"ABSTRAKIndustri Farmasi merupakan badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT.Bayer Indonesia bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai peran, fungsi, posisi dan tanggung jawab apoteker dengan berlandaskam CPOB Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik sehingga saat menghadapi dunia kerja nyata di industri farmasi calon apoteker dapat melakukan pekerjaan secara profesional. Apoteker di Industri farmasi bertanggung jawab pada bagian produksi, pemastian mutu QA , dan pengawasan mutu QC . Praktik Kerja Profesi dilakukan selama dua bulan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2017.

ABSTRACTPharmaceutical industry is a business entity licensed by the Minister of Health to conduct drug making activities or medicinal materials. The implementation of Pharmacist Profession Practices at PT. Bayer Indonesia aims to improve the understanding of the role, function, position and responsibility of pharmacist based on the CPOB Good Production Method . So that, if they face the real world of working in the pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacist can do the work professionally. Pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry are responsible for production, quality assurance QA and quality control QC . The internship was conducted for two months in January February 2017."

Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKP untuk memperoleh gambaran dan pengalaman mengenai peran profesi apoteker di industri farmasi, khususnya dalam bidang pemastian mutu. Industri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Industri farmasi wajib memenuhi persyaratan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB . Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKP antara lain pengenalan secara umum mengenai PT. Mahakam Beta Farma; induksi ke departemen yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan kefarmasian yaitu Quality Assurance QA , Quality Control QC , Validasi, Research and Development R D , Mechanical and Engineering, Produksi, Custom Clearance and Warehouse, dan Material and Production Planning MPP . PT Mahakam Beta Farma merupakan salah satu industri farmasi yang telah menerapkan pedoman CPOB dalam setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan, baik dalam proses produksi, pengawasan dan pemastian mutu, serta kegiatan lain yang terkait.

Internship at PT Mahakam Beta Farma held on January 3rd to February 28th 2018. The aim of this internship to obtain an overview and experience of professional role of pharmacists in pharmaceutical industry, particularly in a quality assurance. Pharmaceutical industry is a corporation that has a license from Minister of Health to manufacturing of drugs or drug materials. Pharmaceutical industry is obliged to comply with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceuticals GMP . Activities conducted during internship among other general introduction about PT Mahakam Beta Farma; induction into department which related pharmacy that are Quality Assurance QA , Quality Control QC , Validation, Research and Development R D , Mechanical and Engineering, Production, Custom Clearance and Warehouse, and Material and Production Planning MPP . PT Mahakam Beta Farma is the one of pharmaceutical industry which has implemented the GMP guidelines in each of activities, both in production process, control and quality assurance, and other related activities."

"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT Sandoz Indonesia yang dilaksanakan selama Periode Bulan Januari ndash; Februari 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Praktik kerja di industri farmasi juga dapat memberikan gambaran terkait permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi sehingga calon apoteker dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja dilakukan dengan perkenalan umum terkait bagian-bagian di industri farmasi dan penempatan bagian khusus untuk memperoleh tugas khusus. Adapun Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu ldquo;Penilaian Kesenjangan Gap Assessment Spesifikasi Parameter Uji Bahan Baku Farmasi Teregistrasi BPOM dengan Farmakope rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus tersebut yaitu untuk mampu melakukan identifikasi perbedaan pada spesifikasi parameter uji bahan baku farmasi yang sudah teregistrasi BPOM dengan literatur USP dan EP , menentukan langkah-langkah perbaikan dalam mengatasi kesenjangan yang terjadi, dan dapat menyesuaikan spesifikasi parameter uji sesuai literatur terbaru. Secara umum, PT Sandoz Indonesia sudah sesuai dalam menerapkan aspek-aspek CPOB. Selain itu, pengenalan tugas dari setiap bagian di industri farmasi juga dapat memberikan wawasan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker serta penanganan permasalahan di industri farmasi.

ABSTRACTInternship at PT Sandoz Indonesia during the Period of January - February 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the application of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP in Pharmaceutical Industry. Internship at pharmaceutical industry can also provide an overview of pharmaceutical problemss in the pharmaceutical industry so that prospective pharmacists can have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience in undertaking pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship are carried out with a general introduction to pharmaceutical industry departments and the placement of specific divisons to obtain specific tasks. The specific task given is Gap Assessment between Pharmaceutical Raw Material Testing Parameters Specifications BPOM Registered with Pharmacopoeia . The purpose of the implementation of the specific task is to be able to identify differences in the specification of pharmaceutical raw material test parameters that have been registered BPOM with literature USP and EP , determine the improvement measures in overcoming the gap that occurs, and can adjust the specification of test parameters according to the literature the latest. In general, PT Sandoz Indonesia is appropriate in applying aspects of the CPOB. In addition, the introduction of tasks from every part of the pharmaceutical industry can also provide insights to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists as well as the handling of problems in the pharmaceutical industry. "Laporan praktik kerja ini membahas tentang praktik kerja yang dilakukan mahasiswa di PT AstraZeneca Indonesia-Cikarang Site bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung-jawab apoteker serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasiaan di Industri Farmasi.
