"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas topik utama tentang persoalan dalam keberagaman yang ada di Indonesia. Persoalanyang ada dalam keberagaman ini memiliki implikasi langsung terhadap kehidupan masyarakat. Implikasi darikondisi tersebut bisa dalam bentuk yang positif atau pun negatif. Dalam penelitian ini, saya mencoba untukmenyelesaikan implikasi langsung yang bentuknya negatif. Bentuk negatif yang mewujud dalam bentuk konflik.Konflik identitas antar komunitas dalam keberagaman menjadi sangat potensial. Pada penelitian ini sayamenggunakan konsep rekognisi dari Taylor sebagai alat untuk melegitimasi. Lalu mempromosikan politikidentitas Indonesia sebagai identitas yang mengakomodir berbagai keberagaman identitas komunitas yang ada.Kemudian saya menggunakan rekognisi untuk melegitimasi politik identitas Indonesia. Dengan demikian politikidentitas Indonesia yang telah dilegitimasi menjadi sebuah upaya yang rasional untuk mengakomodir persoalankonflik perbedaan identitas komunitas dalam keberagaman.

ABSTRACTThis research discusses a main topic about issues within diversity in Indonesia. The issues within diversity has adirect implication towards societys life. The implication of the condition could be in a positive or even negativeform. In this research, I am trying to finish the direct implication in a negative form. The negative is created in aconflict form. Identity conflict in diversity amongst communities becomes very potential. In this research, I amusing a recognition concept by Taylor as the tool for legitimating. Then promoting the politics of Indonesiaidentity as the identity that accomodates the diversity of identity amongst communities that exist. Afterwards, Iam using the recognition to legitimate the politics of Indonesia identity. Therefore, the politics of Indonesianidentity which has been legitimated becomes a rational attempt to accomodate the conflict of different identityamongst communities in the diversity."

"This article elaborates the concept of 'intercultural dialogue," which is often posed as an alternate solution to ongoing international conflicts. Intercultural dialogue seeks its way to end violence by tracing and deconstructing false perceptions among hostile entities. Bearing in mind that intercultural dialogue is extremely complex, in avoiding the possibility of turning it into mere propaganda, terms of intercultural dialogue need to be defined. Several critical notes are pointed here. Firstly, communication is not a linear process. Secondly, it needs to be conducted in an open system. Thirdly, communication has to be carried out simultaneously on multiple levels to enable participation from various actors. Fourthly, communication should be conducted with the 'right entities,' those who need to be engaged in a dialogue the most but are often neglected (based on the perception that they are hard to communicate with)."

"VTuber has become a part of virtual entertainment worldwide since the trend arose in 2020. By looking at the development of VTuber to date, this study seeks to discover the process of how Indonesian female VTubers construct their identity through various elements and the motives that they consider behind female VTubers choosing specific avatars and visual styles or characterizations to represent themselves. To answer such questions, various theories are used, such as semiotics, and avatar culture to be able to interpret the results of the elements that represent their identity. The study finds there are some influences of a certain culture and colors that represent their personality. Furthermore, their authenticity also gains engagement with the audience, which also supports their identity as a VTuber. However, there are some flaws and limitations in some circumstances whenever they consider themselves an independent VTuber or VTuber under an agency. This paper will also briefly compare three Indonesian VTubers in terms of character and personality that represents their virtual identity."

"Keluarnya Britania Raya dari Uni Eropa (Brexit) menjadi salah satu kasus dari rentetan gelombang populisme global yang banyak dikaji oleh akademisi lintas disiplin, terutama ilmu sosial, politik dan budaya. Bila ditelaah melalui perspektif Ilmu Hubungan Internasional, Brexit menjadi salah satu studi kasus yang berhasil menunjukkan signifikansi berbagai bentuk wacana politik identitas dalam mempengaruhi kebijakan luar negeri suatu negara. Merujuk pada gambaran besar tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur-literatur akademik yang membahas mengenai wacana politik identitas dalam Brexit. Adapun jenis literatur yang digunakan berupa berupa berupa artikel jurnal, buku dan bab dalam buku akademik. Tulisan ini adalah tinjauan literatur akademik yang menggunakan metode pengorganisasian taksonomi dengan cakupan 33 literatur akademik terakreditasi yang dikelompokkan ke dalam empat tema besar, yakni (1) Tinjauan Historis Hubungan Britania Raya dengan Eropa, (2) Aktor yang Berperan dalam Reproduksi Wacana Politik Identitas, (3) Ragam Bentuk Wacana Politik Identitas yang Muncul, dan (4) Interseksi Wacana Politik Identitas dengan Faktor Sosio-Ekonomi. Penulis menemukan bahwa faktor historis dan kejayaan masa lalu membuat independensi dan kepemimpinan yang kuat menjadi satu identitas yang berupaya dipertahankan dan Brexit merupakan upaya Britania Raya untuk dapat keluar dari tekanan Uni Eropa yang dianggap membahayakan dua hal tersebut. Pada akhirnya tulisan ini melahirkan sebuah kesimpulan, yakni ragam wacana politik identitas yang terus berkembang nantinya sangat didorong oleh kompleksitas domestik sebagai hasil dari interaksi antara aktor di tingkat elit dan di tingkat publik dalam menginterpretasikan tekanan di tingkat internasional. Kuatnya nuansa historis dalam mendorong praktik politik identitas dalam Brexit pada akhirnya membuat Brexit menjadi satu manifestasi tersendiri di mana faktor identitas mampu melampaui perhitungan rasional, terutama dalam aspek ekonomi.

The exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Brexit) is one of the cases of a series of waves of global populism which has been widely studied by academics across disciplines, especially social, political and cultural sciences. When examined through the perspective of International Relations, Brexit is one of the case studies that successfully demonstrates the significance of various forms of identity political discourse in influencing a country's foreign policy. Referring to this big picture, this study aims to review academic literature that discusses the discourse of identity politics in Brexit. The type of literature used is in the form of journal articles, books and chapters in academic books. This paper is a review of academic literature that uses a taxonomic organization method covering 33 accredited academic literature which are grouped into four major themes, namely (1) Historical Review of the Relations between Great Britain and Europe, (2) Actors Playing a Role in the Reproduction of Identity Political Discourse, (3) Various Forms of Identity Political Discourse Appears, and (4) Intersection of Identity Political Discourse with Socio-Economic Factors. The author finds that historical factors and past glories have made the identity as a nation with independence and strong leadership is necessary to be maintained. Brexit is an attempt by the United Kingdom to get out of European Union pressure which is considered dangerous to these two elements. In the end, this paper gives birth to a conclusion, namely that the variety of identity politics discourse that continues to develop are strongly driven by domestic complexities as a result of interactions between actors at the elite level and at the public level in interpreting pressures at the international level. The strong historical overtones in encouraging the practice of identity politics in Brexit ultimately emphasize Brexit as a manifestation in which the identity factor was able to go beyond rational calculations, especially in the economic aspect."
