"ABSTRAK
Turnover karyawan merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi di industri jasa keuangan, khususnya sektor perbankan. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat turnover karyawan adalah praktik manajemen SDM. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari praktik-praktik manajemen SDM terhadap retensi karyawan perbankan generasi milenial di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik-praktik manajemen SDM remunerasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, peluang pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan dan kesesuaian nilai antara karyawan dengan organisasi. Kesesuaian nilai antara karyawan dengan organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan sehingga peran mediasi yang terbentuk adalah partial mediation.

ABSTRACT
Employee turnover is a frequent phenomenon in the financial services industry, particularly in the banking sector. One of the factors that can affect employee turnover is HRM practices. Based on this background, this study was conducted to analyze the effect of HRM Practices remuneration, training and development, career development opportunities, and work life balance towards employee retention mediated by employee organization value fit on millennial generation banking employees in Jabodetabek. This research is quantitative research using structural equation modelling SEM method. The results of this study indicate that HRM practices remuneration, training and development, career development opportunities, and work life balance have a significant positive effect on employee retention and employee organization value fit. Employee organization value fit also has a significant positive effect on employee retention. Thus, the mediation role formed is partial mediation."

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kombinasi antara job embeddedness dan informal learning akan mempengaruhi employee retention di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan cara memakai total sampling terhadap populasi. Jumlah responden yang ada di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 199 orang. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan tiga teori utama, teori job embeddedness dari Mitchell dkk., informal learning oleh Raimonda Alonderien?, dan juga teori employee retention dari Mathis dan Jackson. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa job embeddedness dan informal learning mempengaruhi employee retention secara positif dan kuat.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to explain the combination of job embeddedness and informal learning would influence the employee retention in a company. This research used a quantitative approach to gather the data by utilizes a survey method which then implementing total sampling to the population. Total respondents in this research are 199 employees. This research applied three main theories which are the theory of job embeddedness by Mitchell et al., the informal learning by Raimonda Alonderien , and also the theory of employee retention by Mathis and Jackson. The expected result showed that job embeddedness and informal learning affect employee retention positively and strongly.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengivestigasi pengaruh employer branding terhadap employee retention dengan peran mediasi job satisfaction, organizational identification, dan career development. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei kuesioner yang melibatkan 400 pekerja di perusahaan teknologi Jabodetabek. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Lisrel 8.8 dan ditemukan bahwa employer branding memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, organizational identification, dan career development. Namun, dari tiga mediasi yang digunakan, hanya satu yang berpengaruh signifikan, yaitu job satisfaction. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meski employer branding berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel lainnya, hanya job satisfcation yang memiliki peran mediasi terhadap intensi karyawan untuk tetap bertahan di perusahaan teknologi Jabodetabek.

This study aims to investigate the effect of employer branding on employee retention with the mediating role of job satisfaction, organizational identification, and career development. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire survey involving 400 workers in Jabodetabek technology companies. Data processing was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 software and it was found that employer branding has a significant influence on job satisfaction, organizational identification, and career development. However, of the three mediations used, only one had a significant effect, namely job satisfaction. Thus, this study shows that although employer branding has a positive effect on other variables, only job satisfaction has a mediating role on employee intention to stay in Jabodetabek technology companies."

"ABSTRACT
Membentuk brand perusahaan sebagai tempat bekerja yang bereputasi baik adalah salah satu fungsi dari hubungan masyarakat dan menjadi penting bagi perusahaan dalam tingginya persaingan untuk mendapatkan calon karyawan potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengeksplorasi identitas employer branding melalui perspektif identitas yang dimiliki oleh Female Daily mengenai employer branding yang dilakukan lewat media sosial, positioning employer branding yang terlihat dari Youtube Female Daily Networkdan citra brand Female Daily Network bagi mahasiswa dalam penerapan employer branding melalui Youtube. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post-positivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan strategi yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Female Daily tidak seluruhnya menyampaikan nilai employer branding lewat Youtube-nya tetapi tersampaikan lewat media sosial lain. Nilai yang dominan muncul lewat Youtube-nya adalah nilai kerja sama dan nilai lingkungan kerja, serta indikator hadiah yang menarik yang mana merupakan package of benefits yang diterima oleh karyawannya. Citra brand yang diterima mahasiswa terhadap Female Daily Network positif dan nilai yang dominan adalah nilai sosial, nilai lingkungan kerja, nilai kerja sama dan nilai ekonomi pada package of benefits.

ABSTRACT
Building a company brand as a reputable working space is one of many public relation functions and it is important for the company to gain prospective employees in this highly competitive environment. This study aims to describe and explore the employer brandings identity through identity perspective of Female Daily Network regarding its employer branding through social media, positioning employer branding which was seen on Female Daily Network Youtube channel, and Female Daily Networks brandimage through students perspective of Youtube employer branding. A post-positivism paradigm with qualitative approach and study case strategy were used to conduct this study. The result of this study is, Female Daily Network not only managed to deliver the employer branding value through youtube, but also through other social media platforms. The most dominant values came from its YouTube platform are teamwork, working environment, and package of benefit in the form of reward given to Female Daily Networks employees. Female Daily Networks brandimage perceived by students is considerably positive, and the most dominant values are social value, workplace environment value, teamwork value, and economic value on its package of benefits."

"Organisasi harus memikirkan kembali hubungan dengan karyawannya agar dapat bersaing di dunia bisnis yang berubah dengan cepat. Seiring tuntutan pasar akan inovasi, perubahan cepat ini menuntut karyawan untuk terlibat dalam berbagai cara dengan pekerjaan dan perusahaan mereka, komunikasi diperlukan antara manajemen dan karyawan. Internal communication adalah salah satu cara untuk memengaruhi employee engagement, meningkatkan employer branding, dan meningkatkan employee retention untuk menarik dan mempertahankan karyawan yang sangat berbakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh internal communication pada employer branding dan employee engagement melalui employee engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menganalisis kuesioner yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internal communication dan employee engagement akan efektif untuk mempertahankan karyawan hanya jika karyawan merasa aman dalam bekerja untuk perusahaan terkemuka. Hasil ini diharapkan untuk mempertimbangkan internal communication sebagai alat manajemen strategis.

Organization must rethink the relationship with its employees in order to compete in this rapidly changing business world. As market demands for innovation, this rapid change require employees to be involved in various ways with their work and company, communication is needed between the management and employees. Internal communication is one of the channel to influence employee engagement, improve employer branding and increase employee retention as attracting and retaining highly talented employees. The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of internal communication on employer branding and employee retention through employee engagement. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was served to analyze collected questionnaires. The results showed that the internal communication and employee engagement would be effective to retain the employees only if the employees felt safe in working for reputable companies. The results were expected to consider internal communication as strategic management tools."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh career development terhadap employee retention dengan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Career development diukur menggunakan konsep assesment phase, direction phase dan development phase. Employee engagement diukur dengan vigor, dedication, dan absorption dan employee retention diukur dengan indikator employee retention intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dilakukan pada 90 karyawan kantor pusat PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dan sobel test untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan mediasi dari variabel-variabel.Hasil analisis jalur mengindikasikan bahwa career development mempengaruhi employee engagement secara signifikan. Hasil analisis jalur juga mengindikasikan bahwa career development dan employee engagement mempengaruhi employee retention secara signifikan. Hasil sobel test membuktikan pengaruh tidak langsung career development terhadap employeeretention melalui employee engagement secara signifikan.

This research used a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaire which conducted on 90 employees PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk by non-probability convenience sampling method. Path analysis and sobel test were used to test the direct and mediating relationship between variables. Path analysis show that career development affects employee engagement significantly. It also show career development and employee engagement affect employee retention significantly. Sobel test confirm for the indirect effect of career development on employee retention through employee engagement."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Employee Value Proposition (EVP) di BPBD Provinsi DKI Jakarta berdasarkan perspektif pegawai. EVP dievaluasi melalui delapan dimensi yang dikembangkan oleh Bronlet et al. (2024), yaitu salary, benefits, career opportunities, working environment, support of colleagues, support of management, job latitude, dan purpose. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EVP di BPBD DKI Jakarta telah memenuhi seluruh dimensi sesuai dengan teori Bronlet et al. (2024). Hal ini mencerminkan keberhasilan organisasi dalam menerapkan EVP yang komprehensif sesuai dengan kebutuhan pegawai di sektor publik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya mempertimbangkan keseimbangan antara motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung sekaligus meningkatkan retensi pegawai. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan konsep EVP di sektor publik yang masih jarang diteliti. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis, seperti penguatan program pelatihan berjenjang untuk mendukung pengembangan karir, peningkatan layanan kesehatan mental, serta perbaikan sistem promosi yang lebih inklusif. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuka peluang bagi studi lanjutan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara EVP dan kinerja organisasi, khususnya dalam sektor publik dengan konteks kebencanaan.

This study aims to analyze the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of DKI Jakarta Province from the employees' perspective. EVP was evaluated through eight dimensions developed by Bronlet et al. (2024), namely salary, benefits, career opportunities, working environment, support of colleagues, support of management, job latitude, and purpose. This study employed a mixed-method approach by collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. The findings indicate that the EVP at BPBD DKI Jakarta has fulfilled all dimensions in accordance with the framework proposed by Bronlet et al. (2024). This reflects the organization's success in implementing a comprehensive EVP that aligns with the needs of employees in the public sector. The study emphasizes the importance of balancing intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to create a supportive work environment while enhancing employee retention. This study contributes to the development of the EVP concept in the public sector, which remains underexplored. The findings provide strategic recommendations, such as strengthening tiered training programs to support career development, improving mental health services, and refining a more inclusive promotion system. Additionally, this research opens opportunities for further studies to explore the relationship between EVP and organizational performance, particularly in the public sector within disaster management contexts."
