"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap daya tarik organisasi dengan menggunakan reputasi organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Variabel tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan diukur dengan beberapa indikator dari Turker, untuk variabel reputasi organisasi diukur menggunakan beberapa indikator dari Hochwarter et al., dan yang terakhir untuk variabel daya tarik organisasi diukur menggunakan beberapa indikator dari Turban & Keon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden terkumpul sebanyak 330. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, analisis mediasi (causal step) dan analisis sobel test.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan mempengaruhi daya tarik organisasi secara signifikan. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan mempengaruhi reputasi organisasi secara signifikan. Reputasi organisasi mempengaruhi daya tarik organisasi secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, reputasi organisasimempengaruhi hubungan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan daya tarik organisasisebagai mediasi secara signifikan.

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on organizational atrractiveness by considering organizational reputation as a mediating variable. Corporate Social Responsibility variable is measured by several indicators from Turker, for organizational reputation variable measured by several indicators from Hochwarter et al., and the last for organizational attractiveness variable measured by several indicators from Turban & Keon. This study uses quantitative approach, collecting data by distributing questionnaires with 330 respondents collected. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis, regression analysis, mediation analysis (causal step) and sobel test analysis.
The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility affect organizational atttractiveness significantly. Corporate Social Responsibility affects organizational reputation significantly. Organizational reputataion affects organizational attractiveness significantly. Based on mediation analysis, organizational reputation affects the relationship of Corporate Social Responsibility and organizational attractiveness significantly."

"Corporate Social Responsibility merupakan kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab atas kegiatan bisnisnya kepada masyarakat dalam rangka menjaga kelangsungan hidup. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility yang dilakukan Telkomsel. Corporate Reputation dan Brand Equity terhadap Brand Performance Telkomsel.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 150 orang, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini diolah aplikasi statistik SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas atau program Corporate Social Responsibility yang dilakukan Telkomsel memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Corporate Reputation. Sebaliknya untuk hasil variabel lainnya yaitu Corporate Reputation dan Brand Equity terhadap Brand Performance tidak memiliki pengaruh.

Corporate Social Responsibility is a social activity carried out by the company as a form of responsibility for its business activities to the community in order to maintain survival. This study discusses the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility carried out by Telkomsel. Corporate Reputation and Brand Equity towards Telkomsel Brand Performance.
This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 150 people, the data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires. This research is processed by statistical application of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).
The results of the study indicate that the activities or Corporate Social Responsibility programs carried out by Telkomsel have a positive influence on Corporate Reputation. On the other hand, for the results of other variables, namely Corporate Reputation and Brand Equity on Brand Performance, it has no influence.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh struktur kepemilikan dan organizational slack terhadap tingkat pengungkapan informasi tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) pada laporan tahunan perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011 sampai 2013.
Hasil pengujian statistik dengan regresi menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi kepemilikan, kepemilikan pemerintah, maupun kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengungkapan CSR perusahaan. Hanya organizational slack yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan CSR. Diantara dua variabel kontrol yaitu ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas, hanya ukuran perusahaan yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan CSR.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of ownership structure and organizational slack on corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure via annual report published by banks listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia from 2011 to 2013.
The test results indicate positive and significant impact oforganizational slack on CSR disclosure. However, none of ownership concentration, government ownership, or foreign ownership has significant effect on CSR disclosure. As for control variables, size significantly influences CSR disclosure while profitability doesn't.

"Penelitian ini membahas program Corporate Social Responsibility di PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, yaitu Program Peduli Pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi sebuah program CSR dapat membentuk reputasi perusahaan di mata stakeholder-nya. Melalui penelitian ini diketahui implementasi program ini sudah sangat baik tapi belum ditunjang oleh strategi komunikasi yang dapat membentuk identitas perusahaan secara luas. Meskipun demikian, program CSR Peduli Pendidikan terbukti dapat membentuk reputasi perusahaan di mata para peserta program. Untuk masa mendatang, penelitian ini dapat dilengkapi dengan penelitian kuantitatif sehingga dapat menjangkau responden yang lebih banyak dan pengukuran reputasi yang lebih luas.

This research discusses the CSR Program in PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, namely Peduli Pendidikan program. The research uses qualitative method in order to describe how the implementation of a CSR program could form the reputation of a company by its stakeholder. The research discovered that the implementation of the program is already been well-executed but haven?t been supported by a communication strategy that could help build the corporate identity. However, the Peduli Pendidikan program is proved to have been succesfull in forming the corporate reputation on its participant. For the future, this research should be equiped with a quantitative research so that it would be able to reach a wider respondent and more thorough research on reputation."

"Socially Responsible Marketing adalah suatu aktivitas bisnis / usaha yang dalam pelaksanaannya juga memikirkan kepentingan di luar perusahaan terkait untuk memelihara dan memperbaiki kesejahteraan / kesehatan dari konsumen maupun lingkungan sekitar. Sedangkan CSR adalah komitmen perusahaan untuk memperbaiki komunitas sekitar untuk lebih baik dengan kebebasan cara melalui praktik bisnis dan kontribusi perusahaan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh aktivitas Socially Responsible Marketing dan CSR terkait kampanye sosial dari Pepsodent yaitu ?Senyum Sehat Senyum Pepsodent terhadap Brand Image dan Corporate Reputation dari Pepsodent dan PT. Unilever.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Socially Responsible Marketing mempunyai pengaruh secara positif terhadap Brand Image, namun tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap Corporate Reputation. Sedangkan kegiatan CSR secara positif terbukti dapat mempengaruhi Brand Image suatu produk dan Corporate Reputation. Dan terakhir, Brand Image secara positif mempengaruhi Corporate Reputation. Dengan demikian terlihat bahwa aktivitas Socially Responsible Marketing tidak dapat secara langsung mempengaruhi Corporate Reputation, namun harus melalui mediasi Brand Image dari produk yang diciptakan perusahaan tersebut.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka sebaiknya pasta gigi merek Pepsodent dan PT. Unilever itu sendiri terus melaksanakan dan meningkatkan program Socially Responsible Marketing dan CSR secara lebih terencana dan berkelanjutan sebagai wujud kepedulian dari Pepsodent dan PT. Unilever dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat khususnya terkait kesehatan mulut dan gigi yang lebih baik.

Socially Responsible Marketing is a business activity which in the marketing process implementation are also thinking outside the related enterprises to maintain and improve the welfare / health to consumer and the environment around the consumer. While CSR is a corporate commitment to improving the community around for a better way through business practices and corporate contributions. This study discusses the influence of the activity of Socially Responsible Marketing and CSR on Brand Image and Corporate Reputation.
The results show that the activities of Socially Responsible Marketing has a positive effect on Brand Image, but do not have a direct positive influence on Corporate Reputation. CSR activities are proven to positively affect the Brand Image of a product and Corporate Reputation. And lastly, Brand Image positively affects the Corporate Reputation. Thus can be seen that the activity of Socially Responsible Marketing cannot be affect directly to Corporate Reputation, but through the mediation of Brand Image of the company products.
Based on these results, the company should continue to implement Socially Responsible Marketing and CSR with better planned and sustainable as a form of awareness of Pepsodent dan PT. Unilever in improving the quality of life, especially which related to oral and dental health.

Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan telah menjadi elemen penting bagi perusahaan terkait employer branding. Dampak dari employer branding (EB) perusahaan bergantung pada bagaimana penerima informasi menafsirkan pesan atau impresi yang perusahaan lakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sikap generasi millennial sebagai pencari kerja terkait kegiatan CSR terhadap daya tarik organisasi berbasis CSR. Peneliti melakukan studi empiris di Indonesia, mengumpulkan data dari sampel millennials yang berasal dari tiga universitas ternama. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan SPSS, kemudian di analisis menggunakan model regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap generasi millennial terkait Corporate Social Responsibility memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employer Attractiveness berbasis Corporate Social Responsibility.


 

Corporate social responsibility has become an important element for companies related to employer branding. The impact of a company's employer branding depends on how the recipient of the information interprets the message or impression from the company. The aim of this research is to examine how millennial job seekers’ attitudes toward CSR influence CSR-based employer attractiveness (EA). This research conducted an empirical study in Indonesia, collecting data from Millennials who came from the top three universities. The data processed using SPSS, then analyzed using regression model. The results indicates that the attitude of the millennial generation has an impact on CSR-based employer attractiveness.

Laporan ini membahas penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check pada PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN). Metode pengukuran dari Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check terdiri dari aspek input, output, outcome, dan impact serta pengukuran business value dan social value yang diciptakan dari
program CSR. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa program CSR PGN telah berhasil menciptakan dampak bagi masyarakat walaupun dampak bagi bisnis PGN sendiri masih rendah. Hasil pengukuran akan diikuti oleh rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja program CSR PGN sekaligus penciptaan dampak dari program CSR di masa depan.

Measurement method of Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check consists of input, output, outcome, and impact also measurement of business value and social value which are created through CSR programme. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai praktik pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) serta menguji secara empiris pengaruh dari struktur kepemilikan saham terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda terhadap 128 perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pengungkapan CSR masih sangat rendah dengan jumlah persentase tingkat pengungkapan kurang dari 70%. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kepemilikan saham oleh keluarga, institusi, dan publik berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh lemahnya kontrol dari para pemegang saham terhadap perusahaan terkait dengan isu sosial dan lingkungan, sehingga tingkat pengungkapan CSR pada perusahaan menjadi rendah. Kepemilikan saham oleh investor asing tidak terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh tujuan dari investor asing yang bersifat jangka pendek, sehingga lebih terkonsentrasi pada profit perusahaan.

The objective of this study is to determine the implementation of corporate social responsibilty disclosure and to determine the effect of ownership structure on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure. The hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression of the 128 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. This study find that the level of CSR disclosure is still weak, with level of percentage disclosure below 70%. This study also finds that family ownership, institution ownership, and public ownership have negative significant effect on CSR disclosure. It can be caused by the lack of control from the shareholders on the social and environment issues, so that the level of CSR disclosures is weak. Foreign ownership is not has significant effect on CSR disclosure. It can be casued by the goals of foreign investor only for short-term investment, so the focus of company is profit."

"Reputasi berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan suatu perusahaan. Reputasi baik dapat memberikan berbagai keuntungan terhadap perusahaan. Hal tersebut mendorong banyak perusahaan meningkatkan reputasi baik perusahaan. Studi menunjukkan salah satu cara meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan, yaitu dengan melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR). Danone-AQUA melaksanakan CSR untuk memenuhi Peraturan Pemerintah sekaligus meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan. Makalah ini membahas mengenai strategi program CSR WASH AQUA Lestari oleh Danone-AQUA dan peran public relations dalam meningkatkan reputasi. Hasil analisis menjukkan Danone-AQUA dalam program WASH menggunakan strategi the citizenship strategy, dan merupakan inisiatif socially responsible business practice, yang dibantu peran public relations dalam meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan, dengan pembuktian berupa penerimaan penghargaan oleh Danone-AQUA.

Reputation plays an important role in the growth of a corporate. A good reputation can provide various benefits to the corporate. This has encouraged many corporates to improve their good reputation. The study shows that one way to improve a corporate's reputation is by implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR). Danone-AQUA carries out CSR to fulfill government regulations while enhancing the corporate's reputation. This paper discusses the strategy of the WASH AQUA Lestari CSR program by Danone-AQUA and the role of Public Relations in enhancing reputation. The results of the analysis show that Danone-AQUA in the WASH program uses the citizenship strategy, and is a socially responsible business practice initiative, which is assisted by the role of Public Relations in improving the corporate's reputation, with proof in the form of receiving awards by Danone-AQUA."
