"Creativity in organizations has become a key topic of organizational research. This work expands on existing research by exploring creativity in the dynamics of social networks. Collective creativity is introduced as a central part of organizational learning and seen as the expression of creativity on the collective level. The research is able to empirically assess creativity in the development of social structures. For the assessment of creativity this work applies a longitudinal study design by combining social network analysis with creativity studies. The approach enables to relate creativity indicators with social network measures. It is based on an empirical study of innovation projects in the automotive industry and thereby extends existing research and theories on creativity, social network dynamics and organizational learning."

"Pandemi Covid-19 mendorong bisnis untuk berjalan dengan cara baru tentang kemampuan organisasi dalam bertahan dalam situasi apapun. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana jaringan bisnis dan kapabilitas platform digital menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kapasitas ketahanan organisasi dan di saat yang sama tetap menjaga kinerjanya. Menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari 241 perusahaan properti di Indonesia yang diolah menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jaringan bisnis memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap ketahanan dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa peran kapabilitas platform digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dalam konteks sektor properti di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris yang menunjukkan bahwa jaringan bisnis dapat berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi dan memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana jaringan bisnis perusahaan dan kapabilitas platform digital, dalam konteks sektor properti, dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan kapasitas ketahanan organisasinya, yang membantu untuk bertahan dari krisis dan berkinerja baik secara berkelanjutan.
Covid-19 pandemic is driving businesses to grow and run in new ways about an organization's ability to survive in any situation. This study examines how business networks and digital platform capabilities are factors that affect the resilience capacity of organizations and at the same time maintain their performance. Using data collected from 241 property companies in Indonesia processed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis, the results of this study show that business networks have a positive and significant influence on the resilience and performance of organization. This study also reveals that role of digital platform capabilities has no significant effect on organizational performance in the context of the property sector in Indonesia. This research provides empirical contributions that business networks can have a direct effect on organizational performance and provides new insights into how a company's business networks and digital platform capabilities, in the context of the property sector, can influence the development of its organizational resilience capacity, which helps it to survive crises and perform well sustainably."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari social networking sites use dalam organisasi terhadap job performance melalui mediasi job satisfaction, organizational commitment, dan social media exhaustion. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk memeriksa kecocokan seluruh model dan menguji kausalitas antar konstruk. Sejumlah 183 karyawan di Indonesia berpartisipasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa social networking sites use memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap job performance melalui job satisfaction. Namun, organizational commitment dan social media exhaustion tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung, sehingga organizational commitment dan social media exhaustion tidak memediasi pengaruh social networking sites use terhadap job performance. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa social networking sites use dapat meningkatkan job performance karyawan, terlebih jika karyawan merasakan job satisfaction yang tinggi. Job satisfaction yang tinggi akan meningkatkan organizational commitment karyawan. Namun, organizational commitment tidak dapat meningkatkan job performance karyawan. Maka dari itu, organisasi perlu memfasilitasi karyawan dalam penggunaan social networking sites agar memiliki job satisfaction yang tinggi sehingga dapat menghasilkan job performance yang baik.
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of social networking sites use in organization on job performance via mediation role of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and social media exhaustion. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test overall fitness of model and causality between each construct. A total of 183 employees in Indonesia participated in the research sample. The results of this study reveal that social networking sites use has an indirect effect on job performance through job satisfaction. However, organizational commitment and social media exhaustion do not have a direct effect, so organizational commitment and social media exhaustion do not mediate the effect of social networking sites use on job performance. This study shows that social networking sites use can improve employee job performance, especially if employees feel high job satisfaction. High job satisfaction will increase employee organizational commitment. However, organizational commitment cannot improve employee job performance. Therefore, organizations need to facilitate employees in the use of social networking sites to have high job satisfaction so that they can produce good job performance."
