"ABSTRAKTugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai upaya pencegahan penggunaan narkoba dan alkohol di kalangan air crew yang dilakukan oleh corporate security unit pada sebuah perusahaan. Data yang digunakan pada penulisan ini diambil dari program pencegahan pada salah satu maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia yaitu corporate security unit PT. X dengan program Drug and Alcohol Management Program DAMP. Data ini hanya digunakan sebagai entry point untuk melihata upaya pencegahan penggunaan narkoba dan alkohol yang lebih efektif. Upaya pencegahan ini dilihat menggunakan konsep social crime prevention yang dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan social bond theory dan konsep crime prevention through social development yang dianalisis menggunakan differential reinforcement theory. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah melihat pencegahan yang lebih efektif dalam pelanggaran penggunaan narkoba dan alkohol pada air crew.

ABSTRACTThis thesis will explain crime prevention strategy for alcohol and drug usage of air crew done by corporate security unit of a corporation. The data used in this paper are taken from crime prevention program in one of airlines in Indonesia which is PT. X with Drug and Alcohol Management Program DAMP . This data is only used as an entry point for prevention strategy of drug and alcohol usage is more effective. This prevention strategy will be explain using social crime prevention concept that will be analyzed thoroughly using social bond theory and crime prevention through social development analyzed by differential reinforcement theory. The result of this thesis explains more effective prevention strategy of drug and alcohol usage within air crew."

"Tugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai sebuah program strategi pencegahan kejahatan insider threat pada industri aviasi melalui proses seleksi kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan pada penulisan ini diambil dari laporan program Security Clearance pada salah satu perusahaan industri aviasi PT. X yang bergerak dibidang MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) dan hasil temuan kasus yang terjadi selama periode 2012-2016. Data ini hanya digunakan sebagai entry point untuk melihat efektifitas program security clearance sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan pada industri aviasi terhadap kejahatan yang terjadi. Program security clearance sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan ini dianalisis menggunakan 25 teknik dalam situational crime prevention dan faktor-faktor yang membuka peluang terjadinya kejahatan industri aviasi dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan routine activiy theory.

This thesis evaluates the effectiveness of Security Clearance as a crime prevention strategy in preventing and handling insider threats in the aviation industry, particularly the ones committed through the industry's employee selection process. The data used in this paper are obtained from the Security Clearance report from an aviation company, PT. X who focuses on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), as well as case reports ranging from 2012-2016. The data are used only as an entry point in evaluating the program's effectiveness in handling insider threats. Analysists done in this paper uses the 25 technics of situational crime prevention, accompanied by an analytical discourse based on routine activity theory on the criminogenics of the aviation industry."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai implementasi sistem pengamanan yang ada di lingkungan kerja kantor utama Perusahaan X sebagai bentuk dari pencegahan kejahatan yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai implementasi sistem pengamanan yang telah dilakukan oleh divisi keamanan Perusahaan X sebagai bentuk dari pencegahan kejahatan. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori pencegahan kejahatan situasional yang kemudian dikaitkan dengan sistem pengamanan yang telah diimplementasikan. Teori pencegahan kejahatan situasional juga digunakan untuk melihat efektifitas dari implementasi sistem pengamanan untuk mencegah kejahatan yang berasal dari ancaman internal dan eksternal. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori aktivitas rutin sebagai alat analisis untuk melihat sejauh mana sistem pengamanan yang telah diimplementasikan oleh divisi keamanan perusahaan X telah melindungi korban yang mana merupakan aset bernilai dari Perusahaan X.

This mini thesis discussed about the implementation of security systems at the work environment head office of Corporate X as a form of prevention of crimes that have been committed. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type to provide an overview of the implementation of the security system that has been carried out by the security division of Corporate X as a form of crime prevention. The theory used in this study is the situational crime prevention theory which is then linked to the security system that has been implemented. Situational crime prevention theory is also used to see the effectiveness of the implementation of security systems to prevent crimes that come from internal and external threats. In addition, this study also used routine activity theory as an analytical tool to see the extent security system implemented by the security division of Company X has protected victims who are a valuable asset of Corporate X."

"ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas mengenai strategi pencegahan pembajakan pesawat terbang di wilayah Indonesia. Pembajakan pesawat merupakan salah satu aksi kejahatan yang mengancam keamanan penerbangan. Beberapa kasus pembajakan pesawat berakhir tragis dengan hilangnya ratusan nyawa seperti yang terjadi pada tragedi 9/11 di Amerika Serikat. Indonesia juga tak luput pernah pernah sekali mengalami pembajakan pesawat pada tahun 1981 pada pesawat Garuda Indonesia dilakukan oleh kelompok Komando Jihad. Melihat berbagai fenomena kejahatan pembajakan pesawat yang terjadi di seluruh dunia, penulis melihat bahwa pembajakan pesawat menjadi ancaman keamanan penerbangan yang nyata termasuk di Indonesia. Dengan adanya ancaman tersebut Indonesia memerlukan strategi pencegahan kejahatan pembajakan pesawat terbang yang bisa diterapkan secara nasional. Dalam artikel ini penulis menggunakan routine activity theory dalam menganalisis unsur-unsur yang menyebabkan terjadinya kejahatan pembajakan pesawat terbang dari analisa crime triangle. Selain menggunakan routine activity theory, penulis juga menggunakan pendekatan situational crime prevention dalam menyusun strategi pencegahan kejahatan terhadap pembajakan pesawat. Pendekatan situational crime prevention digunakan dalam mengkaji peraturan-peraturan penerbangan di Indonesia yang berhubungan dengan pencegahan pembajakan pesawat.

ABSTRACTThis article discusses the prevention strategies against aircraft hijacking in Indonesian territory. Aircraft hijacking is one of the crimes that threaten aviation security. Several cases of aircraft hijacking ended tragically with hundreds of casualties as happened in 9 11 tragedy in the United States. Indonesia also had experienced aircraft hijacking in 1981 on Garuda Indonesia flight by Komando Jihad group. Seeing the various phenomenon of aircraft hijacking happening around the world, the author sees that aircraft hijacking becomes a security threat that is being included in Indonesia. With this threat, Indonesia needs a prevention strategy against aircraft hijacking in which it can be done nationally. In this article the author uses a routine activity theory approach to analyze elements that cause the crime of plane hijacking from crime triangle analysis. In addition to using the theory of routine activities, the author also uses situational crime prevention approach to making crime prevention strategy against aircraft hijacking. Situational crime prevention approach used to analyze flight regulations in Indonesia related to aircraft hijacking prevention."

"Perumahan susun sederhana sebagai salah satu cara dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan tempat tinggal di daerah perkotaan, perlu untuk diperhatikan permasalahan keamanan bagi para penghuninya. Salah satunya adalah keamanan kendaraan bermotor milik para penghuni yang lebih rentan karena area parkir berada di luar rumah atau hunian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pencegahan yang dilakukan oleh para penghuni rumah susun sederhana blok A Tanah Abang dalam melakukan pencegahan pencurian kendaraan bermotor. Selain itu dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan kekurangan dari pencegahan yang telah dilakukan oleh para penghuni.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pencegahan kejahatan sebagian besar dilakukan secara bersama oleh para penghuni di bawah naungan Pengurus Rukun Warga dengan berbagai kelebihan yang mampu menutupi kekurangan satu dengan yang lainnya. Upaya pencegahan yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan teknik pencegahan situational crime prevention antara lain, target hardening, access control, deflecting offender, formal surveillance, normal surveillance dan stimulating conscience. Akhir kata, peneliti memberi saran kepada Pengurus Rukun Warga untuk dapat meningkatkan upaya pengamanan yang telah ada.

Simple flat housing as one way to fulfill the residence demand in urban areas is necessary to consider the security problems for the occupants. One of the problems is the safety of vehicles owned by the residents, who are more vulnerable because the parking areas are outside the building. This research aims to describe vehicle theft prevention efforts by flat residents of blok A Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat. Besides, this research also describes the disadvantages of the prevention effort that has been done.

The research concludes that the majority of crime preventions are done simultaneously by the residents under the auspices of the Board Pillars of Citizens with many advantages that can cover the lack of one another. Prevention efforts that have been done based on situational crime prevention techniques such as, target hardening, access control, deflecting Offender, formal surveillance, surveillance and stimulating normal conscience. Finally, researcher gave suggestions to the Board Pillars of Citizens to increase security measures already in place."

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. lndomobil Suzuki lntemational Plant Tambun yang terletak di Jalan Diponegoro Km 32 Tambun, Bekasi Kabupaten. Letak perusahaan ini berada dalam wilayah hukum Polsek Tambun. PT. lndomobil Suzuki International Plant Tambun adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perakitan sepeda motor dan mobil dengan merek Suzuki yang terletak di Jalan Diponegoro km 32, Tambun, Bekasi, yang memenuhi kebutuhan kendaraan roda dua maupun roda empat di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Dalam rangka melindungi aset-asetnya, perusahaan ini telah melaksanakan manajernen sekuriti lisik di lingkungannya dengan membuat bentuk~ bentuk pengamanan fisik berupa adanya petugas Satpam, akses kontrol, adanya barrier, adanya pagar yang mengelilingi lingkungan perusahaan, kunci, alat penerangan, pos jaga untuk petugas Satpam dan alat komunikasi. Narnun pada kenyataannya masih banyak terjadi tindak kejahtan yang dilakukan oleh orang dalam (karyawan perusahaan) maupun pihak luar perusahaan. Kejahatan yang tetjadi di perusahaan ini disebabkan karena penerapan sekuriti fisik yang masih jauh dari ideal. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan manajerial yuridis. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan, pengamatan terlibat, wawancara berpedoman, kajian pustaka, pemeriksaan dokumen dan audio visual. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa pengamanan yang dilaksanakan perusahaan masih jauh dari ideal. Hal ini disebabkan karena jumlah personel yang masih kurang dan keperdulian terhadap keamanan yang masih kurang, belum maksimal penggunaan teknologi modern, sehingga tidak mampu mengamankan seluruh area dan aset-aset perusahaan hingga masih banyak terjadi pencurian baik yang dilakukan oleh orang dalam (karyawan) dan dari pihak luar yang ingin mengambil aset perusahaan secara tidak sah. Upaya pengamanan area sorta aset pemisahaan sudah dilakukan oleh PT. lndomobil Suzuki Intemtional Plant Tambun, akan tetapi masih kurang maksimal. Saran-saran yang diajukan adalah perusahaan hams membenahi beberapa aspek, yaitu aspek organisasi, aspek sekuriti fisik, aspek lingkungan fisik.

This thesis about the management of the physical security in PT. Indomobil Suzuki Intemational Plant Tambun. This research is carried out in PT. lndomobil Suzuki International Plant Tambun that is located in Street Diponegoro 32 km Tambun, Bekasi the Regency. The location of this company am in the legal territory Sector Police Tambun. PT. lndomobil Suzuki International Plant Tambun is a company that is involved in the assembly of the motorcycle and the car with the Suzuki make that is located in Street Diponegoro 32 km, Tambtm, Bekasi, that satisnes the requirement for the wheel vehicle of two and the wheel of four in the country and foreign.

In order to protect his assets, this company carried out the management of the physical security in his enviromnent by making forms of the physical security take the form of the existence of the official ofthe Security Unit, control access, the existence barrier, the existence of the fence that Over the company's environment, the key, the information implement, the post guard for the official of the Sectu°ity Unit and the communications equipment. However in fact still often the act of the crime that is Carried out by the insider happen (the employee of the company) and the company's outsider. The crime that happens in this company is caused because of the application of the physical security who still is far iiom ideal.

In this research, the writer uses the qualitative method with the managerial approach juridical. The method that is used for the data Collection, that is by carrying out observation, observation is involved, the interview berpedoman, the study of the book, the document inspection and audio visual.

From results ofthe research that is carried out, is found that the security that is carried out by the company still far fiom ideal. This is caused because of the number of personnel that still not all that and the interest in the security that still not all that, is not yet maximal the use of modern technology, so as to be unable to paciiy all the area and the company's assets through to still often the good theft that is carried out by the insider happen (the employee) and from the outsider who wants to take the company's assets illegitimately.

Efforts As well as the company's assets has been carried out by PT. lndomobil Suzuki Intemtional Plant Tambun, but still am not more maximal. Suggestions that are put forward are the company must straighten out several aspects, that is the aspect of the organization, the aspect of the physical security, the aspect of the physical environment."

The Crime Prevention Program occures there are conducted by the police and Badan Pengembangan Wilayah Suramadu. This research starts when mass media publication exposed a lot of criminalities occured around Suramadu Bridge after it established. Penelitian ini termasuk kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisa strategi pencegahan situasional yang dilakukan perusahaan dilihat dari bagaimana penerapan konsep crime prevention through environmental design. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep crime prevention through environmental design telah dilakukan di PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi alam eksplorasi energi panas bumi.

"Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana Pencegahan Kejahatan Terhadap Tindakan kekerasan Para Pemabuk di Teminabuan, Kabupaten Sorong Selatan, Papua Barat Daya dengan menggunakan etnometodologi, yaitu pendekatan yang melihat kondisi atau situasi dalam suatu etnis tertentu. Penelitian ini berpendekatan Kriminologi Post Modern. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara pada beberapa pihak terkait, seperti Pemerintah Daerah, Polisi Resor Sorong Selatan dan Masyarakat adat Kabupaten Sorong Selatan. Dari proses analisa data, diperoleh bahwa kriminologi budaya sebagai pendekatan yang penting diterapkan untuk melihat bagaimana mabuk merupakan produk budaya di daerah tersebut. Kriminologi budaya lebih tepat digunakan karena akar permasalahan berasal dari budaya. Ketika pencegahan mabuk tidak dapat terlaksana dengan baik, maka akan berakibat pada tindakan kekerasan yang mengikuti. Oleh sebab itu perlu pencegahan tindakan kekerasan yang diakibatkan oleh pelaku mabuk dengan menggunakan Peacemaking Criminology. Wujud dari teori ini adalah restorative justice yang dilakukan oleh pihak Kepolisian Resor Sorong Selatan, Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja, Perlindungan Masyarakat dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Sorong Selatan dan juga masyarakat adat (Kepala Suku tehit dan Ketua Dewan Adat Suku). Adanya pencegahan kejahatan dalam konteks tesis ini adalah tindakan kekerasan akibat mabuk sebagai bentuk pengendalian sosial. Dimana terdapat pencegahan kejahatan situasional dan komunitas yang dilakukan oleh pihak terkait, juga pendekatan peacemaking criminology dalam pencegahan kebiasaan mabuk serta tindakan kekerasan yang diakibatkan oleh aktivitas tersebut.

This research discusses how crime prevention against violent acts of drunks in Teminabuan, South Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua using ethnomethodology, which is an approach that looks at conditions or situations in a particular ethnicity. This research has a Post Modern Criminology approach. Data collection was carried out by interviewing several related parties, such as the Regional Government, South Sorong Resort Police and the indigenous people of South Sorong Regency. From the data analysis process, it is found that cultural criminology as an important approach is applied to see how drunkenness is a cultural product in the area. Cultural criminology is more appropriate because the root of the problem comes from culture. When the prevention of drunkenness cannot be implemented properly, it will result in acts of violence that follow. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent acts of violence caused by drunk offenders using Peacemaking Criminology. The manifestation of this theory is restorative justice done by the South Sorong Resort Police, the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit, Community Protection and Fire Fighters of South Sorong Regency and also the indigenous community (Tehit Tribal Chief and Chairman of the Tribal Indigenous Council). Crime prevention in the context of this thesis is the act of violence due to drunkenness as a form of social control. Where there is situational and community crime prevention carried out by related parties, as well as the peacemaking criminology approach in the prevention of drunkenness and acts of violence caused by these activities."

Penggunaan teori Strategi Pencegahan Kejahatan dari Ronald V Clarke dengan teknik pengurangan kesempatan diharapkan dapat menganalisa kekurangan apa saja yang terdapat didalam upaya pengamanan terhadap ancaman kejahatan yang telah dilakukan, dan terdapat beberapa saran yang lebih bertujuan untuk memperbaiki atau menambahkan nilai dari pengamanan terhadap usaha.
