ABSTRACTPharmaceutical industry is obliged to apply Good Manufacturing Practice. GMP regulate various important aspects in ensuring the quality of medicines. One of which is personnel. Pharmacists are key personnel in the pharmaceutical industry who served as head of production, head of quality assurance, and the head of quality control. Prospective pharmacists are required to have knowledge and skills in implementing GMP. PT. Merck, Tbk. provide opportunities for prospective pharmacists to carry out professional work practices in order to gain the knowledge, skills, and practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT Merck Tbk Periode Bulan Juli-Agustus Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB , dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi di PT Merck Tbk dilakukan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Verifikasi Metode Analisis pada Penetapan Kadar dan Cemaran Senyawa Sejenis Tablet X rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memverifikasi metode analisis pada pentepan kadar dan cemaran senyawa sejenis tablet X dapat digunakan pada pemeriksaan rutin tablet X. Secara umum, PT Merck Tbk telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

ABSTRACTInternship at PT Merck Tbk Period July-August 2017 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical Industry, understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP , and have a real picture about the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Internship at PT Merck Tbk was conducted for two months with special assignment ldquo;Analytical Method Verification on Assay and Quantitative Determination of The Related Substances of Tablet X rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to verify that analytical method on assay and quantitative determination of the related substances of Tablet X can be used on regular inspection of tablet X. In general, PT Merck Tbk has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan Juli-August Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yangBaik (CPOB), dan untuk memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan. Selama praktik kerja profesi diberikan tugas khusus mengenai Penyusunan Standard Operating Instructions (SOI) Prosedur Pemeriksaan Produk Jadi A Solution For Injection (EUCTD). Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memahami alur penyusunan dan persetujuan SOI di Departemen AD Export 2 dan menyusundokumen SOI prosedur pemeriksaan produk jadi A Solution for Injection (EUCTD). Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa SOI Prosedur Pemeriksaan Produk Jadi A Solution for Injection (EUCTD) telah disusun berdasarkan ketentuan yang berlaku di PT. Novell sehingga selanjutnya dapatdiajukan untuk menjadi SOI yang digunakan untuk pemeriksaan rutin.

The Apothecary internship program is carried out for two months. During internship times, a specialassignment regarding Penyusunan Standard Operating Instructions (SOI) Prosedur Pemeriksaan Produk Jadi A Solution For Injection (EUCTD) was given to the student. The purpose of carrying out this special assignment is to understand the SOI preparation and approval flow in the AD Export 2 Department and to compile the SOI document inspection procedure for 'A' Solution for Injection (EUCTD). From the results of the analysis conducted, it can be seen that SOI Procedure for Finishing Product Inspection "A 'Solution for Injection (EUCTD) has been compiled based on the provisions in force at PT. Novell so that it can then be proposed to become a SOI that is used for routine checks"

Abbott Indonesia Periode Bulan Juli – Agustus tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami penerapan dan penggunaan ilmu industri farmasi dibidang kefarmasian serta pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri  khususnya di PT. Abbott Indonesia dan memahami peran apoteker sebagai tenaga yang bertanggung jawab menjaga kualitas dan mutu produk obat.
