"ABSTRAKAnalisis Situasi: Generasi milenial dikenal dengan banyak stigma negatif. Namun, sebenarnya banyak karakteristik milenial yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas negara dan bangsa Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah kreativitas. Maka dari itu, penulis tertarik memproduksi web series mengenai proses kreativitas generasi tersebut untuk menggapai apa yang mereka inginkan, berfokus pada bidang wirausaha kuliner. Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe: Manfaatnya untuk memberikan alternatif hiburan kepada khalayak yang ingin disasar serta memberi edukasi kepada generasi milenial akan pentingnya peranan mereka pada perkembangan ekonomi kreatif. Bertujuan memberikan inspirasi untuk percaya diri dan terus mengembangkan minat dan bakat. Prototipe yang Dikembangkan: Web series ini memiliki 10 episode dengan genre drama komedi berdurasi 3 - 7 menit. Bercerita mengenai anak muda bernama Caca, Sarah dan Dewi yang memiliki semangat tinggi untuk berjuang dalam mencapai apa yang mereka suka untuk kehidupan mereka yang lebih baik. Evaluasi: Evaluasi pretest menggunakan metode mini-theater dan focus group discussion FGD serta youtube analytics. Anggaran: Realisasi anggaran terhadap 3 episode prototipe web series ini sebesar Rp. 520.000. Untuk Rancangan Anggaran 10 episode sebesar Rp. 76.100.000 dan rencana pemasukan sebesar Rp. 124.950.000. Pendapatan yang didapat dengan total Rp. 48.850.000.

Evaluation: The pretest evaluation uses mini theater and focus group discussion FGD also Youtube analytics methods. Budgeting: Budget realization of 3 episodes prototype web series is Rp 520,000. For a10 episode Budget Plan of Rp 76.100.000 and income plan of Rp 124,950,000. Revenue earned for a total of Rp 48.850.000. "

Akan tetapi, dengan semua kelebihannya Gitta masih merasa kurang karena badannya yang gemuk. Akhirnya Gitta melakukan usaha yang merugikan diri sendiri untuk menurunkan berat badan secara berlebihan.BAB 4 Evaluasi. Evaluasi akan dilakukan meliputi media pre-test dengan metode mini theater dan focus group discussion FGD dan evaluasi program dengan Youtube Analytics dan FGD. BAB 5AnggaranRealisasi pembuatan prototipe 3 episode web series adalah sebesar Rp.381.300. Anggaran produksi web series 10 episode adalah sebesar Rp.111.375.000 dan rencana pemasukan sebasar Rp.181.917.200 dari iklan dan Youtube. Pendapatan bersih berjumlah Rp.69.942.200 setelah dikurangi Rp.600.000 sebagai biaya evaluasi.

BAB 1 Situation Analysis. Women are bombarded with the concept of ideal and beautiful woman, which is constructed by mass media. Researches have shown many women attempt excessively, until harming themselves, to have that ideal body. Therefore, the author wants to produce a web series which can become an inspiration for women to love themselves regardless of their condition.

BAB 2 Benefits and Goals of Prototype Development. Benefits of this web series is to be an educational source about woman beauty concept which is constructed by mass media and enlightenment for women who are consumed by ideal woman stereotype. The goals are to give new perspective and to persuade women to love themselves.

BAB 3 Developed Prototype. This web series has 10 episodes with drama genre and has 5 6 minutes duration. This web series narrates a story about a student named Gitta who is good at singing, smart academically, and good at student activities. However, she does not feel confident about herself because she is fat. Therefore, she attempts excessively to reduce her weight until she harms herself.

BAB 4 Evaluation. Evaluation will be conducted through media pre test with mini theater, YouTube Analytics, and focus group discussion.BAB 5Budgeting The budget for production of 3 episodes prototype which has been executed is Rp. 381.300. The budget for producing 10 episodes is Rp.111.375.000 and there rsquo s a plan to gain income from advertisement and YouTube. The net income will be Rp.69.917.200, after Rp.600.000 total expense for evaluation budget."

Hair pomade is a men hair dressing product that help to control hair and give shiny effect on hair. Although it does not happen to all pomade users, but pomade could potentially cause pomade acne. Therefore, the writer want to educate the novice or amateur pomade user along with this web series drama, so they can understand about pomade easily.

Chapter 2 The Benefit and Goal of Program

The main benefit of this pilot program is to offer a new and fresh alternative show which is focused on pomade and can be accessed at any time through the internet. The main goal is to introduce what is pomade and inform about the positive and negative side of pomade for pomade amateur user.

Chapter 3 Developed Pilot

The title for this pilot program is ?Pomateur?. It is a story of Diki who has a friend named Sigit that is curious about pomade.

Chapter 4 Evaluation

Pre-test media was done by using questionnaire.

Chapter 5 Budget

In producing the pilot program, the total budgetcosts is Rp 4.356.000,00. As for the budget plan for the issuance of media production is Rp 44.385.000,00. The total budget for the evaluation costs Rp 600.000,00."
