"Skripsi ini membahas dinamika, hambatan dan tantangan yang terjadi dalam tahap proses perencanaan strategi pemasaran sosial yang dilakukan oleh manajemen Smile Train Indonesia dengan para stakeholders organisasi serta upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen organisasi untuk mengatasi dinamika, hambatan dan tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa jarang terjadi konflik antara organisasi dengan para stakeholders dalam proses perencanaan pemasaran sosial organisasi karena adanya manajemen konflik dan kolaborasi yang baik. Namun diakui oleh para stakeholders, terdapat beberapa hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses perencanaan tersebut.
Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak manajemen organisasi meningkatkan usaha riset pasar pemasaran sosial untuk mencegah sekaligus mengatasi dinamika, hambatan, dan tantangan yang terjadi dalam proses perencanaan pemasaran sosial.

This undergraduate thesis discusses the dynamics, obstacles, and challenges that occur in the stage of social marketing strategy planning process undertaken by the management of Smile Train Indonesia with the organizational stakeholders as well as the efforts made by the organization management to overcome those. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive design.
The results conclude that there is rarely conflicts between organizations and stakeholders in the organization 39 s social marketing planning process because of good conflict management and collaboration. But acknowledged by the stakeholders, there are several obstacles and challenges that are faced during the planning process.
This research suggests that organizational management should improve the social market marketing research effort to prevent and overcome the dynamics, obstacles, and challenges that occur in the social marketing planning process.

"Meningkatnya aktivitas dalam jaringan sepanjang lima tahun terakhir serta mudahnya akses teknologi mengubah gaya masyarakat global dalam memproduksi maupun mengonsumsi konten, termasuk dalam bidang hiburan seperti bermain gim. Genshin Impact menjadi salah satu role-playing game (RPG) yang meledak di pasaran termasuk di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan konsep transmedia branding dari Tenderich, peneliti ingin menggali bagaimana implementasi elemen tersebut dalam kampanye yang dilakukan Genshin Impact. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Hasil penggalian menunjukan bahwa penerapan transmedia branding oleh Genshin Impact didominasi oleh aspek partisipasi, dimana mereka memanfaatkan budaya populer, artis yang terlibat, serta penggemar untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam mempromosikan gim tersebut; sedangkan aspek lainnya yaitu naratif dan brand lebih tidak dominan meski tetap digunakan.

The growth of online activities in the last five years and the accessibility of technology have changed the way the global community produces and consumes content, including gaming. Genshin Impact became one of the role-playing-games (RPG) that exploded in the market, including Indonesia. By using the concept of transmedia branding from Tenderich, this paper would like to explore how the implementation of these elements in the campaign carried out by Genshin Impact. This research uses a qualitative approach with a content analysis method. The results show that the implementation of transmedia branding by Genshin Impact is dominated by the participation element, where they utilize popular culture, involving actresses and fans to increase their engagement in promoting the game; while the other aspects, namely narrative and brand, are less dominant even though they are still used."

"Dewasa ini kerajaan Arab Saudi memegang peranan penting dan strategis, bukan saja dikawasan Teluk tetapi juga kawasan Timur Tengah dan dalam struktur perdagangan internasional. Pada saat mi pasaran Timur Tengah menyerap 5% dari ekspor non migas
Indonesia, dan dari jumlah tersebut Arab Saudi menyerap 2,5%, sehingga hal ini menempatkan Arab Saudi menjadi pasaran utama ekspor non migas Indonesia untuk kawasan Teluk dan Timur Tengah. Dalarn rangka penerobosan pasar Tirnur Tengah
secara efektif maka pemerintab serta dunia usaha perlu melakukan perencanaan strategis dalam kegiatan pernasaran ekspornya. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah dalam kerangka pemasaran internasional, akan ditekankan karakter kuat pasar Arab Saudi yang membedakannya dengan negara-negara lain. Pemaparannya bersifat deskriptif analitik,
disamping menggelar berbagat data dan intorniasi yang ada, skripsi ini menganalisa berbagai faktor yang dapat dan selama ini mempengaruhi ekspor tersebut disertai tawaran alternatif strategi untuk diaplikasikan menembus pasar Arab Saudi tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peluang-peluang maupun hambatan-hambatan yang harus diantisipasi dalam realisasi perdagangan Indonesia-Arab Saudi ini. Selain itu dengan menilik posisi Indonesia dalam pangsa pasar negara pesaing utama selama
ini dapat dilihat bahwa Indonesia masih dapat mencapai tingkat yang lebih baik dalam
pengembangan ekspornya. Disamping itu suatu terobosan barn sangat menjanjikan harapan yaitu dengan didirikannya usaha Joint Operation dengan mitra setempat dalam bentuk House of Indonesian Product (HIP). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari analisa potensi pasar yang diteliti, analisa strategi ekspor Indonesia
selama ini, serta analisa pasar impor Arab Saudi itu sendiri yang merupakan pertimbangan dalam perencanaan strategis, penlu dikembangkan suatu strategi pemasaran ekspor. Strategi mi mencakup pengembangan riset, segmentasi pasar, pemilihan pasar sasaran, serta marketing mix yang efektif. Akhirnya segala upaya strategi maupun perencanaan yang telah disusun menuntut kebersamaan dan peran aktifpemenintah serta dunia usaha secara terpadu dalam pencapaian sasaran meningkatkan ekspor ke Arab
Saudi ini secara optimal."

"There was a declining of pacto Convex's performance during crisis was caused by payable debt and involving prolong economic growth. All this points was the main obstacle to implement marketing strategies.
As the biggest MICE player in Indonesia, Pacto Convex must have high alertness towards the coming International MICE players which might cause to Facto Convex MICE market segment.
The purpose of this research is to acquire effectiveness of Facto Convex's marketing strategies to anticipate International MICE competition. Research Methodology used was descriptive and explanative by company strategic marketing done by Pacto and using competition strategy (by the means of generic strategy with five competition strength) and Mixed Marketing.
The research result indicates that to produce Facto Convex's MICE industry competitiveness towards International MICE industry with the coming AFTA, marketing strategy has to be implemented consistency with support of competitive strategy and marketing mix for Pacto Convex.
It has to be noted that efforts needed to handle MICE in Indonesia professionally, so that number of events handled will increase year by year especially for Pacto Convex as an ale marketer in Indonesian culture industry."
