"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi yang dilakukan produk low voltage merek Schneider terhadap penjualan pada konsumen B2B. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara (in depth interview), yang dilakukan secara mendalam terhadap narasumber. Narasumber pada penelitian ini diambil dari perwakilan Schneider dan distributor ekslusif serta distributor retail. Penelitian ini membuat protokol studi sebagai acuan pertanyaan yang dilakukan pada wawancara berdasarkan faktor strategi membangun brand loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai bagaimana produk low voltage Schneider membangun brand loyalty dengan distributor sehingga terjadi keputusan pembelian berulang merek Schneider dan bekerja sama jangka panjang. Penelitian ini berkontribusi sebagai analisa kepada Schneider untuk dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada distributor sehingga bisa menjaga loyalitas hubungan yang baik dengan distributor. Adapun kebaruan dari penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya ialah adanya penambahan faktor strategi yang membangun brand loyalty.

This research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by Schneider's low-voltage products to boost sales among B2B consumers. This study employs in-depth interviews as a method, conducting thorough interviews with informants. Sources for this research are drawn from Schneider representatives, exclusive distributors, and retail distributors. The study uses a study protocol as a reference for the questions asked in the interviews, based on factors related to building brand loyalty. The results of this research provide insights into how Schneider's low-voltage products build brand loyalty with distributors, leading to purchase decisions for Schneider's brand and long-term partnerships. This research contributes to Schneider's analysis, enabling them to enhance their services to distributors and maintain strong and loyal relationships. The novelty of this research compared to previous studies lies in the addition of factors that build brand loyalty

"ABSTRAK
Dengan terus berkembangnya industri kesehatan dan semakin kompetitifnya persaingan perusahaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan di Indonesia, menjadikan perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut merasa perlu untuk menciptakan competitive advantage dengan memanfaatkan brand yang merupakan salah satu aset penting bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, tesis ini bermaksud untuk membahas mengenai pengaruh strategi brand orientation terhadap brand performance pada perusahaan business-to-business(B2B) yang bergerak di industri kesehatan yaitu perusahaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan di Indonesia. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh faktor internal perusahaan dan faktor mediasi yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan brand orientation di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari 145 responden perusahaan B2B diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial orientationmempengaruhi perusahaan dalam menerapkan brand orientationdan marketing capability tidak menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Selain itu, customer value co-creation dan brand credibility dapat menjadi faktor mediasi yang meningkatkan pengaruh dari brand orientation terhadapbrand performance. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disarankan pada perusahaan B2B yang ingin meningkatkan brand performance mereka untuk menerapkan brand orientation dalam strategi pemasaran mereka.

ABSTRACT
With the recent development of healthcare industries and competitive competition of pharmaceutical and medical device firms in Indonesia, it made these firms feel need the importance to create competitive advantage by utilizing the brand as one of the most important assets for the firm. Therefore, this research intends to find out the role of brand orientation strategies on brand performance in business-to-business (B2B) firms in the health industry, namely pharmaceutical and medical device firms in Indonesia. In addition, this study also aims to see the influence of internal factors and mediation factors that could influence the implementation of brand orientation within the firms. This research is a quantitative descriptive design research. With 145 B2B firm respondents, the results show that the entrepreneurial orientation influences firm in implementing brand orientation and marketing capability factor does not show a significant positive effect. In addition, customer value co-creation and brand credibility could be mediating factors that increase the influence of brand orientation on brand performance. Based on these results, it can be suggested for B2B firms that would like to improve their brand performance to start implement the brand orientation in their marketing strategies."

"ABSTRAK
Saat ini persaingan merek di industri Managed Print Services semakin ketat. Oleh sebab itu, salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempertahankan Xerox/Fuji Xerox sebagai market leader adalah dengan menggunakan strategi branding. Salah satu dari strategi branding yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian.
Penelitian ini menggunakan descriptive analysis dengan cara metode survey (kuesioner). Kuesioner akan diberikan kepada customer-customer PT. Astra Graphia di cabang Jakarta 1. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Tehnik ini berarti memilih responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa nilai analisis regresi linear berganda adalah sebagai berikut:
Y = 0,142 X1 + 0,324 X2 + 0,335 X3 + 0,165 X4
Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari penelitian ini brand awareness memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,142 terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, brand loyalty memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,324 terhadap keputusan pembelian, perceived quality memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,335 terhadap keputusan pembelian dan brand association memliki pengaruh sebesar 0,165 terhadap keputusan pembelian.

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, brand competition in Managed Print Services is more tight. Hence, one of strategies which can be used for maintain Xerox/Fuji Xerox as market leader is using branding strategy. One of branding strategy which can be used is measure how much the influence of Brand equity for purchasing decision.
This study use descriptive analysis with survey (questionnaire) method. The questionnaire will be given to customers PT. Astra Graphia, especially branch of Jakarta 1. Technique of sampling which will be used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. This technique means that responden is choosed based on certain criteria. The result from this study shows that the score for multiple linear regression analysis is:
Y = 0,142 X1 + 0,324 X2 + 0,335 X3 + 0,165 X4
So, it can be summarized from this study that Brand awareness have an influece 0,142 to Purchasing Decision variable, Brand loyalty have an influence 0,324 to Purchasing Decision variabel, Perceived quality have an influence 0,335 to Purchasing Decision variabel and Brand association have an influence 0,165 to Purchasing Decision variabel."

"Tesis ini membahas penerapan strategi pemasaran Word of Mouth di dalam aktivitas Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) yang telah perusahaan B2B Telekomunikasi di Indonesia dan analisis pengaruhnya terhadap brand attachment untuk menciptakan pembelian atau permintaan kebutuhan target pasar potensial terhadap produk layanan perusahaan tersebut di masa-masa mendatang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap korporasi-korporasi dari berbagai segmen industri yang menjadi pelanggan 3 (tiga) perusahaan B2B telekomunikasi besar di Indonesia yang dianggap mewakili pelaku industri, yaitu Lintasarta, Telkom dan XL. Analisis data dilakukan dengan simple regression dan multiple regression, terhadap variabel brand awareness, brand image, brand satisfaction, brand trust, dan brand attachment.

The focus of this study is to analyze the impact of brand attachment as word of mouth marketing strategy, as part of the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) activities, for B2B telecommunications companies in Indonesia. PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, and PT XL Axiata, the biggest players in ICT solutions with their programs in creating the needs for their Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Solution for their potential target markets, are the example for this research for using word of mouth marketing strategy for creating the purchase intention by building brand awareness, brand image, brand satisfaction, brand trust, and brand attachment. The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive research design and using simple regression and multiple regression."

Permasalahan yang melatar-belakangi penelitian ini adalah branding perusahaan
bisnis ke bisnis (B2B) yang selama ini kurang memenuhi apa yang dipedulikan
publik dari brand B2B, seperti kejujuran dan dialog terbuka, serta keahlian dan
kepemimpinan perusahaan di bidangnya.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Sucofindo, sebuah perusahaan B2B di bidang jasa
pemastian, yang bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana mekanisme pelibatan publik
dapat membentuk asosiasi brand korporasi.
Menggunakan teori-teori organisasi dan publik, serta konsep-konsep pelibatan
publik, public relations, dan corporate branding, penelitian dengan pendekatan
kualitatif deskriptif ini meyimpulkan pelibatan publik dengan berbagi pengetahuan
perusahaan sesuai untuk membentuk kredibilitas perusahaan –expertise,
trustworthiness, dan likability sebagai asosiasi brand korporasi B2B.

ABSTRACT
The problem underlying the research is business to business (B2B) corporate
branding which have not meet what the public cares of B2B brands, such as
honesty and open dialogue, as well as the corporate’s expertise and leadership in
its field.
This research was conducted in PT Sucofindo, a B2B company in the field of
assurance services, which aims to analyze how public engagement mechanisms
can establish corporate brand associations.
Using organizations and public theories, as well as the concepts of public
engagement, public relations, and corporate branding, this qualitative-descriptive
research concludes that public engagement by sharing corporate’s knowledge
appropriate to establish the corporate credibility –expertise, trustworthiness, and
likability, as a B2B corporate brand associations."

"The objective of this research ls to determine what is the most appropriate lMC strategy to apply in Indonesia market and to analyze the brand equity of EMC products in Indonesia market. EMC is information infrastructure global market leader. But at the moment, there is an issue that EMC considered very late compared to its competitors in dealing with Indonesia market. EMC is not yet becoming Indonesia market leader. Indonesia consumen also have perception that EMC place is very high againts others. Branding merupakan alat yang digunakan oleh pemasar untuk menciptakan identitas suatu produk dan mendiferensiasi produk tersebut dari pesaing-pesaingnya. Selebrita yang namanya dapat dianggap sebagai brand butuh melakukan kegiatan branding agar dapat dikenal di pasar hiburan yang sudah sangat tersaturasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari human brand identity serta branding communication grup boy band BTS asal Korea Selatan terhadap brand image dan brand love para penggemar BTS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa human brand identity dan brand communication memengaruhi brand image selebritas, dan brand image merupakan variable penting dalam menciptakan brand love selebritias.


Branding is used as a tool used by marketers to create an identity of a product, to differentiate the product from its competitors. Celebrities whose names are considered brands also need to engage themselves in branding activities to help them be recognized in the current highly-saturated market. This research aims to look at the effects of each members human brand identity and branding communications of South Korean boy band BTS towards their brand image and brand love of the fans towards the group. This research is uses a quantitative method through the collection of questionnaires filled by BTS fans. The data is processed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings of this research show that human brand identity and brand communication positively affects brand image, and a positive brand image is important for the creation of brand love.
