"Dalam pembahasan mengenai bisnis perhotelan, terdapat jenis hotel yang disebut sebagai green hotel. Green hotel merujuk pada hotel yang dalam pengelolaan dan karakter bangunannya mengadaptasi konsep yang ramah lingkungan dan konservasi sumber daya energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan secara posotif berpengaruh terhadap niat konsumen dalam melakukan kunjungan ulang di green hotel ini. Penelitian juga meneliti apakah pengetahuan mengenai green hotel dapat menjadi variabel moderasi pada pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut sikap, norma subjuktif dan kontrol perilaku terhadap niat kunjungan ulang di green hotel tersebut.
Desain penelitian ini adalah konlusif deskriptif dan metode pengumpulan datanya dengan survey menggunakan5 kuesioner. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah judgemental sampling dengan kriteria bahwa reponden pernah menginap di green hotel serta mengetahui dan memahami konsep green hotel. Kuesioner dibagikan pada pengunjung Hotel Borobudur Indonesia sebanyak 100 orang. Kemudian, data dianalisis dengan metode regresi liner berganda multiple regression dan menggunakan software SPSS6 terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi kunjungan ulang di green hotel. Sementara itu, penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel pengetahuan tidak berhasil menjadi variabel moderasi pada pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku pada niat kunjungan ulang di green hotel.

In the discussion of the hospitality business, there is a type of hotel called a green hotel. Green hotels refer to hotels that in their management and building character adapt concepts that are environmentally friendly and conservation of energy resources. This study aims to examine whether attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral controls that are perceived positively influence the intention of consumers to make a repeat visit on the green of this hotel. Research also examines whether knowledge of green hotels can be a moderating variable on the influence of these three variables attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control on the intention of revisiting the green hotel.
The design of this research is a descriptive and descriptive method of data collection with survey using 5 questionnaires. The sampling method used is judgmental sampling with the criteria that respondents have stayed at the green hotel and know and understand the concept of green hotel. Questionnaires were distributed to visitors of Hotel Borobudur Indonesia as many as 100 people. Then, the data were analyzed by multiple regression method and using SPSS6 software proved to have a positive effect on the intention of a repeat visit at the green hotel. Meanwhile, the study found that knowledge variables did not succeed in being a moderating variable on the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control on the intention of a repeat visit at the green hotel.

"Konsumen yang ideal bagi suatu kedai kopi adalah mereka yang loyal, membagi pengalaman mereka dengan orang lain, dan yang tahan kepada informasi buruk. Salah satu cara bagi brand untuk mencapai konsumen tersebut adalah melalui pengelolaan brand dengan perspektif hubungan dan mempertahankan kualitas tinggi dalam sebuah brand. Mengambil objek penelitian Filosofi Kopi Jakarta Melawai, penelitian ini berusaha untuk menggambarkan bahwa bentuk hubungan konsumen berupa brand love dan high quality pada suatu brand dapat mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada indikator konsumen yang ideal yaitu loyalty/word of mouth/resistance to negative information.
Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa indikator resistance to negative information merupakan indikator yang tidak valid. Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa model pengaruh brand love dan high quality terhadap loyalty/word of mouth signifikan dan berpengaruh kuat. Analisis faktor juga dilakukan kepada setiap variabel penelitian.
Analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa konsep high quality terbagi atas coffee consumption experience quality dan non-coffee quality. Konsep brand love terbagi menjadi dimensi intimacy, attachment, dan self-brand connection. Konsep loyalty./word of mouth mengelompok sesuai teori. Melalui penelitian ini, persepktif hubungan dalam kajian branding mempunyai perkembangan baru melalui konsep brand love. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan bagi konsep-konsep lain terkait perspektif hubungan dalam kajian brand.

The ideal consumers for a coffee shop are those who are loyal, frequently share their experiences with others, and those who are resistant to bad information about the brand. One way for brand to reach these consumers is through an effort of managing the brand through the lens of brand relationship perspective and by maintaining high quality perception in a brand. Through the case of loyal consumer of FIlosofi Kopi Melaawai Jakarta, this study attempts to describe the influence of one type of brand relationship (brand love) and high quality on the indicator of an ideal consumer, namely loyalty / word of mouth / resistance to negative information.
This study found that resistance to negative information indicators invalid as an indicator ideal consumer. Multiple regression analysis shows that the model of the influence of brand love and high quality on loyalty / word of mouth is significant and has a strong influence. Factor analysis was also carried out for each research variable.
Factor analysis shows that the concept of high quality can be divided into the coffee consumption experience quality and non-coffee quality. The concept of brand love also could be divided into three aspects which include intimacy dimensions, attachments, and self-brand connections. The concept of loyalty/word of mouth groups according to theory. Through this research, the relationship perspective in the study of branding has new developments through the concept of brand love. This research can open the way for other concepts related to the perspective of relationships in brand studies.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami hubungan antar empat dimensi yang ada pada kerangka konsep customer-based brand equity (CBBE) dalam konteks acara edukasi dan juga untuk mengetahui jenis hubungan yang ada diantara dimensi event brand value (EBV) dan event brand loyalty (EBL). Analisis jalur digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji ke-6 pernyataan hipotesis. Setelah melakukan pengolahan data kuisioner dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics 21 (N = 298), hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa seluruh konstruk dapat dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Dimensi event brand loyalty (EBL), dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh dimensi event brand image (EBI), event brand value (EBV), dan terlebih secara kuat oleh event brand quality (EBQ). Penelitian ini berguna bagi pihak-pihak penyelenggara acara edukasi (seperti seminar) yang ingin meningkatkan event brand equity serta penelitian ini turut memperkaya literatur ilmiah untuk pengembangan profesi humas.

This research aimed to understand relationship between dimensions that exist on customer-based brand equity (CBBE) concept in the context of educational event and to examine the relationship between event brand value and event brand loyalty. Path analysis technique was used to test the 6 hypothetical statements. Questionnaires were analyzed (N = 298), results indicated that all questions on the questionnaire was valid and reliable to test the 4 constructs. Event brand loyalty (EBL) was proven directly affected by event brand image (EBI), event brand value (EBV), and moreover, proven highly influenced by event brand quality (EBQ). This research is useful for educational events organizers that care about event brand equity and also contributes to the development of public relations profession."

"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh dari brand evaluation, satisfaction dan trust terhadap brand loyalty serta brand relationship sebagai variabel mediasi pada penjualan smartphone di Jabodetabek. Menggunakan data survei terhadap 150 responden yang tersebar di Jabodetabek. Peneliti menemukan bahwa brand relationship yang menjadi variabel mediasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap brand loyalty sebagai variabel dependen. Selain itu dari penelitian ini juga didapat hasil bahwa brand evaluation dan brand satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap brand relationship. Dari penelitian ini didapati kesimpulan bahwa brand evaluation dan satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap brand relationship, kemudian didapati juga hasil bahwa brand relationship berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty.

This thesis aims to see whether there is an effect of brand evaluation, satisfaction and trust on brand loyalty and brand relationship as a mediating variable in smartphone sales in Jabodetabek. Using survey data of 150 respondents spread across Jabodetabek. Researchers found that brand relationship as a mediating variable has a significant effect on brand loyalty as the dependent variable. Apart from that, this research also shows that brand evaluation and brand satisfaction have an effect on brand relationships. "Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh brand value terhadap brand loyalty Generasi Y (24-38 tahun) yang dikenal sebagai generasi dengan perilaku brand switching yang tinggi dengan melibatkan variabel brand satisfaction, brand reliability, dan brand intentions. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ponsel pintar dan untuk membatasi banyaknya brand ponsel pintar Peneliti menetapkan lima besar produsen ponsel pintar di Indonesia sebagai perwakilan.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain konklusif, deskriptif, dan single-cross sectional. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan alasan utama data tidak terdistribusi normal dan terdapat konstruk formatif pada model penelitian.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand value tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty baik secara langsung maupun melalui brand satisfaction dan brand reliability. Akan tetapi, brand value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty dengan melalui brand intentions. Penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada produsen ponsel pintar di Indonesia untuk fokus dalam meningkatan brand value dan brand intentions perusahaan.

This research discusses the effect of brand value on brand loyalty of Generation Y (24-38 years old) who is known as the generation with high brand switching behavior by involving brand satisfaction, brand reliability, and brand intentions. The Object used in this research is smartphone and in order to limit the enormous number of smartphone brands The Researcher set the big five smartphone producers in Indonesia as the representatives.
This research is a quantitative research with conclusive, descriptive, and single-cross sectional design. The processing data method in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with undistributed normally data and a formative construct in research model as the main reasons.
The results of this study shows that brand value does not have positive effect on brand loyalty both directly and through brand satisfaction and brand reliability. However, brand value have positive effect on brand loyalty through brand intentions. This research suggests smartphone producers in Indonesia to focus on enhancing brand value and brand intentions of the company.

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate branding terhadap brand loyalty. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan rentang usia 18 tahun ke atas yang menggunakan iPhone dan telah mengganti iPhone tersebut sebanyak 2 kali dalam 3 tahun terakhir serta bertempat tinggal di DKI Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Model penelitian ini di uji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate branding berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand loyalty dan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh, yaitu dimensi symbolic benefits.

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of corporate branding toward brand loyalty.This research applied quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents in the age range of 18 years old and above who currently using iPhone and have replaced their iPhone at least two times in the last three years. This research used purposive sampling method and the research model was tested by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that corporate branding has a significantly positive impact toward brand loyalty and the dimensions that have most influental impact are symbolic benefits."

"ABSTRAK
Brand equity merupakan ukuran dari kekuatan sebuah merek. Sebagai restoran cepat saji dengan merek internasional, Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonalds, dan Burger King sudah pasti memiliki ekuitas merek. Adanya perbedaan banyaknya jumlah gerai dan lamanya beroperasi di Indonesia, khususnya Jabodetabek, memberikan ekuitas merek yang berbeda diantara tiga restoran tesebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur variabel, dimensi, serta indikator dari ekuitas merek Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonalds, dan Burger King. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan cara memperoleh data dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen ketiga restoran selama enam bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun Kentucky Fried Chicken adalah yang beroperasi paling lama, McDonalds mendapatkan nilai brand equity tertinggi.

ABSTRACT
Brand Equity is a way to measure a brands strength. As a global brand in fast food restaurant, Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonalds, and Burger King clearly have a brand equity. A difference in operational years and numbers of outlets in Indonesia, especially in Jabodetabek, makes a difference to these three restaurants in terms of brand equity. This research is intended to measure the brand equity variable of the three restaurants, the dimensions in the variable, and the indicators in the dimensions. This quantitative research collects data from 100 respondents that had visited each of the three restaurants in the past six months. This research shows that although Kentucky Fried Chicken is the oldest running between the three, McDonalds have the highest brand equity compared to the other two.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai analisis variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi intensi pembelian produk ramah lingkungan konsumen Indonesia. Terdapat lima faktor yang ingin diteliti yaitu pengetahuan tentang lingkungan, sikap terhadap lingkungan, peran pemerintah, pengaruh teman, dan label ramah lingkungan. Ruang lingkup dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Indonesia yang mengetahui brand The Body Shop dan tinggal di wilayah yang tedapat toko The Body Shop. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda, ditemukan bahwa sikap terhadap lingkungan, pengaruh teman dan label ramah lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap intensi pembelian produk hijau.Sementara pengetahuan tentang lingkungan dan peran pemerintah tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi pembelian produk hijau.Dengan temuan penelitian dengan konteks konsumen Indonesia, peneliti dapat memberikan beberapa saran terkait dengan intensi pembelian produk hijau.

This research discusses the analysis variables that influence green purchase intention Indonesia consumers. There are five variables which included in this research such as environmental knowledge, environmental attitude, government initiative, peer pressure and eco label. The scope of this research is the Indonesian people who know the The Body Shop brand and live in an area which is attached to the The Body Shop store.This study is prepared using the method multiple regression. The finding shows that environmental attitude, peer pressure and eco label are the determinant factor to influence green purchase intention. Meanwhile environmental knowledge and government initiative don’t have any influence toward green purchase intention. With the finding in the context of Indonesia consumers, this research suggest recommendation about green purchase intention."

"Tesis ini meneliti tentang pengaruh dari brand innovativeness dan brand leadership terhadap keberhasilan luxury brands di Indonesia, dan bagaimana brand luxury, brand user-imagery fit dan brand value mempengaruhi willingness to pay a premium pada luxury fashion brands. Setelah dilakukan tinjauan pustaka dan penyusunan hipotesis, diperoleh data dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 157 responden yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan tas bermerek (Hermes, Chanel, dan Louis Vouitton) di wilayah Jakarta, dengan melakukan pendekatan snowball sampling dan convenience sampling, dan kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand innovativeness tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap brand luxury, sedangkan brand leadership mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap brand luxury. Lebih lanjut variabel Brand luxury, brand value, dan brand user-imagery fit memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap willingness to pay a premium dan yang pengaruhnya paling besar terhadap willingness to pay a premium adalah brand value. Oleh karena itu, untuk menciptakan brand luxury harus diawali dengan upaya membangun brand leadership, apakah sudah menjadi merek yang terdepan, beradaptasi dengan perkembangan jaman dan memiliki visi jangka panjang. Kemudian dengan menjadi brand luxury tidak serta merta konsumen akan bersedia membayar premium, harus ada brand value yang kuat yang didasari bahwa dirinya adalah bagian dari orang-orang pengguna luxury fashion brand tersebut. Dalam membentuk brand luxury dan willingness to pay a premium, perusahaan sebaiknya memperhatikan "the Brand Luxury Model" pada penelitan ini.

This thesis examines the effect of brand innovativeness and brand leadership with respect to the success of luxury brands in Indonesia; as well as how brand luxury, brand user-imagery fit and brand value have an effect on the willingness to pay a premium on the luxury-fashion brands. After conducting a comprehensive literature study and crafting hypothesis, some useful data were obtained from the questioners distributed to 157 respondents who had purchased or are using a number of branded or designer bags (including Hermes, Chanel, and Louis Vouitton) in Jakarta, with a snowball sampling and convenience sampling approaches. This followed by an analysis of the data with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The research has provided us with an interesting observation whereby brand innovativeness does not have a direct influence on the brand luxury, and on the other hand brand leadership offers positive influence on the brand luxury. Furthermore, brand luxury, brand value, and brand user-imagery fit, all have positive influence on the willingness to pay a premium. And brand value is perceived as the one that has the biggest influence on the willingness to pay a premium. Therefore, to create a brand luxury, one must start by putting a lot of efforts in developing a brand leadership, whether one particular brand has already become a leading brand; an adaptive brand with the ever-changing era; or having a forward long-term vision. By being a brand luxury does not necessary mean that consumers will be willing to pay for a premium. There must be a strong brand value on the basis that they are part of those users of the luxury fashion brand. In shaping the luxury brand and the willingness to pay a premium, companies should pay attention to "the Brand Luxury Model" in this research.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi store brand equity pada industri ritel fashion di Indonesia khususnya yang menerapkan strategi fast fashion. Data pada penelitian ini didapat dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada konsumen ZARA, H&M dan UNIQLO yang pernah melakukan pembelanjaan selama 6 (enam) bulan terakhir. Data ini diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekuitas merek toko (store brand equity) dipengaruhi langsung secara positif oleh kesadaran merek toko (store brand awareness) dan loyalitas merek toko (store brand loyalty). Loyalitas merek toko (store brand loyalty) dipengaruhi secara langsung dan positif oleh persepsi kualitas merek toko (store brand perceived quality) dan kesadaran merek toko (store brand awareness). Kemudian, persepsi kualitas merek toko (store brand perceived quality) dipengaruhi langsung oleh citra komersial toko (store commercial image). Sementara kesadaran merek toko (store brand awareness) dipengaruhi oleh reputasi toko (store reputation), citra komersial toko (store commercial image), dan citra harga toko (store price image).

This study aims to analyze the antecedents of store brand equity in Indonesia Fashion Retail Industry, particularly those that implement fast fashion strategy. Data for this research were collected from ZARA, H&M, and UNIQLO consumers, specifically those who made purchasing in the last 6 (six) months. They were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this show that store brand awareness and store brand loyalty have positive effect on store brand equity. Then, store brand loyalty affected positively by store brand perceived quality and store brand awareness. Furthermore, store brand perceived quality affected by store commercial image, while store brand awareness affected positively by store reputation, store commercial image, and store price image."
