"ABSTRAK
The coverage of postnatal care program in Surabaya City had declined since 2011 until 2013 and could not reach the target. This analytic observational study used a cross sectional design and was conducted during April until May 2015 to analyze the effect of role stress, personality type, and burnout on midwives performance towards postnatal care program achievement in Surabaya City. A total sample of 45 midwives was collected from eight primary health care centers in Surabaya City with basic emergency obstetric and neonatal care services. Accidental sampling was used for sample selection. This study indicated that most of the midwives were aged 20 until 30 years and had an diploma level of education in midwifery. Majority of them were married and were predominantly contract workers with <5 and 5 to <10 years workers experiences. Most of the midwives did not have role stress and had agreeableness personality type.
However, majority of them had mild burnout and showed medium performance level. There was no influence of demographic characteristics, role stress, and personality type on burnout, whereas the performance was affected by role stress and personality type. The midwives performance was more influenced by personality type than by role stress."

"The demand for global integration in the public sector leads to the accountability of State finances. By examination, supervision, which is the cornerstone of the governments economic performance clarification. This has become important in the public sector as well as in the private sector. Such circumstances spur employees in the scope of their organization to improve the effectiveness of its performance so as to ensure the survival of the organization. Once the importance of an oversight, in Indonesia have internal and external controls on the public sector for the effectiveness of the performance of government officials can be achieved. Role theory is used as a theory in this research, role theory is the emphasis of the nature of the individual as a social society that implements his behavior in accordance with the position gained and run in the community. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Independence, roles stress and burnout on the effectiveness of the task of Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) as an internal auditor. The population in this study were all BPKP auditors in Central Java, the technique of sampling using random sampling and the sample size used in this study were 64 auditors. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews, while the method of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study can be concluded that: Independence has a positive influence, burnout, role excess, and role conflict negatively affect the effectiveness of the auditors work, the vagueness of the role in this study did not give a significant effect on the effectiveness"

ABSTRACT
This paper studies about managing the effectiveness of public health performance in Surabaya City, Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative approach through focus group discussion elaborated with secondary data of the health sector performance. This paper proves that vertical and horizontal balanced performance measurements in the health sector are essential. Vertical stable performance is in the context of a hierarchical performance of top-level performance and lower-level performance in the public institution. In contrast, a horizontal balanced performance is the arrangement of qualitative and quantitative performance indicators and targets"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja program sertifikasi guru di Jember. Fokus penelitian adalah ukuran dari hasil pencapaian sasaran dan dampak yang diharapkan. Hasil pencapaian sasaran diukur dengan analisis deskriptif. Pencapaian dampak yang dimaksud mengacu pada dampak program sertifikasi guru terhadap mutu pendidikan. Pengukuran dampak berisi 3 langkah analisis (komparatif, asosiatif, time series). Data diperoleh melalui “documentary collecting model” di 52 sekolah (SMPN dan SMAN) di Jember. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan prinsip “representativeness” dengan teknik “disproportionate stratified area random sampling”. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian target produksi memiliki kinerja positif yang rendah. Hasil pengukuran dampak menunjukkan bahwa program sertifikasi guru memiliki dampak positif yang rendah terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Jadi, penelitian ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja program sertifikasi guru, tetapi juga untuk menawarkan beberapa model penelitian sederhana untuk mengukur kinerja program (model untuk mengukur hasil pencapaian sasaran dan dampak yang diharapkan).

This research aims to evaluate teacher certification program performance in Jember. The focus of attention is measurement of the output of target achievement and the intended impact one. Output target achievement was measured by descriptive analysis. Intended impact achievement refers to the impact of teacher certification program to the education quality. Impact measurement contains 3 steps analysis (comparative, associative, time series). Data were gathered by documentary collecting model in 52 schools (SMPN and SMAN) in Jember. The disproportionate stratified area random technique was used to choose representative samples. The result of descriptive analysis showed that the output target achievement has a low positive performance. The result of impact measurement showed that the teacher certification program has a low positive impact to the education quality. So, this research does not only aim at evaluating teacher certification program performance, but also offers some simple research models for measurement of program performance (output target achievement and intended impact one measurement models)."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran burnout sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara job insecurity (ketidakamanan pekerjaan) dan task performance (kinerja tugas). Partisipan penelitian ini adalah pekerja perusahaan swasta yang berjumlah 106 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Job Insecurity Scale dan Task Performance Scale yang diadaptasi oleh Piccoli et al., (2017), serta Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Maslach et al., (1996). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa burnout dapat memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara ketidakamanan pekerjaan dan kinerja tugas.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of burnout as a mediator between job insecurity and task performance. The sample for this study is collected from 106 private company employees. This study is conducted by using Job Insecurity Scale and Task Performance Scale which was adapted by Piccoli et al., (2017), and Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Scale which was developed by Maslach et al., (1996). The result shows that burnout partially mediate the relationship between job insecurity and task performance."

Penelitian ini melihat dampak penerapan Performance Related-Pay (PRP) terhadap performa Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam menangani aduan masyarakat melalui Aplikasi Citizen Relation Management (CRM) di DKI Jakarta. Aplikasi CRM merupakan aplikasi yang dikembangkan dan dikelola oleh Jakarta Smart City (JSC) untuk mempermudah ASN menangani aduan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menganalisis data panel jumlah rasio laporan aduan selesai di 267 kelurahan selama bulan Januari 2016 hingga bulan Desember 2019. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan difference-in-differences (DID), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara rata-rata, setelah adanya kebijakan PRP, terjadi peningkatan tren jumlah rasio laporan selesai atau penanganan aduan di kelurahan-kelurahan rawan banjir sebesar 6,53% dengan tingkat signifikansi pada tingkat 1%. Selanjutnya, efek kebijakan PRP ditemukan positif namun lebih rendah pada saat kelurahan rawan banjir berada di dekat daerah aliran sungai dibandingkan dengan kelurahan rawan banjir yang tidak berada di dekat daerah aliran sungai. Temuan penelitian ini mendukung literatur yang menjelaskan bahwa PRP akan memotivasi pemberi layanan publik dalam meningkatkan performa mereka.


This research views the effect of Performance Related-Pay (PRP) policy towards civil servants performance on handling citizen complaints through the Citizen Relation Management (CRM) application in DKI Jakarta. CRM application developed and managed by Jakarta Smart City (JSC) for civil servants to effectively handle public complaints. This research analyzes panel data on total ratio data of complaint reports solved in 267 urban villages from January 2016 to December 2019. By using the difference-in-differences (DID) approach, the findings of this research show that after implementing the PRP policy, there was a 6,53% increase in the trend of solving the complaints in urban villages that are prone to flooding with a significance level of 1%. Furthermore, the effect of the PRP policy was shown to be lower on urban villages that are located close by the river, compared to the urban villages that are located far from the river.  The findings of this research support previous literature studies, that found PRP motivates civil servants to increase their work performance.

Penelitian bertujuan meneliti pengaruh mentoring functions dan organizational socialization terhadap role stress dan turnover intention. Penelitian juga meneliti pengaruh role stress terhadap turnover intention dengan dimediasi burnout. Penelitian dilakukan pada 260 perawat dan bidan di Rumah Sakit di Bekasi, Depok, Kemayoran, dan Kelapa Gading menggunakan metode structural equation modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mentoring functions tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap role stress namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Organizational socialization berpengaruh negatif terhadap role stress, dengan role stress berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi burnout. Maka role stress dapat ditekan melalui organizational socialization sedangkan turnover intention dapat diminimalisir melalui mentoring functions.

ABSTRACT
Research aims to investigate the effect of mentoring functions and organizational socialization to role stress and turnover intention. Research also analyzes the effect of role stress on turnover intention with burnout. 260 nurses and midwives at hospitals in Bekasi, Depok, Kemayoran, and Kelapa Gading were surveyed using structural equation modelling. The result showed that mentoring functions is not negatively affects role stress but it affects turnover intention. Organizational socialization affects role stress negatively, while it affects turnover intention with burnout as mediator. Thus, role stress could be reduced by organizational socialization, and turnover intention could be minimalized with mentoring functions."
