"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker serta penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di industri farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini juga bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis serta gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia dilakukan di bagian Quality Control yang merupakan bagian dari Departemen Quality. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Excel Spreadsheet yang Digunakan dalam Pengolahan Data di Laboratorium QC. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memperoleh data yang dapat dijamin keakuratannya melalui sistem yang terproteksi dan tervalidasi, menghindari kesalahan dan kecurangan dalam pengolahan data, dan membuat pengolahan data menjadi lebih cepat.

Internship at PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia aims to make prospective pharmacists understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists as well as the application of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP in pharmaceutical industry. This internship also aims to make prospective pharmacists have insight, knowledge, skill, and practical experience as well as an overview of pharmaceutical work in pharmaceutical industry. Activities undertaken during internship at PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia are conducted in Quality Control section which is part of Quality Department. The specific assignment given is entitled Construction of Excel Spreadsheet That Used in Data Processing at QC Laboratory. The purpose of this particular task is to obtain data that can be guaranteed accuracy through a protected and validated system, avoiding errors and fraud in data processing, and making data processing becomes faster."

Kegiatan lainnya adalah melakukan analisis terhadap biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pengujian produk jadi. Berdasarkan PKPA yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. mempunyai peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab poada bagian produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu.

"ABSTRAKApoteker merupakan personil kunci pada kegiatan pembuatan obat dalam industri farmasi, artinya peran Apoteker dalam suatu industri farmasi sangat penting. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan April - Mei Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman praktis, dan gambaran dunia kerja yang nyata di industri farmasi. Selama praktik kerja profesi, calon Apoteker mendapatkan empat tugas khusus yaitu mengembangkan metode untuk uji disolusi terbanding suspensi oral nystatin, mengembangkan metode untuk pemeriksaan kadar pengawet metil paraben dan propil paraben dalam suspensi oral nystatin, verifikasi pemeriksaan kadar calcium folinate, dan cleaning validation sirup nosfocin. Pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja, terdapat tugas khusus berupa penetapan kadar kalsium folinat untuk memverifikasi kadar bahan baku sehingga meningkatkan kualitas produk yang akan dihasilkan.

Intenship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories on April May 2017 aims to understand the role, function and responsibility of Apothecarys in pharmaceutical industry, providing knowledge, skills, practical experience, and give representation of real working in the pharmaceutical industry. During this internship, Apothecary candidate got four specific tasks, namely developing the new methods in comparative dissolution assay for nystatin oral suspension, developing the new methods in preservative methyl paraben and propyl paraben content assay for nystatin oral suspension, cleaning validation levodropropizine syrup, and verification of calcium folinate content assay. In the implementation of internship, there is a special task in the form verification of calcium folinate content assay aims to verify the content of raw materials, so as improve the quality of finished product."
