"Tren blogger yang terus berkembang membuat para pemasar sering melibatkan blogger dalam strategi pemasaran mereka. Sebagai perkembangan media sosial, blogger menggunakan Instagram sebagai media komunikasi dengan konsumen yang menjadi target pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efek yang timbul dari pandangan konsumen pada orisinalitas, keunikan, kualitas dan kuantitas akun blogger kecantikan Instagram pada pandangan konsumen bahwa blogger kecantikan adalah pemimpin opini untuk dirinya sendiri. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh opini opini blogger kecantikan terhadap kecenderungan konsumen untuk berinteraksi, merekomendasikan blogger kecantikan kepada orang lain, mengikuti saran yang diberikan oleh blogger kecantikan, dan melakukan pembelian. Kesamaan minat pribadi konsumen dengan akun blogger kecantikan Instagram dan sikap merek digunakan sebagai variabel moderasi. Data dari 292 responden yang diproses menggunakan SEM menunjukkan bahwa orisinalitas dan kualitas secara signifikan mempengaruhi persepsi konsumen bahwa blogger kecantikan adalah pendapat.

The growing trend of bloggers makes marketers often involve bloggers in their marketing strategies. As the development of social media, bloggers use Instagram as a medium of communication with consumers who are the target market. This study aims to look at the effects arising from consumer views on originality, uniqueness, quality and quantity of Instagram beauty blogger accounts on consumer views that the beauty blogger is an opinion leader for himself. This study also analyzes the influence of opinion opinion beauty bloggers on the tendency of consumers to interact, recommend beauty bloggers to others, follow the advice given by beauty bloggers, and make purchases. The similarity of consumer's personal interest with an Instagram beauty blogger account and brand attitude are used as moderation variables. Data from 292 respondents who were processed using SEM shows that originality and quality significantly influence consumer perceptions that beauty bloggers are opinions."

"ABSTRAK
Rekomendasi blogger menjadi salah satu sumber informasi bagi konsumen ketika ingin melakukan pembelian online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh rekomendasi blogger terhadap produk kosmetik terhadap intensi belanja online konsumen wanita dengan moderasi blogger reputation. Penelitian ini menggunakan 235 data sampel dari orang yang pernah membaca blog terkait produk kosmetik. Hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa trust dan perceived usefulness of recommendations tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap intention to shop online. Social influence juga memiliki pengaruh signifikansi yang negatif terhadap attitude toward online shopping. Peranan efek moderasi dari blogger reputation hanya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengaruh antara trust dengan attitude toward online shopping.

ABSTRACT
Blogger recommendations become one of the sources of information for consumers when they want to make an online purchase. This study aims to determine the influence of bloggers recommendations on cosmetic products on the intention of online shopping of women consumers with blogger reputation as moderation variable. The study uses 235 sample data from people who have read the blog related cosmetic products. The results of data processing using PLS SEM showed that that trust and perceived usefulness of recommendations had no direct effect on intention to shop online. Social influence also has a negative significance influence on the attitude toward online shopping. The role of moderation effects of blogger reputation only significantly influences the effect of trust with attitude towards online shopping."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan customer expectation, perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, dan customer satisfaction terhadap repurchase intention barang bekas pakai secara online dalam konteks Carousell. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aktif aplikasi Carousell yang berdomisili di Indonesia, berusia 17 - 55 tahun dan pernah membeli barang bekas pakai melalui aplikasi Carousell dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Kuesioner menggunakan platform Google Form dan mendapatkan keseluruhan responden dari berbagai media sosial dan melalui aplikasi Carousell. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 230 jumlah responden secara keseluruhan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Customer Expectation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease of Use dan Customer Satisfaction. Selanjutnya, Customer Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap Repurchase Intention. Lalu ditemukan pula Perceived Enjoyment mempengaruhi Customer Satisfaction dan Repurchase Intention secara positif. Sedangkan perceived ease of use terbukti mempengaruhi perceived enjoyment dan repurchase intention secara positif tetapi memiliki hubungan negatif terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Tetapi, Perceived Enjoyment terbukti memediasi hubungan Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Customer Satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the relationship between customer expectation, perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention of used goods online in the context of Carousell. The sample used in this study are active users of the Carousell application who are domiciled in Indonesia, aged 17 - 55 years and have purchased used goods through the Carousell application in the last 3 months. The questionnaire uses the Google Forms platform and gets overall respondents from various social media and through the Carousell application. In this study, there were 230 total respondents. The collected data was processed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and using the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that Customer Expectation has a positive influence on Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease of Use and Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, Customer Satisfaction has a positive influence on Repurchase Intention. Then it was also found that Perceived Enjoyment positively affected Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention. Meanwhile, Perceived Ease of Use has been shown to positively affect perceived enjoyment and repurchase intention but has a negative relationship with Customer Satisfaction. However, Perceived Enjoyment is proven to mediate the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use and Customer Satisfaction"

"Fashion merupakan bagian penting dari kehidupan sehari-hari yang mencerminkan kepribadian dan cita-cita seseorang. Di tengah tren fashion global yang cepat berganti, perusahaan fashion perlu beradaptasi, sehingga fenomena fast fashion muncul. Fast fashion telah menjadi gaya hidup bagi Generasi Z dan mereka mengkonsumsi produk fast fashion untuk mengikuti tren saat ini. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan survey untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen Generasi Z menggunakan metode multiple linear regression serta korelasinya dengan teori permintaan konsumen. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi purchase intention produk fast fashion adalah faktor fashion consciousness, self-ambiguity, dan ethical judgement.

Fashion is an important part of everyday life that reflects one's personality and ideals. In the midst of rapidly changing global fashion trends, fashion companies need to adapt, so that the fast fashion phenomenon emerges. Fast fashion has become a lifestyle for Generation Z and they consume fast fashion products to keep up with current trends. In this study, a survey was conducted to determine the factors that influence the consumer behavior of Generation Z using the multiple linear regression method and their correlation with consumer demand theory. The results obtained from this study state that the factors that influence the purchase intention of fast fashion products are fashion consciousness, self-ambiguity, and ethical judgment."

"ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to analyze factors contributing to make a perceived opinion leader (Indonesian beauty influencer) and factors influencing their opinion on follower intention to interact, recommend, and follow the advice. The data was collected from 185 respondents with a criterion of those who follow any Indonesian beauty influencer account on their Instagram. The data collected was processed with SmartPLS version 3.2.8 for Partial Least Square Path Modelling (PLS-PM) analysis. The results of this research indicates that factors that contribute in making a perceived opinion leader are perceived originality, uniqueness, and quantity. Moreover, opinion leaders give impacts to users or followers on intention to recommend the account and follow the given advices. However, factor that does not contribute in making a perceived opinion leader is perceived quality, and perceived opinion leader does not give impacts to intention to interact. Moderation effect online interaction propensity and perceived fit with personal interests on the influence of opinion leaders on their followers intentions are not proven.

ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi untuk menganggap seseorang sebagai opinion leader beauty influencer Indonesia dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatnya terhadap intensi pengikut mereka untuk berinteraksi, merekomendasikan, dan mengikuti sarannya. Data diambil dari 185 respondent dengan kriteria response harus memfollow atau mengikuti salah satu beauty influencer Indonesia pada akun Instagramnya. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.2.8 untuk menganalisa Partial Least Square Path Modelling (PLS-PM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi dalam menganggap seseorang sebagai opinion leader adalah perceived originality uniqueness, dan quantity. Selain itu, seorang opinion leader dapat mempengaruhi pengikutnya agar mempunyai intensi untuk merekomendasikan akun tersebut dan mengikuti saran yang diberikan. Faktor yang tidak menunjukan kontribusi dalam menganggap seseorang sebagai opinion leader adalah perceived quality, dan opinion leader tidak memberi dampak pada intention to interact. Efek moderasi online interaction propensity dan perceived fit with personal interests terhadap pengaruh opinion leader kepada intensi dari pengikutnya tidak terbukti."
