Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul 'Verifikasi Metode Analisis Senyawa Sejenis pada Bahan Baku T Menggunakan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi'. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories adalah membuat bukti dokumentasi yang terjamin tinggi bahwa metode analisis senyawa sejenis pada bahan baku zat T dilakukan secara konsisten dan memberi hasil yang memenuhi spesifikasi yang ditetapkan. Secara umum, PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Period March ndash; April 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is 'Verification for Related Substances of Substance T using HPLC Method'.

The purpose of this special assignment is to create highly guaranteed documented evidence which proves that method of analysis for related substances of Substances T is conducted consistently and produces responses which conform to the determined specifications. In general, PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy."

Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan Juli-Agustus Tahun 2018 dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi dilaksanakan selama dua bulan. Selama praktik kerja profesi diberikan tugas khusus mengenai “Verifikasi Kadar Sediaan Injeksi Senyawa Y 10 MG/10 ML Menggunakan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi”. Tujuan penugasan adalah untuk membuktikan bahwa hasil metode analisis kadar senyawa Y pada sediaan injeksi Y 10 mg/10mL dapat memberikan hasil yang konsisten dan memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Metode analisis kadar senyawa Y pada sediaan injeksi Y 10 mg/10 ml menggunakan kromatografi cair kinerja tinggi telah memenuhi parameter verifikasi yang diinginkan yaitu kesesuaian sistem, selektivitas, linearitas, akurasi, presisi, rentang, repeatabilitas, dan stabilitas sediaan.

Internship at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Period July-August 2018 aims to understands the roles, duty, and responsibilities of Pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry, own the insights, knowledge, skill, and practical experiences  to do pharmaceutical works in the Pharmaceutical Industry, understand the application of GMP in the Pharmaceutical Industry, and understand every problems that appear in pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The internship is carried out for two months. During the internship, the student was given a special assignment regarding “Assay Verification of Y Compound in 10 MG/10ML Injection Dosage Form by Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography Method”. The aims of the assignment is to prove that the results of the assay method of Y compound in10 MG/10ML injection dosage form is consistent and in accordance with the specifications. The assay analysis method on Y compound in injection 10 MG/10ML dosage form by using high performance liquid chromatography has fulfilled the desired parameters, namely system suitability, selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, range, repeatability and stability of dosage form.

This internship was conducted for two months with special assignment Validation of Analytical Methods for Assay of Tablets X 5 mg and Tablets X 10 mg Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography'. The purpose of this special assignment is to have the validation of analytical methods for assay of tablets X done in order to make documented evidence that has a high guarantee that the method of analytical for assay of tablets X can be done consistently and provide good result which is meet the specified specifiactions."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) bidang industri dilaksanakan di Departemen Product Development PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama delapan minggu, mulai dari tanggal 18 Januari 2016 sampai dengan 11 Maret 2016. Kegiatan PKP ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik di industri farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertanggung jawab dalam proses pembuatan produk, mulai dari perencanaan produk, pengembangan produk, pengembangan metode analisis, formulasi, validasi, produksi, pengawasan mutu, pemastian mutu, pendaftaran obat jadi, sampai produk dipasarkan. PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories telah memenuhi semua aspek CPOB yang diterjemahkan ke dalam bentuk Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) dan Standard Operation Instruction (SOI) pada masing-masing pelaksanaan kegiatan. Dari pelaksanaan PKP di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, mahasiswa menjadi lebih memperkaya wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi secara umum dan di bidang analytical development secara khusus.

Internship at pharmaceutical industry was held in the Department of Product Development PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. This activity was held for eight weeks, from January 18th, 2016, until March 11th, 2016. This internship was aimed to make apothecary student understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to work in the pharmaceutical industry; understand the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry; and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacists in PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories were responsible in the manufacturing process of products, starting from product planning, product development, analytical method development, formulation, validation, production, quality control, quality assurance, registration, until the product is marketed. PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories has complied with all aspects of GMP, that is translated into the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Standard Operation Instruction (SOI) in each of the activities. From internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, apothecary students become more enriching their knowledge, skills, and practical experience in doing pharmaceutical jobs in the pharmaceutical industry (in general) and in the field of analytical development (in particular)."

"ABSTRAKApoteker merupakan personil kunci pada kegiatan pembuatan obat dalam industri farmasi, artinya peran Apoteker dalam suatu industri farmasi sangat penting. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan April - Mei Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman praktis, dan gambaran dunia kerja yang nyata di industri farmasi. Selama praktik kerja profesi, calon Apoteker mendapatkan empat tugas khusus yaitu mengembangkan metode untuk uji disolusi terbanding suspensi oral nystatin, mengembangkan metode untuk pemeriksaan kadar pengawet metil paraben dan propil paraben dalam suspensi oral nystatin, verifikasi pemeriksaan kadar calcium folinate, dan cleaning validation sirup nosfocin. Pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja, terdapat tugas khusus berupa penetapan kadar kalsium folinat untuk memverifikasi kadar bahan baku sehingga meningkatkan kualitas produk yang akan dihasilkan.

ABSTRACTApothecary is key personnel in drug manufacturing activities in the pharmaceutical industry, meaning that the role of Apothecary in a pharmaceutical industry is very important. Intenship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories on April May 2017 aims to understand the role, function and responsibility of Apothecarys in pharmaceutical industry, providing knowledge, skills, practical experience, and give representation of real working in the pharmaceutical industry. During this internship, Apothecary candidate got four specific tasks, namely developing the new methods in comparative dissolution assay for nystatin oral suspension, developing the new methods in preservative methyl paraben and propyl paraben content assay for nystatin oral suspension, cleaning validation levodropropizine syrup, and verification of calcium folinate content assay. In the implementation of internship, there is a special task in the form verification of calcium folinate content assay aims to verify the content of raw materials, so as improve the quality of finished product."

"ABSTRAKObat sebagai salah satu penunjang kesehatan sangat dibutuhkan untuk mempengaruhi fungsi fisiologis tubuh manusia agar tercapainya derajat kesehatan masyarakat sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia. Tersedianya obat aman, bermutu, efisien, dan terjangkau akan membantu dalam upaya pembangunan kesehatan. Pembuatan obat atau bahan obat dapat dilakukan oleh Industri Farmasi sebagai badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan. Industri farmasi harus memiliki tiga personil kunci mencakup kepala bagian produksi, kepala bagian pengawasan mutu, dan kepala bagian manajemen mutu pemastian mutu . Personil kunci hendaklah seorang apoteker yang terdaftar dan terkualifikasi, memperoleh pelatihan yang sesuai, serta memiliki pengalaman praktis yang memadai dan keterampilan manajerial sehingga memungkinkan untuk melaksanakan tugasnya secara profesional. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan praktek kerja profesi Apoteker ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman praktis dan peran Apoteker sebagai personil kunci di lingkup industri farmasi.

ABSTRACTDrugs as one of the supporting health is needed to influence the physiological functions of the human body in order to achieve the degree of public health in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation. The drugs availability which is safe, high quality, efficient, and affordable will help health development. Production of drugs or medicinal materials may be made by the Pharmaceutical Industry as a business entity licensed by the Minister of Health. The pharmaceutical industry should have three key personnel covering the head of production department, head of quality control department, and head of quality management quality assurance . Key personnel should be registered and qualified as a pharmacists, obtain appropriate training, and have sufficient practical experience and managerial skills to enable them to perform their duties professionally. Therefore, this professional practice of Apothecary is implemented in order to know the practical experience and role of Pharmacist as the key personnel in the pharmaceutical industry."
