"ABSTRAKThe aim of this research is to identify factors that influence entrepreneurial intention of college students. The analysis model includes attitude factors and contextual factors. The number of samples exerted for this analysis amounted 73 students from Accounting Department at Faculty of Economic at Universitas HKBP Nommensen whom taken entrepreneurship class. This research using a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by using questioneire with Likert Scale standard of measurement, where the data earlier had tested by using the validity test and reliability test on 30 samples. The results of ttest show a significant effect of perceived confidence on the entrepreneurial intention of students. Likewise, this research also indicates the role of the contextual factor : social support in determining the entrepreneurial intentions of students."

"Kewirausahaan dipercaya sebagai kekuatan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi global yang menciptakan usaha baru dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sebagai salah satu solusi untuk masalah pengangguran. Sedangkan pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan komponen penting dari bisnis pendidikan sekolah yang telah terbukti memberikan stimulus bagi individu dalam membuat dan atau mempertimbangkan wirausaha sebagai pilihan karir sehingga meningkatkan penciptaan usaha baru dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini didesain untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan sebelumnya berkontribusi pada niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa dengan pendekatan dari integrasi dua teori yaitu Theory of Entrepreneurial Event (Shapero and Sokol, 1982) dan Theory of Planned Behaviour ( Ajzen, 1991) yang memiliki tiga konstruksi pusat ? Perceived Desirability of Self Employment, Perceived Feasibility of Entrepreneurship , dan Entrepreneurship Intention. Penelitian dilakukan dengan sampel 71 responden mahasiswa PE FE UI. Survey dilakukan secara online selama bulan Mei - Juni 2012. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariate dengan metode Partial Least Square. Dan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa Entrepreneurial Education memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention.

Entrepreneurship is believed to be an important force in global economic growth that creates new businesses and economic growth, and as one solution to the problem of unemployment. While entrepreneurship education is an important component of business school education has been shown to provide stimulus for the individual in making or considering entrepreneurship as a career choice that enhances the creation of new businesses and economic growth.

This study was designed to see how the influence of the earlier entrepreneurial education contributed to the entrepreneurial intentions of students with the approach of integration of the two theories : Theory of Entrepreneurial Event (Shapero and Sokol, 1982) and Theory of Planned Behaviour (Ajzen, 1991) which has three central constructs - Perceived Desirability of Self Employment, Perceived Feasibility of Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurship Intention.

The study was conducted with a sample of 71 respondents of PE FE UI students. The survey was conducted online during the month of May-June 2012. Data analysis methods used are the multivariate analysis by Partial Least Square method. And analytical results obtained results that Entrepreneurial Education has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention."

"Entreprenuerial learning in secondary vocational school aims to produce graduates to overcome the problem of unemployment. This study aimed to identify formation of attitudes and awareness of entrepreneurship towards vocational students after obtaining entrepreneurial training. The effect of entrepreneurial training is measured from the activities of teaching in class, mastery of entrepreneurship, atmosphere/climate of learning, the interest of students on entrepreneurship, and attitudes of students postining. Research with quantitative approach was carried out to 95 student of grade 3 SMK 1 Ternate with background in accounting, office administration marketing, tourism businesses and information technology. Data and information actual through questionnaire prepared in accordance with the variables to be measured. Results showed that a significant contribution of teaching entrepreneurship on the formation of entrepreneurial attitude. This means the higher the level of mastery learning and the better the quality of the learning entrepreneurship atmosphere the greater implications for the change of entrepreneurial attitude. It is recommended that managers SMK supports the effort to create entrepreneurial attitude. Through increased teacher competence in the area of entrepreneurship, and empowerment of the role of principal as motivator entrepreneurial behavior in school."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai kewirausahaan, inovasi dan kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan penyedia layanan logistik dalam konteks yang terjadi pada PT Puninar Jaya, salah satu perusahaan logistik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dilakukan melalui survei kuesioner terhadap karyawan di PT Puninar Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks perusahaan logistik, nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap terciptanya inovasi dan peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Namun demikian inovasi yang ada pada perusahaan logistik tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggannya. Hal ini mengindikasikan terjadinya perangkap inovasi, yaitu nilai yang dihasilkan dari inovasi tidak dianggap oleh pelanggan sebagai sesuatu yang menguntungkan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyarankan manajerial perusahaan yang bergelut di dalam perusahaan logistik agar menumbuh kembangkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan di dalam perusahaan serta benar-benar memperhatikan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan cara berkolaborasi dengan pelanggan di dalam melakukan inovasi demi memberikan layanan yang terbaik bagi pelanggan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. The aim of this study is to analyze entrepreneurship, innovation and customer satisfaction in the logistics service providers within PT Puninar Jaya, a logistics company in Indonesia. This is a quantitative research using questionnaire survey method on the employees of PT Puninar Jaya. The results showed that in the context of logistics service providers, entrepreneurship has a positive effect on the creation of innovation and increase customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, it is alarming to see that innovations in logistics service providers have no effect on customer satisfaction. This result might be indicates an innovation trap, that is value created from innovation is not perceived by customers to be useful. This study suggests managers who deals in logistics companies to encourage entrepreneurship within the company and consider the needs of customers by collaborate with customers in creating innovation in order to provide the best service for customers so that they can increase customer satisfaction."

"Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pendidikan kewirausahaan yang didapat oleh mahasiswa Ekstensi jurusan Manajemen Bisnis dan Manajemen Small Medium Entreprise selama masa perkuliahannya terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan pada mahasiswa Ekstensi jurusan Manajemen Bisnis dan Manajemen Small Medium Entreprise dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensi wirausaha mahasiswanya lewat terlebih dahulu mempengaruhi sikap positif mahasiswa terhadap kewirausahaan dan meningkatkan kontrol perilaku kewirausahaan.

The focus of this study is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial education to entrepreneurial intentions among Management of Business and Management of Small Medium Entreprise's extension students who get the entrepreneurial educations on their studies.
