Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya Amerika yang terseleksi: kompetisi, demokrasi, frontier, kebebasan, bekerja keras, menuntut ilmu pengetahuan, pencapaian prestasi, sikap hidup yang aktif, inovatif, originalitas, pencerahan, sangat berpengaruh dan mendasari strategi bisnis industri Microsoft dan sikap tindak Bill Gates.

The Success Story of Bill Gates and Microsoft Industries based on its Business Strategies, which supported by the American Culture. The purpose of this research is to find evidence which will prove my hypothesis: "The Success Story of Bill Gates and Microsoft industries because based on, actified and applied the American Culture within its Business Strategies". Microsoft have been successfully to be one of the most desired company of the executives and workers to work in or to give their services in, especially for those who work in the software and computers businesses. Microsoft already proved itself to be valuable company and the best achievement with highest Profit-to-Sales and Profit-to-Assets Ratio covered by famous international magazines such as: Time, Fortune. Microsoft also proved itself as a blue-chip company in United States Capital Market so far. Simultaneously, Bill Gates has been crowned as the richest man in the world. This research done through observation in library and used qualitative method. Focus of this research are: (I) To observe and decide the selected cultural values which influence Bill Gates and Microsoft Industries; (2) To decide vision, concept and Bill Gates Management Style which drive and enlarge Microsoft Industries so far; (3) To decide the selected cultural values which applied within Business Strategies of Microsoft. My research proved that the selected American cultural values, such as: competition, democracy, frontier, freedom, hard-working, science-quest habits, achievement, active life style, innovation, originalities, enlighten proved influenced and to be a foundation of Microsoft Industrial Strategy Business and Bill Gates behavior."
