"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh fun at work dan participation in decision making terhadap in-role performance  dan extra role performance atau yang dikenal pula sebagai organization citizenship behavior dengan mediasi work engagement terhadap pegawai di salah satu lembaga keuangan negara di Indonesia. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilakukan secara online terhadap 370 orang responden yang ditentukan  dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu terhadap pegawai pangkat Staf sampai dengan Asisten Direktur yang berasal dari lintas departemen di lembaga keuangan negara XYZ. Analisis uji pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan aplikasi Lisrel 8.7. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah fun at work di lembaga keuangan negara XYZ secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement pegawai namun tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap in-role performance dan organization citizenship behavior. Selain itu ditemukan pula bahwa work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap in-role performance dan organization citizenship behavior serta work engagement memediasi pengaruh positif fun at work dan participation in decision making terhadap in-role performance dan organization citizenship behavior. Implikasi yang timbul dari penelitian adalah implementasi fun at work dan participation in decision making di lembaga keuangan negara XYZ harus diiringi oleh penciptaan work engagement yang tinggi sehingga mencapai target job performance yang diinginkan.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the influence of fun at work and participation in decision making on extra role performance or organization citizenship behavior and in-role performance through work engagement as mediator in one of  financial state institution in Indonesia. This research employed a quantitative approach using online surveys to 370 respondents at financial state insitution XYZ, determined by purposive sampling method, limited to employees who have position as a Staf until Assistant Director. Analysis of the measurement test was carried out using Structural Equation Model with the application of Lisrel 8.7. The findings from this research were fun of work in financial state insitution of XYZ  had a positive effect on work engagement, nevertheless it had no positive effect on the in-role performance and organization citizenship behavior. The other findings were the work engagement had a positive effect on the in-role performance and organization citizenship behavior as well as work engagement mediated the positive effect of fun at work and participation in decision making on the in-role performance and organization citizenship behavior. The implication arising from this research is that the implementation of fun work and participation in decision making in the financial state institution XYZ must be accompanied by the creation of high work engagement so as to achieve the desired job performance as targeted."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan peran fun at work dan social suppot terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai pada Telkom Regional II. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan variabel work engagement yang memediasi hubungan antar variabel tersebut. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 348 orang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap pada Telkom Regional II. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan SEM-Lisrel sebagai metode analisis data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior pada setiap pegawai di perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat efek mediasi work engagement antara fun at work dan social support dengan organizational citizenship behavior.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to examine the influence of fun at work and social support on OCB of employees in Telkom Regional II, mediated by work engagement. Data of 348 respondents were collected using an online survey and analyzed usig SEM-Lisrel. The result showed that fun at work and social support was found to have direct and positive effect on OCB through work engagement. These findings provide information about managerial practices at state-owned enterprises to improve performance of the company by increasing the supporting factors in each variables."

"Organisasi pada era sekarang ini seiring dengan meningkatnya transparansi dan mulai bertumbuhnya pengaruh dari generasi milenial telah mengubah cara kita bekerja, cara kita mengelola suatu pekerjaan, dimana kita bekerja, bagaimana kita mengatur sebuah pekerjaan dan bagaimana kita berkomunikasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang akan digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan target responden penelitian sebanyak 250 karyawan.

Organizations nowadays while transparency increases and the growing influence of millennial generations has changed the way we work, the way we manage jobs, where we work, how we organize a job and how we communicate. This makes the organization nowadays should be more adaptive to the time change and more concern to the trend of the millenial generation that began to enter the work environment in the future. One of the example is to apply fun at work. This study will examine the relationship between Fun at work to organizational citizenship behavior and creative performance variables with mediated by work engagement variable with SEM method. This research is a quantitative research with data collection technique using questionnaire. Studi ini menjelaskan bagaimana fun at work dapat memengaruhi turnover intention dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan affective commitment sebagai mediator. Studi dilakukan pada 316 karyawan milenial di industri kreatif digital. Responden mengisi kuesioner untuk menilai unsur-unsur fun at work, turnover intention,
OCB, dan affective commitment. Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menunjukkan hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa fun at work berhubungan negatif dan langsung dengan turnover intention dan secara positif dan langsung terkait dengan OCB serta affective commitment memediasi secara parsial pada kedua hubungan tersebut. OCB merupakan prediktor yang berhubungan negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

ABSTRACT
This study explained how fun at work influence turnover intention and OCB with affective commitment as a mediator. The study was conducted on 316 millennial employees in the digital creative industry. Respondents filled out questionnaires to assess elements of fun at work, turnover intention, OCB, and affective commitment. Structural
Equation Modeling method was used to show the relationship between variables. The results showed that fun at work was negatively and directly related to turnover intention and positively and directly related to OCB, and affective commitment partially mediated in both relationships. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh manajemen keberagaman terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan mempertimbangkan juga pengaruh mediasi inklusi organisasi, komitmen afektif, dan keterikatan pekerjaan. Data untuk penelitian kuantitatif ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 263 pegawai perusahaan FMCG di wilayah Indonesia yang memiliki masa kerja minimal setahun. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keberagaman tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap OCB. Hubungan kausalitas manajemen keberagaman terhadap OCB dimediasi penuh oleh inklusi organisasi dan keterikatan pekerjaan. Sementara itu, komitmen afektif tidak terbukti menjadi mediator dalam hubungan pengaruh manajemen keberagaman terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya implementasi manajemen keberagaman di dalam perusahaan sekaligus mengungkapkan tindakan untuk meningkatkan OCB pegawai.

This study aims to understand the effect of diversity management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), taking into account the mediating role of organizational inclusion, affective commitment, and work engagement. The data for this quantitative study were collected using questionnaire from 263 employees who have worked for at least one year in FMCG company operating in Indonesia. The data analyzed in Structural Equation Modelling showed that diversity management had no direct effect on OCB. The result also indicated that the causal relationship between diversity management and OCB was fully mediated by organizational inclusion and work engagement. However, affective commitment was not proven to be a mediator in the causal relationship of diversity management on OCB. This study reveals the importance of diversity management implementation within a company as well as courses of action to boost OCB of the employees."

"High performance work practices merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan output karyawan yang terbagi menjadi dimensi training, reward dan empowerment. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh high performance work practice terhadap job performance dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan work engagement sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 123 karyawan PT Pertamina Gas yang berstatus karyawan tetap. Hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Path Analysis pada LISREL menunjukan bahwa work engagement memediasi secara penuh pengaruh antara high performance work practices terhadapjobperformance dan organizational citizenship behavior.

High performance workpractices is one of the tools used by a company to increasing employees' output that is divided into dimensions training, rewards and empowerment. This study aims to identify the effects of high performance work practice to job performance and organizational citizenship behavior with work engagement as mediation. This research involved 123 permanent workers at PT Pertamina Gas. The results of data processing by path analysis on LISREL showed that work engagement acts as full mediator of the effect of high performance work practices onjobperformance and organizational citizenship behavior."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dari transformational leadership terhadap task performance dan organizational citizenship behaviors serta melalui peran mediasi work engagement dan organizational identification. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Sejumlah 367 pegawai Setjen Kemenkeu berpartisipasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors melalui work engagement dan organizational identification, dan terhadap task performance melalui work engagement meskipun hanya mediasi pasial. Namun, transformational leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap task performance melalui organizational identification, sehingga organizational identification tidak memediasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap task performance. Studi ini juga menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap task performance dan organizational citizenship behaviors pegawai Setjen Kemenkeu, terutama terkait dengan kepedulian terhadap citra organisasi. Maka dari itu, organisasi perlu mendorong para pemimpin level teknis (eselon IV) agar senantiasa menunjukkan karakteristik seorang pemimpin transformasional sehingga para pegawai di bawahnya semakin terdorong untuk mempertahankan instansi ketika instansi lain mengkritiknya, menunjukkan kebanggaan saat mewakili instansi di depan umum, dan mengekspresikan loyalitas terhadap organisasi.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of transformational leadership on task performance and organizational citizenship behaviors as well as through the mediating role of work engagement and organizational identification. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. A total of 367 employees of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance participated as research samples. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has an indirect effect on organizational citizenship behaviors through work engagement and organizational identification, and on task performance through work engagement even though it is only partially mediated. However, transformational leadership does not have an indirect effect on task performance through organizational identification, so organizational identification does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership on task performance. This study also shows that transformational leadership has a direct influence on task performance and organizational citizenship behaviors of employees of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance, especially related to concern for organizational image. Therefore, organizations need to encourage technical level leaders (echelon IV) to always show the characteristics of a transformational leader so that employees under them are increasingly motivated to defend the agency when other agencies criticize it, show pride when representing the agency in public, and express loyalty to organization."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara pengaturan kerja fleksibel (Flexible Work Arrangement) dengan pengambilan keputusan secara etis (Ethical Decision Making) yang dimediasi oleh keterlibatan karyawan (Employee Engagement). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui cross sectional study dengan melakukan survei secara online. Sebanyak 301 data partisipan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data diolah dengan menggunakan model 4 PROCESS, mediasi Hayes (2018).
Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa Flexible Work Arrangement mempengaruhi Ethical Decision Making secara langsung dengan nilai efek sebesar 0,66. Sementara nilai pengaruh antara Flexible Work Arrangement terhadap Ethical Decision Making melalui mediasi Employee Engagement  adalah sebesar 0,80. Employee Engagement memiliki peran dalam memediasi hubungan antara Flexible Work Arrangement dan Ethical Decision Making secara parsial. Korelasi hubungan antara Flexible Work Arrangement terhadap Ethical Decision Making lebih besar melalui mediasi Employee Engagement dibandingkan dengan korelasi secara langsung. Sehingga penerapan Flexible Work Arrangement dapat menjadi anteseden untuk Employee Engagement yang akan dapat meningkatkan Ethical Decision Making pada karyawan di dalam organisasi.

The purpose of this study is to investigate  the influence of Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) on Ethical Decision Making (EDM) which is mediated by Employee Engagement (EE). This is a correlational study conducted quantitavely using scales. Data is collected by cross sectional study with an online survey. This study using 301 participant’s data. Data is processed by model 4 PROCESS, mediation Hayes (2018).
The result shows that the direct effect of flexible work arrangement on Ethical Decision Making is 0,6567. While the effect of flexible work arrangement on ethical decision making through the mediation of employee engagement is 0,8013. Employee engagement has a role in mediating the influence of flexible work arrangement on ethical decision making partially. There is a greater correlation between the influence of flexible work arrangement on ethical decision making through the mediation of employee engagement compare to direct effect. Flexible work arrangement can be an antecedent of employee engagement that improve ethical decision making of employees in organizations.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisory support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan peran participation in decision making dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 255 karyawan PT XYZ. Dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisory support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Participation in decision making sebagai mediator ditemukan berhubungan negatif dengan supervisory support dan organizational citizenship behavior. Ditemukan pula bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara supervisory support dan organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of supervisory support towards organizational citizenship behavior and the role of participation in decision making and job satisfaction as mediators in this relationship. Respondents in this study were 255 employees of PT XYZ. By using Structural Equation Model (SEM), the results of this study indicate that supervisory support has positive and significant effect towards organizational citizenship behavior. Participation in decision making as a mediator was found negatively related to supervisory support and organizational citizenship behavior. The result also discovers that job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between supervisory support and organizational citizenship behavior.

"Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership dan workplace spirituality sebagai faktor pendorong organizational citizenship behavior melalui mediasi work engagement dan affective commitment pada pegawai di bidang pelayanan publik. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean A Bogor yang menjalankan tugas di bidang kepabeanan dan cukai di kota Bogor. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 153 orang dan structural equation modelling digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, sementara itu workplace spirituality berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi work engagement dan affective commitment.

The study aims to determine the impact of transformational leadership and workplace spirituality as antecedant of organizational citizenship behavior through mediation of work engagement and affective commitment on employees in the field of public service. Research respondents were employees at the Medium Customs and Excise Office type A Bogor. Total respondents in this study were 153 people and structural equation modeling was used as a data analysis method. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while workplace spirituality had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior by being mediated by work engagement and affective commitment."
