"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan membayar iuran Peserta Bukan Penerima Upah PBPU BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Barat tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan studi cross sectional. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu terdapat sebanyak 85 peserta yang patuh membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan dan sebanyak 15 yang tidak patuh membayar iuran. Faktor ekonomi, sosio-demografi, dan sosio-psikologi dianalisis pada penelitian ini. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan membayar iuran adalah variabel pendapatan per bulan yang merupakan salah satu variabel pada faktor ekonomi dengan p-value 0,004. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor sosio-demografi dan sosio-psikologi dengan kepatuhan membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan.

This research was a quantitative research using primary data and cross sectional study. The result showed that there are 85 of participants who dutifully paid dues BPJS Health and as much as 15 who did not obediently pay dues. Economic, socio demographic, and socio psychological factors were analyzed in this study. Variables relating to payroll compliance are variable income per month which was one of variable on economic factor with p value 0,004. There was no significant correlation between socio demographic and socio psychological factors with BPJS Health contribution compliance."

"Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) merupakan salah satu bentuk perlindungan sosial dibidang kesehatan. Sektor informal atau pekerja bukan penerima upah memiliki persentase paling rendah dibandingkan dengan peserta lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui determinan willingness to pay iuran jaminan kesehatan pada pengemudi ojek pangkalan di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan design potong lintang. Metode pemilihan ojek pangkalan dilakukan dengan sistem random sampling, sedangkan pemilihan responden dilakukan secara accidental. Hasil penelitian diperoleh, umur, pendapatan keluarga, dan pengetahuan mempengaruhi kesediaan membayar iuran. Rerata kesediaan membayar iuran pada kelas III sebesar Rp. 19.364,-, kelas II Rp. 27.439,- dan kelas I Rp 37.159,-

The National Health Insurance (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional ?JKN) is one from of social protection in health. The informal sector or non-wage workers have the lowest percentage compared with oyher participants.

The purpose of this study is to know the derteminats of willingness to pay for health insurance contributions on traditional motorcycle taxi drivers in Depok City.

This is a quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The method of selecting traditional motorcycle taxi drivers was conducted with a random sampling method, while the selection of respondents was made accidentally.

The study results obtained ware age, family income, and knowledge affecting the willingness to pay for health insurance contributions. The means of willingness to pay for contributions were IDR 19,364,- for class III, IDR 27, 439,- for class II, and IDR 37159 for class I."

"ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku kepatuhan peserta mandiri membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan di Kantor Cabang Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2015 berdasarkan faktor peredisposi, faktor pendukung, faktor pendorong. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa umur responden terbanyak baik yang tidak patuh bayar iuran maupun patuh iuran adalah >35, dengan mayoritas laki-laki, berpendidikan SMA, kelas perawatan yang dipilih kelas 1, lama menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan > 6 bulan, dan mempunyai penghasilan keluarga kurang dari 3 juta. Dari hasil analisis channel pembayaran mayoritas melakukan pembayaran melalui ATM dengan waktu tempuh dari rumah ke tempat pembayaran kurang lebih 15 menit. Mereka mayoritas mengetahui informasi cara pembayaran melalui sosialisai petugas BPJS Kesehatan yang menurut mereka kejelasan informasi yang diberikan cukup jelas. Faktor predisposisi adalah umur, pekerjaan dan lama kepersertaan, Faktor pendukung adalah channel pembayaran, dan Faktor pendorong adalah Kejelasan informasi yang secara statistik terbukti bermakna berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Diharapkan BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Jakarta Selatan meningkatkan monitoring dan evaluasi penatalaksanaan dan pengendalian mutu layanan ke peserta.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that participant behavior independently of compliance to pay dues BPJS Health in South Jakarta Branch Office 2015 based on factors peredisposi, supporting factors, factors driving. ABSTRACTThis study attempts to analyze the factors that related with compliance JKN payment among independent participant BPJS Kesehatan in Central Jakarta Branch Office. Respondents in this study is independent participant who are in Central Jakarta branch office to changing personal data. This study is quantitative study with cross sectional approach. Based on the results of this study, Researchers found that knowledge, age, and health status were related to compliance with JKN 39 s contribution payments. From the result of this study, BPJS Kesehatan can see the description of the participants based on the compliance of JKN dues payment also the relationship between the variables studied with the behavior of compliance payment dues. The research hope these results can serve as a strategic guideline for the marketing of new prospective participants and also add a percentage of collectability JKN payments."

"Latar Belakang: Peningkatan jumlah peserta BPJS Kesehatan setiap tahunnya tidak sejalan dengan tingkat kepatuhan Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah dalam membayar iuran. Terjadi peningkatan PBPU yang tidak aktif pada tahun 2023 sebesar 32,58 juta jiwa (25%) yang menyebabkan defisit anggaran. Metode: Metode penulisan pada penelitian ini menggunakan literature review.Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan Pekerja Bukan Penerima Upah dalam membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Hasil: Didapatkan 8 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk disertakan dalam penelitian ini. Definsi kepatuhan adalah perilaku peserta yang secara konsisten membayar iuran tepat waktu, yaitu pada tanggal 1-10 setiap bulannya. Persentase kepatuhan PBPU dalam membayar iuran BPJS Kesehatan berkisar antara 29,5%-84,7% dengan rata-rata sebesar 67,72%. Pengetahuan yang tinggi mengenai manfaat asuransi kesehatan terbukti meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan pembayaran, sesuai dengan teori Lawrence Green dan John Nyman. Pendapatan yang lebih tinggi juga meningkatkan kepatuhan. Persepsi positif terhadap layanan dan manfaat BPJS Kesehatan mendorong pembayaran rutin. Usia kepala keluarga yang lebih tua, tarif iuran yang terjangkau, jarak tempuh yang lebih dekat ke tempat pembayaran, dan motivasi yang tinggi juga berkontribusi pada kepatuhan pembayaran iuran. Rekomendasi: BPJS Kesehatan perlu melakukan upaya sosialisasi dan edukasi menyesuaikan karakteristik wilayah dan kerjasama dengan stakeholders, melakukan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan melalui transformasi mutu layanan, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan berbagai kanal layanan serta memberikan edukasi untuk menyediakan sarana layanan pengaduan.

Background: The increase in the number of BPJS Health participants each year is not in line with the level in compliance of independent participants to pay contributions. There was an increase of inactive independent participants in 2023 by 32.58 million people (25%) which caused a budget deficit.

Methods: The writing method in this study is using literature review. 

Objective: To identify factors related to compliance of independent participants to pay BPJS Health contributions. 

Results: There were 8 articles that fulfilled the inclusion criteria to be included in this study. The definition of compliance is the behavior of participants who consistently pay contributions on time, namely on the 1st-10th of each month. The percentage of PBPU compliance in paying BPJS Health contributions ranged from 29.5%-84.7% with an average of 67.72%. High knowledge of health insurance benefits is proven to increase awareness and payment compliance, in accordance with Lawrence Green and John Nyman's theory. Higher income also increases compliance. Positive perceptions of BPJS Kesehatan services and benefits encourage regular payments. Older age of the head household, affordable contribution rates, closer distance to the payment center, and high motivation also contribute to the compliance of contribution payment. 

Recommendation: BPJS Kesehatan needs to make socialization and education efforts according to regional characteristics and cooperation with stakeholders, make continuous improvements through service quality transformation, and cooperate with various service channels and educate them to provide complaint service facilities."

"Keberlangsungan program BPJS Kesehatan didukung oleh iuran yang diperoleh dari peserta yang terdaftar dalam BPJS Kesehatan. Peserta mandiri atau PBPU merupakan salah satu jenis peserta dalam JKN. Namun, jumlah persentase kolektabilitas iuran pada peserta mandiri di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi belum mencapai target ideal 100%, sampai dengan bulan April 2020 hanya sebesar 86,88%. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan peserta mandiri dalam melakukan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan di BPJS Kesehatan KC Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta mandiri yang terdaftar di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi dengan sampel 124 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah peserta mandiri yang patuh membayar iuran (76,6%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peserta yang tidak patuh membayar iuran (23,4%). Selain itu, faktor predisposisi pada variabel pengetahuan (p-value = 0,032) memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan perilaku kepatuhan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Sedangkan faktor pemungkin dan faktor pendorong tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan.

The progression of the BPJS Health program is supported by payment premiums that obtained from participants who registered with BPJS Kesehatan. Independent participants or PBPU are one of the type participants in JKN. But, the percentage of contribution collectibility for independent participants in BPJS Kesehatan Bekasi City has not reached the ideal target of 100%, until April 2020 only amounted to 86.88%. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors related to the compliance behavior of independent participants in making BPJS Health payment premium at branch office BPJS Kesehatan in Bekasi City. The methodology of this research is quantitative research by using cross sectional study design. Population in this research is independent participants who registered in BPJS Kesehatan Bekasi city with 124 respondents as sample. Data retrieval from the participants by using accidental sampling. The data collection has been collected through online questionnaire. The results indicated that the number of independent compliance participants in payment premium is 76.6%, which is higher than non-compliance participants, only get 23,4%. In addition, predisposing factors of variable (p-value = 0.032) has a significant relationship with the compliance behavior in payment premium of BPJS Kesehatan. While as, the enabling factors and reinforcing factors do not have relationship with compliance behavior in payment premium of BPJS Kesehatan."

"Skripsi ini membahas gambaran serta hubungan antara umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, dan status kepesertaan dengan kepuasan peserta terhadap pelayanan Program Rujuk Balik di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Utama Jakarta Selatan. Rancangan penelitian adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan kepuasan peserta PRB sebesar 51,0 dan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pekerjaan dengan kepuasan peserta PRB.

The focus of this study is describe and discusses an overview as well as the relationship of age, sex, education, employment, income, and membership status with participants satisfaction to the Specialist Referral to Primary Health Care Program services in BPJS Kesehatan Main Branch Office South Jakarta working area. The study design is analytical quantitative with cross sectional approach. Data was collected by questionaires, they were analyzed by univariate and bivariate Chi Square test. The result of this research shows that 51,0 of the participants are satisfied with the Specialist Referral to Primary Health Care Program service. "ABSTRAKImplementasi Pendaftaran Calon Bayi dari PBPU PBP dalam Program JKN di BPJS Kesehatan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan Universal Health Coverage 2019. Implementasi menunjukan isi kebijakan yang berubah-ubah membuat kendala dalam pendaftaran dan pembayaran iuran calon bayi peserta JKN. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi kebijakan pendaftaran calon bayi sebagai peserta JKN di BPJS Kesehatan kabupaten Bogor dilihat dari aspek struktur birokrasi, sumber daya, disposisi, komunikasi, kondisi geografis sosial ekonomi peserta dan hambatan yang dialami dalam implementasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dan penelaahan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pelayanan pendaftaran calon bayi program JKN oleh BPJS Kesehatan kabupaten Bogor, maupun pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan dari fasilitas kesehatan sudah baik meskipun ada hambatan yang dialami. Aspek yang perlu diperbaiki : sumber daya dikarenakan kurangnya petugas dalam pelayanan pendaftaran serta penyaluran informasi kebijakan yang tidak merata. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah hambatan yang muncul dalam implementasi kebijakan di beberapa aspek seperti sumber daya dan komunikasi tidak menimbulkan kesulitan yang berarti dalam pelayanan program JKN di kabupaten Bogor. Namun, dikhawatirkan akan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dalam pelayanan dan pencapaian Universal Health Coverage 2019.

ABSTRACT Implementation of Infant Candidate Registration from PBPU PBP in JKN Program at BPJS Kesehatan aims to obtain Universal Health Coverage 2019. Implementation shows the content of changing policy making obstacles in registration and payment of contribution of baby candidates JKN participants. The purpose of this study is to find out the description of the implementation of infant candidates registration policy as JKN participants in BPJS Kesehatan Bogor regency seen from the aspects of bureaucracy structure, resources, disposition, communication, social economic condition of participants and obstacles experienced in implementation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative study. The data in this study were obtained from in depth interviews and document review. The results showed that the provision of baby infant registration service program of JKN by BPJS Kesehatan Bogor regency, as well as health services provided from health facilities have been good despite any obstacles experienced. Aspects that need to be improved the resources are due to the lack of officers in the registration service as well as the uneven distribution of policy information. The conclusion of this study is the obstacles that arise in the implementation of policies in some aspects such as resources and communication does not cause significant difficulties in the service of JKN program in Bogor regency. However, it is feared it will take longer in service and achievement of Universal Health Coverage 2019."
