"ABSTRAKPluralism and multiculturalism is not only a fact of life but also has become our national identity that grows and develops long before this nation merge into one unified whole, namely the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Despite the recent Indonesian nation incessantly beset by problems, either in the form of communal conflict, social injustice, equitable development, as well as repressive actions carried out by some groups or circles in the name of religion as legitimacy but nonetheless this nation stands firmly with the symbol and identity diversity. Currently and in the next 50 years, suppose the Indonesian people in both urban and rural areas do need the right choice amid national life increasingly disturbed due to popping conflicts that occur in many areas of the nation. Various theories and ideas have been studied and analyzed critically in order to uphold nation unity and religious tolerance in civilized cultural diversity. A civilized society need a frame of reference for understanding why social issues as well as the threat of national disintegration as a result of the eruption of the conflict in the form of ethnicity, religion, identity, and culture remains the case for nearly 72 years of Indonesian independence. Followed by what the best solution is expected."

"[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komodifikasi anggota JKT48 dan komodifikasi dukungan fans terhadap idola yang dilakukan oleh manajemen JKT48. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, analisis wacana kritis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah komodifikasi anggota JKT48 dan komodifikasi dukungan fans karena manajemen JKT48 mentransformasinya sebagai komoditi. Kerugian yang ditimbulkan bagi perempuan yang menjadi anggota JKT48 adalah eksploitasi sebagai pekerja dan kehilangan makna dirinya sebagai perempuan karena direduksi menjadi obyek dan komditi. Sedangkan kerugian yang dapat dialami oleh fans adalah pengurangan hak sebagai konsumen dan mengalami manipulasi sehingga melakukan konsumsi atas komoditi yang sebenarnya bukan komoditi.

;The purposes of this research are to know about the commodification of JKT48?s member and the commodification of the fans? support among their idol that have been done by JKT48?s management. This research use qualitative method with observation, interview and critical discourse analysis. The Result of this research is JKT48?s management did the commodification against women (JKT48?s member) and against fans? support because JKT48?s management transformed women and fans? support as a commodity which is can be sold to public. The bad impacts of commodification for women are an exploitation as a labor and they are losing the meaning of themselves as a women because the reduction as an object or a commodity. On the other hand, the bad impacts of commodification for it fans are the decreasing of their rights as a consumer and manipulated by the management so they are consuming among a ?commodity? that not really a ?commodity?.

"ABSTRAKShinsengumi merupakan pasukan yang bertugas melindungi Shogun dan melenyapkan semua yang membuat kerusuhan pada masa-masa Restorasi Meiji. Kisah mengenai Shinsengumi telah banyak diangkat menjadi produk-produk budaya populer seperti: novel, film, komik, animasi, game, drama audio dan lain-lain. Adaptasi kisah Shinsengumi mengalami banyak proses romantisasi, komersialisasi dan erotisasi. Di tengah-tengah maraknya produk budaya populer Jepang yang mengangkat tokoh-tokoh laki-laki yang lebih lembut dan feminin sehingga turut merubah nilai-nilai maskulinitas yang ada di Jepang saat ini, Drama Audio Shinsengumi Mokuhiroku Wasurenagusa memunculkan tokoh-tokoh yang mengangkat kembali maskulinitas hegemonik yang sempat menjadi standar maskulinitas di Jepang.

ABSTRACTShinsengumi was the last shogun corps made to protect Shogun and destroy all rebels in Meiji Restoration Period. The story of Shinsengumi has been adapted into many product of popular culture such as: novels, movies, comics, animation, games, audio drama and others. Their story has been romanticized, commercialized and erotisized. In the midst of the Japanese pop-culture products which keep highlighting gentle and feminine male characters boom that changed the current Japanese masculinity value, Audio Drama series Shinsengumi Mokuhiroku Wasurenagusa develops characters which bring back the hegemonic masculinity that once became standard of masculinity in Japan."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai kegiatan ritual yang dilakukan oleh karyawan PT. Sucofindo SBU SICS Jakarta. Penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengamatan terlibat dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kegiatan ritual di PT. Sucofindo SBU SICS berfungsi mempersatukan karyawan. Kegiatan ritual dan solidaritas karyawan mempunyai keterkaitan serta mempunyai hubungan satu sama lain. Keduanya mempunyai fungsi yang sangat berarti dan mempunyai dampak yang sangat baik bagi perkembangan suatu perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa kegiatan ritual harus tetap dipertahankan oleh karyawan serta perusahaan.

ABSTRACTThis research discusses the ritual activities conducted by employees of PT.Sucofindo SBU SICS Jakarta. This thesis uses qualitative research which is is descriptive and the technique of research is participant observation and depht interview. The result of this research is that the ritual activity in PT. Sucofindo SBU SICS has a function to unity the employees. The ritual activity and the employees solidarity have relations to one another. Both of them have the function that meant so much and have very good the impact for the development company. The result of this research suggests that the ritual activity should be kept by employees and companies."
