The purpose of this special assignment is to reformulate exsisting enteric coated tablets into sugar coated tablets and to do evaluation of the sugar coated tablets in Research and Development Departement . In general, PT. Phapros, Tbk. has applied 12 aspects of GMP well. With the implementation of internship at PT. Phapros, Tbk. the authors have the ability to understand the roles of pharmacists and also had the insights, knowledges, and practical experience that a pharmacist need to have in a pharmaceutical industry. "ABSTRAKIndustri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri kesehatan untuk melakukan kegitaan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Agar obat yang dihasilkan berkualitas, bermutu, dan aman serta konsisten maka dibutuhkan suatu pedoman bagi industri farmasi yaitu Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Phapros, Tbk bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang industri farmasi serta mendapatkan gambaran secara nyata terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh Apoteker di industri farmasi. Melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi ini, mahasiswa dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari dengan melakukan kegiatan di bidang pemastian mutu, pengawasan mutu dan produksi berdasarkan CPOB. Selain itu melalui tugas khusus, mahasiswa dapat melakukan identifikasi biaya kualitas berdasarkan alur prosedur yang ada di pabrik sehingga mahasiswa mengetahui seluruh alur prosedur yang ada di pabrik. Praktik Kerja Profesi dilakukan selama delapan minggu pada bulan Februari hingga Maret 2017.

ABSTRACTPharmaceutical Industry is an entity that has permit from the Minister Health to the manufacture of drugs or drug ingredients. In order for the resulting drug quality, good efficacy, safe, and consistent then it takes a guideline for the pharmaceutical industry that is Good Manufacturing Practice GMP . Implementation of Pharmacist Profession Practices in PT. Phapros, Tbk was intended to have knowledge and understanding about pharmaceutical industry and also to gained insight into the role and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry. Through the internship, students were able to activities in the field of quality assurance, quality control, and production based on the GMP. Futhermore, a specific assignment has been given to the student about identifying cost of quality based on flow of procedures that exist in the industry. The internship was performed for four weeks in May 2017. "

"ABSTRAKIndustri farmasi merupakan salah satu sarana yang berperan penting dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat yang berkewajiban untuk menyediakan obat yang bermutu, aman, dan berkhasiat. Sebuah industri farmasiharus memiliki minimal 3 orang Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab pada bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu. Hal tersebut menuntut seorang Apoteker untuk memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan sesuai Standar Kompetensi Apoteker IAI. Kompetensi seorang calon Apoteker agar mampu bekerja dalam dunia kefarmasian dengan baik dapat diperoleh dari materi kuliah dan pengalaman terlibat langsung dalam dunia kerja melalui kegiatan PKPA. Kegiatan selama PKPA yaitu berupa pemberian materi serta kegiatan visit untuk mendalami materi terkait seluruh kegiatan di PT Phapros, Tbk. antara lain struktur organisasi, manajemen K3L, pengelolaan air limbah, manajemen resiko, produksi, Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Produksi, Quality Operation, kegiatan gudang, kegiatan maintenance, dan bagian penunjang lainnya. Tugas khusus PKPA di PT Phapros, Tbk. yaitu melakukan review kelengkapan dan menyiapkan dokumen registrasi variasi dari beberapa produk PT Phapros, Tbk. yang dilakukan oleh bagian DR (Dokumentasi dan Registrasi). Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKPA di PT Phapros, Tbk. membuat mahasiswa mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis yang lebih di industri farmasi secara umum dan melakukan registrasi variasi secara khusus.

A pharmaceutical industry must has at least 3 pharmacists in charge in the field of quality assurance, production, and quality control. It requires a pharmacist to have the insight, knowledge, skills corresponding Pharmacist Competence Standard IAI. Pharmacists competence of a candidate to be able to work in the world of pharmacy well can be obtained from lectures and experience directly involved in the world of work through profession internship activities. Activities during profession internship include giving materials and visit to explore related material of all activities at PT Phapros, Tbk. among others, organizational structure, management K3L, water management system, risk management, production, Production Planning and Development, Quality Operations, warehouse activities, maintenance activities, and other supporting parts. The special task of profession internship at PT Phapros, Tbk. is conducting a review of completeness and prepare the registration documents of some products PT Phapros, Tbk. done by the DR (Documentation and Registration). The implementation of profession internship at PT Phapros, Tbk. make students gain insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry more generally and specially in register variations."
