As an organization, Soekarno-Hatta Airport of dourse very require to pay attention for passenger growing which have abysmal of capacity in Soekarno-Hatta Airport, especially if related to the vision. Capa.cities relate to air transport delay, and influence customer demand service if have exceeded boundary sill. Growth which quickly it is of course very is influencing is quality of carried out service, and quality of service linearly will influence customer satisfaction, and linearly also will influence company position in emulation.
The brief picture of course oblige to conduct exploration strategy to challenge and change to the internal and eksternal company in the form of a strategic management concept as an effort realize statement of vision "To be an international class airport management company with high competitiveness regionally". Model development have 14 (fourteen) variables oserved, in SEM expressed in the form of is square, and 7 variables construck, expressed in the form of is oval. In SEM there are structural model and measurement model. Structural model that is part of SEM presenting relation between variables construck. Measurement model definitionly is the part of SEM which specification of indicator variable observed to each; every variable construck, and also calculate reliabilitas for the construe.
Variable construck in organization learning application model at Soekarno-Hatta Airport consist of, Organization Learning show strong contribution to Vision that equal to 92%, and Learning organization got from personal mastery contribution equal to 96%, influenced by pattern by Recruitment 54 % Personal Potency 27%, and Career Expectation 46%, mental models equal to 91%, influenced by pattern by Leadership 56%, and Environmental Attitude 90%, shared vision With equal to 92 % influenced by Assumption Image Company 47%, Vision Diging With 91%, Vision commitment 41%, team learning equal to 96%, which is Enableness of Human Resources Empowerment 44%, learner team 38% systems thinking equal to 89 % influenced by Systematical Idea 35, and Policy 54%, Vision got from excellence in process and product each of 39% and 68%. "

"Pasar merupakan sebuah perwujudan kegiatan ekonomi yang telah melembaga sejak lama serta tempat bertemunya berbagai kepentingan antara konsumen dan produsen. Pasar modern yang umumnya diisi oleh retailer (pengecer) besar, baik perusahoan pengecer multinasional maupun nasional merupakan pasaing yang mulai mengancam keberadaan pedagang di pasar pasar tradisional. Oleh karena itulah modernisasi pasar dengan mengelola pasar secara modern baik dari sistem pengelolaan maupun kelembagaannya perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian pedagang kecil serta memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah (PAD dan APBD).
Dalam rangka memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, peningkatan profit merupakan bagian dari kinerja dan hasil akhir yang ingin dicapai dari pengelolaan pasar secara keseluruhan. Untuk mencapai peningkatan tersebut dtperlukan pola pendanaan yang diperkuat dengan bentuk pola kelembagaan yang optimum dimana di dalam pola kelembagaan ini akan dilakukan kerjasama antara pihak PD. Pasar Jaya dengan pihak ketiga. Oleh karena itu maka dilakukanlah penelitian ini dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi pola kelembagaan yang mampu meningkatkan profit perusahaan pengelola pasar.
Dalam penelitian ini, untuk mendapatkan bentuk pola kelembagaan yang optimum maka digunakan 3 (tiga) macam metode analisis yaitu analisis AHP (untuk melihat peringkat faktor yang berpengaruh pada pola kelembagaan), analisis deskriptif (untuk mencari tingkat pengaruh variabel kelembagaan terhadap profit), dan yang terakhir adalah analisis sensitivitas (mensimulasi Net Present Value/NPV dengan simulasi Monte Carlo yang bertujuan mencari NPV yang paling tinggi).
Setelah ketiga metode tersebut dilaksanakan, maka diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa bentuk pola kelembagaan yang paling optimum adalah Joint Operation dengan masa konsesi 15 tahun (dilihat dari NPV dan profit yang paling tinggi) serta pihak yang terlibat adalah PD. Pasar Jaya (40%) dan Developer (60%).

Market is a realization economics activities which being institution since a long time ago. Market is the meeting place too between any needed from producers and their consumers. Modern market usually contents big retailer's companies, example multinational and national retailer's companies that compete and threat trader's existence in traditional market. Based on that reason, market modernization must manages market to be modern in management and institution to lift up small traders' economy and spur on regional economics growth (PAD and APBD).
In spur an regional economics growth, profit escalation is part of performance and final result which is needed to achieve of totally market management. To achieve that escalation, needed a financing models that are supported by an optimum institution models which will executed cooperation between PD. Pasar Jaya and third party. For that goal, writer makes a research to identify institution models which able to lift up profit of market management company.
In this research, to gain optimum institution models are used by three kinds of analysis methods. First, is AHP Analysis. Its purpose: to see factor's level which influents institution models, Second, is Descriptive Analysis. Its purpose: to find the influence level of institution models on profit. And the last method, is Sensitivity Analysis. Its purpose: to stimulate Net Present Value (NPV) by Monte Carlo stimulation to find the higher of NPV.
After that three method are runned, we obtain the research's result. The results are the optimum institution's model is Joint Operation with concession period in fifteen years(can see from the higher profit and NPV); and involved parts are PD. Pasar Jaya (40%) and Developer (60%).

"Skripsi ini membahas kapasitas landasan pacu yang dimiliki oleh bandara Soekarno Hatta, Jakarta dengan melakukan analisis dan evaluasi mengenai besaran kapasitasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat besaran kapasitas yang dimiliki oleh landasan pacu bandara Soekarno Hatta untuk kemudian dibandingkan dengan jumlah permintaan yang diramalkan akan muncul, sehingga dapat diproyeksikan kesanggupan landasan pacu bandara dalam menghadapinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode yang direplikasi dari metode-metode sebelumnya serta menggunakan data yang bersumber langsung dari PT Angkasa Pura II selaku operator Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Penghitungan kapasitas menggunakan metode yang bersumber dari Federal Aviation Administration sementara peramalan permintaan menggunakan metode trend projection.
Hasil perhitungan kapasitas dan peramalan permintaan menjadi dasar dari evaluasi kapasitas dan didapatkan hasil bahwa landasan pacu bandara Soekarno Hatta telah mengalami overcapacity dan akan terus mengalami overcapacity hingga tahun 2025 yang dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kendala operasional. Dalam penelitian ini kemudian dilakukan simulasi bagaimana jika bandara Soekarno Hatta melakukan pembangunan landasan pacu ketiga (what if analysis) dan didapatkan hasil bahwa pembangunan landasan pacu ketiga akan mampu mengakomodasi permintaan dengan kondisi undercapacity pada tahun 2025.

This study investigates the runway capacity of Soekarno Hatta Airport, Jakarta with doing some analysis and evaluation about the amount of it?s runway capacity. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current capacity to be compared with the future demand projection, so we could projecting the capability of the runway to accomodate the demand. This study runs with the replication model from the previous method and the data comes from PT Angkasa Pura II as the airport operator. The capacity calculation method was replicated from the Federal Aviation Administration and the demand projection was calculated by the trend projection method.
The result of the calculations stands as the basis for capacity evaluation dan the evaluation conclude that Soekarno Hatta runway is facing the overcapacity situation until 2025 and could disrupt the operational system. And then in this study, there is simulation if the government build the third runway to complete the airport and the result is runway building could give the airport chance to accomodate the demand on 2025.
