Program Studi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker, salah satunya di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru pada periode Maret 2016, sebagai salah satu upaya peningkatan kompetensi apoteker.

"ABSTRAKTelah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PuskesmasKecamatan Palmerah Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan PKPA ini berlangsung selama satutiga minggu dari tanggal 11 April sampai dengan tanggal 30 April 2016. Tujuandari kegiatan PKPA ini adalah agar mahasiswa Apoteker mampu memahamiperanan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam praktek pelayanankefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku dan agar mahasiswa Apoteker memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku, serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kecamatan Palmerah mangacu pada Permenkes No. 30 Tahun 2014 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas.

ABSTRACTProfession Internship at Puskesmas Kecamatan Palmerah Jakarta Barat has been done for three weeks from April 11th until April 30th 2016. Puskesmas iscommunity health centers. Profession Internship at this area was intended to make apothecary student understand the role and responsibility of pharmacistaccordances to the statutory provisions and ethics, have insight into theimplementation of pharmaceutical practice in Puskesmas, and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in Puskesmas. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker memahami peranan, tugas, tanggung jawab apoteker di Puskesemas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalam bidang kesehatan masyarakat, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku (professionalism) serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata (reality) untuk melakukan prakik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, mempelajari manajemen pengelolaan obat dan praktek pelayanan farmasi klinik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat, melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan (problem-solving) praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Panduan Interaksi Obat pada Formularium Obat Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat.Tujuan dilaksanakan tugas khusus ini yaitu menyusun Panduan Interaksi Obat-Obat yang terdapat pada Formularium Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk yang bermanfaat bagi dokter, apoteker, perawat, dan tenaga kesehatan lain dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan yang rasional dan optimal di Puskesmas untuk mengurangi kejadian adverse drug event.

ABSTRACTPharmacists internship was conducted at Kebon Jeruks Public Health Center of West Jakarta. The purpose of internship gives prospective as pharmacist to apply the role, duties, and responsibilities in Kebon Jeruks Public Health Center of West Jakarta so they will have the knowledge, skill, attitude behaviour (professionalism) as well as insights and real experiences (reality) to do clinical pharmacy in public health center, studying the management, see and learn the strategies and the development of the practice of the profession of pharmacist in health centers, have a real picture of the problems (problem-solving) practices and able to communicate and interact with doctor and nurse. The specific tasks given entitled Drug Interactions Guidline According to Formularium Kebon Jeruks Public Health Center of West Jakarta. The purpose of this particular task is summarize potential drug interactions in the Formularium so it will benefit physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other health workers in carry out a rational health care and optimal to reduce the incidence of adverse drug events."

Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan PKPA di Puskesmas adalah agarmahasiswa mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Puskesmas, mampu melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai denganketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan,pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktekkefarmasian di Puskesmas, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatankegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktekkefarmasian. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah peran, tugas,dan tanggung jawab apoteker dipuskesmas adalah pengelolaan obat danpelayanan farmasi klinik. Pengetahuan, keterampilan, wawasan, dan pengalaman nyata yang didapatkan adalah mampu melayani pemberianinformasi obat kepada pasien, melihat langsung pengadaan yang dilakukanmelalui e-katalog, harus dapat bekerja sama dengan tenaga kesehatan lainnyauntuk mencapai pengobatan pasien yang maksimal. Permasalahan praktik danpekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas, yaitu mengetahui bahwa barang yangakan dikirimkan dari distributor sangat lama sehingga buffer stock dan stoklead time harus sangat diperhitungkan. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan olehmahasiswa adalah menilai kesesuaian obat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideresterhadap formularium nasional.

ABSTRACTInternship conducted in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres which carried out forthree weeks from April 11-29, 2016. The purpose of this activity was so thatstudents are able to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, able to do the practice of pharmacy services in accordance with the provisions of law and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to carry out the practice of pharmacy in community health center, as well as having a real picture about the problems of pharmacy practice and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in order to develop pharmacy practice. The conclusion of these activities is the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in primary health care is the management of medicine and clinical pharmacy services. Knowledge, skills, insights, and real experience gained is able to serve the provision of drug information to patients, looking directly procurement conducted via e-catalogs, must be able to work with other health professionals to achieve maximum patient treatment. Problems in pharmacy practice that oftenoccur at community health centers, is to know that the goods to be shipped from the distributor so long so that the buffer stock and the stock lead time must be very calculated. Special tasks undertaken by students is to assess the suitability of drugs in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres with the national formulary of medicine."

"Kegiatan praktek kerja profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan standar pelayanan farmasi di puskesmas. Selain itu juga, diharapkan agar calon apoteker mempelajari mengenai struktur puskesmas, instalasi farmasi, serta jenis pelayanan yang tersedia di puskesmas. Dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, petugas depo farmasi memberikan pelayanan konseling kepada pasien yang menggunakan obat dengan instruksi khusus. Untuk itu, dibuat sebuah lembar balik berisi gambar dan instruksi untuk memudahkan petugas dan pasien dalam proses konseling.

Pharmacist professional practice in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk was conducted for prospective pharmacists to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the provisions of the pharmaceutical care standard in community health center. It is also expected that the prospective pharmacist learned about the structure of the community health center, pharmacy, as well as the types of services provided. In doing pharmaceutical care, pharmacy depot personnel provide counseling services to patients who use the drug with special instructions. To that end, a flip chart containing images and instructions was created to facilitate personnel and patients in the counseling process."
