"ABSTRAKPT. Y telah menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ISO 14001:2004 sejak tahun 2006 untuk mencegah terjadinya pencemaran di area PT. Y, namun pencemaran lingkungan masih terjadi. Pencemaran lingkungan umumnya terjadi karena perilaku pekerja yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah menganalisis hubungan kesadaran lingkungan terhadap perilaku pekerja PT. Y; menganalisis hubungan sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 terhadap perilaku pekerja di wilayah kerja PT. Y; menganalisis hubungan sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 dan kesadaran lingkungan secara simultan terhadap perilaku pekerja PT Y. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 314 pekerja, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 194 pekerja menggunakan metode Slovin. Untuk pemilihan karyawan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian diolah dengan metode univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah dan searah antara kesadaran lingkungan dan perilaku karyawan dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,23 . Hasil yang berbeda pada sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 dengan perilaku pekerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 dan perilaku pekerja dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,39 . Sedangkan korelasi antara kesadaran lingkungan dan sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 terhadap perilaku pekerja menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,56 . Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasil analisis tersebut adalah kesadaran terhadap lingkungan memainkan peran penting dari perilaku pekerja PT. Y terhadap Lingkungan. Program perusahaan seperti sistem manajemen lingkungan ISO 14001 tidak dapat berjalan secara efektif tanpa dukungan dari kesadaran lingkungan. Perusahaan harus meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan terlebih dahulu sebelum menerapkan program lain yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan di wilayah kerja perusahaan.

ABSTRACTEnvironmental pollution is happening in working area of PT Y. It happens since worker rsquo s behavior is not environmental friendly. This research aims to find factors that influence worker rsquo s behavior as an effort to minimize environmental pollution. This study used a combination of the quantitative and qualitative method. Obtaining ISO 14001 environment management system data including knowledge, perception, and satisfaction. On the behavior of workers population in this study are 314 workers, with sample number are 194 Workers number using Slovin method. Employee selection is done by using simple random sampling method. Analysis method in this research is descriptive analytical. It used the relationship of one variable with the others on the population study tested using cross sectional design. This design could explain study validity of a model or hypothesis formulation and level of difference between the sampling groups at a given point in time. This research was conducted by survey method, observation, and interview using the instrument in questionnaire form. The result was processed by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate ways. The results showed a weak and unidirectional relationship between environmental awareness and employee behavior with correlation value R 0,23 . The different result showed on ISO 14001 environmental management system with worker rsquo s behavior. The results showed a moderate and unidirectional relationship between the ISO 14001 environmental management system and the worker 39 s behavior with the correlation value R 0,39 . While the correlation between environmental awareness and ISO 14001 environmental management system to Worker rsquo s behavior shows a strong relationship with correlation value R 0,56 . The conclusion is environmental awareness plays an essential role in worker rsquo s behavior of PT. Y on the environment. A corporate program such as ISO 14001 management System could not run efficiently without the adequate support of education on environmental awareness. The company should raise environmental awareness first before making or breaking other programs related to the environment in the company 39 s work area. "Limbah plastik yang sulit terurai menyebabkan permasalahan tumpukan sampah di lingkungan, namun, penggunaan plastik selama masa pandemi tidak dapat terhindari. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan limbah plastik kemasan take-away produk makanan dan minuman saat masa Pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesadaran lingkungan masyarakat dengan menggunakan analisis variabel pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku, serta hubungan ketiga variabel terhadap aktivitas pembelian minuman kemasan yang menggunakan produk plastik sekali pakai. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey terhadap 268 orang sampel. Metode  analisis adalah distribusi frekuensi serta analisis statistik regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku masyarakat, mayoritas responden sebesar 55,6% memiliki kesadaran lingkungan yang baik. Berdasarkan analisis regresi logistik, variabel perilaku secara signifikan memengaruhi aktivitas masyarakat dalam penggunaan plastik pada pembelian minuman kemasan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini peminimalan penggunaan plastik dapat dicapai dengan pengubahan perilaku masyarakat dengan menggabungkan peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan pada masyarakat dengan implementasi aturan lingkungan dari pemerintah.

Plastic waste nature which is difficult to decompose causes high amount of its garbage in the environtment. However, the use of plastic during pandemic cannot be avoided. Problems occur when there was a surge of demand of take-away food product resulting an increase in food and beverage packaging waste throughout Covid-19 pandemic. The objectives are to analyze public’s environmental awareness regarding plastic packaging waste through variables knowledge, attitude, and behavior and its relationship to public activity in plastic use in beverage purchases products. Methods used are frequency distribution and logistic regression analysis, on total 268 respondents. Results showed about 55.6% have good environmental awareness. Logistic regression analysis show plastic use behavior significantly affects the activity of plastic use in beverage products during Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion is minimizing the use of single-use plastic could be achieved by changing people’s behavior, which could be attained by combining increasing environmental awarenss in the community and implementing environmental regulations from government."

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkantan kuesioner kepada 50 orang responden. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil dari analisis terdapat hubr-rngan antara pengetahuan dengan kepedulian lingkungan (0,887), antara sikap dengan kepedulian lingkungan (0,723), dan antara keterampilan dengan kepedulian lingkungan (0,820), Hubungan ketiga sub variabel kompetensi (secara bersama-sama) dengan kepedulian lingkrngan sebesar (0,954). Jadi terdapat hubungan yang positif dan kuat antara kompetensi pengawas operasional dengan kepedulian lingkungan.

Terdapat 79 responden dan 5 orang informan yang dianalisis dengan statistik univariat, bivariat dan multivariate. Hasilnya terdapat hubungan antara kesadaran lingkungan dan program Industrial Hygiene dengan perilaku pekerja (R = 0,292). Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,292 menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara kesadaran lingkungan dan program Industrial Hygiene dengan perilaku pekerja adalah sedang.

"PT. X bergerak di bidang jasa transportasi sudah menerapkan SML ISO 14001 sejak tahun 2014. Hasil observasi didapatkan beberapa titik lokasi tempat sampah terdapat sampah yang tercampur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara pemahaman karyawan dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan. Terdapat hubungan positif antara SML ISO 14001 dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan. Terdapat hubungan positif antara pemahaman karyawan terkait lingkungan dan SML ISO 14001dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat hubungan yang positif dan cukup kuat antara pemahaman karyawan dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan. The research method used was a combination of quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between employee understanding and environmental care behavior. This study analyzes the relationship of environmental performance, environmental disclosure, environmental management systems and economi performance of 55 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in extractive industry and industry base and chemical, rated by PROPER 2009-2010 and publish annual reports or sustainability reports for the year of study. Testing was conducted using binary logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression of the lead-lag models.

"Manajemen risiko yang merupakan bagian dari Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan (SML) digunakan organisasi untuk mencapai sasaran lingkungan mereka. Namun, risiko dan peluang dalam manajemen risiko tidak digunakan secara seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis posisi peluang dibandingkan dengan risiko berdasarkan pengalaman pakar dan penerap sistem manajemen lingkungan. Pendekatan kualitatif dan metode kualitatif dilakukan kepada pakar terpilih dan penerap SML melalui wawancara mendalam untuk dibandingkan dengan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peluang masih digunakan secara normatif dan terfokus kepada penanganan risiko negatif. Kondisi ini juga terjadi di PT. X sebagai penerap lingkungan. PT. X juga belum mengoptimalkan peran peluang walaupun ternyata kinerja lingkungan mereka dapat dibilang baik. Konsep matriks dampak ganda dapat digunakan PT. X sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan peran peluang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah peluang dapat digunakan secara seimbang dengan metode yang sama dengan mengendalikan risiko untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja SML yang sudah diterapkan.

Risk management, which is a part of Environmental Management Systems (EMS), help organizations to manage their risks and opportunities to achieve environmental performances target. Unfortunately, risks and opportunities are not managed in a balanced manner. This research aims to analyze the position of opportunity compared to risk based on the experience of experts and EMS system researchers. Qualitative approaches and qualitative methods are carried out to selected experts (included from PT. X) through in-depth interviews to be compared to literature studies. The results showed that opportunities are still used normatively and only focused on handling adverse risks. PT. X, as an EMS applicator, also has not optimized the role of opportunity even though their environmental performance is good. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pencemaran lingkungan pada kesehatan penduduk, terutama pada kelompok rentan seperti balita dan lansia baik di wilayah perkotaan maupun perdesaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data gabungan Susenas dan Podes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik biner multilevel diketahui bahwa pencemaran air berpengaruh positif terhadap keluhan kesehatan balita dan lansia di perkotaan dan perdesaan. Sementara pencemaran tanah dan udara tidak signifikan berpengaruh pada keluhan kesehatan balita maupun lansia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pencemaran air menjadi satu-satunya jenis pencemaran lingkungan yang terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan balita dan lansia. Kesehatan penduduk balita dan lansia juga dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik sosial ekonomi pada level individu dan faktor fasilitas kesehatan pada level kabupaten/kota.

This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental pollution on health complaints, especially among vulnerable groups such as under five children and elderly in urban and rural areas. This study used Susenas and Podes data. Based on the results of multilevel binary logistic regression analysis, water pollution has a positive effect on the health complaints of children under five and elderly in urban and rural areas. Soil and air pollution did not significantly affect the health complaints. Water pollution is the only type of environmental pollution that shows evidence effect in the health complaints of under five children and the elderly. The health complaints also influenced by socioeconomic characteristics in individual level and health facilities factor in district level."
