"Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai sistem pembayaran elektronik menggunakan ACR120S contactless smart card reader. Ini merupakan perangkat yang berdiri sendiri tanpa membutuhkan koneksi ke PC maupun internet. Perangkat ini terhubung pada mikrokontroler lewat komunikasi serial dan bekerja dengan cara memotong data saldo yang terdapat pada smart card tipe mifare 1KB sesuai dengan tagihan yang diterima dan menyimpan kembali saldo setelah proses pembayaran ke dalam kartu.

This final project is about electronic payment system using ACR120 contactless smart card reader. This is a stand alone system that doesn’t require connection to a computer or internet. The reader connected with microcontroller using serial connection and cut the balance from mifare 1KB smart card for the payment according to the bill. The system will restore balance after the payment back into the smart card."

"Smart Heritage adalah media sebagai sistem dan manajemen yang relatif baru yang diprakarsai oleh INTACH Heritage Academy (2017) untuk menjawab tantangan yang membahas Pelestarian Kawasan Cagar Budaya di Era Smart City dengan menggunakan kemajuan Teknologi Komunikasi Informasi (TIK). Itu sudah mulai diterapkan di kota yang telah menerapkan konsep Smart City. Makalah ini membahas apakah Smart Heritage relevan dengan masalah tentang warisan budaya berkelanjutan dalam lingkup pengembangan Smart City seiring dengan pertumbuhan generasi milenial, mengingat fakta bahwa kita sedang menuju era Smart yang hampir semuanya berorientasi pada TIK.

Smart Heritage is a relatively new system and management media that initiated by INTACH Heritage Academy (2017) to answer the challenge that addresses the Cultural Heritage Conservation in the Smart City Era by using the advancement of Information Communication Technology (ICT). It has begun to be applied in a city that has implemented the concept of Smart City. This paper discusses whether Smart Heritage is relevant to the issue about sustainable cultural heritage within the scope of Smart City development along with the growth of millennial generation, considering the fact that we are going towards to the Smart era that almost everything is ICT oriented."

"Penyelenggaraan pendaftaran fidusia secara elektronik, atau yang disebut dengan Fidusia Online, menawarkan banyak kemudahan dalam memberikan kepastian hukum pada masyarakat. Selain membantu Ditjen AHU dalam memenuhi prinsip one day service, Fidusia Online juga memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pendaftaran fidusia karena prosesnya yang sangat cepat, dengan sertifikat yang tersedia secara elektronik serta bertanda tangan elektronik. Namun disamping kemudahannya, terdapat beberapa potensi timbulnya permasalahan pada keautentikan sertifikat itu sendiri. Dengan sistem yg digunakan, terdapat risiko terjadinya kegagalan sistem yang menyebabkan keautentikan sertifikat jaminan fidusia menjadi terganggu, sehingga keautentikannya pun menjadi tidak terjamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi terjadinya risiko kegagalan sistem tersebut dan meganalisis kemungkinan penyelenggaraan pendaftaran fidusia dengan sistem yang lebih baik agar risiko tersebut dapat diminimalisir. Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap hukum positif tertulis, termasuk meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder dengan tujuan untuk menemukan fakta-fakta terkait sistem yang digunakan Fidusia Online. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem yang ini memiliki kerentanan kegagalan sistem yang dapat mengganggu keauntentikan sertifikat jaminan fidusia itu sendiri. Dengan hadirnya teknologi Blockchain, permasalahan keautentikan tersebut dapat diminimalisir. Teknologi Blockchain akan membuat sertifikat jaminan fidusia yang tersimpan dalam sistem menjadi kekal (immutable), tidak mudah dirusak (tamper-proof), serta tidak mudah untuk diubah (unalterable), dibantu dengan Smart Contract untuk melakukan automatisasi pembayaran pendaftaran fidusia.

Electronic registration system of fiducia, or it called Fidusia Online, offers a lot of convenience in providing legal certainty to the community. In addition to helping Ditjen AHU as the organizer of fiduciary registration in fulfilling the one day service principle, Fidusia Online also provides convenience to the community in conducting fiduciary registration because the process is very fast, with the certificates that are available electronically as well as electronically signed. But besides its convinience, there are several potential problems in its authenticity of the certificate itself. With the system being used, there is a risk of system failure which causes the authenticity of the fiduciary certificate to be disrupted, hence the authenticity of certificate is not guaranteed.

This paper aims to determine the potential risk of system failure and analyze the possibility of implementing fiduciary registration with a better system so that these risks can be minimized. This paper used juridical normative method which uses written applicable laws and literatures, including researching library materials or secondary data which the aim to finding facts related to the system used by Fidusia Online.

The results of this research indicate that this system has a system failure vulnerability that can disrupt the authenticity of fiduciary certificate itself. With the presence of Blockchain technology, these issue can be minimized. Blockchain technology will make fiduciary certificates stored in the system immutable, tamper-proof, and unalterable, assisted by Smart Contract to automate payment of fiduciary registration."
