"Kesadaran lingkungan yang meningkat secara bertahap mendorong perusahaan untuk memiliki manajemen rantai pasok ramah lingkungan yang efektif dan efisien. Salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen rantai pasok adalah pemilihan pemasok. Biaya pembelian bahan baku menggunakan hampir 70 total biaya produksi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model dua tahap untuk evaluasi pemasok dan alokasi pesanan yang mempertimbangkan kriteria lingkungan selain kriteria tradisional seperti kualitas, biaya dan pengiriman. Untuk tahap evaluasi pemasok, penulis menggabungkan fuzzy set dan analytical hierarchical process AHP yang memungkinkan ketidakpastian dan ketidakjelasan karena pengambilan keputusan manusia dan kriteria yang subjektif serta mudah untuk diimplementasikan. Untuk tahap alokasi pesanan, salah satu metode multi-objective mathematical programming MOMP yaitu metode augmented ?-constraint AUGMECON digunakan untuk menemukan solusi optimal Pareto dalam permasalahan produk tunggal multipemasok. AUGMECON dapat mengurangi beban komputasi karena komputasi yang canggih dibandingkan dengan metode pemrograman lainnya. Model usulan diuji pada studi kasus di salah satu perusahaan produsen ban di Indonesia. Sembilan ahli diminta untuk memberikan bobot kepentingan pada 9 kriteria dan 41 subkriteria evaluasi pemasok. Hasil alokasi pesanan dari empat pemasok yang dievaluasi adalah x1 = 0, x2 = 10.000 ton, x3 = 4.000 ton, dan x4 = 15.000 ton. Solusi terpilih memberikan 0,16 total biaya lebih rendah dari pesanan eksisting.

Increasingly environmental awareness encourages companies to have effective and efficient green supply chain management GSCM . One crucial aspect of SCM is supplier selection. Purchasing cost use almost 70 of total production cost. This study proposes a two stage model for supplier evaluation and order allocation that consider environmental and traditional criteria such as quality, cost and delivery. For supplier evaluation stage, author combine fuzzy set and analytical hierarchical process AHP method that allows uncertainty and vagueness due to human decision making and subjective criteria that are easy to be implemented. For order allocation stage, one of the multi objective mathematical programming MOMP , augmented constraint AUGMECON method is used to find Pareto optimal solutions in single product multiple supplier problems. AUGMECON can reduce computing loads due to sophisticated computing compared to other programming methods. The proposed model was tested with a case study at one of the tire manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Nine experts are required to assign importance weight to 9 criteria and 41 subcriteria of supplier evaluation. Order allocations result from four evaluated suppliers are x1 0, x2 10,000 MT, x3 4,000 MT, and x4 15,000 MT. Selected solution gives 0.16 of total cost lower than the existing order."

"Sebagai bagian dari Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, Direktorat Polisi Air (Ditpolair) memiliki tugas untuk memberikan bantuan kepada korban bencana alam, memberikan dukungan operasional kepada internal Polri dan Kementerian atau Lembaga Negara. Dengan sumber daya yang tersedia, Direktorat Polisi Air harus mampu menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya secara efektif dan efisien, yang dimana kondisi Direktorat Polisi Air saat ini belum memiliki kapal medis atau kapal bantu rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif pilihan kapal rumah sakit dengan kriteria dan subkriteria yang sudah ditentukan dari para ahli yang berfungsi untuk memenuhi tugas pokok dan fungsi dari Direktorat Polisi Air menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Hasil yang didapatkan dari 4 alternatif yaitu KRI dr. Soeharso-990, KRI Makassar-590, KRI Banjarmasin-592, dan KRI dr. Radjiman Wedyodiningrat-992, merupakan kapal KRI dr. Radjiman Wedyodiningrat-992 yang terpilih sebagai acuan spesifikasi alternatif kapal yang paling optimal untuk mendukung tupoksi Direktorat Polisi Air.

As part of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia, the Water Police Directorate (Ditpolair) has the task of providing assistance to victims of natural disasters, providing operational support to the National Police and Ministries or State Institutions. With the available resources, the Water Police Directorate must be able to carry out its main tasks and functions effectively and efficiently, in which case the Water Police Directorate currently does not have a medical ship or hospital auxiliary ship. This research aims to provide an alternative choice of hospital ship with criteria and sub-criteria that have been determined by experts whose function is to fulfill the main tasks and functions of the Water Police Directorate using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) methods. The results obtained from 4 alternatives, namely KRI dr. Soeharso-990, KRI Makassar-590, KRI Banjarmasin-592, and KRI dr. Radjiman Wedyodiningrat-992, is the KRI dr. "Dengan semakin pentingnya keamanan informasi seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, terutama pada organisasi dengan tingkat kerahasiaan informasi yang tinggi, Information Security Risk Assessment (ISRA) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengetahui potensi risiko dan ancaman informasi yang akan dihadapi oleh organisasi di masa depan.Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan salah satu pendekatan kuantitatif yang dapat digunakan untuk ISRA ini dengan melakukan perbandingan berpasangan kriteriakriteria penting untuk melakukan assessment dan mengukur kriteria secara menyeluruh serta menghilangkan bias subjektif dalam menilai kriteria. With the growing importance of information security in line with the development of information technology, especially in organizations with a high level of confidentiality of information, Information Security Risk Assessment (ISRA) is an effort to identify potential risks and threat information that will be faced by the organization in the future.

Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a quantitative approach that can be used for this ISRA to perform pairwise comparisons important criteria for assessing and measuring the overall criteria and eliminate subjective bias in the judging criteria. Utilization of fuzzy logic in this assessment so that measurement closer to human decisions because there are uncertain factors in the assessment of such assets.

This paper describes the design do ISRA using Fuzzy AHP. The result shows that on STO, priority asset is asset data / information with a percentage of 60.77%. Log File is the most priority sub-criteria with a percentage of 19.62%. The main alternative of information security to be achieved by STO is Confidentiality with the percentage of 47.58%."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemilihan pemasok yang dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan milik negara yang bergerak di industri pupuk. Penelitian dilakukan pada satu jenis pupuk yakni pupuk NPK yang memiliki 3 bahan baku utama yakni, KCL, Clay, dan DAP. Ketiga bahan baku utama ini didapatkan perusahaan melalui pihak ketiga atau pemasok. Pemilihan pemasok dilakukan melalui evaluasi kriteria dan pemeringkatan pemasok menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution TOPSIS. Evaluasi kriteria dilakukan dengan penilaian para ahli pada divisi yang berhubungan dengan pengadaan bahan baku pupuk NPK di perusahaan tersebut. Hasil pengolahan data AHP menghasilkan 4 kriteria utama pemilihan pemasok yakni biaya, kualitas, pengiriman, dan fleksibilitas dengan total 10 subkriteria. Hasil pemeringkatan pemasok menghasilkan peringkat kinerja pemasok masing-masing bahan baku utama yakni Pemasok bahan baku KCL dengan peringkat kinerja tertinggi adalah PT Khong Han PTE LTD, Pemasok bahan baku Clay dengan peringkat kinerja tertinggi adalah PT Inti Barokah Utama, Pemasok bahan baku DAP dengan peringkat kinerja tertinggi adalah PT Pukati Pelangi Bahana Agropolitan. Dengan hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan perusahaan dapat memaksimalkan pemilihan pemasok yang tepat agar kelancaran proses produksi dapat terlaksana dengan baik.

This study discusses the selection of suppliers conducted in a state owned company engaged in the fertilizer industry. The research was conducted on one type of fertilizer namely NPK fertilizer which has 3 main raw materials namely, KCL, Clay, and DAP. These three main raw materials are obtained through third party companies or suppliers. Supplier selection is done through evaluation criteria and supplier rating using Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP method and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution TOPSIS. Evaluation of criteria is done by expert assessment on the division relating to the procurement of raw material of NPK fertilizer in the company.

The result of AHP data processing yield 4 main criteria of supplier selection ie cost, quality, delivery, and flexibility with total 10 subcriteria. The results of supplier ratings resulted in the rank of supplier performance of each of the main raw materials ie KCL Raw Material Supplier with the highest performance rating is PT Khong Han PTE LTD, Clay raw material supplier with the highest performance rating is PT Inti Barokah Utama, DAP raw material supplier with performance rating highest is PT Pukati Pelangi Bahana Agropolitan. With the results of the study is expected to maximize the company 39 s selection of the right supplier to smooth the production process can be done well. "

"ABSTRAKInvestment decision menjadi kegiatan dalam keuangan yang penting untuk dilakukan bagi para pelaku investasi karena memiliki keterlibatan langsung dalam membuat benefit untuk masa depan dari sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh investor saat ini. Investment decision dapat membantu dalam mengalokasikan modal investasi dengan cara yang paling efektif dan memastikan bahwa pengembalian yang didapat adalah pengembalian terbaik. Namun, pada praktiknya seringkali investor terpengaruh oleh bias psikologis sehingga mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investasi yang dipilih. Hal itu disebabkan adanya faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap preferensi investor, sehingga seringkali menentukan keberhasilan maupun kegagalan dalam berinvestasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi investor dalam alokasi aset investasi mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksplanatif, teknik Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), metode survei, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden yakni investor individu yang melakukan kegiatan investasi dalam jangka waktu investasi minimal satu tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa preferensi sebagian besar responen memilih saham sebagai alternatif investasi mereka saat mengalokasikan aset.

ABSTRACTInvestment decision is an important financial activity to be carried out for investment actors because it has direct involvement in making benefits for the future of the resources owned by investors nowadays. Investment decisions can help in allocating investment capital in the most effective way and ensuring that the returns obtained are the best returns. However, the facts showed that investors are often affected by psychological bias that influences their investment decisions. The psychological bias caused by the factors which also influence investor preferences, and that things mostly determine investors success in investing. This research was conducted with the aim to analyze at investor preferences in the allocation of their investment assets. This study uses a quantitative approach, types of explanatory research, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) techniques, survey methods, by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents to the technique of taking samples of non-probability sampling. The results of the study shows that most respondents prefer stocks as their investment alternative when allocating assets."

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu pemilihan SMC dari perskpetif pemilik, mengevaluasi kepentingan setiap faktor tersebut, serta untuk mendapatkan perbedaan perspektif antara pemilik dan SMC didalam pemilihan sebuah Ship management. Dalam mengevaluasi faktor yang ditentukan digunakan metode fuzzy AHP untuk pembobotan berdasarkan pendapat dari para pemilik dan SMC yang berpengetahuan ahli pada bidangnya. Kemudian, perbedaan perspektif antara pemilik dan SMC didapatkan dari hasil pengolahan. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pemilik menempatkan prioritas utama kepada faktor-faktor yang bisa mereka dapatkan secara maksimal dari SMC, seperti faktor sumber daya manusia dan layanan yang dapat diberikan. Sedangkan, SMC lebih mempertimbangkan faktor biaya dan juga layanan yang menggambarkan hal-hal yang harus mereka kelola secara baik dan pengoptimalan yang dapat diberikan.

Looking at the high flow of shipping industri and many things related to the ship operations that have to be done everyday, several ship owners have collaborated with SMC to assist them in managinh their ships operations. SMC is required to be responsible for the daily operational management of the ship on behalf of the ship owner such as crewing, technical management, administration and also chartering. Seeing the importance of collaboration and the diversity of services provided by the SMC, it is necessary to evaluate each determinant factor by the ship owner for the selection of a SMC to assist ship owner in choosing a SMC that suits their needs, also as well as improve the service of the factors that are prioritized by the owner to SMC’s. The aim of this research is to identify the determinant factors of SMC selection from the owner”s perspective, evaluate the importance of each of these factors, and to obtain different perspectives between the owner and SMC in the selection of ship management. In evaluating the determined factors, the fuzzy AHP method is used for evaluating weight based on opinions of the owners and SMC who are knowledgeable experts in their fields. Then, the difference perspective between the owner dan SMC obtained from the processing result. The results shows that owners placed tehir top priority on factors that they can get the most from SMC, such as human resource factors and services that can be provided. Meanwhile, SMC placed their prioritize on cost and their services factors that described the things they must manage well and optimization that can be provided to owners."

ABSTRACTThis research discuss about supplier selection with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Application of AHP in this research is determine priority of supplier selection at Automotive Industry. Theres is weakness in supplier selection process at Automotive Industry. Automotive Industry chooses the suppliers with just one criteria which is price, so it had some complaints. Therefore, this study aims to perform the selection of suppliers with the consideration of a more comprehensive and objective as needed. The first phase is performed in order to determine the level of interest in the supplier selection criteria. There are 8 criterias for the selection of suppliers in the Automotive Industry. The second stage was to get the weight criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives by comparing in pairs between the criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives. Results of this study was the recommendation in selecting the criteria and alternatives in the Automotive Industry."

Dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process F-AHP dan Goal Programming GP didapatkan bobot prioritas dan solusi optimal jumlah pembelian yang lebih akurat dan spesifik dengan mempertimbangkan ketidakjelasan dan ketidakpastian dalam masalah yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya informasi ataupun kesubjektivitasan oleh para pengambil keputusan.Dari hasil perhitungan dengan F-AHP, didapatkan bahwa komitmen manajemen 28,57 adalah kriteria yang paling penting dalam pemilihan green supplier, di mana dampak lingkungan 26,48 dan kualitas 18,78 menempati peringkat setelahnya. Dan dari hasil perhitungan GP, didapatkan bahwa utilitas maksimum terjadi pada empat dari enam variabel yang ada yaitu kualitas yang baik, harga yang rendah, pengiriman yang handal, dan dampak lingkungan yang positif. Pada akhirnya, fokus perusahaan pada pemilihan green supplier dengan keempat kriteria ini sebaiknya dilakukan dan dipertahankan seoptimal mungkin demi terciptanya sinergi supply dan demand dalam upaya keberlangsungan bisnis jangka panjang dan memiliki keunggulan daya saing.

This study aims to determine the performance criteria in selecting environmentally friendly suppliers as strategic partners for a long term and sustainable alliance and to calculate an optimum quantity of raw materials need to be ordered by considering various aspects of manufacturing and green supply chain management GSCM.

The study involved decision makers as representatives of the case company by adopting a two phase survey approach, which interviews and three stage questionnaire survey were undertaken. By using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process F AHP and Goal Programming GP , priority weights and optimum solution of quantity order were obtained in a way more accurate and specific that considered the vagueness and uncertainty of the problems caused by either lack of information or subjective views by decision makers.

The result of the F AHP study lays on management commitment 28.57 as the most important criteria in selecting green suppliers, with the environmental impact 26.48 and quality 18.78 rank consecutively. From the calculation model of the GP, it was found that the maximum utility occurs on four out of six variables good quality, low cost, reliable delivery, and the positive environmental impact. At the end of the day, the company 39 s focus in selecting green suppliers to these four criteria should be performed and maintained as optimal as possible in order to deliver the synergies of supply and demand for business sustainability and competitive advantage."

Setelah dilakukan seleksi pemasok menggunakan pendekatan AHP, akan didapatkan pemasok yang memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan alternatif pemasok lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa kriteria penentu utama dalam menyeleksi pemasok sewa kapal AHTS adalah kualitas dan kepatuhan. Sedangkan kriteria ketanggapan dan harga/biaya menjadi kriteria pendukung dalam menyeleksi pemasok sewa kapal AHTS di CNOOC SES Ltd. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan PT. Oceanindo Prima Sarana merupakan pemasok sewa kapal AHTS dengan kinerja terbaik.
