PT Asta Kriya merupakan salah satu UMKM di Indonesia yang memproduksi lebih dari 200 jenis suvenir dan kerajinan tangan khas Indonesia. PT Asta Kriya memiliki omzet senilai 1.4 miliar per tahun dan menjalankan bisnisnya dengan bermitra dengan beberapa pengrajin pilihan dari berbagai kota seperti Solo, Jogjakarta, Bandung, dan Surabaya. Berdasarkan pengumpulan data oleh peneliti secara kualitatif (in depth interview), observasi, dan analisis data kuantitatif, peneliti menemukan kendala utama yang dihadapi oleh PT Asta Kriya, yaitu terkendalanya pengelolaan persediaan dan kunjungan penjualan yang tidak efektif. Penelitian business coaching ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pemasaran melalui pengelolaan overstock dan pembuatan standard operating procedure (SOP) dalam kegiatan kunjungan perusahaan. Melalui kegiatan business coaching ini diperoleh hasil bahwa pengelolaan overstock yang dilakukan secara cepat dan tepat media mampu meminimalisir jumlahnya pada perusahaan, pelaksanaan retention program dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan terhadap perusahaan, serta penggunaan SOP dapat memberikan arahan bagi divisi pemasaran untuk melakukan direct selling. Untuk kedepannya, penulisan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi di bidang ilmu pengetahuan terkait dengan manajemen persediaan, overstock, dan pemasaran direct selling.
PT Asta Kriya is one of the MSMEs in Indonesia that produces more than 200 types of Indonesian souvenirs and handicrafts. PT Asta Kriya has a turnover of 1.4 billion anually and runs its business by partnering with selected craftsmen from various cities such as Solo, Jogjakarta, Bandung and Surabaya. Based on data collection by researchers qualitatively (in depth interview), observation, and quantitative data analysis, researchers found the main obstacles that being faced by PT Asta Kriya, There are constrained inventory management and ineffective sales visits. This business coaching study aims to solve marketing problems through overstock management and making standard operating procedure (SOP) in company visits. Through this business coaching activity, results were obtained that overstock management that being carried out quickly and using correct media was able to minimize the amount to the company, the implementation of the retention program could help increase sales to the company, and the use of SOP’s could provide direction for the marketing division to direct selling. In the future, this writing is expected to contribute in the field of science related to inventory management, overstock, and direct selling marketing.
"Tahap perencanaan berperan penting dalam sebuah proyek, termasuk proyek feasibility study. PT. PLN (Persero) Pusenlis mempunyai prosedur yang mengatur proses bisnisnya, yaitu Prosedur Enjiniring. Hasil analisis komparasi dan analisis risiko pada tahap perencanaan feasibility study berdasarkan PMBOK menghasilkan SOP baru pada area scope management, time management, cost management, time management, human resource management, stakeholder management serta pengembangan SOP lama yaitu integration management dan risk management. SOP baru menjabarkan kegiatan tahap inisiasi - penutupan, dengan masing-masing penanggungjawab, durasi, dan outputnya. Dengan mengembangkan sistem perencanaan proyek berbasis PMBOK 2013 dengan pendekatan risiko, maka kinerja waktu perencanaan proyek feasibility study dapat ditingkatkan.
Planning stage is important in a project, including feasibility study project. PT. PLN (Persero) Pusenlis have a "Procedure Engineering" that manage the bussiness process. Comparation analysis and risk analysis on planning stage of feasibility study based on PMBOK resulting new SOP in scope management, time management,cost management, time management, human resource management, stakeholder management and developing an existing SOP in integration management dan risk management. The new SOP describe a whole activities from initiating until closing by adjusting the PIC, duration, and output. With developing the project system planning based on PMBOK 2013, the time performance can be improved.
