"Profesi Apoteker berperan penting dalam menjaga khasiat, keamanan dan mutu obat yang beredar di masyarakat. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi yang dilaksanakan di PT Johnson & Johnson Indonesia bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker dapat mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi tersebut. Selain itu, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi terutama di bagian Regulatory Affair, memahami registrasi obat secara keseluruhan, khususnya pada registrasi variasi dan registrasi ulang, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Registrasi obat terdiri dari registrasi baru, registrasi variasi dan registrasi ulang, dimana pengajuan registrasi dilakukan dengan menyusun dossier registrasi yang diserahkan ke BPOM untuk dievaluasi. Permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dialami Regulatory Affair adalah seringkali terdapat ketidak sesuaian dokumen yang diberikan oleh pembuat dokumen dengan persyaratan dokumen yang dibutuhkan BPOM. Tugas khusus yang diberikan saat Praktek Kerja Profesi di Industri Farmasi adalah Kajian Kelengkapan Dossier Registrasi Obat dari Global Regulatory Affair Johnson & Johnson terhadap Ketentuan Kelengkapan Dokumen Registrasi Obat di Indonesia. Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan agar mahasiswa dapat menghitung persentase ketidaklengkapan dossier registrasi yang diberikan Global RA kepada Lokal RA, serta melakukan analisis penyebab ketidaklengkapan dossier tersebut.

Pharmacists profession plays an important role in maintaining efficacy, safety and quality of medicines that circulating in community. Professional Internship Programs that held in PT Johnson & Johnson Indonesia aims that pharmacists can understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmaceutical industry. In addition, students are expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in pharmaceutical industry, especially in Regulatory Affair, understanding drug registration, particularly on the registration variations and re-registration, and have a real picture of the work pharmacy problems in the pharmaceutical industry. Drug registration consists of a new registration, registration variations and re-registration, which submitted for registration by drafting a registration dossier to BPOM to be evaluated. Problems in Regulatory Affair is theres often a discrepancy documents provided by author of the document with BPOMs required paperwork. Special assignment given at the Professional Internship Programs is the Study of Drug Registration Dossier completeness of Global Regulatory Affair Johnson & Johnson against Drug Registration Document Completion Conditions in Indonesia. The purpose of this special assignment to allow students calculate incompleteness percentage of registration dossier given from Global RA to Local RA, and analyze the cause of dossier incompletenes."

"Praktik kerja profesi di Johnson & Johnson Indonesia Periode Agustus – September Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi khususnya sebagai regulatory affairs . Aims of this internship are to increase knowledge and insight all aspects of GMP related to pharmaceutical industry and determine how the application of GMP in PT. Abbott Indonesia. These points are basic thing for pharmacist candidate to know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacist in the real work of pharmaceutical industry. Special assignment title is Challenge Test X, Y, and Z products in bottle package. The aim of this assignment is to analyze probability cause in bottle tablet filling process."

PKP ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Analisis Kadar Air Pada Granul Produk Solid Dengan Menggunakan Electronic Moisture Analyzer Dan Halogen Moisture Analyzer rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis terhadap hasil pengujian kadar air dengan menggunakan Electronic Moisture Analyzer dan Halogen Moisture Analyzer dengan parameter suhu dan waktu yang sama. Secara umum, PT. Abbott Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan melakukan gap analysis antara prosedur dan aktual dari proses produksi di PT. This internship can be for the prospective pharmacist. The duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is Water Content Analysis of Granul Solid Products Using Electronic Moisture Analyzer And Halogen Moisture Analyzer . The purpose of this special assignment is to conduct analysis of water content test result by using Electronic Moisture Analyzer and Halogen Moisture Analyzer with same temperature and time parameter. In general, PT. Abbott Indonesia has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and do a gap analysis between the procedure and the actual production process in PT. Abbott Indonesia."

AstraZeneca Indonesia Cikarang-Site Periode Maret-April 2017 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan GMP/CPOB di Industri Farmasi, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi.Selama melakukan praktik kerja, mahasiswa bertugas di bidang Pengawasan Mutu dan melakukan berbagai kegiatan yang termasuk dalam tugas pokok pengawasan mutu di industri farmasi, yaitu kualifikasi alat-alat di laboratorium, audit laboratorium, pemantauan lingkungan, dan mengkaji hasil uji di luar spesifikasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini juga bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis serta gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia dilakukan di bagian Quality Control yang merupakan bagian dari Departemen Quality. Internship at PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia aims to make prospective pharmacists understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists as well as the application of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP in pharmaceutical industry. This internship also aims to make prospective pharmacists have insight, knowledge, skill, and practical experience as well as an overview of pharmaceutical work in pharmaceutical industry. Activities undertaken during internship at PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia are conducted in Quality Control section which is part of Quality Department. The specific assignment given is entitled Construction of Excel Spreadsheet That Used in Data Processing at QC Laboratory. The purpose of this particular task is to obtain data that can be guaranteed accuracy through a protected and validated system, avoiding errors and fraud in data processing, and making data processing becomes faster."
