"ABSTRAKPada era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional JKN ini, peran sektor industri farmasi tidak dapat diabaikan karena obat merupakan komponen utama intervensi dalam pelayanan. Selain itu, industri farmasi harus mampu menjamin ketersediaan obat. Sebuah industri farmasi harus menjaga konsistensi kualitas, keamanan, dan efikasi terhadap obat yang diproduksi. Proses pembuatan obat hanya dapat dilakukan oleh industri farmasi yang telah mendapatkan izin dari Menteri Kesehatan dan memenuhi persyaratan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB yaitu suatu standar yang harus dipahami setiap personil dalam berbagai bidang industri farmasi. Untuk menyiapkan tenaga apoteker yang dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan baik dan benar, maka dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Pfizer Indonesia yang bertujuan memberikan kesempatan kepada calon apoteker untuk memperoleh pengalaman yang bermanfaat dan memahami peran apoteker dalam produksi obat serta melihat penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi.

ABSTRACTIn this National Health Assurance era, pharmaceutical industry roles cannot be ignored because drug is the main intervention component in healthcare services. Besides that, pharmaceutical industry should guarantee drug availability. A pharmaceutical industry must maintain a consistent quality, safety, and efficacy for each drug produced. Drug production process only can be performed by pharmaceutical industry who has a permission from Health Ministry and meet the Good Manufacturing Process GMP requirements, which is a standard that needs to be understood by each personnel in every sections in the pharmaceutical industry. To trained pharmacists so that they can do pharmaceutical work well and correctly, we conducted Professional Practices for Pharmacist in PT. Pfizer Indonesia to give a chance for a pharmacist candidate to get a beneficial experience and understand pharmacists role in drug production and also to find out the GMP application in pharmaceutical industry."

Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB adalah suatu pedoman cara pembuatan obat bagi suatu industri farmasi di Indonesia. CPOB bertujuan untuk menjamin obat diproduksi secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan serta sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Industri farmasi harus memiliki 3 tiga orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab pada masing-masing bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu dari produksi sediaan farmasi sesuai dengan CPOB. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker dituntut untuk memliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Program Apoteker Universitas Indonesia mengadakan kerja sama dengan PT Aventis Pharma dalam rangka menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA . ABSTRACTHealth is a basic human right and is a must to be fulfilled in realizing the establishment of a good resource. In the health service, drugs becomes one of the important components, so the government is responsible for ensuring the availability of drugs for the community. Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB is a guideline for drug manufacturing for a pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia. The CPOB aims to ensure that drugs are produced consistently, meet the requirements set out as well as in accordance with their intended use. The pharmaceutical industry must have 3 three pharmacists in charge of each area of quality assurance, production, and quality control of pharmaceutical production in accordance with the CPOB. Therefore, Pharmacists are required to possess knowledge and skills in performing pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Apothecary Profession Program of Universitas Indonesia has established a partnership with PT Aventis Pharma in order to organize internship of Apotechary students. PT Aventis Pharma has implemented every aspect of CPOB well and refers to the international cGMP, CPOB as well as the Sanofi Global Quality Policy and Guidelines. In addition, PT Aventis Pharma has maximized the role of Pharmacist well in key positions."

"Profesi Apoteker berperan penting dalam menjaga khasiat, keamanan dan mutu obat yang beredar di masyarakat. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi yang dilaksanakan di PT Johnson & Johnson Indonesia bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker dapat mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi tersebut. Selain itu, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi terutama di bagian Regulatory Affair, memahami registrasi obat secara keseluruhan, khususnya pada registrasi variasi dan registrasi ulang, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Registrasi obat terdiri dari registrasi baru, registrasi variasi dan registrasi ulang, dimana pengajuan registrasi dilakukan dengan menyusun dossier registrasi yang diserahkan ke BPOM untuk dievaluasi. Permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dialami Regulatory Affair adalah seringkali terdapat ketidak sesuaian dokumen yang diberikan oleh pembuat dokumen dengan persyaratan dokumen yang dibutuhkan BPOM. Tugas khusus yang diberikan saat Praktek Kerja Profesi di Industri Farmasi adalah Kajian Kelengkapan Dossier Registrasi Obat dari Global Regulatory Affair Johnson & Johnson terhadap Ketentuan Kelengkapan Dokumen Registrasi Obat di Indonesia. Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan agar mahasiswa dapat menghitung persentase ketidaklengkapan dossier registrasi yang diberikan Global RA kepada Lokal RA, serta melakukan analisis penyebab ketidaklengkapan dossier tersebut.

Professional Internship Programs that held in PT Johnson & Johnson Indonesia aims that pharmacists can understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmaceutical industry. In addition, students are expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in pharmaceutical industry, especially in Regulatory Affair, understanding drug registration, particularly on the registration variations and re-registration, and have a real picture of the work pharmacy problems in the pharmaceutical industry. Drug registration consists of a new registration, registration variations and re-registration, which submitted for registration by drafting a registration dossier to BPOM to be evaluated. Problems in Regulatory Affair is theres often a discrepancy documents provided by author of the document with BPOMs required paperwork. Special assignment given at the Professional Internship Programs is the Study of Drug Registration Dossier completeness of Global Regulatory Affair Johnson & Johnson against Drug Registration Document Completion Conditions in Indonesia. The purpose of this special assignment to allow students calculate incompleteness percentage of registration dossier given from Global RA to Local RA, and analyze the cause of dossier incompletenes."

ABSTRACTHealth is a human right and one of the elements of well being that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the nation of Indonesia as referred to in Pancasila and the Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2009 . Pharmaceutical Preparations according to the needs of the human rights and welfare of one of the elements that must be realized for the sake of ensuring the healthy society. The pharmaceutical industry is a Production Facility for Pharmaceutical Preparations, support efforts to improve health services. Pharmaceutical industry must meet the requirements of GMP, which aims to ensure the drugs are made consistently, and meet the requirements set in accordance with the intended use. Therefore, pharmacists are required to improve their knowledge and skills in performing work in the pharmaceutical industry pharmacy. Pharmacist Profession Program, University of Indonesia in cooperation with PT Aventis Pharma to hold Internship of Apothecary. Internship report was made as a result of learning during internship in the pharmaceutical industry. PT Aventis Pharma has implemented every aspect of GMP and refers to international GMP, GMP, as well as the Policy and Quality Manual. And also, PT Aventis Pharma has been maximizing the role of pharmacists in key positions."
