"Praktik kerja profesi di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals Bulan Maret ndash; April Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Pelaksanaan Kualifikasi Operasional Tangki Mixing 100 Liter rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals adalah memahami prinsip kualifikasi dan melaksanakan serta menyusun laporan kualifikasi operasional. Secara umum, PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals Period March - April 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Implementation of Operational Qualification for Mixing Tank 100 Liters rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to understand the principle of qualifications, to implement and make an Operational Qualification report. In general, PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the author have also gained the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy."

"Profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu bagian dari tim pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki peran penting dalam bidang industri farmasi, rumah sakit, pelayanan, dan pemerintahan. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan agar dapat menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, seorang calon apoteker harus melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker untuk menjadi apoteker yang profesional sebagai bekal agar memahami peran apoteker dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang diperlukan untuk memasuki dunia pekerjaan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) kali ini dilaksanakan di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals periode Januari – Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna periode April 2022. Dengan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapakan untuk bisa menambah wawasan, pengalaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan gambaran mengenai pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker sehingga dapat menunjang untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian nantinya.

One of the important things that must be done in order to become a professional pharmacist is to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, a prospective pharmacist are required to carry out the Pharmacist Professional Practice to become a professional pharmacist as a provision to understand the role of pharmacists and gain the necessary experience to enter the world of work. This time the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was held at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals for the period January – February 2022, Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna for the period April 2022. With the implementation of the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain insights, experiences, knowledges, skills and an overview of the work that will be done by a pharmacist so that it can support to do pharmaceutical practice later."

"Apoteker berperan penting dalam bidang kesehatan mulai dari pengembangan obat hingga pemantauan terapi obat pada pasien. Oleh karena itu, seorang apoteker dituntut untuk berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian. Salah Satu bentuk partisipasi tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan diadakannya Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dijalani oleh calon apoteker sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia profesional. One of the forms of participation is the holding of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) which is carried out by prospective pharmacists as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence before entering the professional world. Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy and PT PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals is one of the agencies that collaborate with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia so that prospective pharmacists can run PKPA in the period January - April 2022. Through PKPA in pharmacies and industries, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to practice pharmacy."

Salah satu bentuk partisipasi tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan diadakannya Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dijalani oleh calon apoteker sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia profesional. Praktik kerja profesi di PT CKD-OTTO Pharmaceutical Periode Bulan Maret ndash; April Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Selama praktik kerja farmasi, dilakukan pula kualifikasi terhadap instrument Liquid Particle Counter sebagai tugas khusus. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah memahami alur pelaksanaan kualifikasi pada peralatan, secara khusus IQ dan OQ pada Liquid Particle Counter serta memahami pendokumentasian kualifikasi, secara khusus pembuatan laporan kualifikasi Liquid Particle Counter.

As an effort to improve the knowledge and skills of prospective pharmacists regarding the roles, functions, and responsibilities of pharmacists as well as to get an overview of pharmaceutical work, prospective pharmacists need to carry out the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice before entering the working world. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was carried out at the Roxy Jatikramat Pharmacy in the period January 2022, PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals in the period March – May 2022, and Pasar Minggu Public Medical Center in the period May 2022. After the implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and public medical center, prospective pharmacists are expected to have sufficient insight, knowledge, skills, and experience so that they are ready to enter the working world as competent and professional pharmacists."

"Praktik kefarmasian harus dapat diimplementasikan oleh seorang apoteker. Untuk dapat menjadi seorang apoteker yang kompeten, calon apoteker harus memiliki wawasan dan pemahaman yang baik terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian yang nantinya akan dilaksanakan. Wawasan dan pemahaman tersebut didapatkan dengan adanya pembelajaran secara teoritis dan praktis. Demi terwujudnya seorang apoteker yang profesional dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam melakukan pelayanan dan pekerjaan kefarmasian pada institusi kefarmasian, seperti apotek, puskesmas, dan industri farmasi. Apotek, puskesmas, dan industri farmasi dapat menjadi wadah bagi seorang calon apoteker untuk dapat mengasah keterampilan kefarmasiaannya sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam dunia kerja nanti. Untuk itu, mahasiswa melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma, Puskesmas Kecamatan Pancoran dan PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKPA ini, mahasiswa mampu menambah wawasan, keterampilan, dan ilmu pengetahuan dalam melakukan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung di apotek.

In order to become a competent pharmacist, prospective pharmacists must have good insight and understanding of the pharmacy practice to be carried out. These insight and understandings are obtained through theoretical and practical learning. For the sake of realizing a professional pharmacist in doing pharmacy practice, one of the important things to do is directly in carrying out work and pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical institutions, such as the pharmacies, public health center, and pharmaceutical industry. The pharmacies, public health center, and pharmaceutical industry can be a place for prospective pharmacists to be able to hone their pharmacy skills so that they can be applied in the current world of work. For that, students do Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma, Pancoran public health center, and PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals. With this internship, students are able to build insights, skills, and knowledge in pharmaceutical practice directly in pharmaceucitcal intitutions."
