"Pekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluranan obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Seorang apoteker, wajib untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai apa yang sudah dicantumkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut di dalam fasilitas kefarmasian yang ada di Indonesia. Industri farmasi adalah wujud nyata dari fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi tempat seorang apoteker menjalankan fungsinya. industri farmasi harus memiliki tiga orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab masing-masing pada bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu setiap produksi sediaan farmasi. Untuk menjamin bahwa produk yang dibuat senantiasa memenuhi persyaratan mutu yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya pemerintah mengeluarkan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB sebagai panduan apoteker dalam berpraktik di industri farmasi.

"ABSTRAKPraktek kerja profesi di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional Periode Bulan Maret-Mei Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Selama kegiatan praktik kerja berlangsung, penulis ditempatkan di departemen Quality System and Compliance. Tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu berjudul ldquo;Kualifikasi Personil rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional adalah memahami jenis kualifikasi personil di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional beserta proses pelaksanaannya. Secara umum, PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

In general, PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy. Through this PKPA process, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain experience, knowledge, insight, and skills that are appropriate and adequate to enter the world of pharmaceutical work. "

Finusolprima Farma Internasional Periode Bulan Juli - Agustus Tahun 2019 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker di Industri Farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, serta untuk memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat Yang Baik (CPOB) di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu pembuatan protokol validasi fogging untuk seluruh area produksi dan laboratorium mikrobiologi lantai 1 di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menyusun protokol validasi fogging dan penentuan letak indikator biologi (Bacillus atrophaeus) yang akan digunakan dalam proses sanitasi pada seluruh area produksi dan laboratorium mikrobiologi lantai 1 di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini dilakukan di Apotek Safa, Jl. Bukit Duri Tanjakan No.68, RT.1/RW.11, Bukit Duri, Kec. Tebet, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12840. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan selama 20 hari mulai tanggal 1 Juli 2019 hingga 31 Juli 2019. Berdasarkan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilakukan di Apotek Safa, dapat disimpulkan pelaksanaan PKPA dapat membantu calon apoteker dalam memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, meliputi pengelolaan apotek, pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik sesuai standar dan etika yang berlaku.

The Pharmacist Profession Internship is part of the lectures at the Apothecary Study Program at the University of Indonesia, which is expected to provide a real picture for a prospective pharmacist regarding the important role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy. The Pharmacist Profession Internship (PKPA) was conducted at the Safa Pharmacy, Jl. Bukit Duri Tanjakan No.68, RT.1 / RW.11, Bukit Duri, Kec. Tebet, South Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 12840. This internship was carried out for 20 days from 1 July 2019 to 31 July 2019. Based on the Pharmacist Profession Internship activities carried out at Safa Pharmacy, it can be concluded that PKPA implementation can help prospective pharmacists in understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies, including managing pharmacies, managing pharmaceutical preparations and clinical pharmacy services according to applicable standards and ethics."

"Seorang Apoteker memiliki peran penting di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek. Dalam melaksanakan peran tersebut, seorang Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode bulan Juli - Oktober 2021. Industri Farmasi harus selalu dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan melakukan proses improvement, dimana seorang Apoteker harus dapat melakukan perencanaan dan pengendalian aktivitas proses produksi. Dalam melakukan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan pengukuran atas setiap aktivitas produksi yang ada untuk melihat seberapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh tenaga kerja serta untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak tingkat aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran tersebut adalah metode time and motion study. Selain di Industri Farmasi, Apoteker juga berperan dalam Sarana Pelayanan Kefarmasian, salah satunya adalah Apotek. Apotek memiliki standar yang digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian, menjamin kepastian hukum bagi tenaga kefarmasian, dan melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional dalam rangka patient safety. Maka dari itu, seorang Apoteker wajib memiliki pemahaman terkait pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dari hasil PKPA tersebut, calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

One way is to carry out the improvement process, where a pharmacist must be able to plan and control the production process activity. In doing this, it is necessary to measure each of the existing production activities to see how long the workforce needs the time and to find out how many levels of activity are carried out by the company to produce products. One of the methods used to take these measurements is the time and motion study method. In addition to the Pharmaceutical Industry, pharmacists also play a role in Pharmaceutical Service Facilities, one of which is a pharmacy. Pharmacy has a standard used as a guideline for pharmaceutical personnel aimed at improving the quality of pharmaceutical services, ensuring legal certainty for pharmaceutical personnel, and protecting patients and communities from using irrational drugs in the framework of Patient Safety. Therefore, a pharmacist must understand the implementation of pharmaceutical services in the pharmacy by applicable laws and regulations. This internship allows pharmacist candidates to broaden their insight, understanding, and experience doing pharmaceutical work at a professional work practice."
