"Minat cloud computing semakin meningkat seiring meningkatnya popularitas teknologi internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor yang memengaruhi organisasi dalam mengadopsi layanan cloud computing. Secara perspektif akademik, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melanjutkan penelitian adopsi cloud computing di Indonesia. Bersamaan dengan itu, penelitian ini juga diusulkan untuk membantu PT Mastersystem Infotama MSI mengidentifikasi faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi layanan cloud computing oleh pelanggannya. Penggunaan kerangka kerja technology-organization-environment TOE diusulkan sebagai dasar model penelitian. Hipotesis-hipotesis diusulkan sesuai dengan konteks yang ada pada TOE. Responden adalah perusahaan yang merupakan pelanggan dari MSI. Dari data 179 responden, hasil uji menggunakan PLS menunjukkan bahwa dukungan manajemen puncak adalah pendorong utama. Kompleksitas teknologi adalah satu-satunya penghambat. Kemudian faktor lain seperti faktor keuntungan relatif, faktor keselarasan rencana adopsi dengan rencana bisnis, dan faktor tekanan kompetitif juga terbukti mendorong adopsi layanan cloud computing.

Interest in cloud computing is increasing as the popularity of internet technology increases. This study aims to investigate the factors that affect the organization in adopting cloud computing services. From an academic perspective, this research is conducted to continue the cloud computing adoption research in Indonesia. At the same time, the study is also proposed to help PT Mastersystem Infotama MSI identify factors that influence the adoption of cloud computing services by its customers. The use of technology organization environment TOE framework is proposed as the basis for the research model. The hypotheses are proposed according to the context of the TOE. Respondents are companies that are customers of MSI. From the data of 179 respondents, test results using PLS indicate that top management support is the main driver. The complexity of technology is the only obstacle. Then other factors such as relative advantages, alignment of adoption plans with business plans, and competitive pressure factors also proved to encourage the adoption of cloud computing services."

"Industri perbankan di Indonesia saat ini belum mengadopsi layanan cloud computing akibat dari peraturan Bank Indonesia dan Pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perusahaan perbankan untuk mengadopsi layanan cloud computing dilihat dari konteks technology, environtment, dan organization. Analisis ini menggunakan kerangka TOE (Technology-Organization-Environtment), teori DOI (Diffusion of Innovation), dan metoda PLS (Partial Least Square).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor technology tidak berpengaruh signifikan bagi perusahaan perbankan untuk mengadopsi cloud computing, namun faktor organization dan environtment berpengaruh signifikan bagi perusahaan perbankan dalam mengadopsi cloud computing, dimana model yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini cukup kuat (moderate) sebesar 36.1 %.

The banking industry in Indonesia has yet to adopt cloud computing services as a result of the regulation of Bank Indonesia and the Government. This study aims to explain the factors that affect the banking companies to adopt cloud computing services viewed from the context of technology, environtment, and organization. This analysis uses a framework TOE (Technology-Organization-Environment), the theory DOI (Diffusion of Innovation), and the method of PLS (Partial Least Square).
These results indicate that the technology factors had no significant effect for banking companies to adopt cloud computing, but the organization and environtment influential factors significant for the banking companies to adopt cloud computing, where the model is produced in this study is quite strong (moderate) of 36.1%.

""The first chapter gives an overview of cloud computing at a level accessible to a lay person. To motivate the reasons for a paradigm shift in the way we compute and store information, we introduce the concept of network-centric computing and network-centric content. A brief discussion of peer-to-peer systems, a first step in the shift from local to remote data storage and processing follows. The chapter continues with a discussion of technological advances that have made cloud computing possible and of the economical reasons why this new paradigm is attractive for many users and applications. Then we take a closer look at the cloud computing delivery models, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). SaaS gives the users capability to use applications supplied by the service provider but allows no control of the platform or the infrastructure. PaaS gives the capability to deploy consumer-created or acquired applications using programming languages and tools supported by the provider. IaaS allows the user to deploy and run arbitrary software, which can include operating systems and applications. The new paradigm raises ethical questions and has significant vulnerabilities each dissected in separate sections. Finally, the chapter presents the major challenges faced by this new paradigm. "ABSTRAK
Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dalam sebuah organisasi merupakan sebuah alat penting dalam mencapai tujuan bisnis organisasi tersebut. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah cloud computing, yang memungkinkan layanan dapat diakses dari mana saja secara nyaman. Cloud computing juga dapat memungkinkan akses terhadap layanan jaringan bersama dari suatu sumber daya komputasi yang telah dikonfigurasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaian Kementerian Luar Negeri RI dalam mengadopsi cloud computing dengan menggunakan pemodelan Misra Mondal Model dan menentukan tipe cloud deployment yang tepat menggunakan pendekatan AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) serta kriteria yang ditentukan berdasarkan analisa BCOR (Benefit, Cost, Opportunity, Risk). Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan juga studi literatur untuk metode pengumpulan datanya.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu organisasi Kementerian Luar Negeri berada di range yang dapat dimungkinkan untuk mengadopsi teknologi cloud. Sedangkan hasil penelitian untuk tipe deployment yang paling sesuai di Kementerian Luar Negeri adalah tipe deployment private cloud.

ABSTRACT
The use of information technology in an organization is an important tool to achieve the business goals of the organization. One of the technology that can be used for that purpose is cloud computing which enable some services could comfortably accessed anywhere. Cloud computing also enabling access to the shared network in some computing resource that have been configured.
The purpose of this research are to identify the suitability of cloud computing adoption by using Misra Mondal model and to select the most suitable cloud deployment type by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the specified criteria by using BCOR (Benefit, Cost, Opportunity, Risk) Analysis. On this research, the data collection method are interviews, questionnaires, and also study the literature.
The results from this research is that Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the range which cloud computing technology could be possible to adopt. While the other results of this research in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the most appropriate type of cloud deployment type is private cloud type."

"Cloud Computing adalah salah satu teknologi komputasi yang sedang berkembang di dunia informasi teknologi. Pengambilan keputusan penerapan teknologi sangat dipengaruhi oleh rekomendasi para pengambil keputusan di perusahaan, yang dipengaruhi oleh persepsi mereka akan teknologi baru tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas faktor-faktor apa saja yang signifikan terkait dengan rekomendasi penggunaan teknologi baru. Dilakukan penelitian dengan mengirimkan kuesioner kepada 400 perusahaan, kepada para pengambil keputusan di perusahaan dan 108 perusahaan telah memberikan jawabannya. Dari hasil analisis, diperoleh bahwa faktor kebutuhan, efektivitas biaya, keamanan dan kehandalan sistem terbukti signifikan dalam mempengaruhi rekomendasi oleh para pengambil keputusan di perusahaan.
Cloud Computing is one of the emerging computing technologies in the world of information technology. Application of technology decision-making is strongly influenced by the recommendation of the decision makers in companies, which are influenced by their perceptions about the new technology. In this study will discuss what factors are significantly associated with the use of new technology recommendations. Research conducted by sending questionnaires to 400 companies, to decision-makers in companies and 108 companies have provided the answer. From the analysis, obtained by that factor needs, cost effectiveness, safety and reliability of the system proved significant in influencing the recommendation by the decision makers in the company."

Organisasi XYZ merupakan unit TIK pusat yang melayani kebutuhan TI seluruh unit eselon 1 di lingkungan Organisasi ABC. Salah satu target Organisasi XYZ pada tahun 2015 adalah pencapaian kepuasan penguna layanan TIK sebesar 4.03 terhadap layanan cloud, layanan email dan internet dan layanan service desk. Kepuasan pengguna layanan TIK ini merupakan indikator keberhasilan Organisasi XYZ dalam memberikan layanan TIK yang prima. Akan tetapi pada tahun 2015 target pencapaian kepuasan pelanggan tidak tercapai. Salah satu penyebabnya terkait dengan layanan cloud yang mendapatkan nilai terendah. Berdasarkan pendapat pengguna hal ini disebabkan karena belum adannya evaluasi layanan cloud yang diminta oleh penyedia layanan, belum adannya kajian kebutuhan, tidak terdapat perencanaan kapasitas layanan cloud, dan sering terjadi insiden terhadap layanan kritikal yang di cloud kan. Penyebab tersebut tersebut merupakan pendapat yang belum tentu menjadi penyebab utama sehingga perlu digali lebih dalam untuk mengetahui faktor utama penyebab ketidak puasan pengguna layanan cloud server di lingkungan Organisasi ABC. Penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan cara wawancara sebagai data primer dan hasil SKP, observasi sebagai data sekunder, kemudian melakukan pemetaan ke Quality Model of Cloud Service terdiri dari 6 enam faktor yaitu Usability, Security, Reliability, Tangibility, Responsiveness dan Empathy, dari hasil pemetaan tersebut kemudian dilakukan survei dengan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diisi oleh pegawai yang kompeten/ahli dalam bidang layanan cloud server atau yang bertanggung jawab di organisasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunaka teknik Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP . Hasilnya diperoleh bahwa faktor utama ketidakpuasan pengguna layanan cloud server adalah terkait dengan faktor tangible, reliability, usability sedangkan subfaktor adalah profesionalism, user interface aesthetic, availability, stability, learnability, dan protection, dari hasil pemataan permasalahan tersebut kemudian disusun rekomendasi perbaikan menggunakan pendekatan COBIT 5, ITIL v3, NIST SP 800-146 dan penelitian sebelumnya

XYZ Organization is a central ICT unit that serves the IT needs of all echelon 1 units within the ABC Organization. One of the target of XYZ Organization in 2015 is the achievement of ICT service user satisfaction of 4.03 to cloud service, email and internet service and service desk. User satisfaction of ICT services is an indicator of XYZ 39 s Organization success in providing excellent ICT services. However, in 2015 the target of achieving customer satisfaction is not achieved. One of the cause factors associated with cloud services that get the lowest value. Based on the user 39 s opinion this is due to the lack of an evaluation of cloud services requested by the service provider, not necessarily the needs assessment, no cloud service capacity planning, and frequent incidents of critical services in the cloud. The cause is an opinion that is not necessarily the main cause factors so it needs to be explored more deeply to determine the main factors causing dissatisfaction of cloud server service users within the ABC Organization.This study collected data using interview method as primary data and SKP result, observation as secondary data, then mapping to Quality Model of Cloud Service consist of 6 six criteria that is Usability, Security, Reliability, Tangibility, Responsiveness and Empathy. Conducting survey method by spreading questionnaires filled by competent employees experts in the field of cloud server service or responsible in organization. The data obtained is then processed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP technique. The result obtained that the main factor of dissatisfaction of cloud server service user is related to tangible, reliability, usability factors then sub factors profesionalism, user interface aesthetic, availability, stability, learnability sub factors, then compiled recommendation improvement using approach COBIT 5, ITIL v3, NIST SP 800 146 and previous research"
