"ABSTRAK
In this paper, we modelled a multi-product four-level integrated supply chain network problem consisting of a supplier, a producer, a wholesaler, and multiple retailers. The aims of this paper are both to find the number of optimum stockpiles in each level and the optimum period length such that the total cost of the chain is minimized while constraints such as limited procurement cost, limited space, and limited ordering cost are satisfied. Mentioned problem is a large non linear programming problem so a developed sequential quadratic programming (SQP) is used to solve the problem. Next, three numerical examples are solved in order to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed methodology and also to evaluate the performance of SQP. At the end, a sensitivity analysis is performed on the change rate of the integrated objective function obtained based on the change rate of the period length."

"ABSTRAK
Tekanan rantai pasok saat ini untuk mengurangi biaya, mengelola persediaan dan efisiensi transportasi merupakan tantangan yang dihadapi produsen manufaktur. Selain tantangan itu, produsen ban masih harus berurusan dengan pasokan bahan baku, terutama karet alam sebagai bahan yang unik. Penelitian ini berfokus pada optimasi strategi rantai pasokan yang paling efisien dalam pembuatan ban dengan mengelola semua kendala, termasuk pasokan dari karet alam. Data dikumpulkan dari PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. sebagai salah satu manufaktur ban terbesar di asia tenggara. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 11 skenario dibuat dan dihitung menggunakan metode Goal Programming untuk menemukan penyimpangan minimum antara nilai target dan semua kendala. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang paling efisien adalah dengan mengoptimalkan pasokan karet alam untuk memproduksi ban mobil penumpang radial dan ban truk & bus radial. Pada simulasi tersebut menghasilkan selisih antara harga pokok penjualan dengan target penjualan mencapai 28%, hasil ini paling signifikan diantara simulasi lainnya serta dalam simulasi ini juga di dapatkan variasi terkecil untuk biaya persediaan dan transportasi dari skenario baseline.

ABSTRACT
Pressure of supply chain to reduce cost, manage shortened order-to-delivery cycles, ensure a highly efficient logistics network to store, and distribute finish products are some of the key challenges that the tire industry faces. Besides those challenges, tire manufacturers still have to deal with raw material supply, particularly natural rubber as the unique material. This paper focuses on creating the most efficient supply chain strategy in tire manufacturing by managing all constraints, including the natural rubber supply. Data collected from PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. as one of the biggest tire manufacturing in southeast asia. In this paper, 11 scenarios are created and calculated using Goal Programming Method to find minimum deviation between the target value and all constraints. The results show that the most efficient strategy is to optimize supply of natural rubber to produce passenger car radial tires and truck & bus radial tires. This strategy has the most significant gap between the net sales and the cost of good sold, as well as the smallest variation of inventory and transportation costs to the baseline scenario. "

"Green supply chain (GSCM) adalah pendekatan yang muncul dalam manajemen rantai pasokan untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari proses yang berkaitan dengan aliran barang dan material. Hal ini dianggap sebagai sistem kejadian diskrit. Salah satu alat yang memungkinkan untuk memodelkan sistem kejadian diskrit adalah jaring Petri. Sebuah model Colored Petri Net (CPN) dari model GSCM tersebut dikembangkan, alasan untuk menggunakan CPN daripada Petri nets biasa adalah karena memungkinkan pelekatan data (atau warna). Tesis ini mengembangkan model CPN untuk jaringan GSCM, dan memverifikasinya dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari penelitian lain sebagai studi kasus untuk membandingkan hasil simulasi rantai pasok ke depan. Setelah model tersebut terbukti serupa, dan oleh karena itu dapat mewakili rantai pasok yang sebenarnya. Model CPN diperluas menjadi CPN jaringan GSCM dengan menggunakan data yang sama dengan studi kasus. Hasil dari simulasi menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan reverse logistic dalam jaringan rantai pasok untuk menjadikannya sebagai jaringan GSCM adalah hal yang memungkinkan dan berpotensi menguntungkan perusahaan.

Green supply chain is an emerging approach in supply chain management to reduce environmental impact of the process concerning the flow of goods and material. It is considered as a discrete-event system. One possible tool to model discrete-event systems is Petri nets. A Colored Petri Net (CPN) model of the said green supply chain model is developed, the reason to use a CPN rather than ordinary Petri nets is because it allows the attachment of data (or color). This thesis developed a CPN model for a GSCM network, and verify it by using a secondary data from another research as a case study to compare the results of the forward supply chain simulations. After the model is proven to be similar, and therefore representative of the real supply chain. The CPN model are expanded to be a GSCM network CPN using the same data as the case study. The results of the simulation indicated that implementing reverse logistic in a supply chain network to make it a GSCM network is possible and potentially beneficial to the company."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami bagaimana proses supply chain management dijalankan di Wal-Mart dan IKEA, sebagaimana keduanya dikenal karena praktik supply chain yang dirancang dengan baik. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan tentang teknologi yang digunakan Wal-Mart dan IKEA dalam praktik supply chain-nya, strategi pengadaan logistik, serta strategi lingkungan dan Corporate Social Responsibility yang dimiliki keduanya. Wal-Mart menggunakan sistem cross-docking untuk mencapai strategi "Everyday Low Prices" mereka, di mana IKEA menggabungkan Vendor Managed Inventory dan Consignment Stock untuk mencapai efisiensi tinggi dan skema cost-sharing.
Namun, kami menemukan beberapa masalah yang terjadi dalam usaha mereka untuk memperluas perusahaan masing – masing secara global, contohnya seperti masalah birokrasi dan masalah perpajakan, serta masalah dengan supplier. Wal-Mart dan IKEA telah berhasil mengatasi beberapa masalah tersebut melalui praktik - praktik supply chain dan strategi logistik yang inovatif dan fleksibel.

The purpose of this study is to identify how the supply chain management practices performed in Wal-Mart and IKEA, as both of them is known for their well-designed supply chain practices. It also reveals Wal-Mart and IKEA’s usage in technology, their procurement strategy, as well as their environmental strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility. Wal-Mart emphasizes on their cross-docking technology to achieve their "Everyday Low Prices" strategy, meanwhile IKEA combines Vendor Managed Inventory and Consignment Stock to attain higher efficiency and cost sharing scheme.
However, we found several problems occurred in their attempt to expand globally, such as bureaucracy and taxation problem, as well as problems with the suppliers. It is revealed that they have managed to overcome these challenges through innovative and flexible supply chain management practices and logistic strategies.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas tentang bullwhip effect yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kegiatan dari operasional perusahaan yang berfokus kepada kegiatan di dalam rantai pasokan perusahaan dan meneliti aspek-aspek dari rantai pasokan yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh bullwhip effect dan aspek apa saja yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alat penilaian untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasokan dari jaringan rantai pasokan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bullwhip effect memberikan pengaruh yang negatif kepada rantai pasokan dimulai dari hulu sampai ke hilir atau dari pemasok sampai ke konsumen akhir, sehingga perlu dimitigasi oleh perusahaan agar pada saat berjalannya proses operasional tidak mengalami gangguan penurunan kinerja rantai pasokan, serta memberikan aspek-aspek dari kinerja rantai pasokan yang bisa dioptimalkan oleh perusahaan untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses the bullwhip effect that influences the company operational activities that focus on activities in the company supply chain and examines aspects of the supply chain that can be influenced by the bullwhip effect and what aspects can be used as assessment tools to measure supply chain performance from the supply chain network. The results of the research found that the bullwhip effect had a negative influence on the supply chain starting from upstream to downstream or from suppliers to end-customers, so that it needed to be mitigated by the company so that during the operational process the supply chain does not experience a disruption in the supply chain, and provide aspects of supply chain performance that can be optimized by the company to gain a competitive advantage."

"Potensi besar pasar halal diperkirakan mencapai 3,081 miliar secara global pada tahun 2022. Pengembangan pasar halal harus didukung oleh industri halal dan rantai pasokan halal di dalamnya. Dalam sebuah laporan tentang Skor Indikator Ekonomi Islam Global 2017/18, Indonesia menempati urutan ke 11 di antara 15 negara. Secara umum, sertifikasi halal di Indonesia terbatas pada proses pembuatan dan tidak untuk seluruh rantai pasokan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi-strategi adopsi rantai pasokan halal di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP-TOPSIS, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang strategi-strategi adopsi rantai pasokan halal di Indonesia. Strategi prioritas adalah penguatan sektor logistik halal melalui pelaksanaan pelatihan dan sertifikasi professional di bidang logistik halal.

The large potential of the halal market is estimated to reach 3.081 billion globally in 2022. The development of the halal market must be supported by the halal industry and halal supply chain in it. In a report on 2017/18 Global Islamic Economic Indicator Scores, Indonesia ranks 11th among 15 countries. In general, halal certification in Indonesia is limited to the manufacturing process and not to the entire supply chain.
This research aims to determine halal supply chain adoption strategies in Indonesia. Using the AHP-TOPSIS method, this study provides an overview of halal supply chain adoption strategies in Indonesia. The priority strategy is strengthening the halal logistics sector through the implementation of training and certification of professionals in the field of halal logistics.

This report tries to describe the supply chain in Alcatel with focus in Mobile Network Division. it ¡s one among several business divisions inside Alcatel concerned with equipments for mobile network infrastructure as its main product. It will also cover the process along the chain, from headquarter in France, Indonesian? subsidiary and final customer.
The supply chain description is concentrated in its main process and activities which are planning and customer?s order fulfillment. It also describes the information system used to support the process and exchange of information between parties involved. These aspects will be seen from the point of view of headquarter and from Indonesia?s subsdiary.
The analysis of supply chain performance ¡s based on qualitative and quantitative analysis. The first will be based on supply chain drivers which are: transportation, information, inventory, and facilities. The seconnd is done by measuring some common metrics and compare them with targets internally set by Alcatel.
From the observation and analysis done, ¡t can be concluded that Alcatel?s
supply chain performance has not reached ¡ts optimum level due to some reasons:
-Planning process is becoming a weak point because it can not anticipate
change or modificatIon in customer demands which create high inventory
-Application of Alcatel?s standard supply chain process which has not
reached supply chain?s entities in Indonesian subsidiary
-Less concern for development of information system to support supply
