"ABSTRAK
Penelitian mengenai pengaruh variasi konsentrasi medium NPK terhadap pertumbuhan Mastigocladus HS-46 telah dilakukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh medium NPK terhadap berat biomassa. Selain itu, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi medium NPK yang tepat agar menghasilkan berat biomassa yang didukung dengan kandungan protein dan lipid yang tinggi. Mastigocladus HS-46 ditumbuhkan menggunakan medium BBM sebagai medium kontrol dan medium NPK sebagai medium uji. Konsentrasi medium NPK yang digunakan, yaitu 80 ppm, 160 ppm, dan 240 ppm. Mastigocladus HS-46 diinkubasi pada suhu 35 C, intensitas cahaya 1500 mdash;3000 lux, dan pH awal medium sebesar 6,5. Pertumbuhan Mastigocladus HS-46 dilihat secara kualitatif berdasarkan kurva pertumbuhan dan secara kuantitatif berdasarkan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mastigocladus HS-46 yang ditumbuhkan dalam medium 240 ppm tumbuh lebih baik dari medium BBM, medium NPK 80 ppm, dan 160 ppm. Hal tersebut didukung dengan berat biomassa tertinggi pada hari ke-25 t25 sebesar 2,09 mg/mL-1 dan kandungan lipid tertinggi 57

ABSTRACT
The study about the effect of variation concentration medium NPK to the Biomass Mastigocladus Cyanobacteria had been done. The aim of the study was to known the effect of variance concentration of NPK growth media within the biomass production. The other aim of the study was to determine the best concentration NPK growth media for Mastigocladus HS 46 to produce higher biomass with high protein and lipid content. Mastigocladus HS 46 was grown in BBM as a control and NPK growth media as working media. The variance concentration of NPK growth media that had been used for this study were 80 ppm, 160 ppm and 240 ppm. Mastigocladus HS 46 was incubated on 35 C with light intensity 1500 mdash 3000 lux and initial pH 6.5. The growth of Mastigocladus HS 46 was meausured with qualitative data based on growth curve and quantitative data based on statistic. The result showed that the best concentration for Mastigocladus HS 46 growth was in 240 ppm than BBM, NPK medium 80 ppm, and NPK medium 160 ppm. Based on the highest biomass production was 2.09 mg.mL 1 and lipid content was 57. "

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian mengenai variasi konsentrasi medium NPK terhadap pertumbuhan Leptolyngbya HS-16 dibandingkan dengan medium BBM Bolds basal medium telah dilakukan. Medium NPK merupakan salah satu medium pertumbuhan dengan harga ekonomis yang sering digunakan untuk pertumbuhan mikroalga. Leptolyngbya HS-16 diisolasi dari sumber air panas Kawah Gunung Pancar dengan suhu air 69 oC. Leptolyngbya HS-16 ditumbuhkan pada medium BBM sebagai kontrol, dan medium NPK 80 ppm, 160 ppm, serta 240 ppm sebagai medium perlakuan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian, yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi medium NPK terhadap berat biomassa Leptolyngbya HS-16. Selain itu, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberian konsentrasi medium NPK yang tepat agar menghasilkan berat biomassa yang tinggi, didukung dengan kandungan protein, dan lipid yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Leptolyngbya HS-16 tumbuh lebih baik pada medium NPK dengan konsentrasi 80 ppm dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi lainnya. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil rerata berat biomassa yang di produksi pada saat peak sebesar 3,008 mg.L-1dan panjang fase log dari LeptolyngbyaHS-16. Meskipun demikian, kandungan protein dan lipid tertinggi diproduksi pada medium NPK 240 ppm, yaitu sebesar 1,9287 dan 58 .
The study about variant concentrate of NPK growth media for LeptolyngbyaHS 16 growth compared to BBM Bolds Basal Medium has been done. NPK growth media is one of media that had been used for microalgae growth. Leptolyngbya HS 16 was isolated in Pancar mountain crater hotspring with temperature 69 oC. Leptolyngbya HS 16 was grown in Bolds medium BBM as a control, NPK growth media with concentration 80 ppm, 160 ppm, and 240 ppm as treatment medium. The aim of this study to determine the best growth of Leptolyngbya HS 16 in variant concentration of NPK growth media based on highest biomass production, supported with highest protein, and lipid content. The result showed that the best concentration of NPK growth media for Leptolyngbya HS 16 growth was in 80 ppm based on biomass weight with 3.008 mg.L 1and log phase length. Event hough the highest protein content and lipid content of Leptolyngbya HS 16 was in NPK 240 ppm with 1.9287 and 58."

"Penelitian mengenai produksi biomassa Mastigocladus HS-46 pada medium NPK dengan penambahan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak tauge dalam sistem flat photobioreactor telah dilakukan. Optimalisasi kandungan makronutrien medium NPK sebagai pengganti Bold's Basal Medium (BBM) untuk menumbuhkan cyanobacteria dapat melalui penambahan kandungan ekstrak tauge. Mastigocladus HS-46 diisolasi dari sumber air panas Maribaya pada suhu lingkungan 42 oC. Medium yang digunakan untuk menumbuhkan Mastigocladus HS-46 terdiri atas medium BBM sebagai kontrol dan medium NPK 350 ppm dengan penambahan konsentrasi ekstrak tauge 1%, 2%, dan 3%. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak tauge dalam medium NPK 350 ppm dan medium BBM terhadap produksi biomassa Mastigocladus HS-46. Selain itu, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar lipid Mastigocladus HS-46 dalam medium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan medium NPK 350 ppm dengan penambahan ekstrak tauge 3% menghasilkan berat biomassa dan lipid tertinggi Mastigocladus HS-46 dibandingkan dengan medium BBM dan NPK 350 ppm dengan penambahan ekstrak tauge 2% dan 1%. Medium NPK 350 ppm dengan penambahan ekstrak tauge 3% menghasilkan berat biomassa tertinggi sebesar 0,1632 g/mL dengan kadar lipid tertinggi sebesar 62 %.

Research on Mastigocladus HS-46 biomass production on NPK medium with the addition of bean sprout extract with varying concentrations in flat photobioreactor system has been done. Optimization of the macronutrient content as a replacement to the Bold's Basal Medium (BBM) for cyanobacteria cultivation can be done with the use of bean sprout extract. Mastigocladus HS-46 was isolated from Maribaya Hot Spring at the temperature of 42 °C. The mediums used for Mastigocladus cultivation are BBM as control, and NPK mediums with the addition of bean sprout extract of 1%, 2% and 3% concentrations for the experimental group. The purpose of his research is to understand the effect of BBM and bean sprout extract addition with varying concentrations in 350 ppm NPK medium on Mastigocladus HS-46 biomass production. This research also aims to determine differences in the lipid content of Mastigocladus HS-46 in mediums. The results showed that 350 ppm NPK medium with 3% bean sprout extract addition produces the highest amount of biomass and lipid compared to the BBM and 350 ppm NPK medium with 2% and 1% bean sprout extract addition, producing 0,1632 g/ml of biomass and containing 62% lipid."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi suhu terhadap pertumbuhan Nostoc HS-5 dan HS-20. Nostoc HS-5 yang digunakan berasal dari sumber air panas Ciseeng yang memiliki suhu habitat 30 mdash;43 C, sedangkan Nostoc HS-20 yang digunakan berasal dari sumber air panas Gunung Pancar yang memiliki suhu habitat 46 mdash;69 C. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menghitung berat biomassa dan kandungan klorofil pada hari ke-0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, dan 21. Suhu yang digunakan adalah suhu 20 C, 35 C, dan 50 C. Medium yang digunakan adalah medium BBM dengan pH 6,6. Masing-masing perlakuan dilakukan dalam 4 kali ulangan. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji statistik non-parametrik uji Friedman =0,05 dan uji Spearman =0,01 . Berdasarkan data kualitatif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang cukup nyata pada berat biomassa Nostoc HS-5 dan HS-20 pada suhu 20 C, 35 C dan 50 C. Rerata berat biomassa tertinggi terdapat pada biakan Nostoc HS-5 dan HS-20 yang diinkubasi pada suhu 35 C. Selain itu, tidak terlihat adanya korelasi antara berat biomassa dan kandungan klorofil Nostoc HS-5 dan HS-20.

ABSTRACT
The research aims to know the effect of variation temperature to the growth of Nostoc HS 5 and HS 20. Nostoc HS 5 isolated from Ciseeng hot spring which has habitat temperature range of 30 mdash 43 C, and Nostoc HS 20 isolated from Pancar Mountain hot spring which has habitat temperature range of 46 mdash 69 C. The research was done by measuring biomass weight and chlorophyll content on day 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 14, 17, 21. The temperatures which used were 20 C, 35 C, and 50 C. The growth medium which used was BBM with pH 6,6. Each treatments was made in four replications. Non parametric statistical analysis using the Friedman test 0,05 and Spearman test 0,01 . Based on qualitative, the result showed there were significant differences on the biomass weight of Nostoc HS 5 and HS 20 grown at temperature of 20 C, 35 C and 50 C. The highest amount of average biomass weight for Nostoc HS 5 and HS 20 was showed in 35 C. Beside that, there was no correlation between biomass weight and chlorophyll content of Nostoc HS 5 and HS 20."

"ABSTRAK
Perbedaan pertumbuhan antara strain cyanobacteria Leptolyngbya HS-16 dan Leptolyngbya HS-36 yang diinkubasi pada suhu 20 oC, 35 oC, dan 50 oC telah dipelajari. Strain tersebut diisolasi dari sumber air panas Gunung Pancar Leptolyngbya HS-16 dan Maribaya Leptolyngbya HS-36 yang berlokasi di Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Suhu air habitat adalah 69 oC Gunung Pancar dan 42 oC Maribaya . Strain tersebut ditumbuhkan selama 21 hari di medium BG-11. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui suhu pertumbuhan yang paling baik untuk Leptolyngbya HS-16 dan Leptolyngbya HS-36 berdasarkan berat biomassa dan kandungan klorofil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata berat biomassa tertinggi terjadi pada Leptolyngbya HS-16 dan Leptolyngbya HS-36 yang ditumbuhkan pada suhu 35 oC, serta tidak adanya korelasi antara rerata berat biomassa dan rerata kandungan klorofil Leptolyngbya HS-16 dan HS-36.

ABSTRACT
The growth differences between cyanobacteria strains Leptolygbya HS 16 and Leptolyngbya HS 36 which were incubated in 20 oC, 35 oC, and 50 oC had been studied. Those strains were isolated from Gunung Pancar Leptolyngbya HS 16 and Maribaya Leptolyngbya HS 36 hot springs which were located in West Java, Indonesia. The water temperature of habitats were 69 oC Gunung Pancar and 42 oC Maribaya . Those strains were grown in batch culture for 21 days in BG 11 medium. This research aim to determine the best growth temperature of Leptolyngbya HS 16 and Leptolyngbya HS 36 based on the biomass weight and chlorophyll content. The result showed that the biomass weight and chlorophyll content in 35 oC of Leptolyngbya HS 16 and Leptolyngbya HS 36 were the highest, and there was no correlation between biomass weight and chlorophyll content of Leptolyngbya HS 16 and HS 36."

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu terhadap pertumbuhan Stanieria strain HS-31B dan HS-48. Stanieria strain HS-31B diisolasi dari sumber air panas Maribaya dan strain HS-48 diisolasi dari sumber air panas Ciater. Stanieria strain HS-31B dan HS-48 diinkubasi pada suhu 20 C, 35 C, dan 50 C dengan pH awal 6 dan intensitas cahaya 2500 mdash;3000 lux dalam medium BBM Bold Basal Medium . Parameter pertumbuhan yang digunakan, yaitu kerapatan sel dan kandungan klorofil. Kerapatan sel yang dihitung terdiri atas sel vegetatif dan baeocyte. Metode penghitungan kerapatan sel menggunakan kamar hitung Improved Neubauer, sedangkan pengukuran kandungan klorofil menggunakan spektrofotometer UV Vis Nanodrop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baeocyte strain HS-31B dan HS-48 tumbuh baik pada suhu 20 C dengan kerapatan sel sebesar 4,09 x 105 sel/mL strain HS-31B dan 5,11 x 105 sel/mL strain HS-48 . Sel vegetatif tumbuh baik pada suhu 50 C dengan rerata kerapatan sel 0,55 x 105 sel/mL strain HS-31B dan 1,74 x 105 sel/mL strain HS-48 . Uji korelasi antara total rerata kerapatan sel vegetatif dan baeocyte dengan kandungan klorofil Stanieria strain HS-31B dan HS-48 menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi antara kerapatan sel dan kandungan klorofil.

ABSTRACT
The study aimed to find out the effect growth temperature of Stanieria strain HS 31B and HS 48. Stanieria strains HS 31B isolated from Maribaya hot springs and HS 48 isolated from Ciater hot springs. Stanieria strains of HS 31B and HS 48 were incubated at 20 C, 35 C and 50 C with initial pH 6 and light intensity 2500 mdash 3000 lux in BBM Bold Basal Medium . Growth parameters that used were cell density and chlorophyll content. The calculated cell density consists of vegetative cells and baeocyte. Method of calculating cell density using Improved Neubauer counting chamber and the measurement of chlorophyll content using UV Vis Nanodrop spectrophotometer. The results showed that baeocyte strains of HS 31B and HS 48 grew well at 20 C with cell density of 4.09 x 105 cells mL HS 31B strain and 5.11 x 105 cells mL HS 48 strain . Vegetative cells grew at a temperature of 50 C with a cell density of 0.55 x 105 cells mL HS 31B strain and 1.74 x 105 cells mL HS 48 strain . The result of correlation between total cell density vegetative and baeocyte with chlorophyll content of Stanieria strain HS 31B and HS 48 showed that there was no correlation between cell density and chlorophyll content."

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi pH awal medium CT terhadap kerapatan sel Cyanobacteria genus Synechococcus HS-7 dan HS-9 yang diinkubasi pada suhu 35 C telah dilakukan. Penelitian dilakukan selama 22 hari dari hari ke-0 t0 hingga hari ke-21 t21 . Penghitungan kerapatan sel dilakukan setiap hari t0 mdash;t21 , sedangkan pengukuran kandungan klorofil dilakukan selama 10 hari pada t0, t1, t2, t3, t4, t7, t10, t14, t17, dan t21. Terdapat 5 variasi perlakuan pH yang digunakan, yaitu pH 5, pH 6, pH 7, pH 8, dan pH 9. Setiap perlakuan dilakukan 3 kali pengulangan. Pengamatan dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diuji menggunakan analisis statistika Spearman dan Friedman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi pH awal medium CT berpengaruh terhadap kerapatan sel Synechococcus HS-7 dan HS-9. Synechococcus HS-7 dan HS-9 dapat tumbuh baik pada pH 7. Berdasarkan uji analisis statistik, terdapat korelasi antara kerapatan sel dengan kandungan klorofil Synechococcus HS-7 dan HS-9, serta nilai pH awal medium CT yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh terhadap kerapatan sel Synechococcus HS-7 dan HS-9.

ABSTRACT
Research that aims to know the effect of initial pH variation of CT medium to the cell density of Cyanobacteria genus Synechococcus HS 7 and HS 9 were grown at temperature 35 C had been performed. The study was done for 22 days from day 0 t0 to day 21 t21 . Cell density calculations were performed everyday t0 mdash t21 while the measurement of chlorophyll content was performed for 10 days at t0, t1, t2, t3, t4, t7, t10, t14, t17, and t21. There were 5 variations of pH that used in this research pH 5, pH 6, pH 7, pH 8, and pH 9 . Each treatment carried out in 3 replications. Observations were done qualitatively based on the cell density while quantitatively based on statistical analysis using Spearman and Friedman tests. The results showed that the initial pH variation of CT medium affected the growth of Synechococcus HS 7 and HS 9. Synechococcus HS 7 and HS 9 grew well at pH 7. Based on statistical analysis there were correlation between the cell density and chlorophyll content, and the initial pH variation of the CT medium did not affect the growth of Synechococcus HS 7 and HS 9."

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pH awal medium terhadap kerapatan baeocyte dan sel vegetatif, serta kandungan klorofil sebagai parameter pertumbuhan Stanieria HS-31B dan HS-48. Stanieria HS-31B dan HS-48 dibiakkan menggunakan Bold Basal Medium BBM dengan variasi pH awal medium yang digunakan, yaitu pH 5, 6, 7, 8, dan 9, dengan tiga kali ulangan. Kedua strain diinkubasi dengan suhu 35 C dan intensitas cahaya 2500 mdash;3000 lux. Penelitian dilakukan selama 22 hari t0 mdash;t21 . Pertumbuhan Stanieria HS-31B dan HS-48 dilihat secara kualitatif berdasarkan kurva pertumbuhan, dan secara kuantitatif berdasarkan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pH awal medium tidak memengaruhi pertumbuhan Stanieria HS-31B dan HS-48. Stanieria HS-31B dan HS-48 dapat tumbuh baik pada lingkungan basa hingga pH 9, dan dapat bertahan pada lingkungan asam dengan pH 5. Selain itu, tidak terdapat korelasi antara kerapatan sel total dengan kandungan klorofil Stanieria HS-31B dan HS-48.

ABSTRACT
Research on the effect of initial pH variation on growth of cyanobacteria genus Stanieria HS 31B and HS 48 had been observed. The research aims to know the effect of initial pH medium to growth of Stanieria HS 31B and HS 48, with growth parameters were baeocyte and vegetative cell density, and chlorophyll content. Stanieria HS 31B and HS 48 were grown in Bold Basal Medium BBM with initial pH 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, with three repetitions. Incubation temperature was 35 C and light intensity was 2500 mdash 3000 lux. The research was observed during 22 days t0 mdash t21 . The growth of Stanieria HS 31B and HS 48 was qualitatively based on the growth curve, and quantitatively based on statistical tests. The results showed that the initial pH treatment of the medium didn rsquo t affect the growth of Stanieria HS 31B and HS 48. Stanieria HS 31B and HS 48 could grow well in an alkaline environment up to pH 9, and could withstand an acidic environment with a pH 5. In addition, there was no correlation between cell density with total chlorophyll content of Stanieria HS 31B and HS 48."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian mengenai optimasi teknik hidrolisis terhadap penghilangan selubung mucilage Cyanobacteria filamen bercabang pada strain SO-130, SO-133, dan SO-198 telah dilakukan. Optimasi tersebut ialah homogenisasi dan penambahan nitrogen dalam medium pertumbuhan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses hidrolisis terhadap isolat uji yang ditumbuhkan pada medium dengan dan tanpa unsur nitrogen. Selain itu bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hidrolisis terhadap konsentrasi dan kemurnian DNA hasil isolasi. Ketiga strain yang digunakan dikultur menggunakan medium cair Blue Green BG 11 dengan dan tanpa nitrogen. Perlakuan hidrolisis selubung mucilage dilakukan sebanyak lima kali ulangan dengan modifikasi homogenisasi menggunakan glass beads BioSpect 3,2 mm sebanyak lima butir. Pengamatan mikroskopis filamen dilakukan pada setiap tahapan dengan dan tanpa pengecatan negatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hilangnya selubung mucilage di ketiga strain uji yang ditumbuhkan pada medium dengan dan tanpa nitrogen setelah proses hidrolisis. Kemurnian DNA pada ketiga strain di setiap perlakuan berkisar dari 0,81 mdash;1,19, yang mengindikasikan belum didapatnya DNA murni. Konsentrasi DNA pada ketiga strain berkisar dari 1,63 mdash;6,47 ng/ L dan menghasilkan pola yang sama yaitu konsentrasi DNA mengalami penurunan dari kontrol ke perlak

ABSTRACT
ch on the optimization of hydrolysis techniques of the removal of mucilage branching filamentous Cyanobacteria on SO 130, SO 133, and SO 198 strains has been done. The optimizations are homogenizing process and adding nitrogen in growth medium. The aim of the study was to analyze the process of hydrolysis based on the comparison of isolate culture medium in medium with and without nitrogen. The other aim was to analyze the effect of hydrolysis in purity and concentration of isolated DNA. The three strains used were cultured using a Blue Green BG 11 liquid medium with and without nitrogen. The hydrolysis treatment of the mucilage sheath was performed five replications with homogenization modification with five glass beads BioSpect 3,2 mm. The results showed that microscopic observations with and without negative staining yielded the same data for all three strains, that is the mucilage sheath was disappear after hydrolysis process in the three strains that cultured in medium with and without nitrogen. The DNA purity in all treatments results were at range 0,81 mdash 1,19 in the three strains, indicating the absence of pure DNA. The DNA concentration results were at range 1,63 mdash 6,47 ng L and have the same pattern in the three strains that is decreasing from control to treatment."

Penelitian mengenai optimasi teknik hidrolisis selubung mucilage untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi dan kemurnian DNA Cyanobacteria filamen lurus yang ditumbuhkan pada medium dengan dan tanpa unsur nitrogen telah dilakukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh homogenisasi dengan glass beads dan penambahan nitrogen pada medium terhadap penghilangan selubung mucilage strain Cyanobacteria filamen lurus. Strain Cyanobacteria yang digunakan adalah SO-24, SO-115, dan SO-163. Masing-masing strain uji ditumbuhkan di medium Blue-Green 11 BG-11 dengan dan tanpa unsur nitrogen, kemudian dilakukan homogenisasi dengan glass beads, hidrolisis selubung, dan ekstraksi DNA. Efektivitas optimasi teknik hidrolisis dilihat berdasarkan hasil pengamatan mikroskopik dengan dan tanpa pengecatan negatif, serta berdasarkan hasil pengukuran konsentrasi dan kemurnian DNA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses homogenisasi tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap penghilangan selubung mucilage, sedangkan penambahan nitrogen pada medium memengaruhi penghilangan selubung mucilage pada ketiga strain uji. Teknik hidrolisis efektif untuk menghilangkan selubung mucilage strain SO-24 pada medium dengan dan tanpa unsur nitrogen. Sementara itu, strain SO-115 dan SO-163 hanya efektif pada medium dengan unsur nitrogen. Ketiga strain uji menghasilkan konsentrasi DNA yang rendah yaitu berkisar dari 1,58 mdash;4,52 ng/ L dengan kemurnian DNA di bawah 1,8.

ABSTRACT
Research on the optimization of hydrolysis techniques to improved DNA concentration and purity of filamentous Cyanobacteria which were grown in medium with and without nitrogen content has been conducted. The research aims to know the effect of homogenization with glass beads and addition of nitrogen in medium on mucilage sheath removal of filamentous Cyanobacteria. Strains of Cyanobacteria was used is SO 24, SO 115, and SO 163. Each strain was grown in Blue Green 11 BG 11 medium with and without nitrogen content, and then homogenized with glass beads, hydrolyzed process, and DNA was extracted. The effectivity of hydrolysis techniques was achieved based on microscopic observation with and without negative staining, and based on measuring result of DNA concentration and purity. The result showed that homogenization process doesn rsquo t affect mucilage sheath removal, however addition of nitrogen affects mucilage sheath removal. The hydrolysis techniques effective on mucilage sheath removal from strain SO 24 which was grown in medium with and without nitrogen content. Meanwhile, for strain SO 115 and SO 163 were effective only in medium with nitrogen content. The result of DNA concentration showed that all of strains showed low DNA concentration with value range from 1,58 mdash 4,52 ng L with DNA purity was below 1,8."
