"ABSTRAKThis research aims at studying an elderly employment model for the Thai automotive industry. Mixed methods with a sequential exploratory strategy were utilized. Grounded theory was employed by using in-depth interviews to investigate the characteristics of elderly employment in the Thai automotive industry. For this stage of the research, theoretical and purposive sampling was used to select 32 key informants from four groups of stakeholders: (1) elderly workers, (2) employers or human resource managers, (3) government officers, and (4) academics. The findings were then validated using a quantitative approach with structural equation modelling (SEM). A total of 308 elderly workers and human resource managers were surveyed regarding their opinion about elderly employment. Based on the survey, the elderly employment model in the Thai automotive industry, which is comprised of the approach to elderly employment, elderly employment preparation, and key success factors for elderly employment, was revealed to be a good fit. "

Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis oleh para ahli di industri manufaktur.Metode statistik analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple linear regression) digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil penelitian.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ISO 9001 memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kinerja operasional dan kinerja bisnis industri manufaktur.

In the globalization era, companies must focus on the quality of products and services to improve their competitive advantage. The implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system is important to survive in the fierce competition. Indonesia as a developing country has a fluctuating number of companies that implement ISO 9001.

The aim of this research is to examine the impact of ISO 9001 on operational performance and business performance of automotive component manufacturing industry. The literature study was conducted to obtain ISO 9001 principles, operational performance criteria and business performance criteria that will be used as variables in this research. The data was collected using questionnaire and analysed by experts in the manufacturing industry.

Statistical method of correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to obtain research result.

The result of this research shows that ISO 9001 has a positive relationship on manufacturing industry operational performance and business performance."

"Penelitian ini secara empiris menguji tentang kualitas produk. Secara khusus studi ini mengetahui bagaimana persepsi konsumen pada kualitas produk susu UHT Full cream PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry khususunya Ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita. PT Ultrajaya akan melakukan sesuatu hal pada produknya agar bisa mendapatkan kualitas produk yang baik. Dalam hal ini perlu adanya pertimbangan-pertimbangan yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari responden yang tinggal di lingkungan RT 05 RW 11 Kelurahan Kemiri Muka Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penarikan sample non probability sampling (penarikan sampel secara tak acak). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi konsumen pada kualitas produk susu UHT full cream PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry baik. Penulis menyarankan kepada perusahaan untuk terus menjaga kualitas produknya agar terus dipercaya konsumen.

This research is empirically examining about the quality of product. This study analaysis specifically determine how cunsumer perceptions on product quality UHT Full Cream dairy milk Industry, especially is in PT Ultrajaya mothers who have children. PT Ultrajaya will do things on their products in order to get a good guality product. In this case the need to take into account considerations which should be taken by companies. Data used in this study came from respondant who live in the neighborhood RT 05 RW 11 villages Kemirimuka Depok City. This research used quanititative approach with sample techiques of non probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that cunsumer perceptions on product quality UHT Full cream PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry suggest to the company to keep quality cunsumer products that continue to be trusted"
