"Engineering design calculations for tank bottom sections, including direct current requirements and voltage calculations, followed by additional structures, such as electrical grounding systems, have already been successfully implemented and controlled in field conditions. Furthermore, the effect of soil resistivity in layers, oxygen content and the pH value of the soil against the disproportionate IR-Drop voltage, including its effect on potential distribution, have been already successfully observed. Other influences, such as the depth and location of the anode groundbed determination along with the establishment of impressed current cathodic protection related to the main tools and equipment, such as external corrosion control methods, have been defined as the most effective ways in order to control potential distribution against the additional structures. Persuant to the verification results from the site located at Marangkayu, East Borneo, it has been determined that high soil resistivity could cause error readings in accordance with the accumulation results of the true readings and the IR-Drop voltage, since under real conditions, the tank structure would have received less current flow from an anode compared to a lower result. Naturally, a low pH value from the soil would decrease soil resistivity and enhance potential distribution from the anodes to the tank structures. The results show that the cathodic protection required 10 additional anodes, (each one is of a tubular mixed metal oxide) with a DC supply at minimum amperage of 154 Amps and a minimum voltage supply of 32 Volts. During the research, it was identified that high soil resistivity above 3000 ohm-cm would cause error readings. Naturally, acidic soil is in the region of pH 5-7 value, which would decrease soil resistivity and enhance the potential distribution from the anode to the tank structure."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaturan Sarana Kontrol Teknologi dalam memberikan Perlindungan Hukum bagi Pencipta dan Pemegang Hak Cipta atas Karya Cipta Lagu dan Musik terhadap penyedia layanan jasa situs download lagu secara ilegal secara gratis di Internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif untuk meneliti rumusan permasalahan mengenai topik terkait. Untuk mengetahui hal tersebut, permasalahan yang dikaji dalam skripsi ini diantaranya adalah urgensi perlindungan hukum dari adanya Sarana Kontrol Teknologi bagi Pemegang Hak Cipta terhadap situs download lagu secara ilegal, perbandingan pengaturan Sarana Kontrol Teknologi di Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta dan Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA), dan menganalisis kasus-kasus penyedia layanan situs download lagu secara ilegal, serta peranan dan manfaat perlindungan hukum dari adanya Sarana Kontrol Teknologi bagi Pemegang Hak Cipta terhadap adanya pelanggaran hak cipta yang dilakukan oleh penyedia layanan situs web download lagu secara ilegal.

This thesis discusses the arrangement of Technology Control Facilities in providing Legal Protection for Authors and Copyright Owners for Song Copyrights Music Against Illegal Song Download Service Providers for free Internet. This study uses a normative juridical method to examine the formulation of Problems regarding related topics. In order to know this, the problem studied in this thesis, including the urgency of legal protection from the existence of Technology Control for Copyright Holders against illegal song download sites, Comparison of the arrangement of Technology Control Facilities in Indonesia and United States in terms of Copyright Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA), and analyze cases of illegal song download site service providers, as well as the role and benefits of legal protection from the existence of Technological Control Facilities for Copyright Holders against copyright infringement commited by illegal song download website service providers."

"Kebakaran merupakan salah satu bencana yang sangat sering terjadi khususnya di daerah perkotaan padat penduduk. Rumah sakit merupakan tempat kerja yang juga rawan kebakaran. Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi sistem proteksi dan penanggulangan bahaya kebakaran di Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan observasional.
Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem proteksi aktif dan pasif kebakaran, utilitas bangunan gedung, sarana penyelamatan diri, sarana akses pemadam kebakaran dan manajemen keselamatan kebakaran. Standar yang digunakan adalah Kepmen PU No. 10/KPTS/2000, Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008, Permenaker No. : PER.04/MEN/1980, Permenaker No. : PER.02/MEN/1983, Perda DKI Jakarta No. 8 Tahun 2008, Perda DKI Jakarta No. 3 Tahun 1992.
Hasil penelitian dibandingkan dengan standar peraturan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem proteksi aktif dan pasif, utilitas bangunan gedung dan manajemen keselamatan kebakaran di Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta sepenuhnya sudah sesuai dengan standar peraturan. Sarana penyelamatan diri dan sarana akses pemadam kebakaran pada Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi.

Fire is one of the disasters that happen very often, especially in densely populated urban areas. The hospital is also prone to workplace fires. This study discusses the evaluation of protection systems and fire prevention Haji Hospital in Jakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using observational approach.
The object of this research is a system of active and passive fire protection, utility buildings, means of escape, fire department means of access and fire safety management. The Standar used was Kepmen PU No. 10/KPTS/2000, Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008, Permenaker No. : PER.04/MEN/1980, Permenaker No. : PER.02/MEN/1983, Perda DKI Jakarta No. 8 Tahun 2008, Perda DKI Jakarta No. 3 Tahun 1992.
The results compared with regulatory standards. The results showed that active and passive protection systems, utility buildings and fire safety management in Hospital Haji Jakarta is fully in accordance with the standard rules. While the means of escape and means of access to the fire department at the Hospital Haji Jakarta still needs to be improved.
