"ABSTRAK
Supervisor dan manajer adalah orang yang paling berpengaruh terhadap diri karyawan. Work Engagement merupakan aspek penting yang harus ada di diri setiap karyawan agar karyawan dapat menjalankan pekerjaannya dengan maksimal. Skripsi ini menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement karyawan kantor pusat PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk. Pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement dimediasi oleh Perceived Organizational Support, dan pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Perceived Organizational Support dimoderasi oleh Learning Opportunity. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor pusat PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 250 orang dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert 1-5. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, dan analisis mediasi dan moderasi Baron dan Kenny dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Perceived Supervisor Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement. Perceived Supervisor Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Organizational Support. Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Work Engagement. Perceived Organizational Support memediasi pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement secara parsial. Learning Opportunity memoderasi dan memperkuat pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Perceived Organizational Support.

ABSTRACT
Supervisors and managers are the most influential people to the employees. Work Engagement is an important aspect that must be in every employee so that employees can run their work maximally. This thesis analyzes the influence of Perceived Supervisor Support to Work Engagement of PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk head office employees. The influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on Work Engagement is mediated by Perceived Organizational Support, and Perceived Supervisor Support 39 s influence on Perceived Organizational Support is moderated by Learning Opportunity. This research was conducted at head office of PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk with the number of respondents as many as 250 people using a Likert scale questionnaire 1 5. This study uses simple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny mediation and moderation analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The results show that Perceived Supervisor Support has a positive effect on Work Engagement. Perceived Supervisor Support positively affects Perceived Organizational Support. Perceived Organizational Support to Work Engagement. Perceived Organizational Support mediates the effect of Perceived Supervisor Support on Work Engagement partially. Learning Opportunity moderate and strengthen the influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on Perceived Organizational Support. "

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap work engagement, dengan self-efficacy sebagai mediasi. Work engagement yang baik dalam lingkungan kerja memberikan perusahaan karyawan yang lebih produktif dan berkualitas, sehingga menjadi sebuah fenomena yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari PT. XYZ, sebuah perusahaan radio terestrial yang berlokasi di Jakarta, Indonesia, dengan jumlah sampel 139 responden. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan langsung antara POS dengan work engagement, dan diantaranya terdapat self-efficacy yang terbukti menjadi sebuah faktor mediasi.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of perceived organizational support (POS) towards work engagement with self-efficacy as mediator. Work engagement influences employees to be more productive and engaged in their job, which makes the topic very important in ensuring a firm?s quality of employees. This study is conducted in PT. XYZ, a terestrial radio broadcasting company bsesd in Jakarta, Indonesia. The respodents fort this research are 139 employees. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Perceived Organizational Support POS terhadap Employee Engagement. Pada penelitian ini, variabel Perceived Organizational Support diukur dengan menggunakan konsep dari Eisenberger dkk 1986 yang terdiri dari 36 indikator dan tiga dimensi, yaitu dimensi Fair Organizational Procedures, Supervisor Support, dan dimensi Favorable Rewards Job Conditions. Sedangkan untuk variabel Employee Engagement digunakan konsep dari Gallup Consultant 2006 yang diukur dengan 12 indikator atau dikenal dengan Q-Twelve Q-12. Pada konsep tersebut terdapat empat dimensi, yaitu What do I Get, What do I Give, Do I Belong, dan How Can We Grow.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang mana sumber data merupakan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap non operasional di kantor pusat PT. Jasa Marga Persero tbk, dengan metode non probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan koefisien determinasi untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 15,9 employee engagement dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Organizational Support.

This research aiming to analyzing the effect of Perceived Organizational Support POS to Employee Engagement. The Perceived Organizational Support variable in this research measured by using the concept from Eisenberger Et al 1986 that has 36 indicators and three dimensions, which are Fair Organizational Procedures, Supervisor Support, and Favorable Rewards Job Conditions. Meanwhile, the concept by Gallup Consultant 2006 that is measured by 12 indicators that is also known as Q Twelve Q 12 is used for the variable of Employee engagement. This concept has four dimensions, which are What Do I Get, What Do I Give, Do I belong, and How Can We Grow.
This research is quantitative research which the data are from the result of the questionnaire that is spreaded among the non operational permanent employees on the head office of PT. Jasa Marga persero using non probability sampling method. This research using a simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination to examine the influence between the variables. The result of this research showed that 15,9 of employee engagement are influenced by the Perceived Organizational Support.

"Selama masa pandemi terdapat banyak perubahan dalam bekerja. Situasi ini juga ternyata berdampak pada work engagement karyawan secara global. Terdapat fenomena terkait work engagement di Indonesia dimana tingkat work engagement berhasil mencapai titik tertingginya pada tahun 2020 namun kemudian mengalami penurunan pada tahun berikutnya. Work engagement sendiri berdasarkan model JD-R (Job Demands-Resources) dipengaruhi oleh 2 faktor yaitu personal resources dan job resources. Dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisa apakah work engagement dapat dipengaruhi oleh psychological capital, perceived organizational support dan job satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 dengan objek karyawan startup yang kerap kali mengalami permasalahan terkait topik. Jumlah startup di Indonesia adalah ke-5 terbanyak di dunia dan berkontribusi cukup besar bagi perekonomian melalui PDB. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah work engagement karyawan startup di Indonesia dapat dipengaruhi secara positif oleh psychological capital, perceived organizational support, dan job satisfaction. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan mengolah data hasil survei menggunakan teknik SEM melalui aplikasi Lisrel 8.5. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa psychological capital mampu berpengaruh positif secara langsung maupun dengan mediasi parsial oleh job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support juga diketahui mampu berpengaruh positif melalui mediasi penuh oleh job satisfaction. Selain itu, job satisfaction sendiri mampu berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement.

During the pandemic there were many changes at work. This situation also has an impact on employee work engagement globally. There is a phenomenon related to work engagement in Indonesia where the level of work engagement managed to reach its highest point in 2020 but then decreased the following year. Work engagement itself based on the JD-R (Job Demands-Resources) model is influenced by 2 factors, namely personal resources and job resources. In this study will be analyzed whether work engagement can be influenced by psychological capital, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction. This research was conducted in 2022 with the object of startup employees who often experience problems related to the topic. The number of startups in Indonesia is the 5th largest in the world and contributes quite a lot to the economy through GDP. This quantitative study aims to determine whether the work engagement of startup employees in Indonesia can be positively influenced by psychological capital, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing is done by processing survey data using SEM techniques through the Lisrel 8.5 application. The results of this study indicate that psychological capital can have a positive effect directly or partially mediated by job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support is found to have positive effect through full mediation by job satisfaction. Job satisfaction itself can directly have positive effect on work engagement."

"Employee engagement atau keterlibatan karyawan merupakan salah satu persoalan yang sering dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Suatu perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan dan kesuksesannya, salah satunya karena kinerja karyawan. Maka dari itu, perusahaan harus berupaya untuk dapat mempertahankan karyawannya agar tetap loyal dengan membuat karyawan merasa terlibat. Dalam mencapai employee engagement, terdapat beberapa factor yang diduga mempengaruhinya, yaitu internal communication satisfaction, corporate culture, perceived organizational support, dan employer branding. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai bagaimana keterlibatan keempat factor tersebut dalam mempengaruhi employee engagement. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan subjek merupakan karyawan PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) yang berjumlah 266 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hanya internal communication satisfaction dan corporate culture yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement sedangkan perceived organizational support dan employer branding tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Selain itu, pada uji koefisien determinasi, keseluruhan variabel independen terbukti memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 62,9%, sedangkan lainnya sebanyak 37,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar variabel independen dalam penelitian ini

Employee engagement is one of the problems that are often faced by companies. A company can achieve its goals and success, one of which is because of employee performance. Therefore, companies must strive to be able to keep their employees loyal by making employees feel involved. In achieving employee engagement, there are several factors that are thought to influence it, namely internal communication satisfaction, corporate culture, perceived organizational support, and employer branding. This study examines how the involvement of these four factors in influencing employee engagement. This research is a quantitative research by distributing online questionnaires. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling with the subject being PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) employees, totaling 266 respondents. The results showed that only internal communication satisfaction and corporate culture had a significant positive effect on employee engagement, while perceived organizational support and employer branding had no effect on employee engagement. In addition, in the coefficient of determination test, all independent variables proved to have an influence contribution to the dependent variable by 62.9%, while 37.1% were influenced by other factors outside the independent variables in this study."

This study examined the 248 respondents consisting of staff employees and
superiors or leaders within the PT. TASPEN. Motivated by the uncertainty of the
environment that experienced by PT. TASPEN, like developing new business
model and lack of human resources due to discontinuation recruitment, this
uncertainty environment force employees to be able to follow the flow of change.
So that the readiness for change be interesting to investigate. Factors that influence
the readiness for change in this research are the Leader member exchange (LMX)
and Perceived Organizational Support (POS). High finding on the research results
explain both factors have the most effect in affecting valence as a Readines For
Change dimension."

"Work engagement merupakan sebuh konstruk yang diasosikan dengan berbagai employee outcomes seperti job performance, job satisfaction dan employee well being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support, dan learning opportunities terhadap work engagement karyawan generasi milenial perbankan BUMN. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM untuk mengolah 195 data responden.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work engagement dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh perceived supervisor support dan perceived organizational support. Selain itu perceived organizational support terbukti memediasi pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap work engagement. Sehingga peran mediasi yang terbentuk adalah partial mediation.

Work engagement is a construct that is associated with various employee outcomes such job performance, job satisfaction and employee well being. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support, and learning opportunities on millennials work engagement in state owned bank. This research is a quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling SEM method to analyze the data.
The results of this study indicate that work engagement is directly affected by perceived supervisor support and perceived organizational support. In addition, perceived organizational support proved to mediate the impact of perceived supervisor support on work engagement. Thus, the mediation role formed is partial mediation.

"Terdapat dua tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan strategi emotional labor dan mengetahui hubungan antara afek positif dan afek negatif dengan strategi emotional labor. Penelitian berdesain kuantitatif non-eksperimental ini memiliki total partisipan 118 orang dengan karakteristik partisipan merupakan seorang pegawai di sektor industri jasa di wilayah Jabodetabek. Emotional labor diukur dengan menggunakan Emotional Labor Scale (ELS) yang dikembangkan oleh Diefendorff et al. (2005), untuk mengukur perceived organizational support menggunakan survey of perceived organizational support (SPOS) yang dikembangkan oleh Eisenberger et al. (1986), serta untuk mengukur afek menggunakan Positive Affect Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) yang dikembangkan oleh Watson et al. (1988). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara afek positif dengan deep acting (r = 0,24, p < 0,01), serta afek negatif dengan surface acting (r = 0,26, p < 0,01). Hal ini menandakan bahwa individu yang cenderung mengalami perasaan yang positif seperti merasa bersemangat akan cenderung menampilkan emosinya secara tulus dengan mengubah perasaan yang sebenarnya dirasakan agar sesuai dengan aturan tampilan emosi yang diharapkan organisasi, sedangkan individu yang cenderung mengalami perasaan negatif yang tinggi seperti mudah tersinggung cenderung akan berpura-pura menampilan emosi sesuai dengan aturan tampilan organisasi dengan hanya mengubah gestur atau nada suara tanpa mengubah perasaan yang sebenarnya. Namun, hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan strategi emotional labor baik berupa surface acting ataupun deep acting. Hal ini berarti baik atau buruknya persepsi yang dimiliki pegawai terhadap dukungan organisasi tidak berhubungan dengan regulasi tampilan emosi seperti apa yang akan ditampilkan.

There are two main objectives in this study, the first one is to investigate the relationship between perceived organizational support with the strategy of emotional labor and the second one is to investigate the relationship between positive affect and negative affect with the strategy of emotional labor. This quantitative non-experimental study has total 118 participants with the characteristics of the participants is an employee in the service industry in Jabodetabek area. Emotional labor was measured using the Emotional Labor Scale (ELS) developed by Diefendorff et al. (2005), to measure perceived organizational support used a survey of perceived organizational support (SPOS) developed by Eisenberger et al. (1986), and to measure affect, this study used Positive Affect Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) developed by Watson et al. (1988). The results of this study shows that there is a significant relationship between positive affect and deep acting (r = 0.24, p <0.01), also negative affect and surface acting (r = 0.26, p <0.01). This results indicates that employee who are likely to experience positive feelings such as feelings excited would tend to show emotions sincerely by changing the feelings that are perceived to be in accordance with the rules of emotion expected by organization (display rules), whereas employee who are likely to experience negative feelings such as high irritability tend to faking the display of emotion in order to display emotions that fit with display rules simply by changing the gestures or tone of voice without changing the actual feeling. However, other results shows that there is no relationship between perceived organizational support with emotional labor strategy either surface acting nor deep acting. This results indicates that good or bad employee?s perception of support from their organization is not related to what strategy of emotion regulation that will be displayed.

"Karyawan milenial wanita yang kini prosentasinya mulai meningkat berperan penting untuk organisasi dan membutuhkan dukungan organisasi dan supervisor untuk menjadi talent dan top executive sehingga akan meningkatkan keterlibatannya terhadap organisasi. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan dukungan supervisor terhadap afektif komitmen. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara dukungan organisasi dan dukungan supervisor terhadap komitmen afektif yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification dan work life balance. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 242 responden yang bekerja di industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi, persepsi dukungan supervisor berpengaruh terhadap organizational identification dan work life balance. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi, persepsi dukungan supervisor tidak signifikan terhadap affective commitment, organizational identification dan work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif. Serta, organizational identification dan work life balance mampu memediasi hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan persepsi dukungan supervisor terhadap komitmen afektif. Sehingga, penelitian ini memberikan saran manajerial yaitu komitmen afektif karyawan milenial wanita penting untuk ditingkatkan dengan memberikan kesejahteraan dan komunikasi yang rutin baik dalam bentuk reputasi organisasi yang baik dan keseimbangan kehidupan pribadi dan pekerjaan.

Female millennial employees are now increasing in importance to the organization and need organizational support and supervisors to become talents and top leaders so that they will increase their interaction with the organization. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to investigate the effect of organizational support and supervisor support on affective commitment. Furthermore, this study aims at the relationship between organizational support and supervisor support for affective commitment that is mediated by organizational identification and work-life balance. The research sample was 242 respondents who worked in the manufacturing industry. This study was analyzed using a Structural Equation Model that shows the perception of organizational support, the response of supervisor support to organizational identification and work life balance. In addition, the results of this study indicate that perceptions of organizational support, perceptions of supervisor support are not significant towards affective commitment, organizational identification and work-life balance have a positive effect on affective commitment. Also, identify the organization and work life balance that are able to mediate the relationship between responses to organizational support and perceptions of supervisor support on affective commitment. Related, this study provides managerial advice, namely that affective commitment of female millennial employees is important to improve welfare and regular communication both in the form of good organizational partnerships and a balance of personal and work life."

"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh antara 55 yang Dirasakan terhadap Komitmen Afektif dan Kinerja Pegawai dengan Mediasi Employee Engagement pada Aparatur Sipil Negara di Wilayah Jakarta. Dengan sampel sebanyak 137 responden, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SEM yang mengkombinasikan aspek faktor analysis dan multiple regression yg memungkinkan peneliti utk menguji secara simultan serangkaian interrelated dependence relationships antara variabel pengukuran dan variabel laten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara Dukungan Organisasi yang Dirasakan terhadap Employee Engagement serta Komitmen Afektif. Begitu juga Employee Engagement dengan Komitmen Afektif dan Kinerja Karyawan. Employee Engagement juga ditemukan memediasi hubungan antara Dukungan Organisasi yang Dirasakan terhadap Komitmen Afektif dan Kinerja Karyawan. Tetapi ada satu temuan yang menunjukkan bahwa Dukungan Organisasi yang Dirasakan tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This study discusses the influence between Perceived Organizational Support towards Affective Commitments and Employee Performance with Employee Engagement as Mediation of the State Civil Apparatus in Jakarta Region. With a
sample of 137 respondents, this study uses a SEM analysis method that combines aspects of factor analysis and multiple regression that allows researchers to examine simultaneously a series of interrelated dependence relationships between measurement variables and latent variables. The results showed that there was a positive influence between Perceived Organizational Support to Employee Engagement and Affective Commitment. Likewise, Employee Engagement also positively influence Affective Commitment and Employee Performance. Employee Engagement was also found to mediate the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Affective Commitment and Employee Performance. But there is one finding that shows that Perceived Organizational Support does not have a positive influence on Employee Performance.
