"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan yang diberikan karyawan terhadap keinginan untuk tinggal di sebuah perusahaan yang dimiliki karyawan dengan dimediasikan sikap kerja. Subjek penelitian menggunakan 125 orang pegawai. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa adanya pengaruh Perceived Training and Development terhadap 2 variabel work attitudes yaitu Job satisfaction dan Employee Engagement dan juga kedua variabel tersebut mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap Intention to Stay dan dapat dikatakan bahwa kedua variabel Job satisfaction dan Employee Engagement dapat menjadi variabel mediasi antara Perceived Training and Development dan Intention to Stay.

This paper aims to determine the effect of training and development provided by employees on the intention to stay in a company owned by employees with mediated work attitudes. The research subjects used 125 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study it is known that the influence of Perceived Training and Development on two work attitudes variabels, namely Job satisfaction and Employee Engagement and also both variabels positifly influenced Intention to Stay and can be said that both Job satisfaction and Employee Engagement variables can be mediating variabels between Perceived Training and Development and Intention to Stay."

"Penelitian ini secara garis besar dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek dengan peran mediasi burnout. Terdapat 6 hipotesis yang peneliti rancang pada penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM), beberapa temuan dihasilkan dari data yang telah terkumpul dari 207 responden pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Temuan atau hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kemudian, self-efficacy juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Ditambah dengan adanya variabel burnout memediasi hubungan antara perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, semakin tinggi perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy yang dimiliki karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, maka semakin rendah perasaan burnout dan turnover intention yang dialami oleh karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kesimpulannya, penting untuk perusahaan memperhatikan perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy dari karyawannya khususnya Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek untuk menurunkan tingkat burnout dan turnover intention karyawannya.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived supervisor support and self- efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek with the role of mediating burnout. Using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach, several findings were generated from data collected from 207 Gen Y and Gen Z worker respondents in Greater Jakarta. The findings in this study indicate that perceived supervisor support has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Then, self-efficacy also has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Coupled with the presence of the burnout variable mediating the relationship between perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Thus, the higher the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek, the lower feelings of burnout and turnover intention experienced by Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek. In conclusion, it is important for companies to pay attention to the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of their employees, especially Gen Y and Gen Z in Jabodetabek to reduce the burnout rate and turnover intention of their employees."

"ABSTRAK
Turnover karyawan merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi di industri jasa keuangan, khususnya sektor perbankan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat turnover karyawan adalah praktik manajemen SDM. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari praktik-praktik manajemen SDM terhadap retensi karyawan perbankan generasi milenial di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik-praktik manajemen SDM remunerasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, peluang pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan dan kesesuaian nilai antara karyawan dengan organisasi. Kesesuaian nilai antara karyawan dengan organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan sehingga peran mediasi yang terbentuk adalah partial mediation.

ABSTRACT
Employee turnover is a frequent phenomenon in the financial services industry, particularly in the banking sector. One of the factors that can affect employee turnover is HRM practices. Based on this background, this study was conducted to analyze the effect of HRM Practices remuneration, training and development, career development opportunities, and work life balance towards employee retention mediated by employee organization value fit on millennial generation banking employees in Jabodetabek. This research is quantitative research using structural equation modelling SEM method. The results of this study indicate that HRM practices remuneration, training and development, career development opportunities, and work life balance have a significant positive effect on employee retention and employee organization value fit. Employee organization value fit also has a significant positive effect on employee retention. Thus, the mediation role formed is partial mediation."

"Indonesia melakukan berbagai pendekatan dan strategi untuk kembali mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi dan berkelanjutan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dari lapangan usaha dan dari segi pengeluaran di tahun 2022 mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya dan secara geografis terjadi di seluruh Indonesia namun masih terkonsentrasi di Pulau Jawa terutama di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan Jawa Barat. Sektor industri fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) merupakan salah satu sektor yang menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pertumbuhan pengeluaran dengan jumlah tenaga kerja yang banyak namun juga turunover rate yang tinggi di berbagai negara. Sehingga intention to stay menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan di sektor FMCG. Beberapa hal yang memiliki hubungan dengan intention to stay adalah work as a calling theory yang terdiri dari perceiving a calling dan living a calling, lalu work volition, P-E fit, work meaning dan career commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan work as a calling dan work volition terhadap intention to stay serta hubungan mediasi yang dapat muncul. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke karyawan FMCG Area Jabodetabek. Analisis dan pengolahan data tergolong metode kuantitatif terhadap 595 responden dengan menggunakan LISREL. Hasil penelitian peran mediasi living callling pada perceiving calling dan intention to stay berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, begitu juga dengan mediasi yang dihasilkan oleh work meaning dan career commitment dari perceiving calling dan living calling. Jalur yang paling memengaruhi intention to stay karyawan adalah perceiving calling sehingga untuk meningkatkan intention to stay karyawan, perusahaan dapat melakukan goal settings, coaching, mentoring, maupun pemberian penghargaan kepada karyawan.

Indonesia has implemented various approaches and strategies to regain high and sustainable economic growth post the Covid-19 pandemic. The economic growth in terms of business field and expenditures in 2022 has shown improvement compared to the previous year, and it is geographically spread across Indonesia, although still concentrated in Java Island, particularly in DKI Jakarta and West Java. The fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is one of the sectors that supports economic and expenditure growth, employing a large number of workers but also experiencing a high turnover rate in various countries. Therefore, intention to stay is a crucial factor for companies in the FMCG sector to consider. Several factors that are related to intention to stay include the work as a calling theory, which consists of perceiving a calling and living a calling, as well as work volition, person-environment fit (P-E fit), work meaning, and career commitment. This research aims to investigate the relationship between work as a calling and work volition with intention to stay, as well as the potential mediating effects. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution to FMCG employees in the Jabodetabek area. The data was analyzed using quantitative methods with LISREL, involving 595 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the mediating role of living calling in the relationship between perceiving calling and intention to stay is positively and significantly influential. Similarly, the mediating effects of work meaning and career commitment from perceiving calling and living calling are also significant. The path that has the most impact on employees' intention to stay is perceiving calling. Therefore, to enhance employees' intention to stay, companies can implement goal settings, coaching, mentoring, and recognition programs for their employees."

"Turnover masih menjadi permasalahan utama bagi setiap perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan hal tersebut salah satunya kualitas pekerjaan yang buruk serta kelelahan emosional yang dialami para karyawan. Sehingga secara tidak langsung kepuasan kerja karyawan menjadi terpengaruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perceived job quality dan burnout terhadap intention to stay yang dimana hubungannya akan dimediasi oleh job satisfaction dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data penelitian diperoleh dari 382 karyawan perusahaan yang berdomisili di Indonesia melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived job quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intention to stay, sedangkan burnout memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap intention to stay. Selain itu dikarenakan terdapat hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung yang berasal dari perceived job quality dan burnout terhadap intention to stay, ditemukan bahwa job satisfaction dapat memediasi hubungan dari ketiga variabel tersebut.

Turnover is still a major problem for every company. Many factors can cause it, one of which is poor work quality and emotional exhaustion experienced by employees. So indirectly, employee job satisfaction is affected. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived job quality and burnout on intention to stay in which the relationship will be mediated by job satisfaction using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Research data were obtained from 382 company employees who are domiciled in Indonesia through a questionnaire distributed online. The results showed that perceived job quality has a positive effect on intention to stay, while burnout has a negative effect on intention to stay. In addition, because there are direct and indirect relationships that originate from perceived job quality and burnout to intention to stay, it was found that job satisfaction can mediate the relationships of these three variables."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan menguji pengaruh dari employee perception of development dan career growth opportunity terhadap intention to stay para generasi milenial di Indonesia melalui mediasi dan moderasi dari job satisfaction dan supervisor support. Metode analisis SEM digunakan dalam proses pengujian hipotesis penelitian serta bantuan software SPSS statistik 23 dan LISREL 8.80 untuk melakukan pengolahan atas 500 sample data survey yang dihasilkan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intention to stay para karyawan generasi milenial di Indonesia secara signifikan dapat dijelaskan secara langsung oleh employee perception of development program dan career growth opportunity ataupun melalui mediasi variabel job satisfaction. Supervisor support juga memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pengaruh dari hubungan mediasi yang terjalin diantara keempat variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian dapat dijadikan referensi dan bahan pertimbangan bagi para pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan, terutama para perusahaan, guna memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kuantitas serta kualitas dari item-item yang telah dibahas dalam rangka menurunkan turnover rate dan mencegah kerugian perusahaan dalam jangka waktu panjang.

This research aims to discuss and examine the influence of employee perception of development and career growth opportunities on the intention to stay among millennial employees in Indonesia, through the mediation and moderation of job satisfaction and supervisor support. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method is used to test the research hypotheses, with the assistance of SPSS Statistics 23 and LISREL 8.80 software for processing the 500 survey data samples collected. The research findings indicate that the intention to stay among millennial employees in Indonesia can be significantly explained directly by employee perception of development programs and career growth opportunities, as well as through the mediating variable of job satisfaction. Supervisor support also contributes to enhancing the influence of the mediating relationships among those four variables. The results of this research can serve as a reference and consideration for stakeholders, especially companies, to improve and increase the quantity and quality of the discussed variables in order to reduce turnover rates and prevent long-term losses for the company."

"Tesis ini meneliti efek mediasi dari workplace spirituality dan well-being at work dalam hubungan antara work overload dan intention to stay. Penelitian dilakukan pada 550 orang guru milenial yang bekerja di Sekolah Islam Terpadu di Indonesia. Kuesioner diberikan secara daring kepada responden, yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Studi ini menguji model teoretis yang menghubungkan work overload, workplace spirituality, well-being at work, dan intention to stay, khususnya pada guru milenial. Pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) kemudian dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis, yang menunjukkan bahwa workplace spirituality dan well-being at work terbukti memediasi hubungan antara work overload dan intention to stay. Temuan ini membuktikan bagaimana pengalaman guru terkait spiritualitas dan kesejahteraan di tempat kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap niat mereka untuk tinggal. Meskipun demikian, terdapat kemungkinan munculnya bias karena penggunaan data laporan sendiri dari responden. Batasan lainnya adalah penelitian yang bersifat cross-sectional, sehingga memungkinkan adanya sejumlah efek yang luput dari pengamatan. Penelitian ini menguraikan implikasi dari pengalaman spiritualitas dan kesejahteraan mereka di tempat kerja dalam konteks keinginan untuk tetap tinggal di organisasi, dan pada akhirnya berusaha untuk mengisi celah dalam literatur ilmu pengetahuan yang ada.

This thesis examines the mediating effects of workplace spirituality and well-being at work in the relationship between work overload and intention to stay. The research was conducted on 550 millennial teachers who work in private Islamic schools in Indonesia. Online questionnaires were given to respondents, who were selected through purposive sampling method. This study examines a theoretical model that connects work overload, workplace spirituality, well-being at work, and intention to stay, especially in the context of millennial teachers. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is then carried out to test the hypothesis, in which workplace spirituality and well-being at work have been shown to mediate the relationship between work overload and intention to stay. These findings suggest that teachers' experiences of workplace spirituality and well-being at work have a significant positive effect on their intention to stay. Nonetheless, the results of this study may lead to bias due to the use of respondents' self-reported data. Another potential limitation is the cross-sectional nature of the data, which does not control for unobserved effects. This study outlines the implications of experiences of spirituality and their well-being at work in the context of a desire to remain in organizations, and ultimately seeks to fill gaps in the existing scientific literature."

"Tingginya turnover intention dan rendahnya task performance menjadi permasalahan di perusahaan yang harus ditangani dan dapat diselesaikan oleh tingginya support dari supervisor yang dirasakan serta keyakinan yang tinggi terhadap diri sendiri selama bekerja (self efficacy). Kedua permasalahan tersebut dapat dialami oleh seluruh karyawan, terutama karyawan generasi Z. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari perceived supervisor support terhadap employees turnover intention dan task performance dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan di DKI Jakarta. Dengan tujuan eksplanatif, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring kepada 253 responden Generasi Z yang bekerja sebagai karyawan di DKI Jakarta yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan data non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melakukan teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan hierarchical multiple regression. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap turnover intention dan juga terdapat pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap task performance pada karyawan di DKI Jakarta. Selain itu, self efficacy juga terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi antara perceived supervisor support terhadap turnover intention dan perceived supervisor support terhadap task
High turnover intention and low task performance are problems in the company that must be handled and can be solved by the perceived high support from supervisors and high confidence in themselves during work (self efficacy). Both of these problems can be experienced by all employees, especially generation Z employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived supervisor support on employees turnover intention and task performance with self-efficacy as a mediating variable for employees in DKI Jakarta. With an explanatory purpose, this study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires distributed online to 253 Generation Z respondents who work as employees in DKI Jakarta which were obtained using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. This study uses data analysis techniques using hierarchical multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of perceived supervisor support on turnover intention and there is also an effect of perceived supervisor support on task performance for employees in DKI Jakarta. In addition, self-efficacy is also proven to be a mediating variable between perceived supervisor support on turnover intention and perceived supervisor support on task performance for Generation Z employees in DKI Jakarta."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari dimensi-dimensi kenyamanan berbelanja online terhadap niat membeli kembali melalui perceived value pada pengguna online marketplace Bukalapak. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei berdasarkan purposive sampling terhadap populasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui online questionnaire. Data yang didapatkan diolah menggunakan SPSS melalui path analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang dimiliki dalam model penelitian signifikan. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan hasil bahwa search convenience dan transaction convenience pada kenyamanan berbelanja online berpengaruh terhadap perceived value secara positif dan signifikan. Kemudian, diketahui bahwa search convenience dan perceived value memiliki pengaruh niat membeli kembali secara positif dan signifikan. Selain itu penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa perceived value berhasil menjadi mediator untuk variabel search convenience, dan transaction convenience.

This study aims to analyze the effect of online shopping convenience dimensions on repurchase intentions through perceived value for users of the online marketplace Bukalapak. The study used a quantitative approach through a survey method based on purposive sampling of the population. Respondents in this study were obtained through an online questionnaire. The data obtained were processed using SPSS through path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the relationship in the research model is significant. In this study, it was found that search convenience and transaction convenience on the convenience of online shopping had a positive and significant effect on perceived value. Then, it is known that search convenience and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. In addition, this study found that perceived value succeeded in being a mediator for search convenience and transaction convenience variables."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi bagaimana turnover intention dapat muncul di industri perbankan dengan melihat adanya pengaruh dari workplace bullying dan perceived supervisor support serta pengaruh mediasi dari work-family conflict. Data yang didapatkan berasal dari 200 responden di mana hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara workplace bullying dan perceived supervisor support terhadap turnover intention, baik langsung maupun dengan mediasi work-familyconflict. Adapun ditemukan bahwa perceived supervisor support tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap work-family conflict dan turnover intention.

This study aims to investigate how turnover intention can arise in the banking industry by looking at the influence of workplace bullying and perceived supervisor support as well as the influence of mediation from work-family conflict. The data obtained came from 200 respondents where the hypothesis was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study shows that there is a positive influence between workplace bullying and perceived supervisor support on turnover intention, both directly and with work-family conflict mediation. It was found that perceived supervisor support did not have a significant influence on work-family conflict and turnover intention."
