"ABSTRAKApoteker merupakan personil kunci pada kegiatan pembuatan obat dalam industri farmasi, artinya peran Apoteker dalam suatu industri farmasi sangat penting. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan April - Mei Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman praktis, dan gambaran dunia kerja yang nyata di industri farmasi. Selama praktik kerja profesi, calon Apoteker mendapatkan empat tugas khusus yaitu mengembangkan metode untuk uji disolusi terbanding suspensi oral nystatin, mengembangkan metode untuk pemeriksaan kadar pengawet metil paraben dan propil paraben dalam suspensi oral nystatin, verifikasi pemeriksaan kadar calcium folinate, dan cleaning validation sirup nosfocin. Pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja, terdapat tugas khusus berupa penetapan kadar kalsium folinat untuk memverifikasi kadar bahan baku sehingga meningkatkan kualitas produk yang akan dihasilkan.

ABSTRACTApothecary is key personnel in drug manufacturing activities in the pharmaceutical industry, meaning that the role of Apothecary in a pharmaceutical industry is very important. Intenship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories on April May 2017 aims to understand the role, function and responsibility of Apothecarys in pharmaceutical industry, providing knowledge, skills, practical experience, and give representation of real working in the pharmaceutical industry. During this internship, Apothecary candidate got four specific tasks, namely developing the new methods in comparative dissolution assay for nystatin oral suspension, developing the new methods in preservative methyl paraben and propyl paraben content assay for nystatin oral suspension, cleaning validation levodropropizine syrup, and verification of calcium folinate content assay. In the implementation of internship, there is a special task in the form verification of calcium folinate content assay aims to verify the content of raw materials, so as improve the quality of finished product."

"ABSTRAKObat sebagai salah satu penunjang kesehatan sangat dibutuhkan untuk mempengaruhi fungsi fisiologis tubuh manusia agar tercapainya derajat kesehatan masyarakat sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia. Tersedianya obat aman, bermutu, efisien, dan terjangkau akan membantu dalam upaya pembangunan kesehatan. Pembuatan obat atau bahan obat dapat dilakukan oleh Industri Farmasi sebagai badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan. Industri farmasi harus memiliki tiga personil kunci mencakup kepala bagian produksi, kepala bagian pengawasan mutu, dan kepala bagian manajemen mutu pemastian mutu . Personil kunci hendaklah seorang apoteker yang terdaftar dan terkualifikasi, memperoleh pelatihan yang sesuai, serta memiliki pengalaman praktis yang memadai dan keterampilan manajerial sehingga memungkinkan untuk melaksanakan tugasnya secara profesional. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan praktek kerja profesi Apoteker ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman praktis dan peran Apoteker sebagai personil kunci di lingkup industri farmasi.

ABSTRACTDrugs as one of the supporting health is needed to influence the physiological functions of the human body in order to achieve the degree of public health in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation. The drugs availability which is safe, high quality, efficient, and affordable will help health development. Production of drugs or medicinal materials may be made by the Pharmaceutical Industry as a business entity licensed by the Minister of Health. The pharmaceutical industry should have three key personnel covering the head of production department, head of quality control department, and head of quality management quality assurance . Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA dilaksanakan di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories pada tanggal 3 April hingga 31 Mei 2017, khususnya di bagian analytical development Departemen Product Development. Pelaksanaan PKPA bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan CPOB, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKPA di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories antara lain induction training, pengenalan departemen Department Orientation Tour , dan pelaksanaan tugas-tugas terkait pengembangan metode analisis di Departemen Product Development.

ABSTRACT

Pharmaceutical industry is a business entity licensed by the Minister of Health to conduct drug making activities. Pharmaceutical industry is obliged to comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices GMP in conducting drug making processes which aim to ensure that the quality of products will be consistent, meet the requirements, and in accordance with its intended use. Pharmacist are the personnel required by the pharmaceutical industry in establishing and implementing a satisfactory quality assurance system and manufacturing good products. Internship at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories was held on April 3rd to May 31st 2017, especially in the analytical development in Department of Product Development. This internship aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry, obtain the knowledge and practical experiences to do pharmaceutical works in the pharmaceutical industry, understand the application of GMP, and obtain a real description of pharmaceutical issues in the pharmaceutical industry. The activities that conducted during internship at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories were induction training, department introduction Department Orientation Tour , and doing the tasks related to the analytical methods development in Department of Product Development."

Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi; memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Indsutri Farmasi. Selama PKPA,mahasiswa dibekali dengan training CPOB, sertifikat halal, dan EHS Environment, Health, and Safety , serta ditempatkan di Pengawasan Mutu. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. mempunyai peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab poada bagian produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu.

During internship, students are equipped with the training of GMP, Halal certificate, and EHS Environment, Health, and Safety , and placed in the Quality Control. Activities in quality control is to verify the testing method undertaken by the analyst against the spesification document and test method of the finished good product originating from Pharmacopeia Indonesia and United State Pharmacopeia USP . Another activity is to analyze the costs incurred for testing the finished product. Based on internship that the pharmacist at PT. Salah satu cara untuk mencapainya adalah dengan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di industri farmasi yaitu PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta memahami proses pengembangan produk obat dan regulasi obat di industri farmasi sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah Indonesia. Praktek kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan mulai dari tanggal 3 Januari ndash; 28 Februari 2017. Berdasarkan PKPA yang telah dilakukan, Apoteker di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories dapat berperan di beberapa departemen yang setiap departemennya bekerja sama sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing. PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories melakukan pengembangan produk sesuai dengan ketentuan yang tercantum dalam CPOB dan mendaftarkannya ke BPOM, sehingga diperoleh produk obat yang terjamin mutu, khasiat, dan keamanannya.
