"Faktor-Faktor Risiko Stressor Kerja Kejadian Second Victim Syndrome pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Swasta di Tangerang Selatan Melian Anita, Ambar Roestam, Slamet Ichsan, Dewi Soemarko Program Studi Magister Kedokteran Kerja Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia Email : meliananita90@gmail.com Abstrak Latar belakang: Pada rumah sakit swasta, kepuasan pasien menjadi target bagi rumah sakit. Jika ditilik lebih lanjut pada penilaian akreditasi Joint Commission International JCI standard SQE.8.2. ada kriteria penilaian berupa second victim ini yang terjadi di rumah sakit.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui distribusi perawat yang mengalami kecenderungan menderita second victim syndrome dan menilai faktor risiko yang ada agar dapat diambil kebijakan manajemen untuk menanggulangi faktor risiko tersebut.Metode dan Hasil Penelitian: Penelitian dengan metode cross sectional dari 117 sampel, didapatkan hasil kurva total skor dari kuisioner the second victim experience and support tool SVEST menunjukan yang memiliki kecenderungan menderita second victim syndrome sedikit jumlahnya. Stressor kerja beban kerja memiliki nilai korelasi kuat r=0.518 dengan kecenderungan menderita second victim syndrome, stressor kerja ketidakjelasan pengobatan memiliki korelasi rendah dan masalah dengan pasien memiliki korelasi sedang dengan kecenderungan menderita second victim syndrome dan bermakna dengan masing-masing nilai r yaitu r=0.354 dan r=0.404 dalam jumlah 117 sampel. Pada faktor host dan unit kerja p>0.05 tidak ada perbedaan yang terjadi pada masing-masing kelompok dengan kecenderungan menderita second victim syndrome. Kesimpulan: Dari hasil yang didapatkan, disimpulkan bahwa adanya korelasi kuat pada faktor beban kerja dengan kecenderungan menderita second victim syndrome.

"Berdasarkan data Global Cancer Observatory (GLOBOCAN) 2022, jumlah kasus kanker baru di Indonesia diperkirakan 408.661 kasus dan jumlah kematian akibat kanker di Indonesia diperkirakan 242.988 kematian. Penatalaksanaan penyakit kanker tidak terbatas pada penanganan penyakit secara klinis, tetapi juga harus melibatkan rencana penatalaksanaan yang dapat memberikan kualitas hidup terbaik secara keseluruhan. Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) pasien kanker merupakan persepsi pasien terhadap efek penyakit dan/atau pengobatan dan dianggap sebagai hasil terapi yang penting pada pasien kanker. Perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan HRQoL pasien kanker agar pemangku kebijakan dapat menyusun kebijakan yang sesuai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner EQ-5D-5L. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari 14 variabel yang diteliti terdapat 4 variabel yang terbukti signifikan berhubungan, yaitu tingkat pendidikan (p = <0,001), pendapatan (p = 0,043), operasi (p = 0,022) dan komorbid (p = 0,007). Faktor dominan yang berhubungan signifikan dengan HRQoL pasien kanker adalah tingkat pendidikan (p = 0,000 dan B -0,430). Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan HRQoL pasien kanker perlu menjadi target intervensi para pemangku kebijakan. Pendidikan mampu meningkatkan pemberdayaan pasien kanker. Edukasi untuk pasien kanker menjadi hal yang penting sehingga pemahaman yang baik dari pasien kanker terhadap penyakit yang diderita dapat memengaruhi HRQoL agar menjadi lebih baik.

Based on data from the Global Cancer Observatory (GLOBOCAN) 2022, the number of new cancer cases in Indonesia is estimated at 408,661 cases and the number of cancer deaths in Indonesia is estimated at 242,988 deaths. Cancer management is not limited to clinical disease management, but must also involve a management plan that can provide the best overall quality of life. Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) of cancer patients is the patient's perception of the effects of disease and/or treatment and is considered an important therapeutic outcome in cancer patients. It is necessary to know the factors associated with HRQoL of cancer patients so that policy makers can develop appropriate policies. The research method used was a cross-sectional method with a quantitative approach using the EQ-5D-5L questionnaire. The results of the analysis showed that of the 14 variables studied there were 4 variables that proved to be significantly related, namely education level (p = <0.001), income (p = 0.043), surgery (p = 0.022) and comorbidities (p = 0.007). The dominant factor significantly associated with HRQoL of cancer patients was education level (p = 0.000 and B -0.430). Factors associated with HRQoL of cancer patients need to be targeted for intervention by policy makers. Education can increase the empowerment of cancer patients. Education for cancer patients is important so that cancer patients' good understanding of their disease can affect their HRQoL for the better."

"ABSTRAK
Prevalensi obesitas meningkat di seluruh dunia termasuk
Indonesia. Obesitas merupakan faktor risiko dari berbagai penyakit yang dapat
menyebabkan turunnya performa dan produktifitas pekerja. Salah satu faktor yang
dihubungkan sebagai faktor risiko obesitas adalah kerja gilir. Kerja gilir lazim
digunakan oleh pekerja dibidang pelayanan kesehatan seperti perawat. Penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh kerja gilir terhadap risiko berat badan berlebih
dan obesitas serta faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya pada perawat di rumah
sakit.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain comparative cross sectional
membandingkan IMT 43 perawat kerja gilir dengan 43 perawat bukan kerja gilir.
Dilakukan penilaian terhadap faktor-faktor risiko yang dinilai dapat meningkatkan
risiko berat badan berlebih dan obesitas antara lain jenis kelamin, usia, status
perkawinan, riwayat obesitas dalam keluarga, kebiasaan olahraga, riwayat merokok,
jumlah jam tidur dan asupan kalori.
Hasil: Prevalensi berat badan berlebih dan obesitas pada perawat kerja gilir di
rumah sakit adalah 69.8% dan prevelensi berat badan berlebih dan obesitas pada
perawat bukan kerja gilir di rumah sakit adalah 48.4%, ditemukan hubungan
bermakna antara kerja gilir dengan berat badan berlebih-obesitas dengan OR =
2.418 (1.000 ? 5.851). Faktor risiko yang meningkatkan risiko berat badan berlebih
dan obesitas adalah kerja gilir, jumlah jam tidur kurang dari 7 jam dan asupan kalor
berlebih.
Kesimpulan: Dari semua faktor, asupan kalori berlebih merupakan faktor risiko dominan dengan OR = 4.473 (1.781-11.235).ABSTRACT

and obese as well as other related factors among hospital nurses.

Mass Index (BMI) of 43 nurses working shifts with 43 nurses who only work
regular hours. An assessment was conducted of the risk factors that are considered
increasing the risk of being overweight and obese among others gender, age, marital
status, family history of obesity, exercise habits, smoking history, number of hours
of sleep and calorie intake.

"Persentase turnover perawat di beberapa rumah sakit swasta di Indonesia melewati standar turnover yaitu 10%, seiring dengan tingginya persentase turnover intention sebagai prediktor dari turnover. Turnover intention menimbulkan banyak dampak negatif, terlebih apabila berkembang menjadi turnover. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention perawat rumah sakit swasta di Indonesia serta mengetahui gambaran turnover dan turnover intention dengan menggunakan metode literature review. Basis data pencarian literatur yang digunakan adalah Google Scholar, Garuda, Neliti, dan grey literature dari Pusat Informasi Kesehatan Masyarakat (Pusinfokesmas FKM UI), dan Universitas Indonesia Library. Setelah melalui proses pencarian, skrining, dan ekstraksi, didapatkan 13 penelitian relevan yang dianalisis. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa rentang persentase turnover perawat berkisar dari 8.16% hingga 41.37%. Sementara rentang persentase turnover intention perawat berkisar dari 26.6% hingga 100%. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention terbagi menjadi tiga kategori, yaitu faktor karakteristik individu, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi. Faktor karakteristik individu yang mempengaruhi turnover intention adalah usia muda, jenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pendidikan rendah, belum menikah, dan lama kerja yang rendah. Terdapat tiga faktor kepuasan kerja yang dominan ditemukan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, yaitu kompensasi, peluang promosi, dan pekerjaan, diikuti dengan supervisi dan rekan kerja.

The percentage of nurse turnover in several private hospitals in Indonesia exceeds the turnover standard of 10%, along with the high percentage of turnover intention as a predictor of turnover. Turnover intention has many negative impacts, particularly if it develops into turnover. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the turnover intention of nurses in private hospitals in Indonesia and to know the description of turnover and turnover intention by using the literature review method. Literature search databases used were Google Scholar, Garuda, Neliti, and grey literature from the Public Health Information Center (Pusinfokesmas FKM UI), and the University of Indonesia Library. After going through the search, screening, and extraction processes, 13 relevant studies were analyzed. The search results show that the nurse turnover percentage ranges from 8.16% to 41.37%. While the nurse turnover intention percentage ranges from 26.6% to 100%. Factors that influence turnover intention are divided into three categories, namely individual characteristics, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Individual characteristic factors that affect turnover intention are young age, female sex, low education level, single, and low working time. There are three dominant job satisfaction factors found to influence turnover intention, namely compensation, promotion opportunities, and work, followed by supervision and co-workers."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan kejadian burnout syndrome pada perawat di unit rawat inap dan unit rawat jalan RS “X” Bandar Lampung tahun 2013. Disain penelitian ini potong lintang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 239 perawat serta 5 orang informan. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah Maslach Burnout Inventory dan survei diagnosis stres. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 21,8% perawat unit rawat inap dan 10,8% perawat rawat jalan mengalami burnout syndrome dan menunjukan tingginya kelelahan emosional dan rendahnya depersonalisasi. Kesimpulan : Sebagian besar perawat mengalami burnout syndrome derajat tinggi. Pengurangan kejadian burnout syndrome dapat dilakukan dengan cara peningkatan SDM, berupa peningkatan pendidikan dan pelatihan serta pengaturan jam kerja.

This research analyzed burnout syndrome on nurses worked in in-patient units and out-patient units in “X” Hospital in Bandar Lampung in 2013. This was cross-sectional study with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 239 nurses and 5 informant. This research used Maslach Burnout Syndrome and Survey Diagnostic Stress questionnaire. The results showed 21,8% nurses in in-patient units and 10,8% nurses in out-patient units having burnout syndrome and exhibited higher emotional exhaustion and lower depersonalization. Conclusion: Majority nurses were experienced high level of burnout. To reduced burnout syndrome can be solved by increasing resources, such as improving training and skills also providing reasonable work hour."

"ABSTRAK
Boraks merupakan racun bagi semua sel. Pengaruhnya terhadap tubuh
tergantung konsentrasi yang dicapai. Karena kadar tertinggi dicapai pada waktu
diekskresi maka ginjal merupakan organ yang paling terpengaruh dibandingkan
dengan organ lain. Dosis fatal boraks antara 0,1-0,5 g/kg berat badan. Banyak
laporan kasus mengenai bahaya keracunan boraks. Insidens keracunan terjadi
dimana saja diakibatkan menelan pangan yang tidak aman. Boraks harus dicegah
karena kandungan toksitasnya. Penjelasan dan kesadaran tentang bahaya boraks
sangat diperlukan karena sangat mudahnya konsumen terpapar boraks melalui
makanan.
Tujuan utama penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang
mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan boraks pada pedagang bakso di Kota
Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case control
dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 penjual yang memproduksi bakso sendiri.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April-Juni 2016
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara
faktor predipsosisi dengan perilaku penggunaan boraks, yaitu P value pelatihan
sebesar 0,960, P value pengetahuan = 0.539, dan P value sikap = 0.464. Faktor
penguat yang berhubungan dengan perilaku penggunaan boraks adalah
pembinaan, P= karena nilai P= 0.045, Odd Ratio (OR) = 2.528 (95% CI : 1.091-
5.858). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa responden yang mendapatkan pembinaan,
2.528 kali lebih untuk tidak menggunakan boraks dibandingkan dengan
responden yang tidak mendapatkan pembinaan. Dari hasil analisis multivariat
secara keseluruhan, maka penggunaan boraks pada responden dapat diperkirakan
dengan ketersediaan boraks dan pembinaan. Pembinaan akan menurunkan
penggunaan boraks sebesar 2.198.
Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu, perlu dilakukan peningkatan pembinaan
dan pemerintah mengawasi lebih ketat peredaran bahan makanan terlarang
terutama boraks.

The main purpose of research is to determine the factors that affect the
behavior of the use of borax from meatballs traders in South Tangerang City Year
2016. This study used a case control design with a sample size of 150 sellers who
produce their own meatballs. This study was conducted in April-June, 2016.
The results of this study showed no statistically significant association
between the use of behavioral factors predipose with borax, namely the training
variable has P value = 0,960, P value of knowledge = 0539, and P value of
attitudes = 0.464. Reinforcing factors relating to the behavior of the use of borax
is coaching, P value = 0.045, odds ratio (OR) = 2,528 (95% CI: 1091-5858). This
indicates that respondents who receive coaching, 2,528 times more for not using
borax compared with respondents who did not receive coaching. Multivariate
analysis as a whole, then the use of borax in the respondent can be predicted by
the availability of borax and coaching. Coaching will reduce the use of borax by
2.198. Advice can be given that, there should be an increase in guidance and
tougher of government to monitor illicit circulation of foodstuffs especially borax"

"Terjadi peningkatan kasus abortus pada perawat hamil dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir, yaitu kurang lebih 30 % dari seluruh perawat hamil yang bertugas pada unit-unit kerja, yang meliputi : unit rawat jalan, unit rawat inap dan kamar operasi. Jenis abortus yang terbanyak dan tersering adalah abortus spontan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor eksternal apakah yang paling berperan dalam hubungannya dengan kejadian abortus, faktor-faktor adalah : faktor lingkungan kerja, faktor aktivitas kerja dan faktor kebiasaan hidup.
Proses analisa data dilakukan dengan disain metode Case-Control Study, dengan membandingkan kelompok perawat hamil yang melakukan aktivitas kerja keperawatan dan mengalami abortus, dengan kelompok yang tidak mengalami abortus dengan aktivitas yang sama. Dengan tujuan didapatkannya suatu angka perbandingan odd ratio (OR) diantara kedua kelompok tadi.
Dari pengolahan data didapatkan 231 orang perawat hamil yang tidak mengalami kelainan internal, seperti : kelainan pertumbuhan hasil konsepsi, kelainan plasenta, dan penyakit ibu, terdiri dari : 169 orang tidak mengalami abortus, dan 62 orang yang mengalami abortus.
Hasil akhir dengan multivariat analisis diperoleh bahwa faktor yang berperan secara bermakna terhadap kejadian abortus pada perawat dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor aktivitas kerja yang ditunjukkan dengan odd ratio (OR) 2.6 (95.0 % CI = 1.145 - 5.904).
Sebagai kesimpulan akhir, didapatkan bahwa faktor eksternal utama yang berhubungan secara bermakna dengan kejadian abortus pada perawat hamil di Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina adalah faktor aktivitas kerja, dengan odd ratio 2.6. Penelitian ini membutuhkankan kajian lebih lanjut untuk mencari pemecahan yang lebih baik.

The Factors Which Have Correlation with Incident of Abortion of the Nurse in the Workplace in Pertamina Central HospitalThe increasing of abortion of the nurse in the last five years term, more less 30 % of the all of pregnant nurse who came to Obstetrics department which worked at : inpatient unit, outpatient unit and the operation room. The most type of abortion that Spontaneous Abortion.
The aim of this study to find out what is the main external factor that has correlation with this abortion. In this study, the external factors include: workplace environment factors, nursing activity factors, and behavior of life.
Analysis processing of data use Case-Control Study design method, with compare the pregnant nurse group which have miscarriage and the other group are the pregnant nurse which not miscarriage in the same of activity in the workplace. The result of the analysis to achieve the odd ratio between the two groups. The data found that 231 nurses has pregnant and have not internal complication, such as: intra uterine growth defect, placental defect, and mother's disease, which consist of: 169 nurses have not abortion, and 62 nurses with abortion. The final result from multivariat analysis found that nursing activity factors a statistically significant have correlation with spontaneous abortion with an odd ratio (OR) of 2.6 (95.0 % C.I = 1.145 - 5.904)
For the conclusion, the main external factor have a role is abortion of the nurse a statistically significant found the nursing activity factors with odd ratio (OR) of 2.6 (95.0% C.I. = 1.145 - 5.904). This condition need further study to find out the way of a good solution.

"Stres kerja merupakan reaksi negatif dari seseorang terhadap tekanan yang dibebankan kepada mereka dari adanya tuntutan, hambatan atau peluang. Burnout syndrome adalah proses yang disebabkan oleh stres pekerjaan yang tidak teratasi sehingga menyebabkan kelelahan emosi, perubahan kepribadian serta penurunan pencapaian pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara tingkat stres kerja dengan Burnout Syndrome juga dapat menjadi pedoman untuk meningkatkan kesehatan jiwa tenaga keperawatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Cross Sectional kepada 165 perawat di RSUD Jati Padang dan Rumah Sakit Fatmawati. Pengukuran tingkat stres kerja dengan menggunakan kuesioner OSI-R (Occupational Stres Inventory-Revised) dan Burnout Syndrome diukur dengan kuesioner MBI-HSS (Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat termasuk dalam tingkat stress kerja sedang dan Burnout Syndrome sedang. Uji korelasi antara tingkat stres kerja dengan Burnout Syndrome diukur menggunakan uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p 0,001 < ɑ). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa jika tingkat stres kerja semakin tinggi, maka perawat mengalami burnout syndrome tinggi juga, begitu pula sebaliknya. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menganalisa setiap komponen stres kerja dan Burnout Syndrome, serta mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi stres kerja dan juga Burnout Syndrome.

Job stress is a negative reaction from a person to the pressure imposed on them from demands, obstacles, or opportunities. Burnout syndrome is a process caused by unresolved work stress that causes emotional exhaustion, personality changes, and decreased personal achievement. This study aims to obtain an overview of the relationship between work stress levels and Burnout Syndrome which can also be a guide for improving the mental health of nursing staff. The research method used the Cross-Sectional method to 165 nurses at Jati Padang Hospital and Fatmawati Hospital. Measurement of work stress level using the OSI-R (Occupational Stress Inventory-Revised) questionnaire and Burnout Syndrome measured by the MBI-HSS (Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey) questionnaire. The results showed that most of the nurses included in the level of moderate work stress and moderate Burnout Syndrome. The correlation test between the level of work stress and Burnout Syndrome measured using the Chi-Square test showed that there was a significant relationship (p 0.001 < ɑ). These results indicate that if the level of work stress is higher, then nurses experience high burnout syndrome as well, and vice versa. The next researcher can analyze each component of work stress and Burnout Syndrome, and identify the factors that cause."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian perdarahan antepartum pada ibu hamil di RSU Kabupaten Tangerang tahun 2012. Salah satu penyebab kematian pada ibu hamil di Kabupaten Tangerang tahun 2011 adalah perdarahan antepartum sekitar 4%. Hal ini menarik minat peneliti untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kejadian perdarahan antepartum pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan cara menganalisa data rekam medik. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa pendidikan, usia, frekuensi hamil, dan kadar Hb berhubungan dengan kejadian perdarahan antepartum.

This study analyzed factors related to the incidence of antepartum haemorrhage in pregnant women at the General Hospital Tangerang district in 2012. One of the causes of death in pregnant women in Tangerang regency in 2011 was antepartum haemorrhage as big as 4%. We would like to determine the reasons the incidence of antepartum haemorrhage in pregnant women. This study uses a quantitative method by analyzing medical records. Research found that education, age, frequency of pregnancy, and Hb levels associated with the incidence of antepartum haemorrhage."
