"ABSTRAK
This research aims to find out how significant the mindset, leadership, and family values influence the organizational culture of family firms. This research is a quantitative research which uses questionnaires as the data collection method. The population of this research is the students of University of Ciputra who attend the Family Business class in the odd semester of 2016 Entrepreneurship subject. There are 59 respondents data which fit as samples of this research and the data is processed by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The result of this research shows that (1) mindset significantly affects leadership, (2) leadership does not significantly affect the organizational culture of family firms, (3) mindset significantly affects family values, (4) family values significantly affect the organizational culture of family firms, (5) family values do not significantly affect leadership, (6) mindset does not significantly affect the organizational culture of family firms, and (7) the organizational culture of family firms can be formed by the leaders mindset which are reflected through the family values believed and applied within the companies."

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh faktor-faktor organisasi pada pelaksanaan proyek EPC terhadap kinerja/efektifitas perusahaan PT XYZ dan juga membandingkan pengaruhnya pada dua struktur organisasi yang digunakan (struktur organisasi lama berbasis aktivitas dan struktur organisasi baru berbasis produk). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa kerjasama yang tinggi diantara para pegawai, proses perbaikan prosedur kerja dan desentralisasi otorisasi akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja/efektifitas perusahaan pada struktur organisasi baru, sedangkan pada struktur organisasi lama adalah kerjasama yang tinggi diantara para pegawai, adanya tingkat kepatuhan mengikuti prosedur kerja, tingkat spesialisasi dan sentralisasi otorisasi.

The focus of this study is identifiying the effect of organizational factors on the EPC Projects towards company performance & efficiency and also comparing the effect between two type of organizational structures (new structure in product basis and old structure in activity basis). This research is qualitative associative interpretive. The researcher suggests that the high cooperation among employees, improvement working procedure and decentralized authority could increase the performance in the new structure. But in the old structure, the organizational factors are high cooperation among employess, high discipline to the working procedure, high specialization person requirement and centralized authority."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial dengan kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan Indonesia. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan keluarga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang menerbitkan laporan tahunan dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2020, kecuali perusahaan di industri keuangan sebanyak 146 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi 1.168. Model yang digunakan untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linier menggunakan STATA 14. Penelitian ini menggunakan content analysis untuk mengukur pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial (CSD) sebagai variabel independen dengan mengacu pada Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Content Index 2016. Pengungkapan keuangan merupakan variabel dependen yang diwakili oleh proksi return on asset, return on equity, debt to equity, dan rasio Tobin’s Q dalam mengukur nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan corporate governance sebagai variabel kontrol. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa CSD berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSD berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan bagi manajer untuk mengelola CSD secara efektif dan efisien, yang mengarah pada kinerja perusahaan yang lebih baik.

This study aims to examine the influence of social responsibility disclosure with financial performance in Indonesian companies. The population and samples used in the study are family firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that publish annual reports from 2013 to 2020, except companies in the financial industry, as many as 146 company with a total of 1,168 observations. The model used for data analysis in the study was a linear regression model using STATA 14. This study uses content analysis to measure social responsibility disclosure (CSD) as an independent variable with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Content Index 2016. Financial disclosure is a dependent variable which is represented by the proxy of return on asset, return on equity, debt to equity, and Tobin’s Q ratio in measuring firm value. This study also uses corporate governance as control variable. This research found that CSD has a significant effect on firm’s financial performance and firm value. The result shows that CSD had positively influenced a firm’s performance. The findings may be used as a reference for the manager to effectively and efficiently manage CSD, leading to a better firm’s performance."

"ABSTRAK
The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of reward and punishment in escalation of commitment. The escalation of commitment is usually attributed to the decision maker if the project is unfavorable. This research also investigates the effect of organizational commitment to the decision to escalate or not to escalate the commitment. Experimental method is used in this research. There are 37 participants contribute to this research. The result of this research shows that the escalation of commitment level is higher if there is reward and punishment provided in the organization than if only reward provided. In other hand this level is higher if only punishment provided than if reward and punishment provided. It is mean that decision makers will avoid punishment, so they escalate their commitment. As predicted before organization commitment also effect escalation of commitment. The result shows that organizational commitment will decrease the level of escalation of commitment."
