"Geoteknik adalah salah satu cabang ilmu teknik sipil yang tertua di Dunia, yang terus berkembang bersamaan dengan tingkat peradaban manusia. Dalam prakteknya terdapat banyak faktor ketidakpastian, baik dari segi desain dan juga dengan material tanah itu sendiri yang mempunyai inherent variability yang besar dan data tanah yang terbatas akan membuat ahli geoteknik mengambil parameter tanah menjadi under estimated bahkan bisa menjadi over estimated. Oleh karena itu faktor keamanan FS digunakan dalam desain sebagai solusi untuk mengurangi resiko kegagalan desain, namun FS dapat menyesatkan karena biasanya dianjurkan atau digunakan tanpa refrensi khusus dan terlalu subjektif.
Salah satu pendekatan alternative adalah Reliability Based Design RBD, RBD merupakan metodologi desain yang mencoba merangkum dan memasukan faktor-faktor kunci dari ketidakpastian, sebab-akibat antara setiap variable dan kemungkinan-kemungkinan akibat resiko yang akan terjadi, sehingga hasilnya akan lebih mendekati kondisi sesungguhnya.
Pada penelitian ini penulis akan membahas mengenai analisis ketidakpastian terhadap penurunan pondasi tiang pancang berdasarkan data tanah hasil penyelidikan lapangan yang akan dikalibrasi dengan data hasil pengujian pembebanan statik aksial tekan pada beberapa proyek di Jakarta, diharapkan dengan menggunakan faktor-faktor kunci dari ketidakpastian yang merupakan tahap awal dari RBD akan menghasilkan desain yang lebih optimal dan ekonomis dengan tetap mempertahankan keamanan dari desain yang dihasilkan.Kata Kunci: Ketidakpastian, Inherent variability, Faktor keamanan, Reliability dan Penurunan tiang pancang.

Geotechnical engineering is one of the oldest majors of civil engineering in the World, which continues to grow along with the level of human civilization. In the practice there are many factors of uncertainty, both in terms of design and also with the soil material itself which has large inherent variability and limited soil data will make geotechnical experts take the parameters of the soil to be under estimated even be over estimated. Therefore the safety factor FS is used in the design as a solution to reduce the risk of design failure, but FS can be misleading as it is usually recommended or used without specific refrence and is very subjective.
One of the alternative approach is Reliability Based Design RBD , RBD is a design methodology that tries to summarize and incorporate the key factors of uncertainty, the couse and effect for ecery variable and possible consequences of the consequences that will occur, so the results will be more accurate.
In this study the authors will discuss about uncertainty analysis of pile settlement based on soil investigation data and the result will be calibrated with the data of static axial loading test based on some projects in Jakarta, it is expected by using the key factors of uncertainty which is the initial step of the RBD will make the result more optimal and economical design while maintaining the safety of design.Key Word Uncertainty, Inherent variability, Safety Factor, Reliability and Pile Settlement.

"Akibat hujan deras yang terus turun selama lebih dari 3 jam, lereng penyangga rel kereta di Cilebut, Bogor, mengalami kelongsoran. Kelongsoran menyebabkan rel kereta jalur Bogor menuju Jakarta menggantung dan tidak dapat dilalui, empat tiang listrik rubuh, serta puluhan rumah warga yang berada di bawahnya mengalami kerusakan. Sebagai upaya mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab kelongsoran tersebut, dilakukan analisis kestabilan pada lereng tersebut berdasarkan beberapa variasi pembebanan dengan melihat pengaruh rembesan atau seepage akibat keberadaan sungai yang letaknya tidak terlalu jauh dari lereng.
Analisis seepage dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode steady-state, sementara analisis stabilitas lereng menggunakan metode limit equilibrium. Dari hasil analisis stabilitas lereng, kondisi sebenarnya ketika terjadi longsor yaitu saat terjadi hujan dan hanya ada beban kendaraan memang sudah menunjukkan kondisi yang cukup kritis dengan faktor keamanan mendekati 1.000, sementara kondisi yang paling kritis berdasarkan hasil analisis adalah ketika terdapat luapan air dari sungai akibat hujan dan terjadi gempa, serta ada kereta yang melintas di jalur arah Jakarta dengan faktor keamanan sebesar 0.965.
Kondisi yang paling kritis dari hasil analisis tersebut kemudian menjadi acuan dalam merencanakan alternatif perkuatan lereng dengan menggunakan soil nail dan geotextile. Kenaikan muka air tanah akibat hujan, pembebanan di area lemah, serta adanya getaran akibat gempa merupakan beberapa hal yang menyebabkan kondisi lereng menjadi tidak aman.

After heavy rains fell for more than 3 hours, slope that supports railway tracks in Cilebut, Bogor, suffered a landslide. This landslide/slope failure made Bogor-to-Jakarta track to hang and cut, four electric poles collapsed, and dozens of houses were damaged underneath. As an effort to identify factors causing the landslide, slope stability analysis is applied to the slope with some loading variations and considering the effect of seepage from a river near the slope.
Seepage analysis is done using steady-state method, while slope stability analysis is done using limit equilibrium method. From the results of slope stability analysis, the actual condition in the event of landslide occur when rain falls and there is only vehicle load already shows considerable critical condition with a safety factor close to 1,000, while the most critical conditions based on the results of the analysis is that when there is a surge of water from the river due to long-duration rain, a train passing Bogor-to-Jakarta track, and an earthquake, with a safety factor of 0.965.
The most critical conditions of the analysis are then become a reference in planning alternatives for slope reinforcement using soil nail and geotextile. Rise in groundwater levels due to rain, loading in the weak area, and the vibrations caused by the earthquake are several things that cause slope condition becomes unsafe.

These systems are validated through real-time hybrid tests on shaking tables.
Structural health monitoring systems provide rapid assessment of structural safety after an earthquake and allow preventive measures to be taken, such as shutting down the elevators and gas lines, before damage occurs. Using the vibration data from instrumented tall buildings, the book demonstrates that large, distant earthquakes and surface waves, which are not accounted for in most attenuation equations, can cause long-duration shaking and damage in tall buildings.
The overview of the current performance-based design methodologies includes discussions on the design of tall buildings and the reasons common prescriptive code provisions are not sufficient to address the requirements of tall-building design. "Bencana tanah longsor yang terjadi seringkali merugikan warga sekitar yang terdampak. Potensi tanah longsor di Jawa Barat tergolong cukup rawan. Penelitian mengenai tanah longsor telah banyak dilakukan di berbagai titik longsor dengan menggunakan metode dari berbagai aspek, seperti mineralogi, pengindraan jauh, serta geologi teknik. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan aspek geologi teknik menggunakan sampel tanah yang dianalisis. dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui jenis serta karakteristik fisik dan mekanik tanah pada setiap titik tanah longsor. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya potensi swelling pada tanah yang dapat memengaruhi keadaan suatu tanah. Potensi swelling ini juga diteliti apakah terdapat hubungan dengan titik kemunculan tanah longsor di lokasi penelitian. Analisis terkait tanah tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan serta referensi untuk kedepannya saat terdapat tanah yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama. Hasil dari analisis ini juga dapat memprediksikan suatu tanah yang memiliki jenis dan karakteristik yang sama untuk selanjutnya dapat langsung dilakukan tahapan preventif untuk menghindari kemungkinan buruk seperti tanah longsor.

Landslides hazard oftenly has negative impact to the local residents who are affected. The potential of landslides in West Java is quiet vulnerable. Previous research on landslides has been carried out at various aspect using different methods such as mineralogy, remote sensing, and engineering geology. This research was conducted based on engineering geology aspects using analyzed soil samples. Analysis was carried out to determine the type and physical and mechanical characteristics of the soil at each point of the landslide. This study was conducted to determine the potential for swelling in the soil that can affect the state of a soil. This swelling potential is also investigated whether there is a relationship with the point of occurrence of landslides at the research site. The analysis related to the soil is expected to be a reference and reference for the future when there are soils that have the same characteristics. The results of this analysis can also predict a soil that has the same type and characteristics so that preventive steps can then be directly carried out to avoid bad possibilities such as landslides."

"Dalam proses mendesain struktur geoteknik, perlu diperhatikan mengenai ketidakpastian parameter kuat geser pada tanah. Ketidakpastian tersebut dapat mempengaruhi stabilitas struktur dan menyebabkan keluarnya biaya berlebih akibat kegagalan yang terjadi. Pada penelitian ini, akan disajikan proses pemilihan struktur galian pada lingkungan perkotaan dengan memperhatikan ketidakpastian parameter tanah yang dihitung menggunakan metode probabilistik. Struktur galian yang akan dipertimbangkan adalah galian lereng terbuka dan galian dengan dinding penahan tipe sheet pile dan secant pile. Proses pemilihan struktur galian menggunakan analisis Expected Monetary Value dengan mempertimbangkan biaya pembebasan lahan, biaya konstruksi, biaya perbaikan akibat terjadi kegagalan, dan kehilangan pendapatan akibat terjadi kegagalan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pengambilan keputusan sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor biaya pembebasan lahan, diikuti dengan faktor biaya kehilangan pendapatan, biaya konstruksi dan biaya rekonstruksi.

In the process of designing geotechnical structures, it is important to consider the uncertainty of soil shear strength parameters. This uncertainty can influence the soil structure stability and resulting in unexpected expenses due to structural failure. This research will provide a decision making process to choose which type of slope excavation structure in urban areas by considering the uncertainty of soil parameters using probabilistic method. Slope excavation structures which will be considered are open-cut slopes, excavation with sheet pile and secant pile retaining wall. The decision making process will be calculated by using Expected Monetary Value analysis which considers land acquisition cost, construction cost, reconstruction cost caused by failure and revenue lost caused by failure. The result shows that the biggest cost which affected the decision is the land acquisition cost, followed by revenue lost cost, construction cost, and reconstruction cost."

"Notaris merupakan pihak yang diberikan kuasa oleh para penghadap untuk mengajukan perubahan anggaran dasar dalam sistem administrasi badan hukum. Salah satu persyaratan utama untuk mengajukan perubahan anggaran dasar perkumpulan berbadan hukum adalah pernyataan perkumpulan sedang tidak dalam sengketa kepengurusan atau sengketa di pengadilan. Akan tetapi, dalam kasus pada Putusan Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Jakarta Nomor 216/G/2020/PTUN-JKT notaris mengajukan perubahan anggaran dasar perkumpulan AMPHURI ketika perkumpulan sedang dalam sengketa kepengurusan. Hal ini terjadi karena tidak adanya peraturan mengenai pihak yang berkewajiban, dan berperan untuk memverifikasi kebenaran data-data dalam proses perubahan anggaran dasar perkumpulan. Permasalahan yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai peran notaris dalam proses perubahan anggaran dasar perkumpulan, dan bentuk penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian notaris ketika terjadi sengketa kepengurusan dalam proses perubahan anggaran dasar perkumpulan yang mengakibatkan pembatalan perubahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan tipologi eksplanatoris, dan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, serta kasus. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa notaris berperan penting dalam proses perubahan anggaran dasar perkumpulan dimulai dari membuatkan akta perubahan, hingga mencetak surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, dengan berpedoman pada ketentuan yang berlaku. Kemudian, bentuk penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian yang dapat dilakukan oleh notaris adalah menjalankan jabatan secara jujur, amanah, saksama, memberikan penyuluhan hukum ketika terdapat ketentuan yang tidak jelas, dan notaris dapat menolak apabila pelayanan yang diberikan berpotensi melanggar ketentuan hukum.

A notary is a party in which authorized by the parties to submit amendment to the articles of association in the administrative system of legal entities. One of the main requirements for submitting amendments to the articles of association of a legal entitiy is a statement that the entity is not in a management dispute or court dispute. However, in the case of Jakarta State Administrative Court Decision Number 216/G/2020/PTUN-JKT, the notary submitted an amendment to the entity of AMPHURI ‘s articles of association in which the association was in a management dispute. Such issues arise since there are no regulations regarding the parties in which are obligated, and acted in verifying the truth of the data in the process of amending the entity’s articles of association. The issues that are analyzed in this study are regarding the role of the notary in the process of amending the entity’s articles of association, and the form of applying the notary’s precautionary principle whereby there is a management dispute in the process of amending the entity’s articles of association which resulted to the cancellation of such amendments. The method used is this research are normative juridical, with a typological form in the form of explanatory, and applying a statutory approach, as well as cases. The results of this study indicate that the notary holds an important role in the process of amending the entity’s articles of association in which begin from drafting the deed of amendment, until printing the Minister of Law and Human Rights Decree, in accordance with the applicable provisions. Further, the application of a precautionary principle form that can be carried out by a notary is to carry out such occupation with honesty, trustworthiness, thorough, provide legal advisory in the event that there are unclear provisions, and a notary have the rights to reject in any event the services provided have the potential to violate a legal provisions.

"Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komprehensif terhadap perancangan Detailed Engineering Design (DED) RSU Kelas B di Bandung, khususnya pada aspek pondasi dalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan metode pelaksanaan tiang pancang dan tiang bor terhadap biaya dan waktu pekerjaan. Pekerjaan tiang pancang beton persegi pejal dengan dimensi 45x45 cm dan panjang 15 m membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp2.654.542.120,00 (dengan PPN 10%) serta durasi pelaksanaan selama 73 hari. Pekerjaan tiang bor beton bulat pejal dengan dimensi  40 cm dan panjang 14,25 m membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp2.670.697.330,00 (dengan PPN 10%) serta durasi pelaksanaan selama 98 hari.

This study is a comprehensive study on the design of Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of Class B General Hospital in Bandung, especially on deep foundations. This study aims to analyze the comparison of driven and bored pile on costs and work time. Solid square concrete driven pile with dimension 45x45 cm and length 15 m required Rp2,654,542,120.00 (with VAT 10%) and duration 73 days. Solid round concrete bored pile with dimensions  40 cm and length 14.25 m would cost Rp2,670,697,330.00 (with VAT 10%) and duration 98 days."

"Tesis ini membahas perilaku pile group spunpile dengan memperhatikan sambungan antara pile dengan pilecap pada kondisi tanah lunak. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis numerik metode elemen hingga menggunakan software SAP2000. Hasil analisa pushover grup spunpile pada tanah sangat lunak menunjukkan bahwa dengan menambah prosentase tulangan pada koneksi antara pile dengan pilecap menambah performa grup tiang; dan dengan bertambahnya beban vertikal menurunkan performa dari grup spunpile.

This thesis discusses the behavior of spunpile pile groups by paying attention to the connection between pile and pilecap in soft soil conditions. This study uses numerical analysis of finite element methods using SAP2000 software. The results of the spunpile group pushover analysis on very soft soils indicate that by increasing the percentage of reinforcement on the connection between the pile and pilecap increasing performance of spunpile group; and with increasing vertical load decreases the performance of the spunpile group."

"Spun pile digunakan secara luas dalam konstruksi bangunan pencakar langit serta jembatan di Indonesia. Namun, spun pile yang digunakan di Indonesia ditemukan memiliki daktilitas dan rasio volumetrik kekangan spiral yang rendah. Selain itu, sambungan dari pile-pile cap biasanya adalah bagian dengan kerusakan terbanyak terutama ketika terjadi gempa bumi.
Analisa numerik untuk studi perilaku dari sambungan spun pile pile cap berbasis common practice di Indonesia dilaksanakan menggunakan software SAP2000. Spesimen spun pile diperoleh dari PT. Wika, permodelan numerical diproses untuk pushover analysis menggunakan beban monotonik untuk melihat perilakunya. Berbagai parameter seperti efek dari jarak kekangan spiral, efek dari diameter spiral, efek dari rasio area tulangan baja, dan efek dari tambahan isian beton dipelajari.

Spun pile is extensively used for high rise buildings and bridges construction in Indonesia. However, it is found that the spun pile used in Indonesia has lower ductility and volumetric ratio of spiral confinement. In addition, connection of the pile pile cap is usually the part with most damage especially when earthquake event is occurred.
Numerical analysis to study the behavior of spun pile-pile cap connection based on common practice in Indonesia is conducted using SAP2000 software. The spun pile specimens used in the analysis model are obtained from PT. Wika, the models are subjected to pushover analysis using monotonic load in order to observe the behavior. Various parameters such as the effect of confinement spacing, effect of spiral wire diameter, effect of steel reinforcement area ratio, and effect of core fill addition are studied."
