Masih terdapatnya masalah yang dihadapi dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan di unit ini dikarenakan belum memilikinya aplikasi khusus Medical Check Up yang dibutuhkan terutama oleh dokter untuk mendukung proses entry hasil pemeriksaan pasien yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pelaporan yang lebih akurat. Namun pengembangan sistem informasi ini membutuhkan waktu, tenaga, pikiran serta biaya, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu analisa terhadap persiapan pembangunan saat ini agar pelaksanaan kedepannya dapat lebih efektif serta efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar terbentuk suatu Sistem Informasi Medical Check Up yang memiliki efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam penggunaannya yang digambarkan berupa desain prototype sistem informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan, wawancara mendalam serta observasi dalam mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Unit Medical Check Up ini membutuhkan suatu Sistem Informasi Medical Check Up yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan saat ini dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman."
