entering the work."

As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, an internship was conducted at the New Life Pharmacy, National Center General Hospital of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, and Kebayoran Lama Community Health Center. During internship, it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons, understandings and experiences to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

Selain itu, praktik kerja profesi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, rumah sakit, dan puskesmas, serta memahami permasalahan yang dapat terjadi dalam pelaksanaan praktik kefarmasian dan strategi untuk mengatasinya.

"Pelayanan kefarmasian di sarana apotek, rumah sakit, dan puskesmas meliputi kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinis. Semua kegiatan tersebut harus dilaksanakan oleh tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki keahlian dan kewenangan, yaitu apoteker. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan oleh calon apoteker untuk meningkatkan kompetensi calon apoteker dalam menerapkan tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker. Oleh karena itu, dilakukanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika, Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama Periode Bulan Januari-April 2019.

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai bagian dari kurikulum program Profesi Apoteker bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan apoteker yang berkompeten. Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia berkerjasama dengan berbagai instansi dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan agar calon apoteker dapat melaksanakan PKPA di tempat tersebut. PKPA sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menyiapkan sumber daya manusia apoteker yang siap terjun di masyarakat setelah lulus. PKPA ini dilaksanakan di tiga fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yaitu Apotik Atrika, Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, dan RSUP Fatmawati selama Periode Bulan Januari-April 2019. PKPA ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggungjawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalam bidang kesehatan lain. Selain itu apoteker diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap dan perilaku (professionalisms) serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata (reality) untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Mahasiswa juga diharapkan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan dan cara mengatasi masalah (problem-solving) dalam praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan serta mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas.

Pharmacist Professional Work Practices (PKPA) as part of the Pharmacist Professional Curriculum program aims to prepare competent pharmacist graduates. The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Indonesia collaborates with various agencies and health service facilities so that prospective pharmacists can carry out work practices at the venue. PKPA as an effort to prepare the pharmacist's human resources who are ready to enter the community after graduation. PKPA is implemented in three health service facilities, namely Apotek Atrika, Public Health Center of Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, and Fatmawati Central Hospital during the January-April 2019 period. PKPA aims to enable prospective pharmacists to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy service practices in service facilities. Health in accordance with statutory provisions and applicable pharmaceutical ethics, and in other health fields. In addition, pharmacists are expected to have knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors (professionalisms) and insight and real experience (reality) to do professional practice and pharmacy work in health care facilities. Students are also expected to have a real picture of the problem and how to solve problems (problem-solving) in the practice and work of pharmacy in health care facilities and be able to communicate and interact with other health workers on duty.
