"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Aventis Pharma Periode Bulan Januari ndash; Februari Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Persiapan Dokumen Registrasi Variasi Mayor Penambahan Tempat Produksi Pada Produk Vaksin X rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus untuk mengetahui dokumen apa saja yang harus disiapkan dari produk vaksin dengan perubahan penambahan tempat produksi yang termasuk kedalam kategori variasi mayor.

Internship at PT Aventis Pharma Period January - February 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Preparation of Registration Document of Mayor 39;s Variation Addition of Production SIte on Vaccine X rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to know what documents should be prepared from vaccine products with addition of production sites belonging to major variation categories."

"Seorang apoteker memiliki peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek, dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Adventis Pharma, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan RI, dan Apotek Kimia Farma selama periode bulan Januari-April 2019. Selama LUPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist has an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, and government. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are implemented at PT Adventis Pharma, the Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency, and Kimia Farma Pharmacy during the January-April 2019 period. During PKPA, it is expected that pharmacists can expand their insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmacy work in the professional workplace."

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals adalah mengkaji hasil kualifikasi operasional Biological Safety Cabinet Kelas II Tipe A2 yang dilakukan di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals. Secara umum, PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals masih berada dalam tahap pemenuhan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi

Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah memahami prosedue penyusunan laporan manajemen risiko mutu dan mengkaji pelaksanaan dan penyusunan manajemen risiko di PT Aventis Pharma. Secara umum, PT. Aventis Pharma telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.
