"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh relationship quality terhadap repurchase intention konsumen sepatu olahraga Nike di gerai Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta Selatan. Dimensi relationship quality yang digunakan adalah customer trust, customer commitment dan customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden yang merupakan konsumen sepatu olahraga Nike di Gerai Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta Selatan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relationship quality memilik pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat terhadap repurchase intention dan dimensi customer commitment adalah dimensi yang paling dominan mempengaruhi repurchase intention.

ABSTRACT
This study examines the effect of relationship quality on repurchase intention of Nike sports shoes consumer in Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta. The dimensions of relationship quality used are customer trust, customer commitment and customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach, and the research data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were consumers of Nike sports shoes at Kota Kasablanka Outlet, South Jakarta. The analysis technique used is linear regression and multiple regression. The results showed that relationship quality has a significant and strong influence on repurchase intention and customer commitment dimension is the most dominant dimension affect repurchase intention. "

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh brand familiarity terhadap minat konsumen pada produk Sephora Gerai Kota Kasablanka dengan variabel mediasi brand fit. Variabel yang akan diuji pada penelitian ini ada variabel brand familiarity, variabel brand fit dan variabel minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden yang merupakan wanita usia 18 sampai 35 Tahun yang pernah mendengar produk Sephora. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear, regresi linear berganda, uji sobel, dan uji analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh brand familiarity terhadap minat beli produk Sephora gerai Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta Selatan melalui brand fit.

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai bagaimana interaksi pada media sosial dapat mempengaruhi emotions, brand relationship buality, brand anthropomorphism dan word of mouth terhadap Festival Musik Java Jazz. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode conclusive descriptive cross-sectional dan kuesioner disebar kepada 376 pengunjung yang pernah mendatangi Java Jazz Festival pada tahun 2017 atau 2018 atau 2019. Dengan analisis menggunakan SPSS, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa interaksi pada media sosial dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pengunjung yang diinginkan dalam hal ini adalah melakukan kegiatan word of mouth yang positif. Interaksi pada media sosial secara langsung mempengaruhi emotional attachment, brand anthropomorphism, dan brand relationship quality. Emotional attachment, brand anthropomorphism secara positif dapat mempengaruhi brand relationship quality. Selanjutnya brand relationship quality ditemukan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen untuk melakukan word of mouth. Memahami implementasi dari interaksi media sosial akan membantu manajer untuk memprediksi perilaku konsumen terutama pada sektor pariwisata, khususnya festival musik. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini juga terdapat implikasi manajerial yang dapat dilakukan oleh manajer serta saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses how interaction on social media can affect emotions, brand relationship quality, brand anthropomorphism and word of mouth towards the Java Jazz Music Festival. This study used a conclusive descriptive cross-sectional method and the questionnaire was distributed to 376 visitors who had visited Java Jazz Festival in 2017 or 2018 or 2019. By analyzing using SPSS, this study found that interaction on social media can influence desired visitor behavior in terms of this is a positive word of mouth activity. Interaction on social media directly affects emotional attachment, brand anthropomorphism, and brand relationship quality. Emotional attachment, brand anthropomorphism can positively influence brand relationship quality. Furthermore, brand relationship quality was found to be significant in influencing consumer behavior to do word of mouth. Understanding the implementation of social media interactions will help managers to predict consumer behavior in the tourism sector, especially music festivals. Therefore in this study there are also managerial implications that can be made by managers and suggestions for further research.

Penelitian ini menguji faktor-faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi purchase intention konsumen terhadap sepatu running di Kota Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Jakarta dengan sampel pengguna sepatu running yang berdomisili di kota Jakarta. Melalui in depth interview diperoleh bahwa faktor- faktor eksternal yang diprediksi berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen pada sepatu running adalah design, price, product quality, dan brand image. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 168 orang. Berdasarkan pengujian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa design, price, product quality, dan brand image berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention konsumen pada sepatu running.;

"Metafora hubungan konsumen dengan merek telah mendominasi pemikiran pemasaran dan praktek. Meskipun demikian, masih ada keterbatasan penjelasan mengenai fenomena transgression dalam domain produk konsumsi, khususnya di tingkat merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand transgression terhadap hubungan konsumen dengan merek. Sebagai inspirasi, penelitian ini mengacu pada teori hubungan interpersonal, yang menekankan pada penilaian dari kesalahan dan keseriusan dampak dari brand transgression; serta teori keadilan distributif, yang mempertimbangkan prinsip keadilan dan keseimbangan antara manfaat dan biaya. Selain itu, efek dari kedekatan hubungan konsumen dengan merek juga sangat menarik untuk diteliti, karena potensinya dalam mempengaruhi brand behavioral intention.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tiga studi eksperimen. Studi pertama meneliti dampak dari brand transgression, brand relationship closeness dan kategori product involvement terhadap brand behavioral intention. Studi kedua meneliti dampak dari brand transgression, brand relationship closeness dan upaya pemulihan apology terhadap brand behavioral intention. Studi ketiga meneliti dampak dari brand scandal, brand relationship closeness dan upaya pemulihan brand recall terhadap brand behavioral intention. Hasil pada semua studi menunjukkan bahwa brand transgression, brand relationship closeness, kategori product involvement dan upaya pemulihan merupakan kunci untuk memahami perbedaan perilaku konsumen pada saat peristiwa brand transgression.

Although the consumer-brand relationships metaphor dominates contemporary marketing thought and practice, surprisingly little empirical work has been conducted on transgression phenomena in the consumer products domain, particularly at the level of the brand. The aim of this research was to investigate how brand transgression influence consumer relationships with the brand. For inspiration, this research draws on interpersonal relationship theory, which highlights judgments of culpability and seriousness of the brand transgression, and distributive justice theory, which considers the fairness and equity-balance of benefits and costs. Furthermore, the effects of brand relationship closeness also become especially interesting in this regard, due to their potential to influence brand behavioral intention.
This research was conducted on three experiment studies. First study examines the impacts of brand transgression, brand relationship closeness and product involvement on brand behavioral intention. Second study examines the impacts of brand transgression, brand relationship closeness and apology on brand behavioral intention. Third study examines the impacts of brand scandal, brand relationship closeness and brand recall on brand behavioral intention. Across all of these studies, results show that brand transgression type, brand relationship closeness, product involvement and recovery effort are a key construct to understanding the differences in behaviors following brand transgression.

"Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik terhadap minat beli kembali konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen pada e-commerce Zalora Indonesia. Variabel yang akan diuji pada penelitian ini adalah variabel e-service quality, variabel repurchase intention dan variabel customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden yang merupakan Pria ataupun Wanita berusia 18 tahun keatas yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek dan minimal pernah membeli produk melalui Zalora Indonesia sebanyak satu kali. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear, regresi berganda, uji analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa customer satisfaction berhasil memediasi e-service quality untuk meningkatkan customer repurchase intention pada Zalora Indonesia.

The result shows that customer satisfaction did mediated e-service quality to increase customer repurchase intention."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh restaurant satisfaction, knowledge sharing motivation, dan technology acceptance factors terhadap electronic word-of-mouth intention serta menganalisis pengaruh restaurant satisfaction dan knowledge sharing motivation terhadap electronic word-of-mouth intention dengan peran moderasi technology acceptance factors pada konsumen Kintan Buffet Kota Kasablanka Mall Jakarta Selatan yang menggunakan Instagram. Dalam penelitian ini, knowledge sharing motivation terbagi menjadi dua dimensi, yaitu egoism dan altruism. Selain itu, technology acceptance factors juga terbagi menjadi dua dimensi, yaitu perceived usefulness dan perceived ease-of-use.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 125 sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan mentode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) menunjukkan bahwa hanya egoism, altruism, dan perceived usefulness yang mempengaruhi eWOM intention. Selanjutnya, hasil peran moderasi dari technology acceptance factors menunjukkan bahwa hanya perceived ease-of-use yang memoderasi hubungan antara altruism dan eWOM intention.

This research aims to analyze the effect of restaurant satisfaction, knowledge sharing motivation, and technology acceptance factors on electronic word of mouth intention and analyze the effect of restaurant satisfaction and knowledge sharing motivation on electronic word-of-mouth intention with the role of moderating technology acceptance factors on Kintan Buffet Kota Kasablanka Mall South Jakarta consumers that use Instagram. In this research, knowledge sharing motivation is divided into two dimensions, i.e. egoism and altruism. In addition, technology acceptance factors are also divided into two dimensions, i.e. perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use.
This research applies quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to 125 samples taken using purposive sampling technique. The results of the research using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) show that only egoism, altruism, and perceived usefulness influence eWOM intention. Furthermore, the results of the moderating role of technology acceptance factors indicate that only perceived ease-of-use moderates the relationship between altruism and eWOM intention.

"Saat ini semakin ketatnya persaingan di industri ritel serta momentum tren produk lifestyle membuat penting bagi setiap toko untuk mempunyai konsep dan strategi untuk menarik konsumen. Variety store atau lifestyle retail merupakan toko yang menjual berabagai kategori produk dalam satu merek. Dalam melakukan evaluasi produk dan keinginan melakukan pembelian kembali, aspek country of origin dan store image dapat menjadi suatu pertimbangan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh country of origin terhadap product evaluation dan repurchase intention, serta menganalisis pengaruh store image terhadap product evaluation dan repurchase intention pada konsumen Miniso di Jabodetabek. Data primer diperoleh dari 100 konsumen Miniso yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek melalui kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data nonprobability sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode dalam menganalisis penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan apabila country of origin dan store image secara simultan dianalsis terhadap product evaluation serta menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pula apabila country of origin dan store image secara simultan dianalsis terhadap repurchase intention. Namun, apabila dilihat secara parsial country of origin tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention.

Nowadays the increasingly intense competition in the retail industry and the momentum of lifestyle products trends makes it important for every store to have concepts and strategies to attract consumers. Variety store or lifestyle retail is a store that sells various product categories in one brand. In evaluating products and purchasing decisions, aspects of country of origin and store image can be taken into consideration. Thus, this study aims to analyze the influence of country-of-origin on product evaluation and repurchase intention, and analyze the effect of store images on product evaluation and repurchase intention on Miniso customers in Greater Jakarta. Primary data were obtained from 100 Miniso consumers who live in Jabodetabek through questionnaire. The nonprobability sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The method in analyzing this quantitative research is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that there is a significant effect if the country of origin and store image are simultaneously analyzed toward product evaluation and also show a significant effect if the country of origin and store image are simultaneously analyzed toward repurchase intention. However, when viewed partially, the COO does not have a significant effect on the repurchase intention."

"Komersialisasi industri sepakbola dan perkembangan aktivitas sponsorship, khususnya sponsorship olahraga membuat banyak perusahaan menggunakan strategi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel relationship quality terhadap attitude toward a sponsor, dan purchase intention dengan variabel sincerity sebagai mediator dari fans klub olahraga, yaitu Real Madrid FC. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel fans klub Real Madrid yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan metode structural equation modelling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa relationship quality berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward a sponsor dan purchase intention dengan dimediasi secara penuh oleh sincerity dari fans klub Real Madrid pada konteks sponsorship kacang Dua Kelinci pada Real Madrid FC.

The commercialization of football industry and the growing of sponsorship activities, specifically sport sponsorship make many companies use this strategy. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of relationship quality to attitude toward a sponsor and purchase intention with sincerity as a mediator of sport fans club, Real Madrid FC. This research uses samples of Real Madrid fans club who domicile in Jabodetabek area using non-probability sampling method. The data collected then analyzed with structural equation modelling method. The result of this research shows that the relationship quality is the factor that affect attitude toward a sponsor and purchase intention with sincerity as a full mediator of Real Madrid fans club in sponsorship kacang Dua Kelinci to Real Madrid FC."

"Persaingan bisnis antar perusahaan semakin meningkat, hal ini akan mendorong perusahaan untuk lebih dapat kompetitif sehingga dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Perusahaan akan berusaha untuk mencari pola bisnis yang lebih menguntungkan, salah satunya dengan menerapkan alih daya (outsourcing) untuk mengurangi biaya pada produksi. Akan tetapi semakin meningkatnya daya saing, beberapa perusahaan sudah menerapkan outsourcing ini pada kompetensi inti. Salah satu bisnis yang menerapkannya adalah pada bengkel perbaikan bodi kendaraan. Mereka menggunakan tenaga kerja teknisi dari outsourcing, dimana kompetensi inti bengkel perbaikan bodi kendaraan adalah melakukan pekerjaan perbaikan pada bodi kendaraan yang dilakukan oleh teknisi bengkel. Banyak riset menjelaskan mengenai outsourcing hanya dapat dijalankan pada selain kompetensi inti. Untuk dapat melihat keberhasilan penggunaan outsourcing pada kompetensi inti, maka kualitas relasional antara klien dan vendor harus selalu terjaga. Vendor sebagai pihak penyedia layanan harus meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan nilai bisnis agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Hasil riset ini menjelaskan bahwa kualitas relasional dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pembelajaran manajerial dan pertumbuhan nilai bisnis.

Business competition for companies is increasing, this situation encourage companies to improve more competitive to compete with other companies. Company improve business strategy to get profitable business schame, one of strategy is implementing outsourcing is reduce costs in production. Outsourcing usually is applied at non core competencies. However, increasing competitiveness, some companies have implemented outsourcing in core competencies. Automotive body repair workshop that applied outsourcing on core competence. They use a technicians workforce from outsourcing, where the core competency of a workshop is conduct repair of body and maintenance works. This case interesting to conduct research, because many studies explain that outsourcing applied on non core competencies. Outsourcing need relationship quality to maintained cooperate. To see the success of the use of outsourcing, the relational quality between clients and vendors must always be maintained. Vendors should be improved learning quality and bussinness growth value. Result of this research explain that management learning quality and bussiness growth value has impact to relationship quality."
