"ABSTRAK
Tingkat penetrasi internet dan smartphone yang tinggi di Indonesia mendorong masyarakat untuk menggunakan berbagai teknologi baru yang dianggap mempermudah hidup mereka, salah satunya adalah mobile payment. Penyedia jasa perlu mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan mobile payment di kalangan masyarakat. Peneliti menggunakan model UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) yang dikombinasikan dengan strategi pemasaran baru, yaitu gamification, untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap behavioural intention dan use behaviour pengguna mobile payment GO-PAY di Indonesia. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Setelah berhasil mengumpulkan 180 responden, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, habit, dan gamification berpengaruh terhadap behavioural intention untuk menggunakan GO-PAY. Sementara habit berpengaruh terhadap use behaviour pengguna GO-PAY di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
The high level of internet and smartphone penetration in Indonesia encourages people to use a variety of new technologies that facilitate their lives, one of which is mobile payment. Service providers need to know what factors influence the acceptance of mobile payments among Indonesian. The researcher used the UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model which was combined with a new marketing strategy, namely gamification, to see its influence on behavioral intention and use behaviour of GO-PAY mobile payment users in Indonesia. The purposive sampling method was used in this study and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). After successfully collecting 180 respondents, this study shows that performance expectation, habit, and gamification influence behavioral intention to use GO-PAY. While habit affects the use behaviour of GO-PAY users in Indonesia."

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh country of origin, product quality, dan self-congruity terhadap repurchase intention konsumen kendaraan LCGC Indonesia. Peneliti juga meneliti apakah terdapat moderasi dari self-congruity terhadap pengaruh country of origin dan product quality terhadap repurchase intention konsumen kendaraan LCGC Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan kepada produsen kendaraan LCGC untuk mengubah strategi pemasaran mereka, dan mengubah image pengguna LCGC untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan kendaraan LCGC. Peneliti juga telah memberikan saran untuk penelitian berikutnya untuk mengingkatkan kualitas dari penelitian terhadap repurchase intention konsumen kendaraan LCGC Indonesia.

This thesis discusses the influence of country of origin, product quality, and self-congruity consumer intention to repurchase the vehicle LCGC Indonesia. Researcher wants to know which factors that most affecting the consumer intention to repurchase the LCGC vehicle Indonesia. From the results of the study, the researcher suggests the LCGC vehicle manufacturers to change their marketing strategies, and change the image of LCGC users to be able to increase vehicle sales LCGC. Researchers have also provided suggestions for subsequent research to remind the quality of research on repurchase intention vehicle LCGC Indonesian consumers.

"Pertumbuhan internet yang pesat mendorong pasar m-payment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam behavioral intention konsumen dalam mengadopsi m-payment, dengan studi kasus GO-PAY di Indonesia. GO-PAY sendiri adalah dompet virtual yang dapat digunakan untuk pembayaran transaksi dalam aplikasi GO-JEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan model konseptual yang mencakup unsur-unsur Technology Acceptance Model TAM dan teori difusi inovasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 167 responden yang telah menggunakan layanan yang disediakan oleh aplikasi GO-JEK tetapi belum pernah menggunakan GO-PAY dalam enam bulan terakhir, dan dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kompatibilitas dan persepsi kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention konsumen untuk mengadopsi m-payment, namun dua komponen TAM ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

The rapid growth of internet help drives the mobile payment market. This research aims to understand the factors that play roles in consumers behavioral intention in adopting mobile payment, with the case of GO PAY in Indonesia. GO PAY itself is a virtual wallet that can be used for payment of all transactions within the GO JEK mobile app. This research uses a conceptual model that includes elements of technology acceptance model TAM and innovation diffusion theory. Judgmental sampling was used with 167 respondents that have used services provided by the GO JEK application but never used GO PAY in the past six months and were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that compatibility and perceived trust have positive effects towards consumer 39s behavioral intention to adopt mobile payment GO PAY in Indonesia, but surprisingly two components of TAM found to be having no significant effect. Managerial implications are discussed as well as further research recommendations."

"Short brand story telah diterapkan oleh beberapa perusahaan sebagai teknik pemasaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan intensi konsumen untuk membeli. Pemberian jenis cerita yang berbeda dapat memberikan respon yang berbeda pula pada konsumen. Dari aspek short brand story, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh jenis short brand story terhadap intensi membeli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan eksperimen two group design (company-generated vs consumer-generated) between subject design yang dilakukan secara daring. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 859 orang usia 18 – 26 tahun. Manipulasi yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan salah satu jenis short brand story secara acak kepada partisipan. Untuk melihat keberhasilan manipulasi, peneliti memberikan manipulation check. Setelah itu mengukur intensi membeli dengan alat ukur Intention-to-Buy Measure dari Schiffman dan Wisenblit (2015). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat intensi membeli antara konsumen yang diberikan short brand story jenis company-generated (M = 8.20, SD = 2.07) dan consumer-generated (M = 7.80, SD = 2.05) yang signifikan (t(857) = 2.883, p = .004). Dengan demikian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa short brand story jenis company-generated memengaruhi intensi membeli lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok consumer-generated. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan kepada perusahaan produk FMCG yang hendak memasarkan produknya melalui teknik short brand story pada kemasan untuk menuliskan cerita berisi pengalaman perusahaan. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk membantu meningkatkan efektivitas cerita dalam mempersuasi konsumen untuk membeli produk.

Short brand stories have been adopted by several companies as an effective marketing technique in increasing consumers' purchase intentions. Giving different types of stories can give different responses to consumers. From the aspect of short brand stories, this study aim is to see the effect of types of short brand stories on purchase intentions. This research is a quantitative study with experimental two-group design (company-generated vs consumer-generated) between the subject designs and online method. Data was collected from 859 people aged 18-26 years old. The manipulation provided by randomly assign one type of short brand story to the participants. The treatment of manipulation was checked by manipulation checks. After that, measure the purchase intention with the Intention-to-Buy Measure from Schiffman and Wisenblit (2015). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in the level of purchase intention between consumers who are given a short brand story of the type produced by the company (M = 8.20, SD = 2.07) and those produced by consumers (M = 7.80, SD = 2.05) which are significant (t (857) = 2.883, p = .004). Thus, it can be concluded that the company-generated short brand story affects buying intention higher than the consumer-generated group. The results of this study suggest that FMCG product companies want to market their products through the short brand story technique on the packaging to write stories about the company's experiences. This is done to help increase the effectiveness of the story in persuading consumers to buy products."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah compatibility, smartphone affinity, convenience, utilitarian value, perceived risk, dan privacy concern,< merupakan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi pelanggan restoran terhadap penggunaan mobile payment berbasis QR Code di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Struktural Equation Model (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis dan data dari responden penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik judgmental sampling atas 1040 responden.
Temuan dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa compatibility, smartphone affinity, convenience, utilitarian value, dan privacy concern berpengaruh terhadap intensi pelanggan restoran untuk menggunakan tekonologi mobile payment berbasis QR Code, sementara perceived risk tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi pelanggan restoran untuk menggunakan tekonologi mobile payment berbasis QR Code. Penemuan penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi implikasi manajerial baik untuk penyedia layanan mobile payment berbasis QR Code, maupun untuk manajer atau pemilik merchant dalam industri food and beverages.

This study aims to determine whether compatibility, affinity smartphone, convenience, utilitarian value, perceived risk, and privacy concern are factors that influence restaurant customers intention to use QR Code-based mobile payments in Indonesia. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method to test hypotheses and data from research respondents are obtained using judgmental sampling techniques for 1040 respondents.
The findings of this study reveal that compatibility, affinity smartphones, convenience, utilitarian value, and privacy concern influence restaurant customers' intention to use QR Code-based mobile payment technology, while perceived risk does not affect restaurant customer intention to use QR Code-based mobile payment technology. The research findings are expected to be managerial implications for both QR Code-based mobile payment service providers, and for merchant managers or owners in food and beverages industries.

"Fokus penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki faktor-faktor pendorong seperti sikap, logo halal, subjective norms, negara asal produksi, kualitas, serta brand trust yang mempengaruhi purchase intention konsumen wanita Muslim Indonesia terhadap produk kosmetik dan personal care dari Korea Selatan yang dibeli secara online. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling menggunakan survei yang disebarkan melalui kuesioner online. Sebanyak 187 responden terkumpul yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dan SmartPLS 3.0. Dari studi kasus tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendorong seperti sikap, logo halal, negara asal produksi, kualitas, serta brand trust mempengaruhi purchase intention konsumen wanita Muslim Indonesia. Selain itu, didapatkan hasil bahwa hubungan variabel subjective norms yang tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention dan variabel mediasi yaitu logo halal yang terbukti tidak memediasi hubungan variabel subjective norms dan purchase intention. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada konsumen wanita Muslim Indonesia mengenai faktor-faktor pendorong purchase intention terhadap produk kosmetik dan personal care dari Korea Selatan.

The focus of this research is the driving factors such as attitudes, halal logos, subjective norms, country of origin of production, quality, and brand trust that influence the purchase intentions of Indonesian Muslim women consumers of South Korean cosmetic and personal care products purchased online. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling method using surveys distributed through online questionnaires. A total of 187 respondents were collected which were then processed and analyzed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling method using SPSS version 26 and SmartPLS 3.0. The case study shows that the driving factors such as attitude, halal logo, quality of the country of origin of production, quality, and brand trust affect the purchase intention of Indonesian Muslim women consumers. In addition, it was found that the relationship between the subjective norm variable which was not significant to the purchase intention and the mediating variable, namely the halal logo, was proven not to mediate the relationship between the subjective norm variable and purchase intention. The results of this study are expected to provide insight to Indonesian Muslim female consumers regarding the factors that drive purchase intentions towards cosmetic and personal care products from South Korean."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak publisitas negatif pada consumer attribution, brand image, brand attitude, dan purchase intention untuk Garuda Indonesia dengan tingkat keparahan rendah dan tinggi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah partisipan yang menggunakan layanan terbang Garuda Indonesia selama 6 bulan terakhir dan berusia antara 17 hingga 40 tahun. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) menggnakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa consumer attribution mempengaruhi brand attitude dan purchase intention, sementara brand image dan brand attitude mempengaruhi purchase intention secara positif. Tidak ada moderasi dari tingkat keparahan terhadap hubungan apapun terkecuali untuk consumer attribution terhadap brand image yang tidak ditemukan signifikan dalam uji sebelumnya.

 


This study aims to analyze the impact of negative publicity on consumer attribution, brand image, brand attitude, and purchase intention for Garuda Indonesia with mild and high severity of negative publicity. The sample of this research include individuals who are flying with Garuda Indonesia within the last 6 months, and are aged between 17 to 40 years old. The data of this study was processed with Partial Least Square (PLS) and the software SmartPLS version 3.0. Result of this research shows that consumer attribution under negative publicity has negative influence on brand attitude and purchase intention, and brand image as well as brand attitude under negative publicity influenced purchase intention positively. There was no moderation by information severity towards the relationships, with the exception of consumer attribution towards brand image, which was found insignificant in the earlier test.

"Dengan kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi serta munculnya layanan 3G dan 4G oleh perusahaan telekomunikasi, teknologi seluler telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Layanan seluler telah diperkenalkan di berbagai sektor termasuk pemerintah, perbankan, healthcare, dan perdagangan. Bank Mandiri, sebagai salah satu entitas penyedia jasa keuangan di Indonesia, memiliki produk layanan keuangan mobile banking dengan nama mandiri online.
Penelitian ini menggunakan 115 sampel responden dan bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh perceived trust, perceived ease of use, perceived, perceived usefulness, autonomous motivation dan controlled motivation terhada behavioral intention nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna jasa keuangan Bank Mandiri selama 6 enam bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perceived trust, perceived usefulness dan controlled motivation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Di sisi lain, perceived ease of use dan autonomous motivation memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap behavioral intention.

With the advancement of Information and Communication Technology and the emergence of 3G and 4G services by telecom companies, mobile technology has become an integral part of our day to day life. Mobile services have been introduced in many different sectors including government, banking, healthcare, and commerce. Bank Mandiri, as one of financial service intitution in Indonesia, has lauched the product of mobile banking ldquo mandiri online rdquo.
This study user 115 sample respondent and aims to analyze determinants of behavioral intention such to use mobile banking such as perceived trust, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, autonomous motivation and controlled motivation. Data for this research were collected from Bank Mandiri consumers, specifically those who used mobile banking services in the last 6 six months. They were then analyzed using Multiple Linier Regression.
The result of this research shows that perceived trust, perceived usefulness adan controlled motivation does not have significant effect on behavioral intention. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use and autonomous motivation has significant and positive effect on behavioral intention.

"Pergeseran perilaku berbelanja secara konvensional menjadi online dengan pemanfaatan e-commerce terus berkembang terutama pada emerging adulthood. E-commerce pun berlomba memberikan promosi dan harga yang kompetitif untuk terus mengembangkan pangsa pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh bentuk promosi dan harga terhadap intensi membeli. Penelitian eksperimental dilakukan pada 115 partisipan berusia 18-25 tahun. Partisipan mendapatkan skenario berbelanja online dengan bentuk promosi (diskon dan gratis ongkos kirim) sebagai variabel within-subjects serta harga (murah dan mahal) sebagai variabel between-subjects. Berdasarkan uji Mixed ANOVA, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga terhadap intensi membeli (p < ,01). Namun, tidak terdapat hasil yang signifikan antara bentuk promosi terhadap intensi membeli (p = 0,10). Terakhir, tidak ada interaksi antara bentuk promosi dan harga terhadap intensi membeli (p = 0,24).

Buying behavior are shifting from conventional method to use of e-commerce especially in emerging adulthood age range. Therefore, e-commerce is competing in providing promotion and price with the best deal to expand their market. This study aims to examine the effect of promotion type and price toward purchase intention. Experimental study was conducted on participants aged 18-25 years old. Participants assigned to purchase scenario with promotion type (discount and free shipping) as within-subjects variable and price (cheap and expensive) as between-subjects variable. Mixed ANOVA result reveal significant effect of price toward purchase intention (p < .01). Meanwhile, there is no significant effect of promotion type toward purchase intention (p = 0.10). Moreover, there is no interaction between the variables toward purchase intention (p = 0.24)."

"Penilitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara consumer innovativeness dan Intensi Pembelian kembali dalam perilaku belanja online pada mahasiswa. Consumer Innovativeness didefinisikan oleh Goldsmith dan Hofacker (1991 dalam Binge-Alcaniz dkkk, 2008) sebagai kecenderungan untuk menyambut dan mengadopsi produk-produk baru. Sedangkan intensi repurchase dijelaskan sebagai kemungkinan subjektif bahwa individu akan terus membeli suatu produk dari penjual atau toko online dikemudian hari (Chiu dkk, 2008). Alat ukur Consumer Innovativeness adalah Domain spesific innovativeness (Goldsmith & Hofacker dalam Binge-Alcaniz dkk, 2008), sedangkan Intensi Repurchase adalah Repurchase Intention dari Parasuraman dkk (dalam chiu dkk, 2008). Pengukuran consumer innovativeness menggunakan alat ukur Domain spesific. Responden 453 mahasiswa di daerah Jabodetabek. Metode pengambilan sampel diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara consumer innovativeness dan intensi repurchase pada perilaku belanja online (r = 0.326; p = 0.000). Artinya, semakin tinggi consumer innovativeness, maka semakin tinggi intensi untuk melakukan repurchase. Implikasinya toko online perlu melakukan identifikasi pada konsumen yang memiliki karakteristik inovatif agar dapat meningkatkan intensi repurchase.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between consumer innovativeness and repurchase intention toward online shopping behavior on college students. Consumer innovativeness defined by Goldsmith and Hofacker (In, Binge-Alcaniz et. al, 2008) as a tendency to welcome and to adopt new products, while repurchase intention refers to the subjective probability that an individual will continue to purchase products from the online vendor or store in the future (Chiu et.al, 2008). Consumer innovativeness was measured using an instrument named Domain Spesific Innovativeness (Goldsmith & Hofacker, in Binge-Alcaniz, 2008) and Repurchase Intention was measured using an instrument by Parasuraman et. al., (2008). This research involved 453 undergraduate students around Jabodetabek. Sampling method using accidental sampling in which questionnaire was seperated through social media. The result of this research show that consumer innovativeness positively correlated with repurchase intention( r = 0.326; p = 0.000). Which means, the highest consumer innovativeness someone?s own, showing the higher repurchase interion. The implication of this research for online shop is to identify consumer with innovativeness characteristic, in order to increase their intention to repurchase.
