"The planning activity relative to physical items, environment, and services that adapts to optimize social, economic, and ecological impact is the target of sustainable design. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) achieves product design by choosing and defining factors that can be qualitatively argued. The aim of design is to match needs in new and innovative ways. In this perspective, the QFD aims to evaluate the quality of a design process. TRIZ is a design methodology that aims at defining and overcoming some critical issues that can affect the development of a product, by means of potential innovative solutions. In this paper, QFD and TRIZ analysis were adopted in order to validate a design method for direct open molds by means of a new strategy: hybrid manufacturing can reduce production time, use of material, and energy and waste consumption, employing subtractive and additive techniques efficiently combined."

"This paper studies the design analysis and debugging mechanism against electrical product electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The aim is to employ an effective electromagnetic interference suppression solution based on the integration of quality function development (QFD) and TRIZ during the early development phase of electronic products to reduce both unit cost and lunch time. The QFD relationship matrix displays potential contradictions in technical requirement, and the TRIZ contradiction matrix methodology helps to suggest generic solutions which then serve as solution triggers. This paper takes the example of reducing a Notebook PC's EMC to meet customer specification demands and with QFD applications. It then proposed an innovative approach in solving EMC contradiction including: (1) QFD-based case analysis for Notebook PC computer products, (2) key EMC issues derived out of QFD analysis, (3) innovative design solutions solving EMC issues by way of TRIZ, and (4) evaluation of multiple solution effectiveness "

"Jasa pelayanan rumah sakit pada zaman sekarang mengalami perkembangan seiring adanya peningkatan kebutuhan dari masyarakat dan bertambahnya jumlah rumah sakit swasta. Banyaknya rumah sakit swasta menjadi alasan untuk persaingan kualitas pelayanan jasa rumah sakit, karena keberhasilan industri jasa adalah kepuasan maksimal dari konsumen yang dapat diraih dengan kualitas pelayanannya. Dapat dikatakan bahwa untuk mencapai kualitas pelayanan jasa yang baik, harus dapat memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan dari pasien yang dirawat.
Diawali dengan mencari permasalahan, yaitu keinginan dan kebutuhan untuk kepuasan pasien menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment. Setelah itu, mencari penyelesaian masalah dan usulan pemenuhan keinginan dan kebutuhan dari pasien yang paling vital menggunakan metode TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving).

Nowdays, the service quality of hospitals develops in line with the increasing of number of society's needs and private hospitals. The increasing of number of private hospitals. Caused competition among the hospitals. The success of service quality of the companies determined by maximum satisfaction of customer to their quality. Therefore, private hospitals should give better value and improvement to the society continually. Based on the explanation above, it can be said that the quality of good services can be achieved by the needs and desires of patients that have been fulfilled.
The first step of the research was to determine the problem statement which is about the needs and desires of patient to get their satisfaction by using QFD (quality function deployment). The next step was looking for the problem solving and suggestion to fulfill the important desires and needs of patients by using TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) method.

"ABSTRACT
Means of public health is a component in accelerating the improvement of public health degree. Hospitals as health facilities have a very strategic role in providing quality services in accordance with established standards and can reach the whole community. One installation that needs improvement is the quality of instalasai Hemodialysis. The number of patients is increasing every year must be accompanied by improvement of quality of service installation. Based on observations, there were some complaints of patients on hemodialysis installation services. This study intends to improve the quality of care in hemodialysis installations by crafting needs hemodialysis machine design using Kansei Engineering, as well as the application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and TRIZ. Kansei Engineering is used to ensure that a service fulfills the desired emotional response. Subsequently used QFD to improve customer satisfaction by improving the quality of services installation hemodialysis. Results of QFD point to contradictions, namely repair and maintenance service of the machine with the alert medics and repair and maintenance of the machine with the cleanliness and comfort of installation.
