"ABSTRAK
Perusahaan hulu MIGAS mempunyai risiko tinggi terjadinya insiden, termasuk Near Miss. Program kampanye Near Miss, berupa pelaporan Near Miss secara aktif merupakan salah satu upaya mencegah terjadinya insiden. Di PT. X, kecelakaan serius terjadi 2 kali pada tahun 2014, namun kejadian Near Miss yang dilaporkan sebanyak 10 kali 1:5 , hal ini tidak sejalan dengan teori piramida insiden yang menyatakan 1:60. Penelitian ini bertujuan diketahuinya hubungan pengetahuan, perilaku, pendidikan dan lama kerja dengan perubahan laporan Near Miss sebelum dan sesudah kampanye dan Basic Risk Factor nya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode potong lintang, data primer melalui kuesioner terkait pengetahuan dan perilaku, dan data sekunder berupa tingkat pendidikan dan lama kerja terhadap 94 sampel pekerja lapangan perusahan hulu MIGAS PT. X yang masih aktif, serta dilakukan wawancara mendalam ke 20 responden. Sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan tinggi 61,7 , perilaku baik 61,7 , pendidikan tinggi 94,7 , lama kerja ge; 3 tahun 60,6 . Didapatkan perubahan laporan Near Miss sebesar 17 dan kategori prosedur merupakan penyebab utama Near Miss, pekerja lapangan dengan pengetahuan sedang ndash; rendah 22,2 , perilaku baik 20,7 , pendidikan tinggi 18 , dan lama kerja ge; 3 tahun 21,1 lebih banyak melakukan perubahan laporan Near Miss. Namun tidak ada variabel yang berhubungan signifikan secara statistik dengan perubahan laporan Near Miss baik pengetahuan, perilaku, tingkat pendidikan maupun lama kerja P > 0,05 .

ABSTRACT
Upstream Oil and Gas Company at high risk incidents, including Near Miss. Near Miss campaign program through active Near Miss reporting is one of ways to prevent the occurance of incidents. At PT. X, serious accidents occurred 2 times in 2014, while 10 Near Miss reported 1 5 this event is not in line with incident pyramid 1 60 . The objective of this study was to obtain knowledge, behavior, education and length of work toward Near Miss report change before and after the campaign and its Basic Risk Factor.
This study conducted in cross sectional method, primary data through questionnaire related to knowledge and behavior, while secondary data based on education level and length of work towards 94 samples of existing field staff in one of Oil and Gas Company as well as in depth interview to 20 respondents. Most of respondents have a high knowledge 61,7 , good behavior 61,7 , high education level 94,7 , and length of work ge 3 years 60,6 , Near Miss report changes is 17 16 report and procedures category are the highest of underlying cause Near Miss, field staff who have mid to low knowledge 22,2 , good behavior 20,7 , high education level 18 , and length of work ge 3 years 21,1 more report on Near Miss change. However, there was no significant relationship between Near Miss report and knowledge, behavior, education, length of work P 0,05.

"ABSTRAK
Sejak awal penciptaannya, ajang kecantikan Miss Universe telah menarik banyak sambutan kontroversial dari banyak pihak. Terlebih, kritik terhadap ajang Miss Universe dan kontes kecantikan sejenis lainnya masih berlanjut hingga saat ini. Sehingga, pemilik terbaru dari organisasi Miss Universe, WME IMG mencoba melakukan terobosan baru dengan memperbarui wacana sekaligus slogan yang berjudul Confidently Beautiful . Konteks utama wacana barunya adalah mematahkan stereotip ajang Miss Universe dengan berfokus pada isu pemberdayaan perempuan. Artikel ini membahas apakah organisasi Miss Universe telah berhasil menjalankan strateginya dalam memecahkan stereotip kontes kecantikan yang dianggap hanya untuk mengotentikasi dan mengeksploitasi wanita. Temuan penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa isu-isu seperti objektivitas dan kapitalisme perempuan masih dapat ditemukan dalam ajang Miss Universe walaupun wacananya telah berubah. Studi ini memberikan kerangka gambaran untuk memahami mengapa ada objektivitas perempuan dan bagaimana cara kerjanya dalam kontes kecantikan.

ABSTRACT
Since the very beginning of its creation, Miss Universe Pageant has attracted quite controversial acceptance from many parties. Moreover, criticism towards the Miss Universe Pageant and other similar beauty pageants still continue until now. As a result, the latest owner of Miss Universe Organization, WME IMG is trying to make a new breakthrough by renewing a discourse as well as a motto titled Confidently Beautiful . The main context of its new discourse is to break the stereotype of Miss Universe Pageant by focusing on women empowerment issues. This article examines whether Miss Universe Organization has succeeded in executing its strategy in breaking the stereotype of beauty pageant that is considered only to authenticate and exploit women. The research findings reveal that issues like women objectification and capitalism still can be found in Miss Universe eventhough its discourse has changed. This study provides a framework for understanding why women objectification exists and how it works in beauty pageant."

"ABSTRAK
Identifikasi lapisan lilin pada buah sangat sulit dilakukan tanpa adanya suatu sistem yang bersifat non-destruktif. Pada umumnya, dilakukan metode yang bersifat destruktif untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya suatu lapisan pada buah, seperti merendam buah pada air panas, menggunakan campuran cuka dengan air, atau campuran soda kue dengan air. Adapun metode destruktif lainnya yang menggunakan instrumentasi kromatografi gas, dimana proses ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan pengoperasian yang sulit. Citra VNIR menjadi metode terbaru untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut karena metode ini bersifat non-destruktif dan lebih mudah untuk dioperasikan. Dalam penelitian ini, sistem identifikasi ada atau tidaknya lapisan lilin pada buah apel berhasil dibuat. Proses dimulai melalui akuisisi citra, koreksi citra, object detection, window averaging, model klasifikasi, hingga mendapatkan status pelapisan (coating status). Citra diakuisisi pada rentang panjang gelombang 400 hingga 100 nm. Profil reflektansi yang didapat, selanjutnya dikomparasikan antara satu kelas dengan kelas lainnya, sehingga terlihat perbedaan yang mencolok diantara keduanya. Selanjutnya, model akan diuji dan dievaluasi menggunakan data referensi yang merupakan hasil klasifikasi secara manual. Pembuatan dan pengujian model dilakukan melalui proses traning dan testing data. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan beberapa model klasifikasi yang dibuat berdasarkan profil reflektansi dari setiap citra yang telah diakuisisi. Hasil akurasi model melalui evaluasi confusion matrix didapat sebesar 70,83% untuk model PCA-SVM, 95,42% untuk model DT, dan 98,33% untuk model RF.

ABSTRACT
Wax coating identification on fruits is very difficult without a non-destructive system. In general, destructive methods were used to find out whether or not there are coatings on fruit, such as soaking fruit in hot water, using a mixture of vinegar and water, or baking soda and water. There are other destructive methods using instrumentation like gas chromatography, where this process takes much time and difficult to operate. VNIR imaging becomes the latest method to overcome this problem because this method is non-destructive and easier to operate. In this study, identification system for the presence or absence of wax coating on apples has been successfully made. The process starts through image acquisition, image correction, object detection, window averaging, classification model, until we got the coating status. The image was acquired on a wavelength range from 400 to 1000 nm. The reflectance profile is obtained, then it is compared between one class and the other class, until there is a noticable difference between the two. Next, the model will be tested and evaluated using reference data which is the result of manual classification. The making and testing of the model was done through the process of data training and data testing. In this study, several classifications models were made based on the reflectance profile of each acquired image. The accuracy of the model through confusion matrix evaluatin were 70.83% for the PCA-SVM model, 95.42% for the DT model, and 98.33% for the RF model."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis pengelolaan risiko yang terkait dengan kasus near miss yang dilaporkan di PLTA (PT X) tahun 2020 – 2022. Trend manajemen risiko masih berfokus pada bahaya yang level risikonya tinggi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan ide future risk untuk menganalisis risiko mulai dari kejadian near miss. Near miss merupakan salah satu pondasi kecelakaan menurut teori Heinrich dan Frank E. Bird. Selain itu, kejadian near miss juga dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa kejadian unsafe act dan unsafe condition sehingga perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian analisis risiko dan pengendalian near miss serta keterkaitannya dengan unsafe act dan unsafe condition. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah kasus near miss, unsafe act, dan unsafe condition yang dilaporkan di PT X tahun 2020 – 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Aplikasi Near Miss PT X, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data mengacu proses manajemen risiko AS / NZS 4360 : 2004 dan analisis pengendaliannya mengacu Hirarki Pengendalian Risiko (Safe Work Australia) Dari hasil rekap kasus di PT X, ditemukan 164 kasus terkait K3 dan dikerucutkan menjadi 110 kasus near miss, unsafe act, dan unsafe condition. Setiap kasus ini dikelompokan sesuai kesamaan risiko kemudian 10 kelompok near miss akan dinilai risikonya secara kualitatif dan semi kuantitatif. Temuan dari penilaian risiko kualitatif adalah terdapat 7 keterkaitan kasus near misses dengan unsafe act & unsafe condition sedangkan dari penilaian risiko semi kuantitatif dapat digambarkan 10 risk ranking kasus near misses. Dari penilaian basic risk level hingga recommended risk level ditemukan penurunan risiko yang selanjutnya digambarkan menggunakan penilaian efektivitas existing program (50% - 93%) dan recommended program (50% - 97,8%) Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa perlu terdapat perbaikan Aplikasi Near Miss, edukasi dan sosialisasi kasus terkait K3 untuk pekerja PT X, serta level risiko near miss dapat diturunkan dengan hasil rekomendasi pengendalian risiko.

This study discusses the analysis of risk management related to near miss cases reported at PLTA (PT X) year 2020 – 2022. The trend of risk management still focuses on hazards with a high level of risk. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the future risk idea to analyze risks starting from near miss events. Near miss is one of the foundations of accidents according to the theory of Heinrich and Frank E. Bird. Moreover, near miss events are also triggered by several unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, so it is necessary to conduct a research on risk analysis and control of near miss and its relationship with unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Desain of research is descriptive analytic with a semi-quantitative approach and the objects are cases of near miss, unsafe act, and unsafe condition reported at PT X in 2020 – 2022. Data collection was carried out using the Near Miss PT X application, interviews, and observations. The data analysis refers to the risk management process AS / NZS 4360 : 2004 and the control analysis refers to the Hierarchy of Risk Control (Safe Work Australia). From the result of the case recap at PT X, 164cases related to K3 were found and were reduced to 110 near miss, unsafe act, dan unsafe condition cases. Each of these cases are grouped with the similarity of risk then 10 near miss groups are assessed for risk qualitatively and semi-quantitatively. The findings from the qualitative assessment are that there are 7 linkages between near misses with unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, while the semi-quantitative risk assessment can describe the 10 risk ranking of near misses. From the assessment of basic risk level until recommended risk level, a reduction in risk was found which was then described using an assessment of effectiveness of existing programs (50% - 93%) and recommended programs (50% - 97,8%) Based on that results, it is concluded that there are some improvements needed about Near Miss Application, education and socialization of cases related to K3 for PT X workers, and the risk level of near miss can be reduced by the risk control recommendations."

"ABSTRACT
Near field communication NFC adalah salah satu aplikasi teknologi komunikasi yang dapat menjadi solusi kebutuhan pertukaran data multimedia berkecepatan tinggi di masa depan. Salah satu komponen utama agar NFC mampu bekerja adalah antena. Agar dapat diterapkan untuk aplikasi NFC dengan jarak sampai dengan 10 cm dan kecepatan data mencapai 20 Gbps, antena diharapkan memenuhi beberapa spesifikasi yakni bandwidth 10 GHz, gain 0.59 dB serta beamwidth horizontal dan vertikal 26 derajat. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan rancangan antena mikrostrip pada substrat Epoxy FR-4 dengan konstanta dielektrik 4,6. Antena yang dirancang memiliki bentuk rectangular dan memiliki modifikasi berupa inset line dan slot. Antena didesain dan disimulasikan menggunakan perangkat lunak CST. Antena memiliki frekuensi resonan di 350 GHz. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan antena mampu bekerja pada rentang frekuensi 350 GHz dengan return loss -37.39 dB dan bandwidth sebesar 30.28 GHz pada rentang kerja 337.09 - 367.37 GHz. Antena memiliki gain, bandwidth horizontal dan vertikal masing-masing sebesar 5.51 dB, 59.8o dan 61.2o. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis propagasi gelombang pada komunikasi antara antena pemancar dan antena penerima. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa antena yang dirancang mampu mencapai hingga 10 cm. Namun, daya yang diterima berfluktuasi untuk jarak yang lebih dekat karena masih di wilayah dekat lapangan. Faktor path gain perlu dipertimbangkan saat merancang antena untuk komunikasi jarak dekat. Sudut dari peletakan antena juga perlu dipertimbangkan saat merancang antena untuk komunikasi jarak dekat. Berdasarkan simulasi, rancangan antena yang diusulkan dapat digunakan untuk aplikasi near field communication.

ABSTRACT
Near field communication NFC can be a solution to high speed multimedia data exchange needs in the future. An antenna has important role for NFC system. In order to be applied to 10 cm and data rates up to 20 Gbps, antennas are expected to achieve some specifications, i.e. bandwidth ge 10 GHz, gain ge 0.59 dB, horizontal and vertical beamwidth ge 26 degrees. This research proposes a microstrip antenna design on the Epoxy FR 4 substrate with dielectric constant of 4.6. The designed antenna has rectangular shape, inset lines and slots modifications. The antenna is designed and simulated by using CST Microwave Studio software. The antenna has resonant frequency of 350 GHz. The simulation results show that the antenna has resonant frequency of 350 GHz with a return loss of 37.39 dB and a bandwidth of 30.28 GHz in a range of 337.09 to 367.37 GHz. The antenna has gain, horizontal and vertical bandwidth of 5.51 dB, 59.8o and 61.2o, respectively. The wave propagation analysis has also been conducted between the transmitting antenna and the receiving antenna. The simulation results show that the designed antenna can reach 10 up to cm. However, the received power fluctuates for a shorter distance as it is still in the near field region. Path gain factors need to be considered for near field communications. The direction angles of the antenna also should be considered when designing antennas for near field communications. Based on the simulation, the proposed antenna design can be used for near field communication applications."
